여고생의 의복 처분행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Disposition Behaviour of Dealing with Clothes of High School Girls Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to activate the disposition behaviour of dealing with the recyclable clothes by using the primary causes related to the behaviour. The summary of the outcome of this research is as follows. First. the attitude of girl students toward the consumption of their clothes is of great value. It presents the attitudes toward both the internal incentive and the external incentive are of great value and the attitude toward the external incentive has a little higher level than the attitude toward the internal incentive does : the altruistic behaviour of high school girls who tend to simply give or donate their clothes to their relatives or neighbors has a higher level than the economic behaviour by barter or sale at second-hand. Second. there's a positive correlation between the attitude toward the consumption of clothes and the altruistic behaviour in dealing with clothes and there is not a significant correlation between the attitude toward the consumption of clothes and the economic behaviour. The attitude toward the internal incentive has a positive correlation with the altruistic disposition. This research shows that there's a positive correlation between the attitude toward the external incentive and the economic disposition behaviour and the altruistic disposition behaviour. Third. the relative power of influence of the related variables that have an effect on the altruistic disposition behaviour shows that the attitude toward the internal incentive comes first and the personal contact with the information comes second. the attitude toward the consumption of clothes comes third and the existence of mother's job comes last in order of influence. The relative power of influence of the related variables that have an effect on the economic disposition behaviour shows that grades and the attitude toward the external incentive comes first and the existence of siblings comes next in order of influence.

Investigating the Effects of Job Stress on the Distraction and Risky Driving Behaviors of Food Delivery Motorcycle Riders

  • Background: Occupational safety issues related to food delivery riders emerge with evidence of an increase in associated traffic accidents and injuries along with the rapid growth of the online food delivery business. This paper focuses on food delivery riders' job stress and investigates its relationships with both antecedents and risky riding outcomes. Method: Survey data were collected from 279 Taiwanese food delivery motorcycle riders and analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The results show that job overload and time pressure positively impact riders' job stress, while self-efficacy slightly reduces job stress. Job stress positively leads to risky driving behavior and distraction. In addition, time pressure can strengthen the impact of job overload on job stress. Riders' risky riding attitude can also strengthen the impacts of job stress on risky riding behaviors and distraction. Conclusion: This paper advances the literature on online food delivery as well as the occupational safety improvement of food delivery riders. Specifically, this study provides insights into the job stress of food delivery motorcycle riders and the effects of job characteristics and risky behavioral consequences.

수술실 간호사의 인간관계 만족도와 저해요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job-Santisfacion and Its Depressive Facors in Human Relation Among Operation Room Nurses)

  • This study was done for the purpose of analyzing the job-satisfaction and its depressive factors in human relation of operating room nurses of university hospital. Therfore, it makes an offer the basic data to help the resolution and prevention of the problems in operating room nurses. Furthermore, this study was conducted in order to find out some kinds of scientific data for the better control of depressive factors of job-satisfaction expressed by the operating room nurses. The structred questionaire reports of 246 operating room nurses who were employed in 5 different university hospitals which have over 1, 000 beds located in Seoul, Korea were used, which wer collected from August 24th to August 30th of 1992. The author visited supervisors of operating room in each university hospital and explained the aim of this study. The most of them(90.0%) answered to the questionaires. Analysis of the collected data were done by mean, standard deviation, percentage, t-test, F-test, Q-test, correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA.and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The job of the operating room nurses were remarkably related with the satisfaction in human relation, which was defined as the behavioral job with thoughtful action rather than with mechanical action. However, the degree of satisfaction in human relation with personnel in other departments was found to be the lowest and its the main depressive factors were appeared due to the absence of interaction and uncooperative attitudes. Therefore, it was required that the members of other job need more cooperative attitude to the actual works in the operating room nurses. 2. The depressive factors in the satisfaction degree of human relation with offical seniors wer significantly related with their irresponsibility and partialness. Moreover, the job attitude of the operating room nurses is abundantly required to be improved, 3. The depressive factors in the satisfaction of human relation with medical doctors were significantly related with their insincerity and the class-consciousness. It is clearly suggested that the medical doctors do more cooperative behaviors for the jobs of the operating room without the suggested that the medical doctors do more cooperative behaviors for the jobs of the operating room without the superiority feeling of class-consciousness. 4. There was a significantly positive association between the satisfaction degree of human relation of the nurses with the following charateristics. (1) The registered nurses which had a tendency to be satisfied about the registered nurses' job. (2) The registered nurses which had a tendency to be a technique-aptitued in the motivation of the registered nurses'job. (3) The registered nurses which had a tendency to be satisfied about the total hospital working carrier and the aspects of old ages. Finally, these findings indicated that the operating room nurses should require the professional education courses associated with a high-development techniques and setisfaction in their jobs.

호텔 조리사의 인력 다운사이징(Downsizing)이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 서울.대전지역 내 호텔 조리사의 개인별 행동유형(DISC)을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of Downsizing Kitchen Employees in Hotels on Job Attitude - Focusing on the Individual Behavior Types(DISC) of Kitchen Employees in the Hotels in the Seoul and Daejeon Regions -)

  • 본 연구는 호텔 조리사의 다운사이징이 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고, 이러한 인과관계에서 DISC행동유형에 따른 개개인의 행동특성별 관계를 검중하고자 하였다. 실증연구를 위해 확보된 200개의 표본을 바탕으로 SPSS 17.0 프로그램을 통해 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 다운사이징 항목 2개의 요인과 직무태도 관련 항목 2개 요인으로 추출되어졌다. 가설1.는 호텔 내 다운사이징이 직무태도에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 준다고 설정하였으며, 검증결과 조직몰입 요인은 고용환경변화(${\beta}$=-.256), 고용불안감(${\beta}$=-.258), 직무만족의 요인은 고용환경변화(${\beta}$=-.319), 고용불안감(${\beta}$=-.174)이 다운사이징이 조리직 종사자의 직무태도에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 가설2.는 DISC행동유형에 따른 다운사이징이 직무효율성에 부(-)의 영향을 준다고 설정하였으며, 검증결과 조직몰입요인에서 주도형(D)이 타 유형에 비하여 고용불안감(${\beta}$=-.435)에 가장 큰 영향을 받으며, 신중형(C)은 조직몰입에 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족요인에서는 안정형(S)이 타 유형에 비하여 고용환경변화(${\beta}$=-.414)에 영향을 받으며, 주도형(D)은 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 호텔 조리사의 다운사이징 전략이 종사원의 조직몰입과 직무만족 등의 직무태도에 영향을 미치게 되며, 종사원 개개인의 행동유형에 따라 그 관계정도가 다름을 시사한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

치과위생사의 소진과 조직유효성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Burnout and Organizational Effectiveness of Dental Hygienists)

  • 본 연구는 치과위생사들의 소진과 조직유효성의 정도를 파악하고 이들간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 대구와 인근지역에 근무하는 치과위생사 322명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 소진 전체 평균은 2.82(5점 척도)였고, 정서적 소진 3.26, 냉소적 태도 2.63, 직업효능감 감소 2.58이었으며, 조직유효성 전체 평균은 3.0(5점 척도)이었고, 조직몰입 3.12, 이직의도 2.73, 직무만족 3.14이었다. 2. 일반적 특성에 따른 조직유효성의 차이는 연령이 30세 이상에서 조직몰입(3.41)과 직무만족(3.48)이 가장 높았고(p = .031, .000), 결혼여부는 기혼자가 미혼자보다 조직몰입(3.37, 3.07)과 직무만족(3.40, 3.10)에서 유의하게 높았다(p = .014), 근무경력은 6년 이상에서 조직몰입(3.30)과 직무만족(3.29)이 가장 높았고(p = .002, .013), 이직의도(2.93)는 3~5년이 가장 높았으며(p = .005), 연봉은 2,500만원 이상이 조직몰입(3.57)과 직무만족(3.44)에서 가장 높았다(p = .000, .001). 3. 조직몰입과 관련 있는 변수는 직업효능감 감소, 정서적 소진, 냉소적 태도 순이었고($R^2=.42$), 이러한 요인들은 통계적으로 유의한 역상관관계로 조직몰입이 높을수록 소진요인은 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다. 이직의도는 정서적 소진, 냉소적 태도, 직업효능감 감소 순으로 유의하게 관련이 있었으며($R^2=.33$), 이들 요인들은 유의한 순 상관관계로 이직의도가 높을수록 소진요인도 높음을 알 수 있었다. 직무만족과 관련 있는 변수는 직업효능감 감소, 냉소적 태도, 정서적 소진, 연령 순이었고($R^2=.36$), 이들 요인들은 유의한 역상관관계로 직무만족이 높을수록 소진요인은 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다.

대학교육품질이 반도체분야 졸업생의 업무성과에 미치는 영향 (On the Effect of the Quality of University Education of Semiconductor on Graduate's Job Performance)

  • 본 연구는 반도체분야 대학졸업생의 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 대학교육의 품질요인(교수, 학생들의 학습태도, 교육프로그램, 교육환경 등)에 관한 인과관계를 살펴보는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 최근 반도체분야의 대학교육을 마치고 관련분야에서 종사하고 있는 5년 미만의 졸업생들을 연구대상으로 설정하였다. 총 287명이 분석에 활용되었다. 본 연구에서는 구조화방정식을 이용하여 이들 간의 가설관계를 검증하는 것으로 하였다. 분석결과, 졸업생의 업무성과에는 '교수' 변수보다는 '졸업 후 본인 스스로의 지식습득노력' 변수와 더 높은 정(+)의 관계가 존재하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 특히 졸업생의 업무성과에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 대학교육 품질요인으로는 '학문을 향한 학습 태도'인 것으로 나타났다.

일부지역 치위생과 학생의 진로관련 태도 및 취업의식 연구 (A Study on Career-Related Attitude and Awareness of Employment in Dental Hygiene Students from Some Regions)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the career-related awareness of dental hygiene students and their awareness of employment in an effort to shed light on the consciousness of dental hygiene students on career and employment. Methods : A survey was conducted on 340 selected dental hygiene students in several colleges of health located in an urban community, South Gyeongsang Province, from June 8 and 16, 2016. The collected data from 335 respondents were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Result : Where they hoped to find a job was analyzed, and they hoped to be hired in an large city due to the possibility of development and expectations for high pay, and the students who wanted to be employed in a small or mid-sized urban community cited personal connections as the reason(p<.001). As for conditions for getting a good job, the largest number of the students placed importance on skills, and the students who were in the higher academic years attached more importance to skills and money(p<.01). As for preferred workplace, dental hospital was the biggest group's favorite workplace, and the students who were in the higher academic years preferred to work in dental clinic or dental hospital(p<.05). Concerning the length of dental hygienist career, the greatest group thought it would be between 11 and 15 years(p<.05). Conclusion : The findings of the study might not be generalizable because students from a few colleges only were investigated, but the findings are expected to help improve the understanding of dental hygiene students on career and how to prepare for the job market and to provide colleges and educational institutions with information on career and ways of offering vocational guidance.

경영품질의 선행요인과 결과요인: 제조업 종사자를 대상으로 (Antecedent and Consequences of Management Quality: Focused on Employees of Manufacturing Industries)

  • The objective of this study ware to explore the antecedent and consequences of management quality and to examine the mediating effects of the management quality on the relationship between antecedent and consequences. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were obtained from 328 employees working in firms at Jinju, Masan, Changwon City were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0. and AMOS 5.0. The findings are as follows: First, antecedent(psychological ownership) was positively related to management quality. Second, there were also positive relationship between management quality and consequences(employee's attitude). Third, there were also positive relationship between psychological ownership and employee's attitude(job satisfaction, organizational commitment). Finally, management quality was a partial mediating effect on the relationship between psychological ownership and employee's attitude. Based on these findings, the theoretical and practical implications and limitations are discussed in conclusion.

  • This paper tried to research a field employee's character, its correlation to service attitude and its impact on service using MBTI characteristics functional indicators, working at airline customer service center. It is proved employees with Sensing Feeing(SF), Intuition Feeling(NF) and Intuition Thinking(NT) have showed lower satisfaction on their duty than employees with Sensing Thinking(ST) have. In analysis of MBTI characteristics' impact on organization-related characteristics, it is also found out employees with Sensing Feeing(SF) and Intuition Feeling(NF) have showed lower trust than employees with Sensing Thinking(ST) have. Considering other controled factors, this paper found that the more job satisfaction employees have, employees with 1 to 5 years of experience on their duty showed more significant service-focused attitude. Moreover, deputy directors or high-ranked people with the higher job satisfaction were seemed to be more service-oriented.

The Financial Performance of Korean Manufacturing SMEs: Influence of Human Resources Management

  • The purpose of this study is to explore and empirically analyze the factors affecting the financial performance of Korean small- and medium-sized manufacturing companies, which are relatively insufficiently researched, in terms of human resource management (HRM). In particular, this study intends to examine the human resource management activities focusing on the individual influences of workers' attitudes on systems and policies as well as jobs and organizations. This study reviews previous research and discussions on the human resource management system, as well as the organization and job-related attitudes and financial performance of workers, for the formulation of two hypotheses. Among the HCCP data, the hypothesis was verified through reliability and correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis for small- and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. The results show, firstly, that human resource systems and systems have the same effect, but there were differences in the degree of impact. Secondly, job satisfaction has a statistically significant influence on financial performance. Lastly, all worker/employee attitude determinants are statistically significant for both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. HRM, previously relatively overlooked, provided theoretical and practical implications by demonstrating the direct impact on financial performance and the impact of individual human resource management systems and policies.
