7세 여아 블라우스 원형 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of the Blouse Block Pattern for 7 Years Old Girls)

  • Recently, the quality and design of the children's wear is being improved remarkably. Following the trend, the need for the research on the pattern making of children's wear is growing. At first, we tried to find out how the industry is doing the pattern making job through interview. Results are as follows. The target age ranges from 5 to 11 years old. For the sample size of pattern making, 7 years of age is preferred. It is not usual to develop the design pattern from the bodice block pattern. Instead, they use middle block pattern for each item, such as blouse, shirt, pants, skirt or jacket. Starting from these middle block pattern, they prepare individual designs. With the results, the aim of the research became to develop one of most frequently used middle block pattern. The blouse block pattern was selected for that purpose. To look into the existing patterns, we selected 4 methods, i.e. NM-method, T-method, O-method, E-methods. Theses patterns were compared through wearing test for the evaluation of comfort and fit using trial garments. The results indicated the NM-method was best among them. Specially waist line position, shoulder shape and size allowance was adequate. Alteration and adjustment of pattern draft was made onto the NM-method. Allowances for the bust circumference, across chest, across back and depth of arm was adjusted for better comfort as well as fine fit. Sidelines of the bodice and the underarm seam of the sleeves were curved for styling. After another wearing test, the final pattern was suggested as a blouse block pattern for 7 years old girl.

어선선원(漁船船員)의 노동조건(勤勞條件) 개선방안(改善方案)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on Reform Directions for Promotion of Fishermen's Labor Condition)

  • The Korea Seaman's Act is providing that fishermen s salaries are exceptionally defined and working hours and paid leave are not defined at all. Significant problems of Fishermen's Labor Condition are, (1) It is hard to guarantee the basic right of fishermen as their wages are variable depending on the catch. (2) Excessive working hours would hamper the labor reproduction ability and increase the frequency of disaster. (3) Moreover, fishermen have to search for a new job following the lay off after working aboard during the period defined by contract. The possible implement of Seamen's Act are : (1) The wage system must be unified by regular wages. If it is hard to perish the lay system its relative importance should be diminished whereas the fixed minimum wages and the allowance depending on the position and working days should be paid. (2) This discrimination of the fishing vessels from merchant should be eliminated by removing the item on the Act which excludes the fishermen on the working hours. If it is hard to do so practically the lower regulations defining the maximum periods of duty and minimum periods of rest for fishermen must enact separately as in Japan and England. (3) The difference in the provisions of paid leave between the merchant seamen and fishermen must be abolished (4) It is the most desirable to improve the fishermen's labor conditions through the completion of the Act. However, before doing this, the employers and employees must try to solve the problems through the collective agreement by themselves.

한국표준직업분류에 있어서 수산질병관리사의 직업분류에 관한 연구 (A Study on Occupation Classification of Aquatic Disease Inspector in Korean Standard Classification of Occupations(KSCO))

  • The aquatic disease inspector is not classified as an occupation in the current Korean Standard Classification of Occupations(KSCO). Therefore, the roll of the aquatic disease inspector in the medical treatment and the prevention against the aquatic organism disease is underestimated. The aquatic disease inspector is in a more disadvantageous position than the pharmacist and the veterinarian. The purpose of this study is to approve the aquatic disease inspector as an occupation in KSCO. The important contents of this study are as follows. In the first place, this study looks around the general requirements of classifying the occupations in KSCO. The aquatic disease inspector satisfies the most general requirements. But, because of the similarities of job between the aquatic disease inspector and the veterinarian, the aquatic disease inspector do not satisfy the requirement for 'the principle of exclusiveness'. In the second place, this study looks around the classification system of KSCO. The classification system of KSCO is consists of multi steps. This study makes the plan for the appropriate occupation classification of the aquatic disease inspector. In the third place, this study looks for the legal methods to classify the aquatic disease inspector as an occupation in KSCO. In order to classify the aquatic disease inspector as an occupation in KSCO, many regulations of the laws about the aquatic disease inspector and the veterinarian are to be amended and the number of the aquatic disease inspectors is to be increased by the innovative measures.

로봇 에이전트의 원격 제어를 위한 가상 3D 인터페이스 시스템 (A Virtual 3D Interface System for the Remote Control of Robot Agent)

  • 최근 생체 모방 시스템과 지능 로봇 등에 대한 관심에 따라 일정한 작업을 스스로 수행하는 로봇 에이전트 시스템에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다 로봇 에이전트를 보다 인간 친화형으로 제어하기 위한 인터페이스가 요구되고 있는데 본 논문에서는 인터넷 환경에 기반한 로봇 에이전트의 원격 제어 및 모니터링을 위한 가상 3D 인터페이스 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 매니저-에이전트 모델로 설정하고 작업자가 원격지에 있는 매니저에서 가상의 3D사용자 인터페이스 환경하에서 마우스로 로봇 에이전트에게 작업 지시 내용에 따라 스스로 물체의 3차원 형상을 인식하고 이를 목표한 위치로 옮기는 작업을 수행하게 된다. 제안된 시스템은 이 작업의 과정을 가상의 3D 그래픽과 실제 영상을 보여주는 개선된 인터페이스를 제공함으로써 보다 쉽고 인간 친화적인 로봇 에이전트의 제어가 가능함을 보인다.

도시주부의 성역할 태도와 가정관리에 대한 가치의식이 가사노동 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Sex Role Attitude and The Value Consciousness of Home Management on Urban Housewive's Satisfaction of Household Work)

  • The purpose of this study are to investigate the actual conditions of urban housewive's sex role attitude, the value consciousness of home management and the satisfaction of household work. Further, basic data fro the improvement of the satisfaction of household work and the value consciousness of home management will be produce through grasping the relationship of them. For these purposes, the data are collected by using questionnaire distributed to 394 housewives living in Taegu. The data are analyzed using frequency, pecentile, one way anova, pearson's correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis. The results of this research are as follow: 1. Urban housewive's sex role attitude comparatively took the transitional position and the value consciousness of home management was middle. Housewive's satisfaction of household work was generally usual. 2. There were significant differences in the sex role attitude according to housewive's age, educational level, the youngest child's age, durations of marriage. Specially, the variables which significantly affected sex role attitude were housewive's educational level, the youngest child's age. 3. The value consciousness of home management of urban housewives was variable according to housewive's age and educational level, monthly family income, durations of marriage, the youngest child's age, the type of housing, husband's educational level and job. 4. Among the independent variables, the houswive's educational level was variable to have influence on the satisfaction of household work. 5. There were significant differences in the satisfaction of household work according to housewive's sex role attitude. 6. Among the domains of the value consciousness of home management, the value consciousness about family relationships, consuming, educational and leader ship were variable to have influence on the satisfaction of household work.

건설기술자의 원가관리 업무역량 분석 연구 (An Analysis of Core Competency of Construction Field Engineer for Cost Management)

  • 최근 많은 기업들이 개개인의 인적자원을 기업 가치 창출의 핵심 자산으로 인식하고, 기업 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 역량기반의 인적자원관리 및 인재육성에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 국내 건설업에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 종합건설회사의 건설기술자는 건설 프로젝트 생애주기의 각 단계에서 다양한 참여주체와 함께 공사관리 업무를 수행하며, 건설기술자의 역량은 건설공사의 성패에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이다. 하지만 현재 국내의 건설기술자 능력 평가 방식은 자격 위주의 평가로서 실제 공사관리 업무에 대한 소화능력과는 거리가 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구는 건설업의 기본관리 항목 중 하나인 원가관리의 업무 프로세스 및 세부 수행항목을 분석하여 원가관리 업무 숙련도 수준을 제시하였고, 이를 바탕으로 건설기술자 직급별 요구역량 대비 현 수준 분석 및 업무 단계별 건설기술자 업무역량 분석을 실시하여 시사점을 도출하였다.

절차공정성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 임금만족 매개효과 (An Effect of Procedural Justice on Organizational Commitment : The Mediating Effect of Pay Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of pay satisfaction on the relation between procedural justice and organizational commitment. A survey was conducted to examine the mediating effect of pay satisfaction on the responses of 529 employees. The study chose sex, age, education, position, job type and career as control variable, and the regression model which treated procedural justice as independent variable and organizational commitment as criterion variables were set. A pay satisfaction was supposed as mediating variable of these relationships. The data analysis was conducted by SAS 9.4ver and LISREL 8.80. The results of this study confirm underneath the followings. First, the relation of procedural justice and organizational commitment are significantly unique. Second, procedural justice are positively related to pay satisfaction. Third, pay satisfaction is significantly positively related to organizational commitment. Fourth, the pay satisfaction is partially mediated on the relationship between procedural justice and organizational commitment. This means that the pay satisfaction mediates the relation of procedural justice and organizational commitment. These results are different from the prior researches which had treated pay satisfaction as mediating variable of procedural justice and organizational commitment. Based on the findings of the study, this study presented managerial implications and suggestions for future studies.

강원지역 기업유치 활성화를 위한 지원제도의 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A study on improvement of Investment Incentive Acts for Attracting Companies in Gangwon)

  • 기업유치를 통한 안정적 경제성장과 일자리 창출은 지방자치단체에서 고려하는 중요한 정책적 과제이다. 기업은 지역의 입지여건을 고려하여 입지를 최종적으로 선택하게 된다. 그리고 지방자치단체는 상대적으로 불리한 입지여건을 극복하기 위하여 각종 인센티브를 기업유치 수단으로 활용하게 된다. 이러한 인센티브는 기업의 투자목적, 투자규모, 투자시기 등에 따라 상이하게 적용되어야 한다. 그러나 지자체에서는 동일한 법률체계 하에서 유사한 지원을 통해 유치활동을 전개하고 있다. 이로 인해 실질적인 투자유치 활동의 성과와 연계되지 못하는 것이 사실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 강원지역에 적합한 차별화된 지원제도의 도입방안을 도출하였다. 특히 물류 및 오폐수 처리 비용지원, 교육훈련보조금의 상향 조정 등 투자유치 지원제도의 구체적인 개선방안을 모색하였다.

제품안전유공기관 평가지표개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Evaluation Indicators for Product Safety and Air Supply Agencies)

  • 본 연구의 주요 목표는 업계에서 제품 안전에 기여하는 조직을 평가하고 선정하기 위한 적절한 지표를 개발하는 것이다. 제품 안전 지표는 제품 안전 활동 및 시스템의 순서에 입력, 프로세스 및 출력을 포함하며, 그 지표들은 측정 가능하고 측정 불가능한 지수의 측면에서 제안된다. 세부 지표는 제품 안전 관리, 제품 안전을 위한 노력, 제품 안전성능 등 3가지 부분으로 구성된다. 이 지표들은 시스템 및 제품 안전의 관리 능력의 차이로 인해 기업 규모(대, 중, 소)별로 항목별로 구분된다. 지표를 합리적으로 얻기 위해 산업분야의 전문가 의견과 VOC를 검토한다. 그리고 직급과 수준(간부 대 노동자)에 따라 구분한다. 지표의 항목은 20개, 점수는 200개로 어느 경우든 동일하다. 지표들은 그의 산업에서 제품 안전의 발전에 기여하는 인력을 선택하는데 유용한 도구로 사용할 수 있다.

병원간호사의 정치관심도, 정치 효능감 및 매체 이용이 정치참여에 미치는 영향 (Political Interest, Political Efficacy, and Media Usage as Factors Influencing Political Participation in Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify how political interest, efficacy and media usage influence political participation in hospital nurses. Methods: Participants were 286 nurses, who were informed of the study purpose and agreed to participate. Data were collected during November and December, 2012 using a questionnaire on political interest, political efficacy, media usage and political participation. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$'s test, Pearson Correlation Coefficients, and Multiple Stepwise Regression. Results: Scores for political participation and political interest was average. The score for political efficacy was higher than average. Political participation was significantly different by education level, job career, position, and intention to vote in the election for the 18th President. Political participation had a moderate positive correlation with political interest (r=.50, p<.001), political efficacy (r=.32, p<.001) and media usage (r=.14, p=.022). Political interest (${\beta}$=.43) was the factor most influential on political participation, explaining 25% of the variance. A total of 32% of political participation was explained by political interest, political efficacy, and TV news or SNS for media use. Conclusion: The results suggest that it is necessary to develop strategies to promote political interest and political efficacy for hospital nurses to improve political participation.
