Selection of a suitable task from the extensively available large set of tasks is an intricate job for the developers in crowdsourcing software development (CSD). Besides, it is also a tiring and a time-consuming job for the platform to evaluate thousands of tasks submitted by developers. Previous studies stated that managerial and technical aspects have prime importance in bringing success for software development projects, however, these two aspects can be more effective and conducive if combined with human aspects. The main purpose of this paper is to present a conceptual framework for task assignment model for future research on the basis of personality types, that will provide a basic structure for CSD workers to find suitable tasks and also a platform to assign the task directly. This will also match their personality and task. Because personality is an internal force which whittles the behavior of developers. Consequently, this research presented a Task Assignment Model (TAM) from a developers point of view, moreover, it will also provide an opportunity to the platform to assign a task to CSD workers according to their personality types directly.
This study intends to investigate the management efficiency of social enterprises according to types based on the portion of the budget for employing disadvantaged social groups, in the region of Gyeonggi-do. Based on the performance list disclosed at Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency's website, 126 social enterprises certified during a period of five years from 2013 to 2017, 126 enterprises were analyzed by using data envelopment analysis (DEA) models comparing five types of the enterprises. The types was mainly identified by the job security of disadvantaged social groups. As for measurement variables, the input components included average wage, support fund, and the number of non-vulnerable employees and the number of vulnerable employees, sales, and net income were selected as output variables. In conclusion, the efficiency of Gyeonggi-do social enterprises decreased every year, and thus it is urgent to improve their efficiency, and priority should be given to the employment of vulnerable social groups, which both the job opportunity providing-type and the social service providing-type showed the highest performance.

The future competitiveness of construction industry is dependent on K-12 students. However, unfavorable images of construction industry have negative influence on K-12 students' decision-making of their career. This negative image makes them not want to find out what actually happens in construction industry. Consequently, it is important to give K-12 students the opportunity to know what construction employees actually do in their job. Studies show that K-12 students who encounter the job early-on are more likely to choose it as their career. In this context, this paper proposes construction educational game in which it can serve as a medium for capturing K-12 students' interest in Construction Management (CM). Based on the literature reviews, challenges of construction educational game for K-12 students which are edutainment, hands-on experience and social interaction, are derived. To address these issues, conceptual model and scenario are designed. Based on designed scenario, prototype of Simulation based Construction Game in Virtual World (SCGVW) is developed in Second Life (SL) and applicability test to K-12 students are implemented. This paper concludes with a discussion of the lessons learned and the future development steps of the construction educational game for K-12 students.
Purpose: This study aimed to develop and test a reward scale for hospital nurses. Methods: The initial items were identified through a literature review and focus group interviews with ten hospital nurses. The content validity of the items was evaluated by ten experts. Fifty-one items were derived from the pilot survey. Four hundred eighty-eight nurses participated in the study: 248 for exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and 240 confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Data were analyzed using item analysis, EFA, CFA, convergent validity, known-group validity, and internal consistency using IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0 and IBM SPSS AMOS 29.0. Results: The final scale consisted of 31 items and eight factors (decent wage, opportunity to grow and develop, support for special situations, various benefits, flexibility of work, job-related achievement, reflecting career and performance, and recognition), which explained 67.3% of the total variance. The eight-subscale model was validated by CFA. Convergent validity was evaluated by analyzing correlation with intention to leave (r = - .63, p < .001) and job satisfaction (r = .54, p < .001). The known-group validity was evaluated by comparing the reward scales according to age, clinical career, income level and hospital type. The scale was found to be reliable with a Cronbach's α of .89. Conclusion: Both the validity and reliability of the reward scale for hospital nurses are verified, which can enhance the understanding of the range of rewards and may assist nurse managers in establishing an effective reward system.
Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between job searching efficacy and employment stress of the allied health students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 269 allied health students in Gyeongnam from September to October 30, 2015. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects(5 items), employment stress(22 items), job searching efficacy(27 items). Data were analyzed by SPSS 20. program. Results: In case of the man, good economic level, dissatisfied with major have higher job searching efficacy in allied health students. Department of physical therapy students had higher employment stress. The employment stress has an effect on higher self-esteem, higher employment in information technology, in case of the man, lower career adopted a capability. Conclusions: It is necessary to reduce employment stress of the allied health students. That should be provide support of economical, innovation curriculum development opportunity of self-development on improve the self esteem and employment in information technology, interview skill, writing resume from freshman to broaden understanding of the majors, for the employment stress coping skill.

This study aimed to analyze the effects of ESG management activities of auto parts manufacturers on organizational trust, organizational immersion, and job satisfaction, and to examine the intermediate effects of organizational trust and organizational immersion between ESG management activities and job satisfaction. Research models and hypotheses were established by referring to the theoretical background and empirical analysis of the preceding studies, and 221 questionnaires were secured for members of Busan and Gyeongnam-based auto parts manufacturers C, E, G, and S for empirical analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, energy saving, regional cluster construction, and compliance ethics management were statistically significant in identifying the relationship between ESG management activities and organizational trust. Second, in the analysis of the impact of ESG management activities on organizational immersion, compliance ethics management showed significant results (+). Third, the analysis of the relationship between organizational trust and job satisfaction showed a significant result of affection (+). Fourth, organizational immersion has been analyzed to have an effect on Jung (+) that is significant for job satisfaction. Finally, the analysis of the parameters of organizational trust and organizational immersion showed that both variables had a medium effect. In conclusion, it was an opportunity for auto parts makers to recognize that they can increase their members' job satisfaction by making efforts to increase trust and immersion in the organization through ESG activities.
The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of the high performance and the work system recognized by the organizational members participating in the NCS enterprise utilization consulting on the organizational effectiveness and the influence of the organizational performance. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the research hypotheses were verified by applying multiple regression analysis and co-integration regression analysis on the 145 usable results from using the statistical program of SPSS 24.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, hypothesis 1, the analysis of positive(+) influence on organizational effectiveness on the characteristics of the system (selection system, evaluation and compensation, education and training opportunity, member participation system, job stability) was adopted due to its' positive(+) and significant relationship. Second, hypothesis 2, an analysis that the organizational effectiveness would have a positive impact on organizational performance was adopted due to its' proven work. However, its' effectiveness will need verification. Third, regression analysis was conducted to confirm the role of the hypothesis 3, personnel management effectiveness, between the high performance and the work system (selection system, evaluation/compensation, education/training opportunity, member participation system, job stability). As a result, Hypothesis 3 showed that the selection system (H3-1), evaluation and compensation(H3-2), education and career opportunities(H3-3), member participation system(H3-4), job stability(H3-4) showed that organizational effectiveness has a moderating role in HR effectiveness. The main implication of this study is that the positive and working system recognized by the organizational members has positive affects on organizational effectiveness and organizational performance. In order to enhance the substantiality management system through improvement of organizational performance, a regular implementation plan on a high-performance working system along with education & training system to improve organizational effectiveness is required so that the members of the organization could form a consensus. Second, as a result of confirming the moderating effects of HR management effectiveness, the moderating role of HR management system and organization effectiveness was verified positive. Therefore, this study shows that the part that verifies both organizational effectiveness and organizational performance through high-performance working system and the part that confirmed the role of control between high-performance work system and organizational effectiveness are the biggest difference from the previous research.

This study was attempted to examine relationship between personality traits and job satisfaction of community health practitioners(CHPs) working in remote rural area in order to suggest some methods to enhance their lob performance and the degrees of job satisfaction. The General Personality Test and the revised version of Job Satisfaction Questionnaire were administered to 200 of 348 CHPs in the Kwangju-Chonnam area and then the percentages, means, standard deviations and Pearson's correlation coefficients of these data were obtained, ANOVA and logistic analysis were used. The results of study were as follows : 1. CHPs without religion were more satisfied with their salary than those with religion. 2. CHPs who hoped for continuous education showed higher scores than the others on necessary job, professional pride and autonomy. Those who chose for independent job showed higher scores than the others on both necessary job and professional pride. Those who hope for long duration showed higher scores than the others on both necessary job and professional pride. Those who were satisfied with the present occupation showed higher scores than the others on pay satisfaction, necessary job, professional pride, interaction, autonomy and demand from organization. 3. Their autonomy scores differed significantly according to work status, both interaction and autonomy scores did so according to the fields of the past job in CHP, and their autonomy scores according to location of clinics. Their interaction scores differed significantly according to the frequency of home visits per mouth, both the degrees of salary satisfaction and professional pride scores did so according to the frequency of counseling education per mouth, and their professional pride scores did so according to total income per year. 4. The levels of their responsibility and self-confidence showed the highest of all personality traits variables. 5. The professional pride score of CHPs showed the highest of all job satisfaction variables. 6. Dominance were mostly correlated with autonomy and responsibility were mostly associated with professional pride. Both emotional stability and self-confidence were mostly related necessary job. In conclusion, religion, location of clinics, clinical experience, opportunity for education, dominance, self-confidence, the duration of services hoped for, satisfaction with the present occupation, the field of past job and administrative affairs were found to be the important factors in the degrees of their job satisfaction. Therefore, the methods to consider these variables will be necessary to develop for enhancing the efficiency of their Job performance and the degrees of job satisfaction.

This study examines attitudes among nursing student, attitudes that give direction in life and effect the decision-making process when seeking employment. The exigency of which derives from the need to design a proper guidance program to assist students in their search for employment. Data was collected from a survey conducted between November 20 and November 25, 1995, the respondants of which were 120 nursing students without jobs. The data was analyzed by examining frequency, percentage, average, Chi-square, one-way ANOVA and t-test through an SPSS $PC^+$ program. The results of the study can be summarized as follows : 1) There are positive relationship between a student's academic major and employment(So responded 84.3% of the subjects with only 2.5% claiming that his major didn't matter). 2) Students believe that 'good jobs' are secured through aptitude. 'Good jobs' are seen as ones which develop an individuals abilities and which offer the opportunity for advancement. However they do not believe that 'good Jobs' contribute to society 3) Students have not been supplied the proper guidance and information necessary for finding employment. The student's life research institude, professor and assistants provide Insufficient information and counseling. Personal goals are decisive factors in determining what direction a student may take as well as the kind of employment he will seek. However, advice from parents, siblings, friends, alumni, professors, assistants and counselors is also considered. 4) Students do not think it reasonable to base their career decisions on one factor only(33.9% responded that aptitude and personal interests were the most important factor, and 14.9% that income was the key determinant). 5) Location and size of the hospital are important considerations when choosing a job. There is a preference for larger hospitals. 6) A lack of stability and few opportunities for advancement are perceived as the primary reasons for the possibility of leaving one's job.
This paper analyzed leadership behavior and employee performance through empirical analysis method based on AMO theory. In this study, the ability of the leader (A), task motivation (M), and opportunity (O) were chosen as factors to analyze the relationship between transformative leadership and job performance of the subordinate staff, and the self-efficiency (O) and intrinsic motivation (M) were selected at the individual level and team atmosphere (O) at the organizational level to build a research model. 507 valid data were obtained from the survey and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS23. Studies have shown that transformative leaders have a significant impact on employee performance. This study provides research results of empirical theory to understand the behavior of the leader in the performance of the employees and also suggests implications for the management of the company's human resources.
