Traditionally, self-efficacy, burnout and engagement are defined as work related states of mind, and formally speaking, students are not employees. But, we assume that from a psychological perspective, student core activities can be considered work. Therefore, based on SCT(social cognitive theory), we examine the mediating role of self-efficacy in the prediction of student burnout and engagement, and also the mediation of burnout and engagement between self-efficacy and performance(GPA). There is no research to date wether there would be mediating role of these variables between past success and performance. These effects were analysed in the context of mediating role of the variables in a university in a sample of 438 students. This study utilized a convenience sample drawn from various major scholar area. Results of structural equation modeling analyses were consist with a full mediation model in which academic past success predicts self-efficacy, which in turn, predicts student burnout and engagement. Also our proposed model showed that burnout and engagement are partial or full mediating variables between self-efficacy and performance. Our study's findings provide evidence that engagement fully accounted for the relationship between self-efficacy and performance, and burnout partially explained the relationships. These findings aligns with the general theorizing supported by JD-R model and SCT(social cognitive theory). More specifically, it builds on the JD-R literature as it tests one of the proposed mechanisms in the relationship between job resources and work engagement. Implications of study are discussed, together with limitations and suggestions for future research.

Human being does work to live out and they have their private life because human has sociality. Both work and life are important to live out but they are on the trade-off relationship. Because keeping the balance between work and life is too hard, it has been interested by academic and practical areas. Definition of Work-life balance here is that balance or imbalance arising between work and life has no negative impact on their daily life. Above all, Work-life balance is important because it is strongly related to identity. Recently, the introduction of the mobile office system has emerged as a way to solve the problem of work-life balance. It is based on the teleworking which was formerly generated. Teleworking is to perform the work in the employee's home or office space set aside without going into the workplace. Concept of the mobile office system here is not only using portable devices during work for convenience but also the system which is designed for the performance. Thanks to the diffusion of smart devices(smart phone, tablet pc), mobile office system has been spread. Although the importance of mobile office systems is emerging, there are few researches about it. Even they mostly focus on the standpoint of performance of mobile office system. However, Quality of life is as important as the performance. As a part of Quality of Life field, Work-life balance is the closest to employee's quality of life. So this study aims to examine the effect of the use of mobile office systems on work-life balance. To do so, we try to find factors effecting Work-life balance from existing studies and then set a research model. We set the use of mobile office systems as independent variables which are divided by use of function, use by location and use by situation. There are four dependent variables - sense of self command, sense of balance, solving work problem, solving life problem. We collected data from employees who are using mobile office systems on their job. 215 people were participated in the survey and we used multiple regression analysis to verify our research model. Results show that every independent variable has no impact on solving work problem while they have slight impact on the other dependent variables. Especially use on the business trip has significant effect on dependent variables. It means that there is a possibility use of mobile office system could control the employee's quality of life and system should be evolved until it covers even critical tasks. Also, support for mobile office system -education, encouragement-should be provided. By mobile office system is maturing, future research would be done.

The financial industry in South Korea has witnessed a paradigm shift from selling traditional loan/deposit products to diversified consumption channels and financial products. Consequently, personification of financial services has accelerated and the value of finance-related personal information has risen rapidly. As seen in the 2014 card company information leakage incident, most of major finance-related information leakage incidents are caused by personnel with authorized access to certain data. Therefore, it is strongly required to confirm whether there are problems in the existing access control policy for personnel who can access a great deal of data, and to complement access control policy by considering risk factors of information security. In this paper, based on information of IT personnel with access to sensitive finance-related data such as job, position, sensitivity of accessible data and on a survey result, we will analyze influence factors for personnel risk measurement and apply data access control policy reflecting the analysis result to an actual case so as to introduce measures to minimize IT personnel risk in financial companies.

In construction site, BIM is used in part of construct-ability review and design mistake checking. However, in a current domestic construction site, except public order project, most of work in private order project has been processing based on 2D work. As an expert resists to certain point in introduction of new technique, it may be shown in the introduction of BIM. For this, We need to analysis construct-ability of introducing BIM, work field of introducing and operational capability about present domestic construction engineers. Therefore, this study solves the problem of existing construct-ability analysis, and it visualizes the various information and objects for an effective job performance. Furthermore, construct-ability analysis by BIM that can use an intergrated management is theoretically examined and practical field-application priority among conclusions is proposed through a survey targeting on the hand-on worker. Therefore, this study suggests a factor supplying for a business-centric introduction plan and support condition.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest direction for dental technicians and management of dental laboratories to contribute to the improvement of oral health of citizens with high-quality dental prosthesis by researching operational status and management satisfaction of dental laboratories. Methods: In order to investigate operational status and management satisfaction of dental laboratories, this study conducted a questionnaire survey by mailing questionnaires to heads of dental laboratories designated as clinical training workshops of Department of Dental Technology of G University and a total of 158 questionnaires were used for analysis. Results: As for gender, males were 142 persons (89.9%) and females were 16 persons (10.1%). For location of the laboratories, number of laboratories in metropolitan cities was 94 (59.5%) while small and that in mid-sized cities was 64 (40.5%). As for the satisfaction with job, those who have managed dental laboratories for 23-30 years ($1.92{\pm}77$), transact with 7-12 dental clinics ($1.70{\pm}75$), had monthly income of 4-8 million won ($1.74{\pm}.80$) and had 8-10 employees ($2.33{\pm}.68$) were the highest in their satisfaction. As for satisfaction with management, those who have managed their business for 15-20 years ($2.86{\pm}.52$), transact with more than 20 dental clinics ($2.00{\pm}.04$), had monthly income of less than 4 million won ($2.00{\pm}.85$) and had less than 3 employees ($2.00{\pm}.62$) were the highest in their satisfaction. As for monthly income, those with less than 2 million won were 24 persons (15.2%), 2-4 million were 64 persons (40.5%), 4-6 million were 40 (25.3%), 6-8 million were 14 (8.9%) and over 8 million won were 16 persons (10.2%). As for number of employees, those with less than 3 employees were 32perosns (20.3%), 4-7 were 82 (51.9%), 8-10 were 26 (16.5%) and more than 11 were 10 persons (6.3%). As for severance payment, 84 persons practiced it according to Labor Standard Act (53.2%) and 34 practice it to a proper degree (21.5%) while 20 did not practice it at all (12.7%) and 20 persons did not respond to the question (12.7%). Conclusion: Although dental laboratories have rapidly expanded in number from 473 in 1986 to 2,400 in 2015, dental technician circles are facing difficulty in their management due to fierce competition and low profitability. Therefore, in order to improve this problem, it is necessary to readjust prices for dental prosthesis to realistic ones.
A matchmaking system is a type of recommender systems that provides a set of dating partners suitable for the user by online. Many matchmaking systems, which are widely used these days, require users to specify their preferences with regards to ideal dating partners based on criteria such as age, job and salary. However, some users are not aware of their exact preferences, or are reluctant to reveal this information even if they do know. Also, users' selection standards are not fixed and can change according to circumstances. This paper suggests a new matchmaking system called Decision Tree based Matchmaking System (DTMS) that automatically adjusts the stated standards of a user by analyzing the characteristics of the people the user chose to contact. AMMS provides recommendations for new users on the basis of their explicit preferences. However, as a user's behavioral records are accumulated, it begins to analyze their hidden implicit preferences using a decision tree technique. Subsequently, DTMS reflects these implicit preferences in proportion to their predictive accuracy. The DTMS is regularly updated when a user's data size increases by a set amount. This paper suggests an architecture for the DTMS and presents the results of the implementation of a prototype.
This study analyzes the process of establishing BSC based strategic performance evaluation system of KOMSCO. This case could be a reference to other public institutes for BSC introduction and efficient BSC usage. Internal control system of KOMSCO has been improved by EVA system in 1999, BSC introduction and Job analysis in 2001 through 2002, and BSC performance evaluation system in 2004. KOMSCO tries to reflect BSC concept by inducing employees to cooperate selection process of CSF and KPI and by considering the organizational characteristics of KOMSCO in constructing it's performance indices. It is suggested that these processes are very important and should be followed by other institutes in their BSC introduction. By applying BSC, KOMSCO provides improvement in employees' understanding of strategy, performance management, and performance evaluation. KOMSCO' information system based on ERP and efficiently connected to EIS, KMS, and BSC seems to play an important role of BSC application. BSC system of KOMSCO is now in the early stage of application and needs to be evaluated by the efficiency of usage in terms of overall performance evaluation system, deduction system of evaluation point for excess accomplishment over target, and connection to budget system.

This study was performed to identify the education and training characteristics and the educational performance of the incumbent. For the enterprise in the rapidly changing market environment, the human resources is an important factor to secure the market competitiveness, and the enterprise promotes the development of competence and the corporate performance through the education and training. However, in spite of such effort, the continuously increasing turnover rate and the low utilization rate of educational contents make the enterprises to hesitate the investment in the education and training. Although, the researchers are conducting lots of researches on the characteristics and the performance of the education and training, the research focusing on the characteristics and the field utilization of the education and training is not sufficient due to such reasons, Therefore, this study intended to draw the factors of education and training characteristics through existing researches and find out what impact they have actually on the utilization in business by the incumbents through the organizational commitment. In the results of this study, it was shown that the self-efficacy do not have impact on the organizational commitment, the appropriateness of instructor ability has positive (+) impact on the continuous commitment and the emotional commitment, and the work correlation has negative impact on the continuous commitment and the emotional commitment. These results seems to mean that the importance of the instructor ability and the educational program should be increased and it is intended to provide the basic data for the education-related personnel and the related enterprises.
This paper attempts to examine the effect of EXPO 2012 Yeosu on the economy of Gwangyang bay area. Based on previous successful EXPOs, We identified four major positive effects (direct economic impact, regional infrastructure developments, redevelopment of slum areas and industrial complex, and internationalization of Gwangyang bay area). Especially, EXPO 2012 Yeosu will contribute to make the job creation of 97,842 employees and promote tourism industry. To maximize the above positive effects of EXPO 2012 Yeosu, we suggest several strategic alternatives in this paper. First of all, we need to make several plans for realizing the specialized theme of EXPO 2012 Yeosu. Second, local governments should create a more favorable business environment for foreign investors. Third, we have to make the strategic tourism programs to attract foreign tourists. Finally, local governments need to make the several communication strategies of utilizing mass media and non-mass media.
