유비쿼터스 환경에 존재하는 스마트 객체들 사이의 협력으로 지능적인 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 구축하기 위한 새로운 패러다임으로 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅이 제안되어, 활발히 연구되고 있다. 커뮤니티는 해결해야 할 목표를 가지며 목표 달성을 위해 필요한 멤버들을 구성하고, 멤버들은 목표 달성을 위해 상호작용한다. 이러한 상황에서 멤버의 결함은 멤버 사이의 상호작용을 중단시키는데, 원활한 멤버 사이의 상호작용이 커뮤니티의 목표를 달성하는 가장 중요한 문제이므로, 결국 멤버의 결함은 커뮤니티의 목표 달성의 실패를 가져온다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 컨텍스트 온톨로지를 이용한 멤버의 복제 방법 및 복구 알고리즘을 제안한다. 각 멤버는 자신의 상태를 커뮤니티에 전송하며, 커뮤니티는 모든 멤버의 상태를 온톨로지로서 유지한다. 멤버의 결함이 발견되면, 커뮤니티는 결함이 발생한 멤버의 상태 온톨로지를 추론하여 이 멤버를 대신할 새로운 멤버를 커뮤니티로 끌어들인다. 커뮤니티에 들어온 새로운 멤버는 다른 멤버들과 즉시 상호작용을 할 수 없기 때문에, 커뮤니티로부터 결함이 발생한 멤버의 온톨로지를 전송 받아 추론하여 자신의 상태를 결함이 발생한 멤버의 상태로 전환시킨다. 이 과정이 끝나면, 새로운 멤버는 자연스럽게 다른 멤버들과 상호작용을 할 수 있으며, 커뮤니티는 목표 달성을 위해 계속적으로 나아간다. 본 논문에서는 이 알고리즘의 빠르고 효율적인 수행을 위해 OWL(Web Ontology Language)로 기술된 컨텍스트 온톨로지를 사용하였으면, Jade 에이전트 플랫폼을 이용하여 제안한 방법을 실험, 분석 하였다.

The Korea Land Corporation have planned Chongna site in Incheon as a great complex town including residence, financial center, resort, shopping mall, tour and sport. One of the large estate(17,800,000$m^2$) is under construction. Cheongna site is divided into six zoning parts, according to the meaning of 6 jewels(crystal, sapphire, ruby, emerald, jade, pearl, diamond). KLC required to me 6 pedestrian with various special forms and structural system. I will introduce a various pedestrians. There are not only 4 stayed and suspended bridges, but also a truss and arch bridges.

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is the leading cause of blindness in the world. Evidence indicates that the suppression of the ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) contributes to the accumulation of toxic proteins and inflammation in retinal pigment epithelium (RPE), the functional abnormalities and/or the degeneration of which are believed to be the initiators and major pathologies of AMD. To identify new protein associations with the altered UPS in AMD, we used LC-ESI-MS/MS to perform a proteomic analysis of the aqueous humor (AH) of AMD patients and matched control subjects. Six UPS-related proteins were present in the AH of the patients and control subjects. Four of the proteins, including 26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 1 (Rpn2), were increased in patients, according to semi-quantitative proteomic profiling. An LC-MRM assay revealed a significant increase of Rpn2 in 15 AMD patients compared to the control subjects, suggesting that this protein could be a biomarker for AMD.

This Study is on the Punggongyubodoryake. Punggongyubodoryak was the records and pictures written by Ohgyeongmun(吳景文, Painter) and Gangbonpungeon(岡本豊彦, a Japanese painter, 1773~1745). in 1832. Those records and pictures were about the gifts which Korea's King(宣祖, 1567-1608) sent to Doyotomi Hideyosi(豊臣秀吉, Pungsinsugil) in 1590. Most of the gifts were of the Korean costume, which meant that Korea recognized Doyotomi Hideyosi as the new general of Japan, Tokugawa Shogunate(幕府將軍). The pictures of every Clothing in punggongyubodoryake described forms of every cloth and delineated ornamental patterns and sizes of clothing as closely as actual, they were clothes of the Middle period of Chosun. the author of the study inferred that it would be one of the impotent materials in the history of the Korean traditional costume. Among the clothes, there were several danryeongs(단령, ceremonial coat), okgwan (玉冠 woman headdress with) and paeok(佩玉, pendents with jade stings) and choongdan(中單 ceremonial undercoat) and Sang(裳, ceremonial Skirts for man), gyeontongsuseulran (肩通袖膝襕, chinese coat) was recorded in punggongyubodoryake. they were not a set of clothes for ceremonial costume but a mixture of men's and women's costume, of korean and abroad styles. the author inferred that this phenomenon was actually a good proof that the gifts were sent to Hideyosi only as courtesy, which meant for downgrading the receiver.

This study was undertaken to design Ginyeo's character and costume in the early-middle Goryeo Dynasty which had a few relics, and to make practical cultural contents. The famous Goryeo Ginyeos who had real names are costume characters. Goryeo women dressed in delicate white ramie jarket in "Goryeo-dokyung", and the shape of Jacket can be two kinds: long-wide jacket enough to tie a belt, and long caftan cover the knee. Goryeo women enjoyed wide yellow skirt, but Ginyeo in "Dongguk-isanggutjip" put on pink, flower, pomegranate, red skirt for high class ladies. In the case of Mong-su(a head cloth with black gauze train), it is thought that Ginyeo fold up train like lower class or just hang down like ordinary women, because of their status. As underwear, a ramie jacket and wide underpants were set up. It is needed that many Golden bells and jade trinkets must be attached to Goryeo Ginyeo's waist to stress their characteristics. Ginyeo's hair style can be designed so that a bunch of right hair was dropped down and the rest hair was rolled on reft shoulder. To design a Ginyeo's costume chatacter of the early-middle Goryeo, the richness of wide skirt, delicacy of white ramie, a great deal of trinkets must be emphasized correctly as a characteristic of Goryeo women's costume in that period.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 분산되어 존재하는 서비스나 디바이스의 효과적인 사용을 위해서는 서비스의 종류나 서비스의 위치 등의 기본적인 정보가 사전에 제공되어야 한다. 이러한 기본 정보를 사용자의 요구에 맞게 정확히 탐색해서 찾아주는 일련의 과정을 서비스 디스커버리(Service Discovery)라 칭하며, 유비쿼터스 같은 분산 이동 환경에서 가장 먼저 구축되어야만 하는 시스템이다. 최근에는 발달된 에이전트 기술을 서비스 디스커버리와 접목시켜 분산되어 있는 서비스와 디바이스 그리고 사용자까지 효율적이고 유용성 있게 관리하는 추세이다. 각국의 기업이나 학교에서 수 많은 에이전트 플랫폼이 개발되어 왔지만, 각기 다른 개발 기준의 적용으로 인하여 에이전트 플랫폼 간의 상호운용(Interoperability)에 어려움이 존재한다. FIPA 에서는 이종 에이전트 플랫폼 간의 제공 서비스 상호운용을 위해서 디스커버리 미들웨어(Discovery Middleware) 모듈을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 FIPA-OS 와 JADE 그리고 SLP 플랫폼 들이 서로의 서비스를 공유할 수 있도록, FIPA 에서 제안한 디스커버리 미들웨어를 실질적으로 개발하여 상호간의 서비스 디스커버리가 이루어질 수 있도록 하였다.

Induction of neurogenesis can occur in the hippocampus in response to various pathological conditions, such as Alzheimer's disease. The aim of this study was to investigate the changes that occur in endogenous neural stem cells in response to amyloid beta $(A{\beta})_{25-35}$-induced neuronal cell damage in organotypic hippocampal slice cultures. Cresyl violet staining and Fluoro-Jade B staining were used to detect neuronal cell damage and changes of mossy fiber terminals were observed by Timm's staining. The immunofl uorescence staining was used to detect the newly generated cells in the subgranular zone (SGZ) of the dentate gyrus with specific marker, 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine (BrdU), Ki-67, Nestin, and doublecortin (DCX). In compared to control slices, neuronal cell damage was observed and the mossy fibers were expanded to CA3 area by treatment with $A{\beta}_{25-35}$. Ki-67/Nestin- and BrdU/DCX-positive cells were detected in the SGZ. In conclusion, these results demonstrate that $A{\beta}$-induced neuronal damage results in an increase in endogenous neural stem cells in rat hippocampal slice cultures not only for gliosis but also for neurogenesis.

Recently the Volatile Organic Compound, HCHO, a harmful object spout from the construction materials is made an issue of social problem. Also the appearance of the building where the confidentiality is high was interior air pollution and it was brought about a huge problem. The government research facility and a relation industry sector conducts a many effort to improves like this actual condition. The Diverse ability building material which contains the natural material of the jade, the charcoal and the hwangto instead of the finish material which contains the harmful chemical material, is becoming development and utility. Hereupon the study have carried out research on hwangto plaster that was composed of hwangto and rice straw. The result of test that is deduced by basic proportion is properly appeared with suitable ratio of the hwangto and the sand to 4:6~5:5 by the compressive strength and crack control, workability. The result of test, that adds the rice straw to basic blending for a crack control, appeared with the fact that it is most suitable 3%to add the rice straw that has a length of 0.5cm~2cm. The result of test that plaster over the large size to compare a cement plaster with a hwangto plaster show a similar efficiency by workability. Also it controlled the crack and peeling off actual condition which is discovered from the hwangto plaster of existing perfectly.

This paper introduces the development of an integrated design system using Service-Oriented Architecture. The system is proposed and being developed based on several advanced technologies, such as multi-agents, Internet/web Service, workflow, database and is aiming to provide the successful fulfill our target of integrating personnel, design activities and engineering resources along a predefined engineering design project (workflow) during product development process. By using SOA concept, the system tries to separates the engineering process into the engineering knowledge and the usage of engineering tool. Consequently, the computing resources in organization can be fully utilized and thus the cost can be reduced. The system is being designed and developed on the base of JADE (Java Agent DEvelopment Framework).

The purpose of this study was to compare the characteristics of underwear consumer's underwear purchasing behavior through survey. 630 questionnaires were distributed in Seoul and Chonju and 618 with usable data were analyzed frequency and factor analyses, t-test etc. using SPSSWIN 10.0. program. The results were summarized as follows : Most male consumers buy underwears at discount stores whereas most female consumers at chain store. Throughout all four seasons, more male and female consumers do not wear heat-retaining underwears. Most male and female consumers do not have function-fiber underwears nor functional-finishing and natural-dyeing-treated underwears. Most consumers are not satisfied with these underwears. The most important criteria for most male consumers to choose underwears are comfort levels while in action, the sense of touch, comfort levels while wearing them while not in action, pleasance levels; whereas for females are comfort levels while in action, and comfort levels while wearing them while not in action. Male consumers prefer a little bigger-than-their-bodies size, dry and soft fabrics, plain white color; whereas female consumers prefer a little tight size, dry and soft fabrics and plain beige color, Most consumers want to buy functional-fiber underwears made of yellow- soil-and-charcoal-dyeing fabrics which has jade.
