네트워크를 통하여 멀티미디어 전송이 이루어지는 새로운 형태의 응용들은 기존의 네트워크 환경을 최대한 활용하여 효율적인 멀티미디어 전송이 이루어지도록 해야 하지만, 전송을 담당하고 있는 기존의 네트워크 구조 및 프로토콜은 멀티미디어 전송을 고려하여 설계되고 발전되어 온 형태가 아니므로 이를 활용하는 데는 여러 한계점이 발생하게 된다 이것은 정적인 데이터 전송에 초점을 둔 기존의 네트워크 환경이 시간적 개념이 포함된 멀티미디어 전송을 지원해야 하는 점에서 기인하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 데이터 전송에 있어서 기존 네트워크의 한계점을 제시하고, 실시간 멀티미디어 트래픽을 지원하는 스트리밍 프로토콜에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 기존 네트워크 구조를 이용하여 MPEG-21 디지털 아이템을 전송하기 위한 프로토콜 구조에 대해 고찰해 보도록 한다.

The national product identifier(NPI) currently used in the national product asset management system does not accommodate ISO or EPC standards due to the limitation of tag memory. For this reason, we propose a new NPI which accommodates not only ISO item identification standards but also the memory capacity of ISO tags. First of all, memory structures of ISO/IEC 18000-6C and EPC tags are analyzed from the view point of product identifier structure. Second, ISO/IEC 15459 and EPC identification standards as item identifier structures for the product asset management are analyzed. Third, based on these analyses, the NPI used for the current RFID-based product asset management system is analyzed and its problems are presented. Finally, a new NPI structure is proposed suitable for ISO/IEC 18000-6C and ISO/IEC 15459.

As a product structure or BOM(bill of material) of products is hierarchically structured, the design based on the concept of relational data base modeling causes low performances in data search or processing. For this reason, an object-oriented approach to designing a product structure is proposed in this paper. Using Rumbaugh's OMT (Object Modeling Technique) method, classes of parts, BOM structure, options, and models are defined and their class-relationship diagrams are proposed. For the representation of the BOM structure suitable for the object-oriented paradigm, a new data architecture called the BOM item class is suggested. It is expected that the proposed data structure ensures better reusability and expandability due to the modularity.

Objectives : To develop a physical functioning instrument for older adults living in the community. Methods : A representative sample of 979 people aged 65 years or over were interviewed in-person. Of these, 199 people also completed a detailed in-hospital examination. The scale items were selected based on the frequency of endorsement, along with the item-total and inter-item correlations. The associations of the scale with their physical performance and clinical examination were analyzed to evaluate the criterion-related validity. Construct validity was assessed using factor analysis, and internal consistency through Cronbach's alpha and item-total correlations. Test-retest reliability was measured by agreement between the household survey and the repeat survey at the in-hospital examination. Results : Initially, 23 items on the level of difficulty, ranging from no difficulty to an inability to complete a task, with the specific mobility and self-care tasks were included. Those with a high frequency of endorsement and a low inter-item or item-total correlations were excluded, resulting in a 10-item Physical Functioning (PT) scale. Equal weights were given to each item and a summated score was calculated. Significant associations were found between the PF scores and the physical performance, surrey and clinical data. The scale revealed a 2-factor (mobility and self-care) structure. Cronbach's alpha was 0.92 and the item-total correlations were in the 0.63 to 0.78 range. Pearson's correlations for the test-retest ranged between 0.56 and 0.61. Conclusions : The newly developed Physical Functioning (PF) scale showed good psychometric properties in older people. Further work, however, is needed to improve its sensitivity to discriminate higher levels of functioning, in addition to assessing its predictive value in detecting changes in health.

In this paper, we propose the method of a table structure recognition in various table types for document processing automation. A table with items surrounded by ruled lines are analyzed by detecting horizontal and vertical lines for recognizing the table structure. In case of a table with items separated by spaces, the table structure are recognized by analyzing the arrangement of row items. After recognizing the table structure, the areas of the table items are input into OCR engine and the character recognition result output to a text file in a structured format such as CSV or JSON. In simulation results, the average accuracy of table item recognition is about 94%.

In Side of Supply and Demand of Fisheries Products, The Aquacultural Industry stayed in subsidized situation for the whole fishery industry of korea when it's dawned. But nowaday, the Aquacultural Industry has been developed to unique industry itself, and it could be said the Hoe - korean style Sashimi or Sushi culture of korea can't exist without its aquacultural industry. So it could be said that the Aquacultural industry is not only a part of the fishery industry but also inevitable unique industry. The main objective of this paper is to analysis the present situation for production of Flatfish, distribution of Flatfish, and consumption structure of Flatfish. Especially, the production for aquacultural Flatfish in 2005 has been raised over 38 times against the production in 1990, and it takes the status as the major fish which leads the domestic aqua cultural industry compare with others. The distribution of Flatfish can be divided to the domestic and export mainly. In field of its domestic distribution, Flatfish is the major item with Rockfish, and the deal of its over 90% happens in Similarity Fishery Wholesale Markets such as In-chon, Ha-nam, and Bu-san Fishery Wholesale Market not in the common distribution process of the fishery products. At present, the exporting of Flatfish take 13.9% among the whole Aquacultural Industry of korea, and Flatfish mainly export to Japan. Also, through the development of chinese economy, Hoe consumption culture is expanded gradually. And the future of exporting Flatfish is very bright because of developing of the U.S. market. The brief introduction of the consumption style of live fish is as belows. According to the research, generally the most of korean consumers prefer individual item as their food to combination style in korean Hoe consumption culture and the favorite item of korean consumers are Flatfish and Rockfish.

Few instruments are available to measure nurses' perceptions of cultural competence in South Korea. Furthermore, the equivalence of factors between original and translated instruments has not been evaluated. The specific aims of this study were to identify the validity and reliability of a Korean version of the Cultural Awareness Scale (K-CAS) and to evaluate the equivalence of factors between the original CAS and the K-CAS. A total of 515 nursing students completed the 26-item K-CAS, 28-item Caffrey Cultural Competence in Healthcare Scale (CCCHS), and eight-item Openness to Diversity and Challenge Scale (ODCS). The K-CAS exhibited good reliability (${\alpha}=.83$) and construct validity by correlating with the CCCHS (r=.344, p<.001) and ODCS (r=.394, p<.001). Confirmatory factor analysis results of the K-CAS confirmed the same factor structure as the original CAS. The K-CAS could be a useful tool to assess the concept of cultural competence among nursing students and nurses.

As issued the development of energy resources, EPC work process through the IT technology is essential for efficient business management, and systematic management of data generated in this process is needed. In domestic, the research related to system development for the collection and management of construction data detected in the field has been done continuously, but pipeline business target the long-distance in extreme cold weather, almost no cases have been studied up to now. Therefore, this research is aimed to derive the data item for efficient management in EPC Stage of pipeline business in extreme cold weather. WBS system of EPC work are classified easily at two levels, data items can be divided based on the type of document. In the future I will be expected to be the foundation of the systematic management of data generated in the EPC step-by-step of pipeline business.

웹기반 교수 학습이 효과적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 교수-학습 활동이 학습 목표에 도달되었는지를 평가하는 일이 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 기존의 HTML 형식과 파일 형식의 문제은행 시스템은 관리하기가 어렵고, 다향한 형태로 문제를 생성할 수 없으며, 공유를 할 수 없다는 단점이 존재한다. 또한 학습자 수준에 맞는 평가 문제를 제공하기가 힘들다. 이에 반해, XML 문서는 구조화된 정보를 체계적으로 생성하고 관리할 수가 있으며, 기존의 파일 형태 정보에 비하여 의미적인 정보 단위를 구조화하여 표현하기 때문에 문서의 관리 및 검색, 저장에 효과적으로 이용할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 XML을 기반으로 한 웹기반 문제은행 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였으며, 학습자 수준을 분석하여 적절한 평가 문항을 제시함으로서 수준별 개별학습을 지원할 수 있도록 하였다.

Ship STEP is the international standard for the exchange of ship modeling data between heterogeneous systems. It is expected that STEP AP218 can be used for seamless data exchange between various CAD/CAM/CAE systems used in the shipbuilding design process. Although the conformance assessment for standards would maximize the performance and confidence about data exchanges, most research has been directed toward interoperability testing. ISO SC4/TC184 only provides the method for conformance testing, and it can be used with test cases on application protocols. Even though standards have been defined for conformance assessment and testing, there is no organization or association. CAD vendors have focused on interoperability testing for evaluation of the performance of their systems. In this paper, the conformance testing criteria for AP218 have been developed with abstract test cases of ship structures. The requested STEP translator was also reviewed with a developed item pool of testing criteria. The criteria methodology would be a guideline for the development of translators and interfaces. The item pool method of testing criteria for conformance assessment would increase performance and efficiency of data translators for Ship STEP and other standards.
