약주(藥酒)의 향기성분(香氣成分)인 formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, ethyl acetate, acetone, diacetyl, n-propanol, iso-butanol, iso-amyl alcohol, dimethylsulfide, ethanol의 역치를 유사(類似) 약주(藥酒)와 18% ethanol 액(液) 및 $20^{\circ}C$와 $50^{\circ}C$의 증류수중에서 측정(測定)하고 이들 성분(成分)의 각농도(各濃度)에서의 쾌감도(快感度)를 측정(測定)하였다. 유사약주(類似藥酒)에서의 역치는 각각 5,20,30,7,0.2,20,80,10,2ppm 및 5g/l이었으며 $20^{\circ}C$ 증류수중에서의 역치는 각각(各各) 5,10,20,7,0.15,75,7.5,2ppm 및 5g/l 이었고 iso-amyl alcohol은 $80{\sim}350ppm$에서 최고 쾌감(快感)을 나타낸 후 520ppm 이상에선 불쾌감(不快感)을 나타냈다. Ethanol은 $10^5ppm$, n-propanol은 50ppm까지는 쾌감(快感)을 나타냈으며 iso-butanol은 220ppm, diacetyl은 1ppm을 초과하면 불쾌감(不快感)을 나타냈으며 iso-butanol은 260ppm 초과의 경우 극도의 불쾌감(不快感)을 나타냈다. Ethyl acetate는 함량(含量)이 증가함에 따라 쾌감(快感)이 좋았으나 250ppm이 초과하면 쾌감(快感)이 감소(感少)하는 경향이었으며 acetaldehyde는 110ppm에서 최고(最高) 쾌감(快感)을 보였다.

The growing importance of product quality is becoming more and more daily apparent as we enter the age of globalization around the world. And the product safety is getting more focus as well as product quality. As a result, many domestic companies are putting a lot of emphasis on safety measures and management activities and these companies' products are mainly superior to other companies' product. When we separate the product quality procedure into 3 steps, i.e. quality secure-quality confirm-quality guarantee, of course the 1st step is the most important, but also End step of product quality confirm process is important. And in mass production environment, sampling inspection is more desirable than the 100 % inspection procedure. As a part of globalization trend, KS system is also being revised and reestablished based on ISO, IEC, etc. which are based on international standard. Conventional KS sampling inspection standards were in many areas quite different from ISO sampling standards, only KS A 3102, 3104, 3151 are left and the rest become obsolete, and even the ones that are still around are planned to the gone step by step. It has been already 3 years since the new KS A ISO 2859-0-3 sampling inspection process has been established which the abolition of the popular KS A 3101, KS A 3105, KS A 3109, yet the implementation rate is very slow. This study will attempt to analyze the new KS A ISO 2859-2 and KS A ISO 2859-3, and try to understand the difference as that the new standard can be easily understood and used widely among companies, by using examples. Our attempt is to help implement with the companies with active safety involvement but the final result can be spread among other companies as well in the near future.

The present study evaluated the effects of various dosages of soybean isoflavone extract on lipid profiles, lipid peroxidation and antioxidant activities in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. The one normal control group was fed an AIN-76-based experimental diet and four diabetic groups were fed the same diet, supplemented with four different levels of soybean isoflavone extract for seven weeks. The daily dosages of pure isoflavone for four diabetic groups were set to be 0 mg (diabetic control), 0.5 mg (ISO-I), 3.0 mg (ISO-II) and 30.0 mg (ISO-III) per kilogram of body weight, respectively. The plasma total cholesterol levels and the TBA-reactive substances contents in the liver and kidney were significantly lowered in ISO-II and ISO-III groups compared to those in the diabetic control group. The levels of plasma HDL-cholesterol, plasma vitamin A and hepatic superoxide dismutase were significantly increased in those two groups compared with the diabetic control group. The present study demonstrated the possibility that the diets supplemented with 3.0 mg and 30.0 mg of soybean isoflavone extract may have beneficial effects on the plasma lipids, tissue lipid peroxidation and partly on antioxidant system in diabetic animals and there were no significant differences between the ISO-II and ISO-III groups. The results suggest that the effective daily dosage level of isoflavone for improving lipid metabolism in diabetic rats may be above 3.0 mg per kilogram body weight.

이 연구의 목적은 국제표준 온톨로지 언어로 간주되고 있는 W3C의 웹 온톨로지 언어(OWL)와 ISO 토픽맵(Topic Map)의 핵심개념을 상세히 기술하고, 각 언어의 의미표현력에 대해서 비교분석하는 것이다. 본 논문의 구성은, 첫째 온톨로지의 기반을 이루고 있는 URI와 네임스페이스에 대해서 기술하는 것이고, 둘째 토픽맵의 핵심 개념인 토픽(Topic), 연계(Association), 어커런스(Occurrence) 등에 대한 상세한 설명을 제공하는 것이고, 셋째 토픽맵이 검색결과를 의미 있는 그룹으로 묶어서 보여 주어야 한다는 목록의 제2목적을 효율적으로 성취하는 방법에 대해서 기술하는 것이고, 마지막으로 토픽맵과 OWL의 의미표현력의 차이점에 대해서 상세하게 비교분석한 내용으로 되어 있다.

Eleven phenols including two chlorophenols, eight alkylphenols and bisphenol A were derivatized with isobutylchloroformate to form their isobutoxycarbonyl derivatives. Standard phenol mixture was concentrated for the isobutoxycarbonyl (isoBOC) derivatization and analysed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The recoveries of the derivatization method of alkylphenols, chlorophenols, and bisphenol A were calculated by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry-selected ion monitoring mode using two work-up methods for comparison; shaking and heating method. The linear detector responses were obtained in the concentration range of 5∼400 ng, with correlation coefficients varying from 0.9755∼0.9981. Recoveries of the alkylphenols, chlorophenols, and bisphenol A were determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry-selected ion monitoring mode using two work-up methods for comparison ; the US-EPA method and the isoBOC derivatization method, Eleven phenols in water samples were extracted with dichloromethane and then concentrated. Also, solid-phase extraction (SPE) with XAD-4 and subsequent conversion to isobutoxycarbonyl derivatives for sensitive analysis with the selected ion-monitoring (SIM) mode. The recoveries were 85.1∼109.9％ and 90.3∼126.6％ for the US-EPA method and the isoBOC.

MPEG-V(ISO/IEC 23005) standardizes normative sensory effects metadata and sensory devices command for adapting the sensory effects between the virtual world and the real world. MPEG-V(Virtual) standardization has been carried out by 3DG(Dimensional Graphics) ad-hoc group inside MPEG Working Group(ISO IEC JTC1/SC29/WG11). For the scent effect, one of the sensory effects within MPEG-V, we proposed an olfactory interaction model including electronic nose and scent display to the ad-hoc group. Recently, we proposed types and elements related to the electronic nose as a sensor defined in MPEG-V standard for olfactory interaction. At the 114th MPEG meeting, the types and elements were consequently reflected on MPEG-V CD(Committee Draft) 4th edition. In this paper, we implement an electronic nose system applicable to MPEG-V standard by using MPEG-V schema, encoder, and decoder in order to assess their adequacy.

경제 환경의 변화로 무한경쟁시대에서 생존하기 위하여 중소기업은 자체기업경쟁력을 확보해야하는 당면과제가 대두되고 있다. 정부는 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해 1992년부터 품질경영(QM:Quality Management)제도를 새로운 시대 환경에 걸맞은 대안으로 택하여 확산시켜 나가고 있다. 본 연구에서는ISO 9000을 통하여 품질경영을 도입한 300인 이하 제조업체를 대상으로 ISO 900 인증 취득 후의 효과에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과 ISO 9000 인중 취득 후 기업경영에 상당한 도움이 되고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 인증취득기업은 IMF이후 국·내외의 환경변화에 적절히 대응하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 ISO 9000 품질시스템 구축은 부서간 Network를 신속하게 연결시켜 줌으로써 고객 Needs를 파악할 수 있었으며, 기업경영의 체질개선 정비와 제품 품질의 향상, 부문의 업무 능률 둥이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 ISO 9000 품질시스템 인증은 21세기를 대비하는 기업경영을 실현하는데 중요한 전략이라 할 수 있다.

It is prescribed for the controls layout of agricultural tractors to offer a comfortable workspace in ISO 4253 as international standard. To export other country to the Korea agricultural tractor, it needs to come up to the nation standard. The objective of the study is to investigate for location of control operation of the Korea agricultural tractor after applying the ISO 4253, to know whether it suits or not the nation standards with the tractor of product and supply within the country. As the research result of Korea agricultural tractor, Controls position of them are few in zone of comfort which defined in ISO 4253 and escapes lots in the zone of reach.

본 논문에서는 ITU-T, ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27, GSMA, 및 OECD에서 진행되고 있는 온라인 아동 및 청소년들을 보호하기 위한 국제표준화 동향을 소개하고자 한다. 현재 ITU-T SG17 및 ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27에서 온라인 아동 보호 표준과 관련하여 우리나라가 주도적인 역할을 수행하고 있으며, ITU-T SG17에서는 새로운 국제표준 제정을 위해 계속적으로 기고서를 제출하고 있다. 또한 ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27에서는 2013년 10월 송도회의에서 연령검증이 SP(Study Period) 아이템으로 선정되었으며, 2015년 4월 회의에서 Anonymous attribute assurance 제목의 SP로 진행 되고 있다. 인터넷 상에서 유해정보 차단 및 안전한 이용자 환경을 제공하기 위해서는 온라인 아동 보호 표준에 대한 국제 및 국내표준의 제정이 필요하며, 효과적인 표준의 개발을 위해서는 게임업체 및 콘텐츠 서비스를 제공하는 기업들의 참여가 필요하다.

이 소문은 I.S.O.(국제표준화기구)의 활동 중 도서관관계의 기준 제정의 근황을 알려주는 가장 친절한 설명이다. 특히 T.C46에서 제정한 권고안의 목록과 앞으로 제정될 부분에 대한 명세는 이 분야에 관심을 둔 여러 연구자의 관심을 끌게 하리라 생각된다. 필자는 ISO에 관한 몇 가지 문제에 관심을 기우려 왔다. 그 이유는 이 기관의 역할은 결국에는 세계의 모든 곳에 활동을 집약시키게 될 것이며 그 규제를 받지 않을 수 없게 되리라는 점과 그것이 바로 도서관이 전진하는 필연적 노정의 하나라는 점에서 였다. 이 예상은 결코 그릇된 것이 아니었다. 최근에 ISDS(국제연적간행물데이터 씨스팀)을 요위한 ISSN, ISBDCS등의 중요 규법이 전부 ISO와의 협의 하에 이룩되고 있음은 이를 말하여 주고 있는 사실인 것이다. 원문은 11p.에 달하는 분량인데 이를 간추려 반량으로 발취하여 번역하여 보았다. 따라서 U.S. Participation in I(SO) via ANSI와 Other Relavant ISO Technical Committee라는 표제가 붙은 두 절을 제외한 것이고 기타 명세목록도 제외한 것임을 밝혀 둔다. 원문은 Library Resources & Technical Sevices Fall 1974. 18(4) p.325-335에 실려 있다.
