정보보호 요소의 통합에 관한 선행 연구: COBIT 4.1과 ISO/IEC 27002:2005의 매핑을 중심으로

  • 기업의 비즈니스 환경에서 정보보호의 중요성이 높아감에 따라 정보보호와 관련된 표준이나 벤치마크의 필요성도 증대되었다. 이러한 표준에는 ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, PCIDSS, ITIL, COBIT 등이 유명하다. 본 논문에서는 IT 거버넌스의 프레임워크로서 폭 넓은 범위의 정보보호 플랫폼이 될 수 있는 COBIT 4.1과 정보보호를 위한 상세한 최선의 실무(best practice)를 담고 있는 ISO/IEC 27002의 각 정보보호 요소에 대해 간략히 알아보고, 이들을 서로 매핑하여 "높은 수준"의 프레임워크와 "낮은 수준"의 방법론의 통합에 대한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

A Statistical Program for Measurement Process Capability Analysis based on KS Q ISO 22514-7 Using R (R을 이용한 KS Q ISO 22514-7 측정 프로세스 능력 분석용 프로그램)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a statistical program for capability analysis of measuring system and measurement process based upon KS Q ISO 22514-7. Methods: R is a powerful open source functional programming language that provides high level graphics and interfaces to other languages. Therefore, in this study, we will develop the statistical program using R language. Results: The R program developed in this study consists of the following five modules. ① Measuring system capability analysis with Type 1 study data: MSCA_Type1.R ② Measuring system capability analysis with Linearity study(Type 4 study) data: MSCA_Type4.R ③ Measurement process capability analysis with Type 1 study & Gage R&R study data: MPCA_T1GRR.R ④ Measurement process capability analysis with Type 4 study & Gage R&R study data: MPCA_T4GRR.R ⑤ Attribute measurement processes capability analysis : AttributeMP.R Conclusion: KS Q ISO 22514-7 evaluates measuring systems and measurement processes on the basis of the measurement uncertainty that was determined according to the GUM(KS Q ISO/IEC Guide 98-3). KS Q ISO 22514-7 offers precise procedures, however, computations are more intensive. The R program of this study will help to evaluate the measurement process.

  • ISO/TC 43 Acoustics 총회는 약 18개월 주기로 개최되어 음향분야 국제표준의 제,개정을 논의하고 추진한다. 최근의 ISO/TC 43회의는 2014년 5월 19일부터 23일까지 독일 베를린 DIN에서 개최되었다. ISO/TC 43의 관련 작업반(WG 1, 8, 9)회의와 함께 ISO/TC 43/SC 1 Noise 및 ISO/TC 43/SC 2 Building Acoustics의 관련 WG 회의도 진행되었다. ISO/TC 43에서는 ISO 1999 소음성 난청 평가 관련 표준을 개정하였다. ISO/TC 43/SC 1 Noise에서는 도로용 자동차의 쿨링팬 소음 측정방법, 사격장에서의 청력손실 측정방법, 헤드? 사용시 소음레벨 가이드 라인에 대한 표준 제정에 대한 NP(New Proposal)이 채택되었다. ISO/TC 43/SC 2 Building Acoustics에서는 소음 방사 효율 측정방법에 대한 표준안 제정이 제안되었다. 또한 ISO 10848-1 ~ 4 개정안 추진이 의결되었다. 건축물의 소음 평가 등급(WG 27) 및 소음성능 표시제도(WG 29)와 관련된 회의가 새롭게 진행되었다. ISO/TC 43 및 관련 SC, WG 회의를 통해 음향, 소음 전반에 걸친 국제표준의 제,개정이 의결되었으나, 국내 전문가들의 관심과 적극 참여는 부족한 것으로 판단된다. 향후 음향, 소음의 기술 및 연구 선도를 위해서는 국제표준활동에 대한 적극적인 참여와 지원이 필요하다.

  • Increasing safety requirements of automobile are asking companies to find out solutions, based on the ISO 26262 which is a functional safety standard. ISO 26262 is an adaptation of the IEC 61508 for automotive electric/electronic systems. ISO 26262 provides a V model for ECU (Electronic Control Unit) development process to secure safety against vehicle. It well describes the requirements, necessary works and their resulting products for each development phase. However, it is difficult to apply to product development for achieving functional safety in the electric/electronic systems of an automobile because it lacks explanation on the working steps to follow and the methodologies and tools to be used in each step. In this paper, we introduce the outline of the ISO 26262 product development process and present a DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) road-map based on the ISO 26262 product development process as a way to operate efficiently the ISO 26262 product development process. The DFSS road-map consists of five phases: Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, and Verify. The detailed activities, tools, inputs, and work products are given for each phase.

  • In this paper, we analyze the active RFID systems ISO/IEC 18000-7 and ISO/IEC 18000-4. In order to improve the coverage in sensor networks, which consist active RFID tag, we propose RFID multi-hop relay system using active RFID relay tag. To compare the performance between the existing ISO/IEC 18000-7 system and the proposed RFID multi-hop relay system, we introduce new system efficiency measure and sensitivity-based measure of achieved coverage. Also, we analyze the performance of the proposed system and compare it with that of the existing system through MCL (Minimum Coupling Loss) analysis and SLS (System Level Simulation) analysis.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the ISO/DIS 11620 : 2007(library performance indicators) in terms of structures, objectives, and BSC, and to apply the selected performance indicators to the digital library services for the case of 'B' University in Korea. Standardization of library statistics and of qualify or performance measures for libraries is carried on within ISO in the frame of the TC46/SC8/WG4. While the first edition of ISO 11620 grouped the indicators as to service areas, the ISO/DIS 11620:2007 uses the structure of the balanced scorecard(BSC). For the study, 44 performance indicators are grouped into traditional, hybrid. and digital libraries according to the characteristics of them. Ten selected Performance indicators, which are classified into digital libraries, are verified for the applicability.

  • The organizations that adopted ISO 9000:1994 have upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 family through transition period by December, 2003. This paper focuses on the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 QMS in Busan and Kyungnam provinces where most machinery and metal manufacturing companies are located. Based on the questionnaire survey, we calculate ordinal association measures of requirements questions, perform factor analysis, and test three hypotheses to ascertain if there is any difference in implementing ISO 9001:2000 QMS. Results show that a professional manager-CEO maintains QMS general requirements(4.1), work environment(6.4), measurement analysis and improvement general(8.1), and monitoring and measurement(8.2) better than an owner-CEO. In addition, it has been found that customer focus(5.2) and improvement(8.5) are well maintained in companies by internal developmental reasons, and infrastructure(6.3) and purchasing(7.4) are well maintained by companies with long term implementation.

  • ISO/TC46 is the International Organization for Standardization of practices relating to libraries, documentation and information centers, indexing and abstracting services, archives, information science and publishing. This study analyzes current trend of ISO/TC46 and the 4 subcommittees, considering recent matters in regard with identification and description of information resources: ISBN, ISSN, ISMN, ISRN, ISRC, ISAN, ISTC, etc. This research discusses also the question of how international standard numbers system are managed: endowment identifying numbers for electronic resources, component parts, and works.

A Study on the Effects of ISO 14001 Environment Management Systems's Requirement on Management Performance : Focused on the Manufacturer in the Small Businesses (ISO 14001 환경경영시스템의 요구사항이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 중소기업 제조업체를 중심으로)

  • Many enterprises have been adopting management systems good enough for them and operating the schemes to have competitive edge better than their competitor. One of the finest systems that most companies have been selecting is ISO 14001. ISO 14001, environment management system, is widely known as advancing internal efficiency and productivity in the various industries. As a result, the number of companies that have adopted ISO 14001's certification have been increasing continuously year by year since ISO 14000 standard was called in 1994s from ISO 18000 standard that originally used. The purpose of this study is to present that ISO 14001's requirement execution influences on management performance in the small manufacturer. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 96 survey sheets and inspected ten assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the three factors of ISO 14001 requirement, plan, implementation and operation and management consideration, have an important effect on the operational performance. Second, the three elements of ISO 14001 requirement, environment policy, implementation and operation and management consideration, affect to the financial performance significantly. Based on the results, it is sure that the companies that execute the factors of implementation and operation and management policy have a good performance to achieve operational and financial performance so that it is important to clarify the member's role, authority and follow the procedure by a company's process. Also, the truth shows CEO's continuous will and periodical review of ISO 14001 influence on management performance as well.
