This paper introduces measurement and evaluation of vibration of the ship propulsion machinery (ISO 20283-4). ISO 20283-2 for measurement of structural vibration on ships was finalized last year and ISO 20283-4 was drafted and reviewed by particulate ISO members now. As the importance and core field in ISO 20283-4, the torsional vibration of propulsion system for sea going vessels should be analysed in design stage and it should be confirmed by the its measurement during the sea trial. Criteria for evaluation of torsional loadings are defined by IACS (International Association of Classification Societies) UR M68. In this paper, the author introduced the important and controversial matters during the review of ISO 20283-4.

Plants protect against viruses through passive and active resistance mechanisms, and in most cases characterized thus far, natural recessive resistance to potyviruses has been mapped to mutations in the eukaryotic initiation factor eIF4E or eIF(iso)4E genes. Five eIF4E copies and three eIF(iso)4E copies were detected in Brassica rapa. The eIF4E and eIF(iso)4E genes could interact with turnip mosaic virus (TuMV) viral protein linked to the genome (VPg) to initiate virus translation. From the yeast two-hybrid system (Y2H) and bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) assays, the TuMV-CHN2/CHN3 VPgs could not interact with BraA.eIF4E.a/c or BraA.eIF(iso)4E.c, but they could interact with BraA.eIF(iso)4E.a in B. rapa. Further analysis indicated that the amino acid substitution L186F (nt T556C) in TuMV-UK1 VPg was important for the interaction networks between the TuMV VPg and eIF(iso)4E proteins. An interaction model of the BraA. eIF(iso)4E protein with TuMV VPg was constructed to infer the effect of the significant amino acids on the interaction of TuMV VPgs-eIF(iso)4Es, particularly whether the L186F in TuMV-UK1 VPg could change the structure of the TuMV-UK1 VPg protein, which may terminate the interaction of the BraA.eIF(iso)4E and TuMV VPg protein. This study provides new insights into the interactions between plant viruses and translation initiation factors to reveal the working of key amino acids.

iso-Butanol이 엽록체의 광합성 전자전달 활성에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위하여 암조건하에서 시금치의 엽록체에 iso-butanol을 처리한 후 대조구와 비교하여 광계 II 활성과 광계 I 활성을 조사하였으며, 또한 iso-butanol이 틸라코이드 막단백질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 전기영동으로 틸라코이드 막단백질의 변화를 조사하였다. 광계 I 활성은 iso-butanol이 저농도(1-4%)일 때는 증가하였으나 고농도(5-9%) 에서는 감소되었다. 광계 II 활성은 iso-butanol의 농도가 0.6, 0.8, 1%에서는 각각 75%, 55% 및 25%로 활성이 감소하였다. Butanol 중에서 탄소수는 같으나 OH 기의 위치가 다른 1-butanol, sec-butanol, tert-butanol, iso-butanol이 광계 II의 전자전달계에 미치는 영향을 비교해 본 결과 OH 기를 중심으로 탄소의 배열이 직선상 일 때 저해효과가 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다. iso-butanol이 1차적으로 광계 II에 미치는 억제 부위는 0.8% iso-butanol 처리구에 DPC 첨가했을 때 DCIP 환원율이 93%로 증가하는 것으로 보아 광계 II의 산화 부위임을 알 수 있다. 0.8% iso-butanol 처리구에 외부에서 망간과 칼슘을 첨가하였을 때 광계 II 활성이 각각 83%와 79%로 보호된 것으로 보아 광계 II 활성 억제는 망간의 소실과 관계 있는 것으로 생각된다. 또한 1% iso-butanol 처리한 엽록체를 20배 희석하였을 때 활성이 78%로 회복되었다. iso-Butanol은 1% 이하의 저농도에서 광계 II 활성을 감소시킨데 비해 1% iso-butanol 처리구의 틸라코이드 막단백질의 SDS-PAGE에 의한 band pattern은 대조구와 유사하며 2% 처리구에서는 52 Kd 부근에서 미세한 band pattern의 차이가 있으며 5%의 iso-butanol 처리구의 틸라코이드 막단백질의 band는 전체적으로 많이 소실되었다. 이것으로 보아 iso-butanol은 가역적으로 광계 II의 산화부위에 관여하는 단백질에 영향을 주어 $Ca^{2+}와\;Mn^{2+}$ 이온의 친화력을 저하시켜 광계 II 활성을 억제시키고 또한 알코올의 R-group의 틸라코이드 막에 침투하여 막구조를 변형시키므로 광계 I 활성이 증가하며 고농도(5-9%)에서는 비가역적으로 막구조를 변경하여 광계 I 활성이 감소한 것으로 사료된다.

A convenient method for the synthesis of indoprofen, which is a potent antiinflammatory agent, w described. Ethyl $\alpha$-(4-aminophenyl)propionate was prepared by nitration of ethyl $\alpha$-phenylpropionate, followed by reduction. Ethyl $\alpha$-[4-(1, 3-dioxo-2-iso-indolinyl)phenyl]propionate was obtained from condensation reaction of phthatic anhydride and ethyl $\alpha$-(4-aminophenyl)propionate. Indoprofen was prepared by reduction of ethyl $\alpha$-[3-(1, 3-dioxo-2-iso-indolinyl)phenyl]propionate with zinc dust-acetic acid, followed by hydrolysis of the resultant ethyl $\alpha$-[4-(1-oxo-2-iso-indolinyl)pheriyl]propionate.

10 torr의 기체 iso-프로필알코올과 0∼1990 torr의 이산화탄소의 혼합기체에 0∼50 kGy의 Co-60감마선을 조사한 후 생성물을 기체크로마토그래프로 분석하여 일산화탄소, 아세톤, 메탄, 에탄, C$_3$H$_a$, C$_4$H$_b$ 및 tert-부틸알코올 등이 생성됨을 알았다. 490 torr 이상의 이산화탄소가 혼합된 시료에서는 G(CO)값 약 4를 얻었다. 아세톤 등 각 유기생성물의 생성속도와 iso-프로필알코올의 분해속도는 이산화탄소의 압력에 비례하여 증가되었는데, 이산화탄소 압력 10 torr 증가당 G-(-iso-Propanol)값은 4, G(Acetone)값은 2씩 증가되었다. 본 실험의 결과를 토대로 iso-프로필알코올과 이산화탄소 혼합기체에서의 방서선에 의한 일산화탄소와 각종 유기물의 생성반응 및 iso-프로필알코올의 분해반응 메카니즘을 고찰하였다.

테스팅 프론티어 역량평가 모델은 10년 전 만들어진 ISO/IEC 9126의 소프트웨어 제품 품질기준과 TMMi, TPI의 프로세스 점검 기준들을 사용하다보니, Agile, TDD와 같은 새로운 프로세스와 App, Web 같은 새로운 종류의 소프트웨어 제품을 개발하는 회사들에 대한 역량평가가 어려울 수밖에 없다. 이런 문제에 대한 개선을 위하여 1) 소프트웨어 제품 품질 국제표준 ISO/IEC 9126, ISO/IEC 25010 그리고 SW 테스팅 프로세스 국제표준 ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 part2 고찰, 2) TCAM 소개, 3) 소프트웨어 제품품질 관점에서 ISO/IEC 9126, ISO/IEC 25010와 TCAM 비교, 분석 4) 소프트웨어 테스팅 프로세스 관점에서 ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 part2와 TCAM 비교, 분석, 5) TCAM의 개선을 위한 방안을 제안한다.

ISO 15489-1 2016년판의 가장 큰 변화는 현용기록 관리에 '평가(appraisal)'를 핵심 절차 중의 하나로 다루고 있다는 점이다. 2018년 11월에는 ISO 15489-1(2016)에서 제시한 평가의 개념과 원칙을 실무에 적용할 수 있는 방법론을 설명하기 위하여 기록평가국제표준으로 ISO/TR 21946(Information and documentation - Appraisal for managing records)이 발간되었다. 본고에서는 이러한 국제표준에 나타난 평가 개념과 특징, 실제 적용 시 고려해야 할 내용을 중심으로 분석하였다. 특히, ISO/TR 21946에서 제시한 평가 프로세스를 각 단계별로 정리하고, 해당 프로세스를 국내 대학 사례에 적용해봄으로써 국제표준의 기록 평가방법론을 국내 기록관리 환경에 어떻게 적용할 수 있는지 모색하였다. 이 연구는 새로운 기록 평가국제표준에 대한 이해를 높이고, 국내 기록관리 및 평가 제도의 개선 방향 모색에 기초가 될 수 있을 것이다.

ISO 10303-AP241 is an Application Protocol of ISO 10303, which specifies the representation of AEC facility's life cycle information. The Working Draft of AP241 was submitted to the TC184/SC4 of ISO in July, 2007 by Korean team of ISO TC184/SC4/WG3. This paper introduces the currently developed draft Ap241 core model, and describes the life cycle support modules which are required to represent the life cycle information of AEC facilities. The draft core model is developed as a generic data model which is useful as a basis for implementation in a data warehouse. This core model could be used in combination with reference data such as PLCS RDL, Gellish table and RDL of ISO 15926. These concepts already exists in ISO 10303-AP221, AP239 and ISO 15926. In order to support maintenance and feedback of operational information concerning the AEC facilities, the AP241 team re-used many modules from AP239, and developed various STEP Application Modules which are adapted from the ISO 15926.

공통평가기준(CC, Common Criteria)의 국제 표준인 ISO/IEC 15408, ISO/IEC 18045는 정보보호제품에 구현되어 있는 보안 기능의 보증과 안전성을 시험하기 위한 평가 기준을 제시하는 국제 표준으로 정보보호제품에 대한 국제적인 신뢰성을 보장할 수 있도록 기준을 제시하고 있다. 특히 ISO/IEC 15408, ISO/IEC 18045는 ISO/IEC 27000, ISO/IEC 19790과 함께 ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27을 대표하는 국제 표준이다. 본 논문에서는 ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27/WG 3 작업반에서 개정을 진행하고 올해 말에 출판 예정인 ISO/IEC 15408 및 ISO/IEC 18405의 주요 변경 내용 및 신규 개념에 대해 설명하고, 최근 WG 3 작업반에서 추진하고 있는 국제 표준화 활동 현황 및 주요 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

ISO9000 set of standards has been widely applied in Iranian Automotive manufacturing industry. Regarding the effects of TQM and ISO9000 set of standards various studies have been conducted and different quantitative conclusions have been made. Due to lack of quantitative information, in many of the cases, using qualitative information becomes the best option. The qualitative nature of data in such cases, requires qualitative analysis methods that might lead to some challenging computational issues. This paper examines the impact of ISO9000: 2000 certification and its perceived benefits for an automotive manufacturing company. Using an empirical approach, the paper seeks to ascertain if certification has indeed improved the performance of the company. Our null hypothesis rotates around the effect of ISO9000: 2000 on the 4W's of an enterprise. To carry out the research, first we developed a couple of questionnaires including all criteria of ISO9000 and 4W's. Second, the questionnaires were discussed with two researchers knowledgeable in the field, and then submitted to the quality practitioners and executives of Iran Khodro Enterprise-a leading company in Iranian automotive manufacturing industry. Finally the null hypothesis was tested and the technology improvement dimensions were ranked through nonparametric tests. The results illustrated a reasonable cause and effect relationship, suggesting that ISO9000: 2000 has positive effect on the 4W's of company result. In this work we investigate the effect as technology improvement viz., the improvement of techno-ware, human-ware, info-ware, and organ-ware.
