4차 산업혁명 시대의 보안은 안전의 문제로 확대되고 있으나, 기업의 정보보호 제반환경은 여전히 열악한 수준이다. 본 연구는 정보보호 투자의도 요인을 실증 분석하여 정책적 시사점을 제안 하고자 한다. 이에 정보보호 실태, 보호 행동이론을 고찰하고 UTAUT를 확장하여 연구 모델을 설계하고 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과는 정보 자산이 촉진조건에 영향을 미치고, 인지된 우려와 신규 우려가 사회적 영향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 영향은 경험과 습관에 영향을 미치지만, 정보보호 투자 의도에 미치는 영향은 기각되었다. 촉진조건, 경험 및 습관이 정보보호와 신규서비스 정보보호 투자의도에 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 인지된 우려와 신규 우려가 정보보호 투자의도에 미치는 영향은 낮거나 기각되었다. 업종, 규모, 정보보호 조직 구성, 침해사고 경험, 정보보호 인력 비율, 개인정보 건수에 따라 집단 간 조절 효과가 있었다. 본 연구가 기업의 정보보호 수준 제고를 위한 정책 수립에 도움을 줄 수 있기를 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 정보보호 침해에 의해 조직에서 운영하는 정보시스템의 작업처리율이 저하되는 경우를 가정하고, 이러한 정보보호 침해에 대비하기 위해 조직에서 설치하는 다양한 보안 대안들로 구성되는 포트폴리오의 경제성을 평가한다. 확률모형을 이용하여 보안 위협 발생률에 따른 포트폴리오 별 작업처리율 및 평균 수리횟수를 분석하여 투자기간 동안 발생한 매출액과 수리비용을 제시한다. 아울러 작업처리율에 따른 매출액, 포트폴리오 별 보안시스템 구축 투자비, 수리 비용에 이자율을 적용하여 투자기간 동안 손익의 현재가치를 산출한다. 연구결과는 각 조직 별로 예산 제약과 투자대안 선정기준에 맞춰 최적 투자 포트폴리오를 선택하는데 활용될 수 있다.

최근 SNS 이용이 활성화됨에 따라 SNS 제공환경에서의 정보보호에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 SNS 산업 환경의 급격한 성장으로 인한 가입자 유치 위주의 투자 선행과 서비스 제공자 측면에서의 SNS 정보보호 투자 효과에 대한 확신 부족, 그리고 SNS에서의 정보보호 중요위협요인에 대한 분석체계 부재로 인해 아직까지 SNS 제공환경에서의 정보보호에 대한 투자가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 AHP를 이용한 SNS 제공환경에서 정보보호 중요위협요인 분석을 통해 정보보호 투자 결정 기준 도출에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해, '서비스 이미지'가 정보보호 평가기준에서 가장 중요한 항목으로 도출되었으며, '개인 프로파일 위조 및 명예훼손'과 '산업 스파이'가 중요한 SNS 정보보호 위협요인인 것으로 나타났다.

정보화 사회에서 핵심 가치로 평가받고 있는 자원은 정보 그 자체이다. 이런 이유로 기업의 가치 있는 정보를 노리는 시도가 많아지며 정보보안 사고가 급증하고 있다. 기업에서는 정보보안 사고를 예방하기 위해 다양한 정보보안 부문에 투자하고 있으나, 어떤 부문에 대한 투자가 정보보안 사고를 감소시키는 데에 직접적으로 기여하는지는 잘 알지 못한 채 투자하고 있다. 기업의 대표적인 정보보안 투자 부문인 제품뿐만 아니라 대표적인 정보보안 서비스 사업으로 각광받고 있는 정보보안 교육 및 훈련, 보안관제 서비스, 그리고 취약점 분석의 투자 효용을 알아보기 위해 본 연구를 진행하였다. 한국 인터넷 진흥원의 2014년 정보보호 실태 조사의 원자료를 이용하고, 총 정보보안 사고건수를 종속변수로 두고 음이항분포 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 교육 서비스와 취약점 분석 서비스가 정보보안 사고를 줄이는 데에 유의미하게 기여하는 것으로 판단되었다. 이 연구는 학문적으로는 정보보안 경제학을 이론적 배경으로하여 정보보안 투자 부문의 실제 효용을 파악한 연구이며, 실증적으로는 조직에서 한정된 자원을 정보보안 투자에 배분할 때 효율적인 의사결정을 하는 데에 지침을 제공할 수 있는 연구이다.

본 연구에서는 종합주가지수와 코스닥지수 그리고 융합보안 관련기업인 에스원, 안랩, 슈프리마, 라온시큐어, 이글루시큐리티의 주가를 이용하였다. 지난 2010년 8월에서 2014년 7월까지 총 4년(208주) 동안 지수 및 주가 동향을 파악하였다. 또한 보안 관련주의 기초통계량과, 분산분석, 상관분석, 각 주별 상승률동향 등 다양한 실증 분석을 시도하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 보안관련 기업들과 종합주가지수, 코스닥지수와의 상관관계를 살펴보는데 있다. 또한 각 기업들 주가흐름의 특징들을 파악하면서 투자가치가 있는지 분석하는데 있다. 향후 지식융합보안 산업의 높은 성장 가능성을 보았을 때 보안 관련기업들의 투자 가능성과 투자 메리트에 기대를 걸어보았다. 향후 성장 가능성이 높은 보안 관련기업에 대한 투자는 시장수익률 대비 높은 수익률을 보일 것으로 기대가 된다.

The article analyzes the features of innovation and investment activities of enterprises in the context of digitalization to increase their competitiveness in the international market. Ukraine's position on the Global Innovation Index is assessed. The interrelation of management functions in the context of innovation and investment activities of enterprises is substantiated. The structure of sources of financing of innovative activity of industrial enterprises is analyzed. Trends in changes in the volume of foreign direct investment and capital investment in Ukraine are assessed. It is determined that the level of innovative development of enterprises is determined by the level of their investment support, which is determined by the level of their investment attractiveness. The components of the strategy of investment attractiveness of enterprises are outlined. Determining factors in the implementation of innovation and investment policy of enterprises are identified and the main stages that should include the processes of managing innovation and investment activities of enterprises in the context of digitalization.

If a firm announces an investment in IT security, how the market value of its competitors reacts to the announcement? We try to shed light on this question through an event study design. To test the relationship, we collected 143 announcements on cybersecurity investment and measured the subsequent impact on 533 competitors' abnormal returns, spanning from 2000 to 2019. Our estimation results present that, on average, the announcements have no observable impact on the market value of announcing firms and competitors as well, which is consistent with findings of a prior study. Interestingly, however, the impact becomes evident when we classify our samples by industries (Finance vs. non-Finance or ICT vs. non-ICT) and firm size (Big vs. Small). We interpret our empirical findings through the lenses of contagion effect and competition effect between announcing firms and their competitors. Key finding of our study is that, for financial service firms, the effect resulting from the announcement on cybersecurity investment transfers to competitors in the same direction (i.e., contagion effect).

최근 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 기업의 정보 인프라 의존도가 높아지면서 정보 유출과 탈취, 변조 등 침해사고의 위험성이 급속히 확산되고 있다. 우리나라의 인터넷 사용빈도는 세계 최상위 수준이지만 정보보안은 그에 미치지 못하는 실정이다. 우리나라의 많은 기업들이 정보보안 사고로 인해 금전적 손실, 기업 이미지 훼손, 매출액, 순이익 감소 등 직간접적 피해를 경험하고 있다. 그러나 정보보안 사고에 대한 피해 규모를 계량화한 자료가 없어 올바른 정보보안사고 방지를 위한 투자의사 결정을 하기 어렵고 투자의 효과를 평가하기도 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보보안 사고에 따른 기업의 손실과 보안 투자로 인한 수익을 기업 시장가치의 변화를 이용하여 정량적으로 측정하는 데 있다. 사건연구방법론을 통해 분석한 결과에 따르면, 기업의 정보보안 사고는 평균 0.86%의 기업 가치 감소(시가총액 기준으로 약 540억)를 가져온 것으로 나타났다. 반면 기업의 보안 관련투자는 기업가치에 아무런 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 본 연구와 해외 연구결과와 비교해 보면, 국내 기업의 정보보안 사고가 기업 가치에 미치는 영향력이 상대적으로 매우 작은 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 사회 전반에 걸친 보안 의식 제고가 무엇보다 시급함을 시사하고 있다.

With the development of IT technology, various services such as artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles are being introduced, and many changes are taking place in our lives. However, if secure security is not provided, it will cause many risks, so the information security becomes more important. In this paper, we analyzed the research trends of main themes of information security over time. In order to conduct the research, 'Information Security' was searched in the Web of Science database. Using the abstracts of theses published from 1991 to 2016, we derived main research topics through topic modeling and time series regression analysis. The topic modeling results showed that the research topics were Information technology, system access, attack, threat, risk management, network type, security management, security awareness, certification level, information protection organization, security policy, access control, personal information, security investment, computing environment, investment cost, system structure, authentication method, user behavior, encryption. The time series regression results indicated that all the topics were hot topics.

The presented research is devoted to determining the role of the mechanism of attracting investment resources in innovative development in the conditions of transformation using the process approach. It is proved that the process approach is dominant for this study because investments are considered as a process of investing in innovative development in the enterprise in the context of digitalization, and its application allows to take into account the impact on the mechanism of attracting investment resources. related to the mechanism of attracting investment resources of the enterprise. It is substantiated that the mechanism of attracting investment resources for innovative development in the context of digitalization is a specific way of organizing, mobilizing and using investment resources for innovative development of the enterprise in the context of digitalization under the influence of economic development laws, government regulation. The effectiveness of attracting investment resources in innovative development is ensured by the mechanism that exists in the enterprise. The mechanism of attraction of investment resources in innovative development in the conditions of digitalization gives the chance to define an optimum ratio between sources and volume of attraction of investments in innovation sphere.
