The purpose of this study is to gather basic data in the special effects make-up field and to provide a source of inspiration for creative make-up design by examining how special effects make-up is developed according to representative films. Two approaches are used in this study: a literature review and an empirical case analysis. In Korea, color TV was introduced in the 1980s, with the demand for a realistic image. Since the 2000s, 3D printing technology has been introduced to special effects make-up. Special effects make-up was first introduced in Hollywood films in the 1890s, and by the 1900s, artificial teeth and eyebrows were added and presented using general make-up techniques. Since then, 3D and 4D technologies and animation performance capture methods have been introduced and distributed due to the rapid development of computer technology.

Sinca early 1930' Colitis taenia striate were introduced to the Donsgjin in Chollabukdo, where it hybridized with an endemic subspecies C. tiutheri. Protein electrophoresis revealed high levels of hybridization with intensive backcrossing occupied approximately 20 kilometers of the river. This is roughly one-half of tech historic range of the endemic species. The average frequency of introduced alleles of three diagnostic loci ranged 0.03-0.46 among 11 sites in tech svrnpatric area. Clinal patterns in allele frequencies suggest C. tiutheri were introduced in an upper reaches of the Dongjin and downstream dispersal of the introduced alleles followed. There is little linkasedisequilibrium between the diagnostic loci, suggesting the nuclear genomes of tech two subspecies are randomly associated. The evidence presented here and previously supports recognition of C. t. striata and C. t. lutheri as the typical subspecies.

To obtain basic information for the quality evaluation, the introduced or domestic sesame seeds were investigated to measure proximate components (crude protein, ash, mineral and oil) and isolated by preparative HPLC system for lignan contents. Although crude protein contents were the highest in Sudan sesame seeds, lipid, ash and mineral contents were not significantly(p<0.05) different between introduced and domestric sesame seeds. Unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic and linoleic acids were the highest in the domestic sesame seeds. The Mg content of domestic sesame seeds also was larger than that of introduced sesame seeds. A Ca content of domestic sesame seeds, however, was significantly (p<0.05) lower than that of China. Lignan contents, the most important component known as antioxidant, were significantly (p<0.05) higher in domestic sesame seeds than other sesame seeds tested. Our findings suggest that domestic sesame seed has the best quality in terms of the functional components.

When the electric motor car was first introduced, an engineer, responsible for the work related to operation and a conductor for the announcement and management of entrances and the other services like as monitoring the passengers in the platforms used to take together the train for passengers' safe. As new technologies developed and the urban transit system had the automatic driving facilities, automatic door switch and broadcasting systems, to solve the financial problems, most subway systems introduced the one-man operation system. To curtail the operating expense through automatic control and operation for the economical efficiency, the crewless driving system was introduced abroad around 1970 on the light weight train and Japan started the crewless driving system in 2005, Germany started it in June 2008. We examine system requirements of the system and methods to construct safe systems that would be introduced, suitable for one-man operation system or crewless driving system through the surveys and analysis of driving state and the systems.

This work was initiated to develope a recombinant oral poliovaccine (OPV), which is highly advanced in safety (minimizing VAPP) by introducing Type 2,3 poliovirus epitopes into our RPS-Vax system. We have introduced several potential vaccine epitopes of poliovirus Type 2, and 3 into RPS-Vax system, resulting in production of recombinant polioviruses. Any of these chimeric viruses, however, were not detected for their foreign gene expression by serotype-specific mouse antiserum. We have designed several folding units to stabilize the introduced vaccine protein and attached short epitope-concatamer or epitope-multimer to them, followed by production of chimeric viruses. Only those who have an HIV-1 Tat-mediated folding unit were nicely detected for the introduced foreign proteins by anti-Tat antiserum and type-specific peptide-induced antisera. Nevertheless, introduced epitopes were not detected in Western blot experiment with each serotype-specific antiserum. None of the mice inoculated with these chimeric viruses showed preventative immunity when challenged with Lansing and Leon wildtype 2 and 3 poliovirus, and the antiserum did not show neutralizing capacity in vitro. Conformational epitope covering B/C loop region of type 2 and 3 were newly designed by computer modeling, and introduced into the RPS-Vax vector system, followed by production of chimeric viruses. Introduced epitope regions were nicely detected by anti-Tag23 mAb or peptide antibody, but still not detected by poliovirus antiserum. Nevertheless, neutralizing antibody was detected in the Tg-PVR mice even when inoculated once with these chimeric viruses. Also, the immunized mice showed perfect preventative immunity against the wild Type poliovirus Lancing or Leon. When boosted appropriately, those chimeric virus-inoculated Tg-PVR mice produced equivalent amounts of neutralizing antibody to those in Sabin 2/3-immunized mice. These data strongly suggest that our recombinant poliovirus (RPS-PV2 and RPS-PV3) can be used as a safe and effective rec-OPV instead of any preexisting poliovaccine.

사일리지 옥수수를 제배하는 양축 농가와 육종가에게 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위하여 국내육성품종과 미국 수입품종의 사일리지 생산성과 여러 가지 재배특성을 경산에서 5년간, 홍천에서 1년간 비교하였다. 1.출아 후 20일의 초장과 사일리지 건물중은 품종 간 차이는 있었지만 초기생육은 사일리지 수량과는 상관이 없었다. 2. 경산지방에서 수원19호의 건물수량은 높은 편이었으나 흑조위축병 저항성과 후기 녹체성이 가장 낮았다. 광안옥의 수량성은 다른 품종의 중간 정도이었고, 흑조위측병 저항성은 큰 편이었으며, 후기 녹체성은 낮았다. 대체로 국내 육성품종의 흑조위축병 저항성과 후기 녹체성은 수입 품종보다 낮았다. 수원19호의 사일리지 수량성은 우수한 수입 품종과 비슷하였으며, 일부 수입 품종은 국내 육성품종보다 수량성이 낮았다. 3. 홍천에서는 국내 육성 품종이 DK729, NC+5514 보다는 사일리지 수량이 낮았지만 다른 수입 품종보다는 수량이 더 높거나 비슷하였고, 수확기에 일의 노화가 빨랐다. 4. 사일리지 옥수수 품종을 육성할 때 수입 품종과 경쟁하기 위하여서는 건물수량은 물론 TDN 수량, 흑조위축병 저항성과 같은 내병성 및 후기 녹체성과 같은 농업적 특성이 고려되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

Baer rings were introduced by Kaplansky [3] to abstract various properties of rings of operators on a Hilbert spaces. On the other hand, p.p. rings were introduced by A. Hattori [2] to study the torsion theory. In this paper we introduce Baer near-rings and p.p. near-rings and study some properties and give some examples.

In this paper a new class of sets called ${\pi}gs$-closed sets is introduced and its properties are studied. Further the notions of ${\pi}gs$-$T_{1/2}$ spaces and ${\pi}gs$-continuity are introduced.
