Many countries have introduced new imported food safety measures, following the accident at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. This study was conducted to evaluate the measures contents and effects on food trades values. Eight percent of members were notified the introduced measures to the World Trade Organization. The measures' contents were banning imports, enhancing inspection and adding certification requirement. The covered regions were some prefectures, entire Japan or all affected countries. European Union introduced a measure that subjecting foods originating from 12 prefectures to import at designated ports with required certification. The measures were amended 8 times until March 2014 to apply listed foods from 15 prefectures. The trade value of fishery products and miscellaneous foods were affected. Australia introduced a measure that required additional inspection of dairy, fishery and plants products from 13 prefectures with subsequent amendments. The trade value had no effect in tested foods. Chinese Taipei introduced a temporary import ban for all foods from 6 prefectures. Trade values for fruits were affected. The United States issued an import alert for detention without examination for listed prefectures and goods without introducing new measures. Although no specific products were affected, trade values for all foods were affected.

The concepts of the numerical range of an operator on a Hillbert space and on a Banach space were introduced by Toeplitz in 1918 and Bauer in 1962 respectively. Bauer's paper was concerned only with finite dimensional Banach spaces, but the concept of numerical range that he introduced is available without restriction of the dimension [1, 2]. In this paper, we define a C-algebra spatial numerical range of an operator on C-algebra valued inner product modules introduced by Paschke [4], and give analogous results on these modules as those on Banach spaces.

In this paper, flow simulation algorithms for utilizing unstructured hybrid meshes are introduced. First, various types of meshes are introduced. Advantages and disadvantages of each type of meshes are discussed. Unstructured hybrid mesh approach, that is best suited for high speed viscous flow simulation, is presented. Lastly, various types of flow simulations using unstructured hybrid meshes are introduced.

The concept of fuzzy sets was introduced by Zad도 in his highly influential paper [5]. Using this concept, Chang [1] introduced a notion of fuzzy topological spaces which formally is the same one as for ordinary topological spaces. Observing that with Chang's definition constant maps between fuzzy topological spaces are not necessarily continuous, Lowen [2] gave an alternative and more natural definition for a fuzzy topological spaces and characterized the fuzzy compact spaces by means of prefilters in [4]. In this paper we give new characterizations of fuzzy compact spaces introduced in [2]. These results explain more clearly fuzzy compactness in fuzzy topological spaces.

A variety of methods of patent valuation are written in this paper. The typical methods such as scoring method, income approach method, market approach method, DCF method, real option method, are introduced in this paper and each of them is criticized respectively. A new method, so called "GVP Method", is introduced and shows how much effective it is when patent valuation is required. And specially MPEG patent licensing method is introduced in this paper.his paper.

To study the Koryo Dynasty Diet Culture, [NOKULDAE] was used which is the book of Chinese Dialogue and the results obtained from the study were as follows. 1. Foods were dealed with cereal, ginsaeng, noodles, vegetables, fruits, lamb meat relish etc. 2. Several cooking methods had introduced on [NOKULDAE] such as meat roasting and bean boiling. 3. Diet therapy and Herb medicine cured by Chinese physician had been introduced on [NOKULDAE]. 4. Cooked menu introduced in [NOKULDAE] were 9 varieties in Han dynasty banquet menu. 5. Terms related to food and cook were to food and cook were analyzed and were summarized on Table 1,2,3.

The notions of closed elements and dense elements are introduced in BE-algebras. Characterization theorems of closed elements and closed filters are obtained. The notion of dense elements is introduced in BE-algebras. Dense BE-algebras are characterized with the help of maximal filters and congruences. The concept of D-filters is introduced in BE-algebras. A set of equivalent conditions is derived for every D-filter to become a closed filter.

A decoupling technique for simulating near-field wave motions in two-phase media is introduced in this paper. First, an equivalent but direct weighted residual method is presented in this paper to solve boundary value problems more explicitly. We applied the Green's theorem for integration by parts on the equivalent integral statement of the field governing equations and then introduced the Neumann conditions directly. Using this method and considering the precision requirement in wave motion simulation, a lumped-mass FEM for two-phase media with clear physical concepts and convenient implementation is derived. Then, considering the innate attenuation character of the wave in two-phase media, an attenuation parameter is introduced into Liao's Multi-Transmitting Formula (MTF) to simulate the attenuating outgoing wave in two-phase media. At last, two numerical experiments are presented and the numerical results are compared with the analytical ones demonstrating that the lumped-mass FEM and the generalized MTF introduced in this paper have good precision.

In this paper, (E, L)-preproximity and uniformity spaces in matriod theory as a generalized to a classical proximity and Uniformity spaces introduced by Csaszar [1] is introduced. Recently, Shi [17]-[18] introduced a new approach to the fuzzification of matroids.Here introduce (E, L)-preproximity and uniformity spaces, Uniformity and strong uniformity on (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid space, Not only study the properties of this new notions, but it has been generated (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid Space from (E, L)-preproximity and uniformity spaces. Next to introduced (E, L)-preproximity continuous in (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid space and used it in more properties. Finally we solve combinatorial optimizations problem via (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid space.

Previously, laryngectomized patients can achieve speech with tracheoesophageal device. Tracheoesophageal speech is currently one of the best methods of postlaryngectomy voice rehabilitation. But, tracheoesophageal speakers have some troublesome with digital occlusion of tracheostoma in every speaking time. Therefore, the tracheostoma valve has been introduced since 1982, and this valve could eliminate the need of tracheostoma digital occlusion. Currently, couple of tracheostoma valves has been introduced and developed. In this article, we introduced the 3 representative tracheostoma valves. Also, we discussed their use and characteristics. Traditionally the tracheostoma valve is used in total laryngectomized patients. We introduced one case using a tracheostoma valve after near total laryngectomy. Advantage and disadvantage of Blom-Singer valve and BIVONA II valve during using in this patients are discussed.
