Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate if workplace bullying and abusive supervision was a correlation as two kinds of workplace violence arouse internet pornography addiction, which influences employees' organizational commitment and work-family conflict. This study explores if perceived organizational support can be an interpersonal factor moderating the relationship between workplace violence and internet pornography addiction. Research design, data, and methodology - Using a survey method, this study distributed the survey to 319 employees working at Korean companies. This study used a series of multiple regression analyses. Result - In the results, the more job-related bullying or abusive supervision people perceive in the workplace, the stronger their internet pornography addiction are Second, the stronger internet pornography addiction people have, the weaker their organizational commitment and the stronger work-family conflict are. Finally, when people have higher POS in workplace, workplace bullying and abusive supervision have weaker impact on their internet pornography addiction. Conclusions - For research contributions, this study introduces internet pornography addiction in the context of workplace and investigate workplace violence as the antecedents of internet pornography. Second, this study suggests and empirically verify that perceived organizational support is an organizational factor moderating the relationship between workplace violence and internet pornography addiction. Practically, corporate executives need to recognize the appearance of workplace violence by monitoring the phenomena of employees' internet pornography addiction. Future studies need to be investigated for other types of addiction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of sexual behavior. In particular, this study focused on the self-esteem, internet pornography addiction, and relationship satisfaction of freshmen as important predictors of sexual behavior and examined the dynamics of the relationships among the variables. The participants in this research were 1,806 university freshmen: 932 males and 828 females. All respondents submitted their answers on a self-report questionnaire. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlations that used PASW 18.0, and AMOS 18.0, a statistical program for structural equation modeling(SEM), to estimate the hypothesized structural equation model. The major results of this study were as follows: (1) Relationship satisfactions mediated the relationships among self-esteem, internet pornography addiction, and sexual behavior. (2) Sexual behavior between male and female freshmen showed different influences on the test of the structural model invariance across the groups.

The purpose of this study was to explore the factors related to internet addiction in college student of Korea. Methods: From November 19, 2012 until December 14, 2012, 300 college students from one of the universities located at K city were surveyed. This study is a cross-sectional survey of college students in K city, and data was collected through self-report questionnaires. Data was analyzed by Fisher's exact test, independent t-test to identify different according to addiction group, and logistic regression analysis in order to factors related to on health behavior, sexual behavior and mental health of among college students. According to results, factors related to risk of addiction were lower frequency of exercise (p<0.05), no eat breakfast for 2 day (p<0.05), porno magazine/porno video contact pornography (p<0.05), subjective happiness index (p<0.05), and suicidal Ideation (p<0.05). This study suggest that exercise, regular diet, important of reproductive health, subjective happiness index and Suicidal Ideation are associated with internet addiction in College student. It is necessary to develop some preventive programs for those of internet addiction.

As military service members are fully permitted to use mobile phones for sickness after work, it is time to minimize the direct collection of personal information from telecommunication companies when opening mobile phones to secure the safety of military service personnel's personal information. Mobile telecommunications companies entrust personal information processing tasks, such as opening mobile phones, to telecommunications agencies and carry out management and supervision, such as checking the status of personal information protection measures. When a military service member opens a mobile phone, a personal information management agency is newly established using the right to portability of personal information, and a system for requesting the transmission of personal information from the military service member is proposed.

The development of various electronic media such as the Internet and smart phones, each kinds of media informations has been accompanied by the fact that various types of media information are provided from one media, and on the other hand, various dysfunctions including smart phone addiction are also caused by a very large social problem. Especially, one of the biggest dysfunctions is the social crime problem such as sex crime caused by increased sexual desire according to watch the phonography, and even if it is not a social crime, watching the phonography has influenced bad mental and physical on human body. In this paper, we try to analyze what kind of change occurs in the voice in order to investigate what kind of bad influence it has on the human body after watching the phonography. In other words, the voice in the human body is the place where the human body signal is most expressed with the face. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effects on the organs of the human body by comparing the change of voice before and after watching phonography. Experimental results showed that the stress hormone was increased by the inability to resolve sexual desire after watching the phonography, which resulted in an increase in the bandwidth of the 3rd formant frequency.
