Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate if workplace bullying and abusive supervision was a correlation as two kinds of workplace violence arouse internet pornography addiction, which influences employees' organizational commitment and work-family conflict. This study explores if perceived organizational support can be an interpersonal factor moderating the relationship between workplace violence and internet pornography addiction. Research design, data, and methodology - Using a survey method, this study distributed the survey to 319 employees working at Korean companies. This study used a series of multiple regression analyses. Result - In the results, the more job-related bullying or abusive supervision people perceive in the workplace, the stronger their internet pornography addiction are Second, the stronger internet pornography addiction people have, the weaker their organizational commitment and the stronger work-family conflict are. Finally, when people have higher POS in workplace, workplace bullying and abusive supervision have weaker impact on their internet pornography addiction. Conclusions - For research contributions, this study introduces internet pornography addiction in the context of workplace and investigate workplace violence as the antecedents of internet pornography. Second, this study suggests and empirically verify that perceived organizational support is an organizational factor moderating the relationship between workplace violence and internet pornography addiction. Practically, corporate executives need to recognize the appearance of workplace violence by monitoring the phenomena of employees' internet pornography addiction. Future studies need to be investigated for other types of addiction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of sexual behavior. In particular, this study focused on the self-esteem, internet pornography addiction, and relationship satisfaction of freshmen as important predictors of sexual behavior and examined the dynamics of the relationships among the variables. The participants in this research were 1,806 university freshmen: 932 males and 828 females. All respondents submitted their answers on a self-report questionnaire. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlations that used PASW 18.0, and AMOS 18.0, a statistical program for structural equation modeling(SEM), to estimate the hypothesized structural equation model. The major results of this study were as follows: (1) Relationship satisfactions mediated the relationships among self-esteem, internet pornography addiction, and sexual behavior. (2) Sexual behavior between male and female freshmen showed different influences on the test of the structural model invariance across the groups.

본 연구의 목적은 대학생을 대상으로 인터넷 중독에 대한 실태를 조사하고 인터넷 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 대응방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 2012년 11월19일부터 12월 14일까지 K시 소재 대학의 300명의 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 K시 소재 대학의 학생들을 대상으로 횡단적 자가보고 설문을 통하여 수집되었다. 자료분석은 인터넷 중독군 별로 일반적 특성, 건강행동, 성행동, 정신건강에 차이가 있는지 Fisher's exact test, t-test를 시행하고 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위하여 인터넷 중독 정도를 종속변수로 하여 로지스틱회 귀분석을 실시하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과 운동회수(p<0.05), 아침식사 여부(p<0.05), 음란물 접촉(p<0.05), 주관적 행복지수(p<0.05), 자살생각지수(p<0.05)가 인터넷 중독 위험에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 인터넷 중독과 관련 변인으로 운동, 규칙적 식사, 성 행동, 주관적 행복지수, 자살생각지수와 관련이 있으며, 이는 인터넷 예방을 위한 자료와 예방 프로그램 개발에 필요하다.

군장병의 일과 후 병 휴대전화 사용을 전면 허용함에 따라 휴대전화 개통시 통신사에서 개인정보 직접 수집을 최소화 하여 군장병의 개인정보 안정성 확보가 필요한 시점이다. 국방부는 일과 후 군장병의 휴대전화 사용을 도입하기에 앞서 사이버 불법도박, 게임중독, 음란물 시청 등 일부 역기능에 대한 우려 및 보안사고 예방을 위해 휴대전화 촬영기능을 차단하는 등의 보안통제 체계를 구축해 왔다. 이동통신사는 통신대리점에 휴대전화 개통 등 개인정보 처리업무를 위탁하고 개인정보 보호조치 실태점검 등 관리감독을 수행하지만 통신대리점에서 위탁업무 목적외로 개인정보의 수집하는 행위가 발견되고 있다. 군장병이 휴대전화를 개통할 경우 개인정보 이동권을 활용하여 개인정보관리 전문기관을 신설하고 개인정보관리 전문기관에 군장병의 개인정보 전송을 요구하는 체계를 제시한다.

인터넷, 스마트 폰 등과 같은 각 종 전자매체의 발전은 여러 형태의 다양한 미디어 정보가 하나의 매체에서 제공된다는 순기능과 더불어 또 다른 한 편으로는 스마트 폰 중독 등을 비롯한 여러 역기능 또한 대단히 큰 사회적 문제로 야기되고 있는 실정이다. 특히 가장 큰 대표적 역기능 중 하나가 음란물(야한 동영상, 이하 '야동') 시청에 따라 증가된 성욕으로 말미암은 성 범죄 야기 등과 같은 사회 범죄 문제이며, 사회적 범죄는 아니더라도 야동 시청이 정신적, 육체적으로 인체에 나쁜 폐해를 끼치는 부분이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 야동을 시청 한 후 이것이 인체에 어떤 나쁜 영향을 미치는가를 규명하기 위해, 음성에 어떤 변화가 발생하는 가에 대한 분석을 행하고자 한다. 즉, 인체에 있어 음성은 인체의 생체신호가 얼굴과 더불어 가장 많이 발현되는 곳이다. 따라서 야동 시청 전과 후의 음성 변화를 비교, 분석하여 야동의 시청이 인체 장기에 어떤 영향을 미칠 수 있는지에 대한 규명 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 실험 결과, 야동 시청 후 성욕을 해소치 못 함으로 스트레스 호르몬 증가하고 이것이 3 포먼트 주파수 대역폭이 증가하는 결과로 나타났다.
