The purpose of this study is to identify the level of safety perception, ethical awareness, and safety activities of nursing students for patients, and to identify the correlation and impact between them. The research design is a descriptive survey study, and the subject of the study were 197 nursing college students in G City. Safety perception, ethical awareness, and safety activity tools were used for, and the data collection period was from October 17 to 28 in 2022. T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Regression analysis were used to analyze data. The result of the study indicated that the average level of safety perception of nursing students was 3.72 points, the average ethical awareness of patients, professional work, and cooperators perceived by nursing students was 3.04 points, and the safety activities of nursing students were 4.20 points. In the case of safety awareness and ethics awareness, r=.327, a significant positive correlation, in the case of safety awareness and safety activities, r=.399, significant positive correlation, ethics awareness and safety activities as r=.296. And so on these results showed that high safety perception increases safety activities, and high ethical awareness increases safety activities. Therefore, we need practical and step-by-step convergence education to equip nursing students with patient safety nursing capabilities. To this end, a safer environment will be created if the social support network for the systematic application of safety education is well formed.

Cyberloafing is a term used to describe the actions of employees who use their Internet access at work for personal use while pretending to do legitimate work. This research that this puts the foundation on the general deterrence theory, social control theory, and Triandis model compares the individual characteristic including the group norm, self-control, perceived value among many factors having an effect on the personal ethical decision-making besides the general principles of ethics and stipulated regulation like the severity of sanction together. It was exposed to have the effect that the severity of punishment, self control, and perceived value notes to the internet abuse action. Therefore, the education and rules of punishment which is consistent along with the theoretical thesis supporting the groping of the preparation plan that is active in the various ethic problems has to be built. It is necessary that the company devises the internet application in the appropriate range, that is the partial the affirmation feeling which and it can allow officially. According to the cognitive dissonance, since this will have to allow with the positive direction can move to the misuse action with the intention differently, it can draw a conclusion.

현대지식정보화사회에서 현대인들은 정보통신기술과 스마트기술 등 다양한 최신기술의 혜택을 누릴 수 있다. 다양한 최신기술의 혜택을 누리기 위해서 일정한 수준의 정보소양과 활용능력을 가져야 한다. 또한, 정보통신윤리에 대한 이해와 실천의지도 모두에게 필요하다. 한편 정보 소양과 활용능력을 측정하고 모형화하기 위해서는 일정한 표준이 필요하다. 이러한 점에서 정보문화지수는 정보소양과 활용능력을 측정하기 위해서 개발되었다. 정보문화지수는 3가지의 하위지표 즉 활용, 인식 및 규범으로 구성된다. 먼저 활용지표는 일상생활에서 정보화 내용과 기술이 어떻게 보편화되었는가에 관한 것이며, 인식지표는 정보문화공동체에서 어떻게 다른 사람을 존중하고 신뢰할 수 있는 가에 관한 것이다. 한편, 규범지표는 바람직한 정보통신윤리 의식에 따라 어떻게 정보통신서비스를 이용할 줄 아는 가에 관한 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보문화지수의 3가지 하위지표 즉 활용, 인식 및 규범과 학력과의 상관관계를 구하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 위해 국가차원에서 조사한 정보문화 연구결과를 기초로 하였다. 통계분석결과 인식과 규범은 학력과 유의미한 상관관계를 보이지 않은 반면 활용은 학력과 유의미한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 즉 학력이 높을수록 활용수준도 높아짐을 보였다. 본 연구는 향후 정보교육과 정보문화 확산에 있어서 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

정보문화지수는 국민의 정보 활용 수준을 지식, 도덕, 감성, 실천의 관점에서 종합적으로 진단하고 계량화한 수치로 네티즌의 정보문화수준을 나타낸다. 한편, 최근 정보 활용 시 접근하게 되는 인터넷이나 휴대폰 중독이 심각해지면서 이들 관점에서의 정보문화지수에 대한 정의와 방향에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 정보문화지수가 높은 사람들의 특성을 분석하고 동시에 인터넷 및 휴대폰 중독 정도를 지수와 결합하여 통계적 분석을 실시함으로써 현재 정의된 정보문화지수의 의미를 분석하고 개선방향을 제안한다. 특히, 정보문화지수의 4가지 상위지표들 중에서 정보실천 영역의 의미를 분석한다. 이를 위해 설문지를 작성하여 설문을 실시하고 기본 통계적인 분석 및 구조 방정식 모델을 이용한 분석을 실시하고 그 결과를 제시한다.

본 연구는 사이버 일탈행위와 사이버 일탈행위의 유발요인에 대한 영향 관계를 실증적으로 규명하여 실천적 정보통신윤리 교육 방안을 논의하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 통해 사이버 일탈행위에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 자기조절력, 사회적 정체성, 주관적 규범 요인을 고려하였으며, 이 영향 요인에 대한 선행요인으로 인터넷 중독성, 익명성, 질서의식 및 정보규범 학습경험에 대한 요인을 투입하여 사이버 일탈행위에 관한 모델을 제시하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사이버 일탈행위와 그 영향요인에 대한 분석 결과 주관적 규범, 사회적 정체성, 자기조절력 순으로 사이버 일탈행위에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부정적 관점의 주관적 규범에 대해 익명성(+), 질서의식(-), 정보규범 학습경험(-) 및 사회적 정체성(+)이 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 자기조절력에 대해 인터넷 중독성(+), 익명성(+) 모두 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 연구 결과, 실천을 강화하기 위해서는 반성과 성찰의 기회를 많이 주고, 비판적 사고와 책임윤리를 키우며, 공감능력을 계발하여 실천을 유도하여야 한다. 이를 지원하기 위한 전략적 교수-학습 절차로 '반성적 실천지향 정보통신윤리 교육 절차'를 제안하였다. 절차의 프레임워크는 문제인식-위험분석-자기성찰-실천과 평가에 대한 4단계로 구성되며, 순환적으로 반복되는 나선형 구조를 갖는다.

국내외에서 이루어진 기존의 인터넷 중독 검사에 대한 연구는 다양하며 방대하지만, 대부분의 연구가 중독도 검사를 위한 항목추출이거나 항목들을 이용한 중독도 분석이었지 항목간의 분석을 통한 차별화는 이루어지지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 리즈렐과 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용하여 Young의 인터넷 중독 검사방법을 고찰하고 문제점을 지적한 후, 검사 방법에 대한 대안을 제안한다. 이를 위해 Young의 척도를 이용하여 청소년 440명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 요인분석을 통해 Young 척도의 문제점을 분석한다. 또한, 데이터 마이닝 알고리즘인 J48 및 PART를 이용하여 설문문항들 중에서 인터넷 중독도를 구분 지을 수 있는 항목들을 선별하고 이를 기반으로 인터넷 중독 학생들을 진단하고 처방하는데 활용하는 방법을 제안한다.

본 연구는 인터넷 영역에서 개인의 윤리적 의사결정에 대한 국가문화의 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 다섯 개의 도덕철학 변수들인 정의주의, 상대주의, 이기주의, 공리주의, 그리고 의무론이 개인의 윤리적 판단에 영향을 미치며, 이 윤리적 판단은 행위의도에 영향을 미친다는 윤리적 의사결정 모형이 제시되었고, 이 윤리적 의사결정 모형에 대하여 홉스테드의 다섯 가지의 국가문화 차원들인 권력격차, 개인주의, 남성성, 불확실성 회피, 그리고 장기 지향성의 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 인터넷 영역에서 권력격차, 개인주의, 그리고 남성성은 의무론과 윤리적 판단 간의 관계에 영향이 있었으며, 개인주의, 남성성, 그리고 불확실성 회피는 정의주의와 윤리적 판단 간의 관계에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개인주의와 장기 지향성은 윤리적 판단과 행동의도 간의 관계에 유의한 영향이 있는 것을 보여 주었다.

The number of internet electronic commerce users has increased steadily and EC is now considered not only as the communication tools, but also as the economic activity. But in spite of these global trends, current studies limited to managerial approach are insufficient in the evaluation of EC policies and situations. The purpose of this study are to present satisfaction of customers who will operate foreign internet shopping mall, and to analysis after-purchase behavior on EC satisfaction. As a result of making regression analysis, for its satisfaction. the hypotheses on "Shopping Mall Contents", "Information supply", "Convenience of order process", "Economy", "The reliability", "Customer Service" were accepted at the p<.0.05 level of significance, for its after purchase behavior, the hypotheses on "Shopping Mall structure", "Convenience of order process", "Economy", "The reliability", etc factors were accepted at the p<0.05 level of significant in 4 factors. In order words, electronic commerce satisfaction became greater when better convenience and economy were provided, the ethics were observed better, more diverse information was supplied and better system support was given, and those who had a higher educational background or better perception of electronic commerce felt more satisfaction. Finally, more usefulness of electronic commerce led to bigger satisfaction after purchase.

To improve passenger convenience and safety, today's vehicle is evolving into a "connected vehicle," which mounts various sensors, electronic control devices, and wired/wireless communication devices. However, as the number of connections to external networks via the various electronic devices of connected vehicles increases and the internal structures of vehicles become more complex, there is an increasing chance of encountering issues such as malfunctions due to various functional defects and hacking. Recalls and indemnifications due to such hacking or defects, which may occur as vehicles evolve into connected vehicles, are becoming a new risk for automakers, causing devastating financial losses. Therefore, automakers need to make voluntary efforts to comply with security ethics and strengthen their responsibilities. In this study, we investigated potential security issues that may occur under a connected vehicle environment (vehicle-to-vehicle, vehicle-to-infrastructure, and internal communication). Furthermore, we analyzed several case studies related to automaker's legal risks and responsibilities and identified the security requirements and necessary roles to be played by each player in the automobile development process (design, manufacturing, sales, and post-sales management) to enhance their responsibility, along with measures to manage their legal risks.

연구개발 기획 단계에서부터 종료까지 연구개발 전반에 있어 연구 과정과 성과를 기록으로 보존하는 것은 연구자의 중요한 역할이다. 이는 연구개발 과정 및 결과의 객관성을 뒷받침하는 근거로 활용할 수 있다. 연구노트 작성은 연구윤리, 기록관리, 지식재산권 보호, 연구 결과 보호의 측면에서 그 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 「국가연구개발혁신법」에 따라 폐쇄망을 사용하는 연구개발 기관 환경에 적합한 전자연구노트 시스템을 구축하여 운영하고자 계획하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 정부 출연기관에 운영되고 있는 연구노트의 제도적·실무적 관리 방안 조사를 진행한 결과를 기술하였으며, 조사 결과를 토대로 폐쇄망을 사용하는 업무망 환경에 적합한 전자연구노트 시스템 구축 및 운영 방안을 기술하였다.
