Nowadays, multimedia and Hypermedia become hot topics in information industry. Due to high capacity of media storage and fast communication network, it is possible to exchange text data as well as image, moving picture and voice. Especially to apply hypermedia under CALS standard environment, the relation between international standard and CALS standard needs to be considered. This study introduces conceptual background and processing model of HyTime (Hypermedia Time-based Structuring Language) which is a specification of hypermedia exchange, Hyper ODA (Hyper Open Document Architecture) which is a major multimedia communication basis, MMCF (Multimedia Communication Forum), AHM(Amsterdam Hypermedia Model), and DSRM(DAVIC System Reference Model) reference model which helps determination of hypermedia communication specification Although they are international standard, provisional standard or non-standard, it discusses the Possibility of adopting them as CALS standard. Hence, this paper chooses the best recommend for CALS among these models.

본 논문에서는 현재 디지털 이동통신 시스템에서 운용되고 있는 QCELP(Qualcomm Code Excited Linear Predictor) 음성부호화 방식과 향후 IMT-2000 (International Mobile Telecommunications 2000) 등의 시스템에서 사용 예정인 CS-ACELP(Conjugate Structure Algebraic Code Excited Linear Prediction) 음성부호화 방식과의 성능을 비교한다. 특히 무선 채널을 사용하는 이동통신환경의 특징인 채널에러로 인한 음성부호화기의 성능을 비교함으로써 채널에러에 강인한 음성부호화 알고리즘 설계에 대한 고찰을 유도한다.

Common Channel Signaling(CCS) networks need special controls to avoid overload of signaling networks and degradation of call process-ing rate, since they play an important role of controlling communication transfer networks. Congestion control and flow control mechanisms are well described in ITU-T recommendation on Signaling System No.7(SS7). For the practical provisions, however, we need an analysis on the relation among service objects, system requirements and implementation of congestion control algorithms. SS7 provides several options for controlling link congestion in CCS networks. In this paper we give a general queueing model of congestion control algorithm which covers both the international and national options. From the queuing model, we obtain the performance parameters such as throughput, message loss rate and mean delay for the international option. To show the performance of the algorithm, some numerical results are also given.

In the past few years, the printing industry has witness a trend that has become ever more defined: due to the advent of digital technology, the production of short print runs has continued to gain in importance. An important initiative for the support of digital work flow in the manufacturing of printed products is CIP4 consortium. CIP4 stands for "International Cooperation for Integration of Prepress, Press and Post-press, it is an association of around forty international companies, mostly manufacturers of prepress, press and post-press, as well as suppliers and users. In this paper, we studied on the acting application of CIP4 work flow.

In the era of the Korean Wave 4.0, it is essential to investigate how social media usage influences Korean media consumption and then affects the future intention to consume K-Culture products. This study showed that the path of social media usage- Korea-related knowledge- Korean media consumption- the future intention to consume K-Culture products did not exist, and that the path of social media usage- Korea-related knowledge- the future intention to consume K-Culture products occurred. The implications and limitations were discussed.

Security is an important issue for wireless communications and poses many challenges. Most security schemes have been applied to the upper layers of communications networks. Since in a typical wireless communication, transmission of data is over the air, third party receiver(s) may have easy access to the transmitted data. This work examines a new security technique at the physical layer for the sake of enhancing the protection of wireless communications against eavesdroppers. We examine the issue of secret communication through Rayleigh fading channel in the presence of an eavesdropper in which the transmitter knows the channel state information of both the main and eavesdropper channel. Then, we analyze the capacity of the main channel and eavesdropper channel we also analyze for the symbol error rate of the main channel, and the outage probability is obtained for the main transmission. This work elucidate that the proposed security technique can safely complement other Security approaches implemented in the upper layers of the communication network. Lastly, we implement the results in Mat lab

The article covered theoretical aspects use of information and communication technologies in teaching. Information and communication technologies are technologies that allow you to search, process and assimilate information from various sources, including the Internet. This is the presentation of information in electronic form, its processing and storage, the use of the computer, a variety of programs. The main purpose of the study is to determine information and communication technologies for the innovative development of tourism training in higher education institutions in the context of COVID-19. Innovative development is associated with the rejection of well-known cliches, stereotypes in teaching, upbringing and personal development, creates new standards for personal-creative, individually directed tourism activities, develops pedagogical technologies implemented in this activity. As a result, the main aspects of information and communication technologies for the innovative development of tourist training in higher education institutions in the context of COVID-19 were characterized.
