ASIS(American Society for Industrial Security) is already rationing their standard to the world and succeeded in organizing these professionals. In base of that result, there are the executions of the various programs in accordance with the specialization and globalization strategy over the last 60 years. This study looked at the overseas practices that strengthen the capacity of the internal security specialists and promote the development of knowledge and technology through the mutual visits between the network through a survey of ASIS. We can accept viable and sustainable growth strategy, specialization and globalization strategy, such as ASIS model for the various activities performed by the past 60 years to improve the efficiency of the country's private security activities. It will be something we ought to be a new starting point.

Recently, the range of using Internet in business is expanding rapidly. And through Internet, companies are strengthening both their internal efficiency and their external competitive advantage in the market. In recent years, building and managing companies' web sites are becoming unavoidable tasks in business. Such a trend is becoming more imperative in business over the world. There is a great deal of research in progress to study the cases of companies with increasing performance from the use of their Internet web sites. But it is considered that there has not been enough of study in the area of levels of Internet application in business especially in strategic areas and application levels among countries. This research is in the same line of the research that was carried out on such topics in 1999. study in 1999 showed that there are significant differences in the usage levels of Internet in business between countries with long history of using Internet and those who are not. The 1999 study also suggested the model on development stages of Internet usage in business. This study is the continuation of the 1999 research and used two years of data to compare and analyze the trend of the Internet development stages in leading corporations in Korea, U.S.A., and Japan. This study found that there have been significant developments in the ability to use Internet in business in three countries. The differences in Internet usage level in each stage among different countries are compared and analyzed in this study.

This study is to introduce a comprehensive framework of a crisis management system developed at a prominent hospital in South Korea. Throughout recent decades, especially in the recent years, the way in which to cope with both internal and external challenges has been one of the most critical issues. Since the incident management system in the U.S. is acknowledged as the most advanced crisis management model in the world, a portion of this study refers to the Hospital Incident Command System(HICS) provided by the California Emergency Medical Services Authority(EMSA). Nevertheless, the framework suggested in this article was designed based on a distinctive Korean hospital setting. The main contents of this study are as follows; categorization of each type of crisis, organization of a crisis management team in a non-crisis or crisis state, crisis assessment by life cycle stage, and establishment of crisis management protocol. Even though many types of crises are unspecified, those can be categorized into external crisis, medical crisis, and utility & activity failure. A crisis management organization should be operated and consisted differently- depending on a crisis or non-crisis situation. From a life-cycle perspective, the range by which the crisis should be managed extends from pre-stage to post-stage of the crisis. It is important to set proper scenarios and manuals by crisis type to develop a crisis management framework of high quality. With continuous efforts, hospitals can prepare for the uncertainty to better concentrate on core business operations.

Cyberattacks penetrate the server and perform various malicious acts such as stealing confidential information, destroying systems, and exposing personal information. To achieve this, attackers perform various malicious actions by infecting endpoints and accessing the internal network. However, the current countermeasures are only anti-viruses that operate in a signature or pattern manner, allowing initial unknown attacks. Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) technology is focused on providing visibility, and strong countermeasures are lacking. If you fail to respond to the initial attack, it is difficult to respond additionally because malicious behavior like Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) attack does not occur immediately, but occurs over a long period of time. In this paper, we propose a technique that detects an unknown attack using an event log without prior knowledge, although the initial response failed with anti-virus. The proposed technology uses a combination of AutoEncoder and 1D CNN (1-Dimention Convolutional Neural Network) based on semi-supervised learning. The experiment trained a dataset collected over a month in a real-world commercial endpoint environment, and tested the data collected over the next month. As a result of the experiment, 37 unknown attacks were detected in the event log collected for one month in the actual commercial endpoint environment, and 26 of them were verified as malicious through VirusTotal (VT). In the future, it is expected that the proposed model will be applied to EDR technology to form a secure endpoint environment and reduce time and labor costs to effectively detect unknown attacks.

This study defines the integrated game experience of game users that across internal and external media of game as the transmedia enjoyment of game. This study categorizes the cases and analyze features. Game users have four types of transmedial enjoyment. The expansion type is characterized by the user's desire to solve the uncertainty, and the transmission type is characterized by the emergence of alternative play spaces. In the permeation type and the circulation type, it is observed users participate more in the content can be re-contextualized and based on real world knowledge.

By strengthening the market control and expanding the networks, providers of global logistics are expanding their service scope. E-logistics connects e-business to internal and external information system by using WMS, TMS, and OMS. The paper focuses on analyzing the efficiency of the tope fifty Global Logistics Providers. Therefore, the study classifies the factors which specify the efficiency of a total logistics industry and verified its firmness. Furthermore, the most recently published reports by Logistics Quarterly and Armstrong Association in 2011 was used in order to guarantee credibility of the study. This study utilizes three years of materials, from 2007, 2008, 2009 on publish 2010, for scope period for analysis. By applying SBM (Slack Based Measure) & the DEA Window model, the trend in efficiency and stableness was analyzed. Consequently, the main purpose of the paper is evaluating the efficiency. Also, analyzing its determinants and illustrating a long-term relationship between the annual turnover and major shippers was used as output measures. In addition, the number of information system operations, the grade of information systems, and employee of Logistics Providers was used as input measures.

This study aims at exploring features of Korean university students' written text, focusing on the written voice, rhetorical patterns, and writing practices through English letters. The data comprised examples of students' English job applications, and a 'purpose-will' model was adopted for the data analysis. The findings showed that the students used unique ways of strategies to convey their voice in a recontextualized setting. Their written voice in the job applications were various, and nobody applied the Korean convention of weather opening. Their rhetorical patterns were a transformation from convergence to divergence, showing integrated patterns of written voice. Students' writing practices revealed their internal values of writing for a task, and they do not directly learn from the teacher's syllabus. This supports the sociocultural framework that learning is a situated activity in a specific discourse community. The study concludes that writing teachers should understand that life-world and learning experience can impact on students' written voice and practices.

This research paper examined to the influencing factors to adopt national policies of international organization's environment. For this a multivariate regression model has been used to examine cross-national differences in environmental policy adoption. The data analysis was conducted by regression analysis, the indexed point of international environmental agreements were ratified by each nation on the measure of independent variables for a sample of 130 countries in all parts of the world. From analysis results, overall, the regression analysis illustrates that the regression model generally fits our predictions for independent variables. The finding has revealed that external determinants are stronger than internal ones in explaining the level of national environmental policy adoption in relation to international environmental cooperation. Namely, All international environmental organizations, international nongovernmental organizations, and regional multinational institutes proved to function in a positive way in influencing number nations to have a favorable attitude toward international environmental policies. The findings of this study will provide helpful information on how to improve the efficacy of the Korean environmental policy system.

CNG, which has recently been attracting attention as an alternative fuel in the transportation field to reduce emissions caused by global warming, is natural gas with abundant reserves and mainly composed of methane. Being in a gaseous state, natural gas requires the compression and liquefaction processes for transportation. Until now, general shut-off valves for liquid and gas piping have been developed in Korea, but there are few studies on shut-off valves for high pressures of about 200 bar. Currently, research on the flow analysis of valves is being actively conducted around the world. However, there are relatively many studies on large valves such as low-pressure valves or shipbuilding and marine, and the safety factor through structural analysis to check the structural integrity of the valve is checked at the design stage. Since it is necessary to have a fast response speed while minimizing pressure and speed loss due to flow change, basic research was conducted on the flow analysis of the valve to secure design data, and the numerical analysis was performed on high-pressure automatic shut-off valves applied to CNG refueling stations. After securing the basic valve shape through reverse engineering for advanced products, we compared the valve flow coefficient Cv coefficient with advanced products. As a result, it was found that the reverse engineering model was at the level of about 60%. However, we compared the Cv coefficient by modifying the reverse engineering model, and the result showed that it was improved to about 96%.

Through a Chinese rise, Chinese dream is actualizing as the world's great power. According to outlook of World Bank and IMF, Around 2030 China will be a great power bigger than America's economic power. The rise of China will give a huge impact to the whole world. China expands her influence through a global manufacturing base and a global market. To actualize 'Peaceful Rise' Strategy, China has many constraints. Chinese society is facing many difficult social problem due to side effects of a rapid development. Such as the spread of corruption, the severity of wealth gap, environmental degradation and energy shortage. Internationally there are containment from hegemon so-called 'China threat' dispute, Taiwan issue and territorial disputes. Western countries are hostile to China for two reasons. Based on expectations, one is China's socialist system and the other is the rising China which will compete for supremacy with Europe and America. Recent emergence of Chinese nationalism and the containment of the neighboring countries are also serious limiting factors. Domestically they have the rampant corruption in the bureaucracy, weakened capacity of Communist rule, wealth disparity due to the discriminatory economic development strategy, seriousness of rural problem, social instability, lack of social security systems and the development gap between the eastern coastal areas and western inland areas, ethnic minorities problems, the constraint of sustainable development issues due to lack of resources, environmental pollution and energy constraints. Like the former Soviet Union, China may face a dismantlement. After the rise, China may encounter possibilities of a war between great powers or a collapse of Chinese society caused by deepening internal conflict. Serious economic polarization would make peasants and urban workers, who are social vulnerable people, to turn their back to communist party and threaten the justification and the appropriateness of the ruling communist party. Chinese government will think internal system security threat is more formidable risk factor than a system security threat from the hegemon. The decline of great country comes from internal reasons rather than external reasons. To achieve peaceful rise, unification with Taiwan is an essential prerequisite. Taiwan issues are complex problems which equipped with international and domestic factors. Lack of energy resources, environmental pollution in China will bring economic crisis to Korean enterprises. Important influence to Korean economy will be a changeover of the method in economic development. It will turn the balance of investment and consumption, GDP-centered growth to consumption and environment-centered growth. Services industries including finance, environment, culture, education, health care and social welfare will grow. Change in China's growth model will give a great challenge upon the intermediate goods industry in Korea. Korea should reduce the portion of machinery, automotive, semiconductor, steel and chemical-centered export industry to China, and should increase the proportion of the service industry.
