Background/Aims: Mucoprotective agents, such as eupatilin, are often prescribed to prevent gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding in addition to an acid suppressant despite the absence of a large-scale study. We evaluated the additional effect of eupatilin on the prevention of GI bleeding in both the upper and lower GI tract in concomitant aspirin and acid suppressant users using the nationwide database of national claims data from the Korean National Health Insurance Service (NHIS). Methods: An aspirin cohort was constructed using the NHIS claims data from 2013 to 2020. Patients who manifested with hematemesis, melena, or hematochezia were considered to have GI bleeding. A Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to determine the risk factors for GI bleeding associated with the concomitant use of GI drugs and other covariates among aspirin users. Results: Overall, a total of 432,208 aspirin users were included. The concurrent use of an acid suppressant and eupatilin (hazard ratio [HR] = 0.85, p = 0.016, vs. acid suppressant only) was a statistically significant preventive factor for GI bleeding. Moreover, a more than 3-month duration (HR = 0.88, p = 0.030) of acid suppressant and eupatilin prescription (vs. acid suppressant only) was a statistically significant preventive factor for GI bleeding. Conclusions: Eupatilin administration for ≥ 3 months showed additional preventive effect on GI bleeding in concomitant aspirin and acid suppressant users. Thus, cotreatment with eupatilin with a duration of 3 months or longer is recommended for reducing GI bleeding among aspirin plus acid suppressant users.

This proposed system is a part of internal control system that national highway need to support their ITS information audit. This paper explains the design and implementation of a packet interceptor and a DB query analyzer. The packet interceptor sniffs users' query packets, and then the DB query analyzer parses the SQL queries and stores the users' DB access information such as SQL queries, access data and changing data. The information may be used as the evidences on internal control of users and users' accesses.

This study investigated the classification and characteristics of augmented reality (AR) content of fashion brands. The AR contents of fashion brands were classified according to user participation space and content delivery method. Based on these types, eight case studies were conducted, along with a discussion of AR characteristics in terms of presence, interactivity, and immersion. The results showed that AR content could be divided into four types: offline visit-external information type, offline visit-internal experience type, online utilization-external information type, and online utilization-internal experience type. It was also found that there were differences in characteristics for each type of AR content. First, the offline visit-external information type requires various new content that can provide entertainment immersion to users. Second, the offline visit-internal experience type requires a powerful inducement for users to visit a specific space providing AR content and to participate in augmented environments. Third, the online utilization-external information type needs a series of AR content that can consistently incite users' curiosity about brands and products. Fourth, the online utilization-internal experience type needs effective content to improve users' shopping experience with the virtual fitting of fashion accessories, such as eyewear, hats, jewelry, and watches. Accordingly, fashion companies should create contents that can provide appropriate presence, interactivity, and immersion by AR type.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to establish the reliability and validity of the Wheelchair User's Shoulder Pain Index (WUSPI), which was translated into Korean for long-term wheelchair users. This index measured 15 functional activities, including transfer, self-care, wheelchair mobility and general activities. METHODS: To assess test-retest reliability, 23 long-term wheelchair users completed this self-administered index twice within the same day. Reliability was determined by the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC), and Cronbach's alpha was used to measure internal consistency. To examine concurrent validity, 21 long-term wheelchair users completed the questionnaire, and we examined the correlation between the index score and the shoulder range of motion measurements. RESULT: The results showed that the intraclass correlation for test-retest reliability of the total index score ranging from .88 to .99 was good to excellent. Additionally, Cronbach's alpha was .96. The internal consistency indicated excellent. Concurrent validity showed negative correlations of total index score to range of motion measurements of shoulder flexion (rho=-.58), extension (rho=-.09), abduction (rho=-.59), external rotation (rho=-.07) and internal rotation (rho=-.3), suggesting a relationship of total index score to loss of shoulder range of motion. CONCLUSION: The Korean WUSPI shows not only high reliability and internal consistency, but also concurrent validity with loss of shoulder flexion and abduction.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among customer access service, internal response, and consumption behavior of security agency users through a structural model. The research will be meaningful in that it can contribute to the development of the security industry by identifying the importance of customer access service, which is an empirical face of buyers using security agency, and thus establishing the relationship between consumer reaction and consumption behavior. The study subject is a store that uses security agency in areas with dense shopping districts in Cheonan and Asan of South Chungcheong Province, where 375 store representatives and employees were selected to conduct the research. Research tools were modified and used to suit the purpose of the research based on domestic and foreign prior research. Using two statistical programs, SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0, data processing was performed: frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmed factor analysis, and structural model analysis. The statistical significance level was analyzed by setting a value of .05 and the following conclusions were obtained. First, the customer access service of security agency users has a positive impact on consumption behavior. Second, the customer access service of security agency users has a positive effect on the internal response. Third, the internal response of security agnecy users has a positive effect on consumption behavior. Fourth, the internal response has a positive effect as a medium effect between customer access service and consumption behavior of security agency users.

Financial information systems play such a pivotal role in the financial institution services that are provided for a large customers on the basis of various information including the personal information. As for the personal information collected during the transactions in the financial information systems, huge efforts and investment have been made to protect previously them from being inappropriately misused or illegally used if they could be released. Unfortunately, the frequent accidents on the leakage of sensitive personal information have occurred recently not only by external service users but even by internal system users. Therefore, the aim of this study is to suggest a model of advanced two-channel authentication for internal users in order to increase the stability of financial information systems with enhanced security.

Purpose - Social media platforms have presented individuals with an opportunity to create and maintain their social relationship through the use of social media services. However, such social relationship has a negative influence on users' interest in social media. Design/methodology - Using structural equation modeling, this study seeks to examines the effects of different social media conflicts (individual and social conflicts) on users' psychological internal state, especially user apathetic behavior Findings - The findings confirm that, among social media conflicts, social-related conflict, especially social interaction overload has a negative effect on cognitive resonance, while individual conflict has the highest effect on cognitive dissonance. Also, cognitive dissonance has a much greater effect than cognitive resonance on user resistance, this means that users' negative perception of social media has a greater influence on their resistance. Lastly, user's resistance was found to have a positive influence on user's apathetic behavior. Originality/value - In other to capture social media Apathetic behavior, this study focus on social media conflict perspective, which includes social-related conflict and individual conflict, which are found to influence users' internal states towards social media and further induce social media behavior. This study is unique because it is among the first to explore social media apathetic behavior by focusing on the influence of both external social media conflict and internal state. Also, this study proposed that social related conflict has a higher negative influence on WeChat user than individual related conflict.

In accordance with the growing importance of software in computer systems, software quality and performance has become a hot issue in all computer-related fields and businesses. But the measurement and evaluation of software quality still poses a problem, due to the different viewpoints of software developers and users. This study attempts to combine the external characteristics of quality representing the viewpoint of users, and the internal characteristics representing the viewpoint of developers of quality. In order to do this, this study provides multiple models which select the appropriate internal characteristics which reflect user requirements from earlier phases of development. The goal of this study is to enhance the applicability of 40 internal characteristics of ISO 9126 to the models.

Sensitive internal information has been transmitted in a variety of services of Internet environment, but almost users do not know what internal information is sent. In this paper, we intend to develop a new filtering system that continuously monitors the sensitive information in outbound network packets and notifies the internal user whether or not to expose. So we design a filtering system for sensitive information and analyze the implementation results. Thus users visually can check whether disclosure of the important information and drop the corresponding packets by the proposed system. The results of this study can help decrease cyber threats various targeting internal information of company by contributing to prevent exposure of sensitive internal information.
