The diffuse nodular lung lesion has a diagnostic problem and should be made differential diagnosis. A chest X-ray of 62-year-old male patient with dyspnea showed small-sized scattered multinodular lesion on entire lung field. Bronchoalveolar lavage and transbronchial needle aspiration showed the non-specific findings, so open lung biopsy was done and revealed bronchioloalveolar cell carcinoma.

From in vivo and in vitro experiments using Korean Red Ginseng and its main components. ginsenoside saponins, it was found that ginesenoside may exerts its anti-thrombotic action by decreasing $TXA_2$ formation in platelets and increasing $PGI_2$ formation in vascular walls. This may certainly contribute to prevention and development of atherosclerosis and thrombosis by administration of Korean Red Ginsengs.

A 1-year-old castrated mixed-breed dog presented with diffuse, purple lesions arranged in an irregular patchy pattern, with a slight elevation on the right hindlimb extending from the tarsus joint to the upper region of the thigh. Dermatological examinations and fungal and bacterial cultures revealed no infectious agents. The therapeutic response to antibiotics and antifungal agents was negative. A histopathology examination of the lesion revealed vascular proliferation with vasodilation and numerous varying-sized vessels. Mast-cell-dominated perivascular cuffing was also noted. The dog was diagnosed with cutaneous angiomatosis due to diffuse lesions and the histopathology findings of hemangioma.
