Objectives: This study was designed to investigate the effects of Injinchunggan-tang(Yinchenqinggan-tang) on expression of angiogenic factors in HepG2 cells. Materials and Methods : The mRNA expression levels and protein secretion levels of angiogenic factors were measured using quantitative RT-PCR, Western blot and ELISA assay respectively in Injinchunggan-tang-treated and untreated HepG2 cells. Results : Injinchunggan-tang(Yinchenqinggan-tang) reduced mRNA expression levels and protein secretion levels of angiogenic factors, especially VEGF, bFGF and $TGF{\beta}1$ in HepG2 cells. Conclusion: Results indicate that Injinchunggan-tang (Yinchenqinggan-tang) inhibits expression of angiogenic factors in HepG2 cells. Further, results suggest that Injinchunggan-tang (Yinchenqinggan-tang) inhibits angiogenic effects in HCC.

The higher the firm performance, the more chances enterprises can expand and develop their production, create jobs, and improve the workers' living quality. The main objective of this study was to measure the internal factors influencing the firm's performance of food and beverage (F&B) firms listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX). Data was collected on 15 F&B firms listed on the HNX from 2015 to 2019 We use mixed research method, both qualitative and quantitative. For the quantitative research method, the supporting tool is Stata13 software. The results via Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression method show the impacts of internal factors with the following observed variables: the ratio of short-term debt to total liabilities (CS1) and total assets (S2) have an opposite impact (-) on ROA and ROE; debt-to-total assets ratio (CS2) has an opposite effect (-) on ROA; growth of total assets (G2) of the growth factor positively affects (+) ROA and ROE, the remaining factors do not affect ROA and ROE; and internal factors do not influence ROS. Based on the findings, some recommendations have been proposed to help the F&B firms listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange improving their firm performance in the future.

The article analyzes the impact of factors affecting the internal control system of chemical enterprises in Vietnam, providing more empirical evidence on factors affecting the system of internal control. Research data is collected in the form of face-to-face interviews and email interviews with managers and employees working in different positions, managers at all levels, chief accountants, and accountants of 52 chemical enterprises in Vietnam. The survey results collected 310 questionnaires. After eliminating the invalid questionnaires due to many blank cells, the authors chose to use 297 questionnaires. Quantitative research was carried out with SPSS 25 software. Research results show that Business Strategy, Organizational Structure, Organization's perception of the instability of the external environment, and Organizational culture are the factors that positively affect the internal control system of chemical enterprises. This can be explained that, for chemical enterprises, Business strategy, Organizational structure, Organization's perception of the instability of the external environment, and Good organizational culture will positively impact the internal control system of chemical enterprises. Based on the research results, the authors have proposed recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the internal control system of chemical enterprises in Vietnam, thereby contributing to improving the performance of enterprises in the chemical Vietnamese.
Purpose: This study was to identify the influence of internal marketing factors on organizational citizenship behavior of nurses based on the mediate variable of job satisfaction. Method: Structured questionnaires were used with a convenience sample of 267 subjects working at 2 hospitals which have more than 500beds. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression. Result: Empowerment($\beta$= .395) and compensation($\beta$= -.232) among the internal marketing factors had significant influences on organizational citizenship behaviors. However, job satisfaction($\beta$= .266) showed a mediate variable between compensation and organizational citizenship behaviors. Conclusion: This result indicates that empowerment and job satisfaction are important factors in predicting organizational citizenship behavior of nurses in hospitals. Thus it would be necessary to include this two factors in inhencing production of a nursing unit.

Background/Aims: The aim of this study was to analyze the trend of the prevalences of atrophic gastritis (AG) and intestinal metaplasia (IM) from 2011 to 2016~2017 in Korea. And, the risk factors of AG and IM were compared between 2011 and 2016~2017. Materials and Methods: A total of 4,023 subjects in 2011 and 2,506 subjects in 2016~2017 were enrolled. AG and IM were diagnosed on the basis of endoscopic findings. Multivariate analysis was performed for risk factors of AG and IM. Seventeen factors were analyzed. Results: The seroprevalence of Helicobacter pylori decreased from 2011 (59.8%; 2,407/4,023) to 2016~2017 (51.6%; 1,293/2,506; P<0.001). The prevalence of AG decreased from 2011 to 2016~2017 (P=0.018), but that of IM increased (P<0.001). The risk factors of AG in 2011 were male sex, old age, H. pylori immuoglobulin G (IgG) positivity, family history of gastric cancer (GC), and high-salt diet. For IM in 2011, the risk factors were male sex, old age, H. pylori IgG positivity, and family history of GC. Risk factors of AG in 2016~2017 were old age, H. pylori IgG positivity, and country of residence. For IM in 2016~2017, the risk factors were male sex, old age, family history of GC, high fasting glucose level (${\geq}126mg/dL$), H. pylori IgG positivity, and low income level. Conclusions: The difference in prevalence trends of AG and IM between 2016~2017 and 2011 could be the result of the different risk factors of AG and IM, such as decreased prevalence of H. pylori infection.
Interest is one of the important factors in science education. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting the follow-up interest of elementary school students on topics of 'Small Organisms' World'. The follow-up interests of the students on the topic were grouped into three categories; the developed-expanded-deepened (EDD), the simply expanded and maintained (SEM), and the stoped or decreased (SD) types. Each types had specific distinguishing features. Through the examination of students' responses and the in-depth interviews, the factors affecting on the follow-up interests of the students were analyzed. The factors were classified into two types of the external factor and the internal one. While the external factors were mainly related to the instructional materials used in science class and teaching methods, the internal factors were related to the desire for knowing, prior knowledge, students' experience and attitude toward the topics of science. In relation to the types of the follow-up interests, these factors were affected by different causes. The EDD type was most affected by internal factors, such as desire for knowing and prior knowledge. The SEM type was shown to be most affected by external factors, such as instructional materials. The SD type was mainly influenced by external factors, such as teaching methods. From the analysis of internal factors, it was revealed that the attitude and the prior knowledge about the topic are related with the follow-up interests. There was a positive relationship between the levels of science attitude and science knowledge. The students who had EDD type had a higher level of attitude and knowledge. However, there were some students who had higher level of scientific knowledge with SD type. The results of in-depth interviews showed that they were influenced by negative perceptions about science and stress on their grades. In conclusion, each follow-up interest type were caused by the external factors contained in the processes of the science class and the internal ones associated with the individual features and were influenced by the science class. So, the teacher should help the students be able to have the EDD type of follow-up interest which is persisted even after the completion of the science curriculum. For this, when the teachers design science curriculum and plan lesson, they should consider both internal and external factors significantly influencing the students' follow-up interests.

This study is to establish the validity of EDI adoption model Korean Companies. The research model is hypothesized in the external factors of company directly affect on EDI adoaption and the internal factors of company moderately affect on the direct effect. The external factors of company consists of economic factors, organizational power factors, and technological factor. The internal factors of company consists of the size of the company, innovative tendency of the top management, and maturity of the information technology. In the result of data analysis-the data were collected from a total of 81 companies in 6 industries adopted variables are the existence of EDI standard, transaction frequency, inter-organizational bargaining power, and pressure from industry association. Also size of the company and innovative tendency of the top management in a company's internal factors were adopted as moderate variables.
The main purpose of this research is to investigate the present circumstances of internal marketing in domestic apparel-import company and study if the internal marketing activities in import apparel company have a significant effect on salespersons' job satisfaction. As a preliminary investigation, the interviews with 6 expert salespersons of imported apparel company were taken to develop a practical measuring tool. As a result, 21 categories which effect on internal marketing and 6 factors which influence on job satisfaction were extracted. Next, a survey with the salespersons who work in apparel-import company was taken, and 186 collected data were used in this study. To analyze the data, factor analysis, frequency analysis, and multiple regression analysis are executed by a statistics package, SPSS v12.0. The results are as follows. First, five factors which effect on internal marketing activities in have been identified as welfare, incentives, employment & training, communication, empowerment. Among them, four factors of welfare, incentives, employment & training, and communication have been come out as statistically significant factors which influenced on salesperson's job satisfaction. Second, the internal marketing activities of import apparel company according to salesperson's demographic factors - payment, working periods, and marriage have been demonstrated significant difference on salespersons' job satisfaction. When the marriage is examined, the job satisfaction of the single mostly depends on incentives while that of the married does on welfare. On the consideration of working periods, the less does the group have working experience, the more does it have a dependence on incentives. On the other hand, the group which has much payment and experience mostly relies on welfare. The middle class show to be dependent on communication and employment&training as well as welfare and incentives.
Purpose - This study aims to identify the internal capabilities that export companies need to possess in order to utilize FTAs and to propose ways to expand their export performance through them. To achieve this goal, the study analyzed the internal factors that affect FTA utilization from a resource-based perspective, such as Origin Management Competency, Information Acquisition Competency, contract Management Competency, and Commitment to Export, based on prior research on corporate capabilities in the field of management and FTA-related research. The study ultimately aims to confirm whether a company's FTA utilization contributes to its export performance through the management and response to its internal factors for FTA utilization. Design/methodology - To achieve the research objective, this study conducted a literature review related to FTA utilization and identified the internal factors of companies that affect FTA by classifying them into Origin Management Competency, Information Acquisition Competency, contract Management Competency, and Commitment to Export Based on this, a final research model was developed, hypotheses were set through a preliminary study survey, and conclusions were drawn by analyzing the data of 312 companies. Findings - The empirical analysis results indicate that Origin Management Competency and Contract Management Competency have a positive impact on FTA utilization, while Information Acquisition Competency and Commitment to Export do not have a statistically significant impact on FTA utilization. Based on these findings, this study suggests measures for efficient FTA utilization for companies that want to utilize FTAs. Additionally, FTA utilization has a positive impact on export performance. In other words, the extent to which companies utilize the signed agreements has a positive impact on their performance. Based on these results, this study identifies the characteristics of companies that want to utilize FTAs and proposes measures for future efficient FTA utilization. Originality/value - This study has confirmed that in order for companies to utilize FTAs, they must meet the requirements of the FTA. To this end, the study has concluded that it is important to manage and address internal factors such as Origin Management Competency, Information Acquisition Competency, contract Management Competency, and Commitment to Export to increase FTA utilization. Based on these results, it can be confirmed that it is essential for companies to have an understanding and management of the internal factors that satisfy the requirements of the FTA in order to utilize the FTA.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the internal factors whether teachers execute experiments at the science classes in the elementary school. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were performed with 9 elementary school teachers who have served for more than three years. In-depth interviews were performed individually and all the interviews were recorded. Data sources were analyzed by grounded theory. The results were as follows: The internal factors that they did experiments at the science classes were science teaching faiths in experiment, self confidence in experiment, interest in science. and the internal factors that they did not experiment at the science classes were lack of science content knowledge, lack of science education knowledge, memory of failure at experiment, and so on. The investigation results imply inquiry activities should be more strengthened in elementary teacher education program and pre-service teacher curriculum. And it needs to give a materials of receiving information and guidance detailed about the experiments.
