  • The purpose of this study is to improve the neiboring environment in the internal and external university campuses. For this purpose, survey to 567 students in 7 universities in Daegu-Kyungbuk area. According to the changes of location pattern of campuses, the external facilities are play a role to help the function of internal facilities, and to accommodate the daily life of students. Therefore this study plan to find out their satisfaction and need of the neiboring facilities.

  • 본 논문은 직업재활시설의 내부고객인 장애인의 관점과 비장애인 직원(사회복지종사자)의 관점으로 내부고객지향성 강화 전략을 모색하고 시설의 내부고객지향성과 성과 간의 관계에 대한 문헌연구를 통하여 장애인직업재활시설의 효율적인 운영 방안을 제안하였다. 이 과정에서 내부고객의 요구를 충족시키고 직무만족을 중심으로 한 서비스 제공이 조직의 전반적인 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과 향상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 관련 문헌들을 검토하였다. 이를 통해 직업재활시설이 직면한 도전과제를 극복하고 지속 가능한 발전을 이룰 수 있는 실질적인 전략을 도출하였다.

  • Electrical facilities of entertainment spaces become more complicate and bigger due to growing industry and economy. Therefore using only Technical standards for Electrical facilities of internal standard, we have some difficulty for management and installation of electrical facilities of entertainment spaces. So this paper gives a information which is applied to install the electrical facilities of entertainment space by analysing and comparing of internal and external standard.

  • The Korean Society of Nephrology participated in the task force team consisting of government authorities and civilian experts to prevent and control the spread of Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) in 2015. The Korean Society of Nephrology MERS Task Force Team took an immediate action and drafted 'the clinical recommendation for hemodialysis facilities' to follow when the first and the only confirmed case was reported in the hemodialysis unit. Owing to the dedicated support from medical doctors, dialysis nurses, and related medical companies, we could prevent further transmission of MERS infection successfully in hemodialysis units. This special report describes the experience of infection control during MERS outbreak in 2015 and summarizes the contents of 'the clinical practice guideline for hemodialysis facilities dealing with MERS patients' built upon our previous experience.

내·외 통제성이 시설거주 노인의 관계적 공격성 인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Internal and External Control on the Relational Aggression's Perception of the Elderly in Care Facilities)

  • 목적 : 시설에서 거주하고 있는 노인의 내·외 통제성이 시설의 노인들에게서 나타나는 관계적 공격성에 대한 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하는 데 있다. 연구방법 : 시설거주 노인을 대상으로 설문을 통하여 내·외 통제성과 관계적 공격성 인식을 조사하였다. 자료 수집은 설문지 165부를 배부하여 결측지와 중도포기 17부를 제외한 총 148부의 설문지를 최종 분석에 활용되었다. 독립변인은 내·외 통제성의 내적 통제성과 외적 통제성, 종속변인은 부정적 행동과 괴롭힘 행동의 관계적 공격성, 통제변수는 노인의 일반사회학적 특성으로 구성하여 결과를 분석하였다. 결과 : 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 시설 거주기간에 따라 내·외 통제성은 유의한 차이가 있었다. 교육수준과 입소기간, 배우자의 유무, 경제수준에 따라 관계적 공격성 인식에는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 내·외 통제성에 따른 관계적 공격성 인식의 비교에서는 유의한 차이가 있었다, 넷째, 내·외 통제성은 관계적 공격성 인식에 영향을 주었다. 결론 : 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 시설거주 노인의 내·외 통제성과 관계적 공격성 인식은 차이가 있고 내·외 통제성에 따라 시설거주 노인의 관계적 공격성 인식도 차이가 있으며 내·외 통제성은 시설거주 노인의 관계적 공격성 인식수준에 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

경북지역 학교 급식소의 위생관리에 대한 자체평가와 외부평가의 분석 (Analysis for Internal Audit and External Audit of the Sanitation/Safety Management Performance for the School Foodservice in Gyeongbuk Area)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of the characteristics of dietitians, the characteristics of school food services, equipment ratio of HACCP facility/equipment and perception of barriers to HACCP implementation on external and internal audit of food safety/sanitation management performance in school food service. An e-mail survey was conducted with 144 dietitians in Gyeongbuk Province. A response rate was 57.6% (N = 83) and data was analyzed using SPSS windows (ver. 12.0). Dietitian perceived facilities/equipment-related and stakeholder-related as the big barriers in implementing a HACCP system. Total scores of sanitation/safety management performance for external and internal audit were similar at 92 and 91 out of 100, respectively. 'Facilities/equipment' and 'HACCP system' categories in both external and internal audit were rated the lowest. As dietitian perceived facilities/equipment-related (p < 0.001) and stakeholder-related (p < 0.05) barriers to HACCP implementation were greater, the scores of the external and internal audits were significantly lower. As dietitian perceived barriers for all categories were greater, the scores of internal audits were significantly lower (p <0.05). As a result of multiple regression analyses, the scores of the external audit was positively associated with career as a school food service dietitian, but was negatively associated with barriers related to facility/equipment, while the scores of the internal audit was negatively associated with barriers related to facility/equipment and employees. This study suggests that supporting programs on securing the facilities/equipment and employee training are needed for successful HACCP implementation in school food service.

서울지역 대형연소시설에서의 질소산화물 배출계수 산정 (The Evaluation of NOx Emission Factor from Large Combustion Facilities in Seoul)

  • The emission factor of nitrogen oxides(NOx) was evaluate to clarify the characteristics of NOx emitted from seven large combustion facilities in seoul area. The emission factors of NOx at A-1 and A-2 facilities of internal combustion engine were 66.957kgNOx/ton and 20.913kgNOx/ton, respectively. The emission factor of A-1 facility was higher than that of A-2 facility even same internal combustion engine, because A-1 facility adopted SCR(selective catalystic reactor) for reduction of NOx emission factor of A-2, A-4, and A-7 power generation boiler facilities were 4.300kgNOx/ton, 2.460kgNOx/ton and 1.796kgNOx/ton, respectively. The capacity of A-2 facility was about two times than that of A-4 and A-7. These emission factors were lower than those at facilities in other areas of korea, because of using low NOx burner of power generation boiler. The emission factors of NOx at A-3 and A-6 incinerator facilities were 0.147kgNOx/ton and 0.221kgNOx/ton which were lower than other facilities, respectively, because these facilities incinerate municipal solid waste of low heating value and uwe SCR for reducing NOx concentration.

대학교 캠퍼스 내·외부 보행환경의 '접근성'에 관한 연구 (A Study on Accessibility of the Walk Environment in University Campus Facilities)

  • Today the realization of a welfare society is urgently needed as growing of economy. To promptly meet the needs of the times, the ratio of a matriculation of the physically disabled is getting higher, stretching opportunities of a higher education. But, the walk environment in university educational facilities is still insufficient because of the indifference to the education of the physically disabled. The purpose of this research is to suggest the direction to improve the walk environment for all users through evaluation of the accessibility of the walk environment in university educational facilities, and the scope of the research is the internal and external walk environment of university educational facilities. The first step of the research is preparatory study review to extract the elements of the accessibility of the Universal Design Principles. And then, we evaluate the accessibility of university educational facilities through the site visits. The results of this research are as following: 1) The internal and external walk environment of university educational facilities needs more physical improvement for keeping accessibility. 2) We need to provide consistent guidances from the external sidewalks to main entrances, slopes, staircases, elevators, and corridors. 3) The walk environment of university educational facilities needs to maintain continuously.

25.8kV급 GIS에 Matrix System을 적용한 전력설비 최적화 연구 (A Study on Optimization of Electric Power Facilities Applied Matrix System at 25.8kV GIS)

  • Recently, more electric power facilities have been miniaturized and it is noted that the facilities maintenance will be essential through operation optimization. In this paper we applied and examined the operation optimization of electric power facilities by applying Matrix system which can improve reliability to minimize outage and recover failure rapidly when blackouts happen at 25.8kV Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS). The fundamental problem for facilities maintenance of GIS can happen due to indeterminable internal state in real time. Matrix optimization organizes action states in all containers which contain pressurized $SF_6$ Gas such as circuit breaker, disconnector switch, bus for utilizing them each area. Then, we connect it with power system to monitor and control internal state remotely in real time, and we can minimize blackout zone or outage. Considering above process, we improved stability of overall facilities.

Bed-type과 Stand-type 상용 전신계수기(Whole Body Counter)의 성능 비교 (Performance Comparison of Bed-type and Stand-type Commercial Whole Body Counter Made by Canberra for Internal Exposure Monitoring)

  • Whole-Body counters have been used to evaluate the internal contamination of gamma emitting radionuclides. Among the whole-body counters used in domestic nuclear facilities, Fastscan made by CANBERRA contains 2 NaI(Tl) detectors and is generally used to monitor the primary internal exposure. It has the advantage of achieving MDA even with short time measurements. Accuscan is a bed type, and has good energy resolution because it is composed of HPGe detector. Since the Accuscan with better energy resolution than Fastscan has better able to identify radionuclides, it is used to monitor secondary internal exposure. Some nuclear facilities have only Fastscan. We analyzed statistically whether Fastscan is enough to ensure accuracy and precision comparing with Accuscan. To do this, we prepared a CRM created by the Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science. We also obtained the data of 6 Fastscans and 5 Accuscans in domestic nuclear facilities. As a result of the study, although Fastscan compared with Accuscan is not as accurate as the Accuscan, the precision is statistically same. However, accuracy of Fastscan is in compliance with international standards except low energy range. In terms of accuracy and precision except radionuclides emitting low energy, it is possible to measure radioactivity inside workers even in nuclear facilities where only Fastscan is used.
