Through the convergence of the games industry value creation is possible regions. It typically appears as a Serious Game. Education, medical, defense such as industry and convergence are creating greater added value. The government also identified the importance of the games industry, and the budget set, game development, support business, human resources development policy, along with business and industry to industry to solve the social problems of regulatory policy and operations are being announced. However, by accessing it from a different perspective on the continued growth of the industry's problems is thought to act as. Thus, policymakers in government positions and in fact industry to conduct business in the private sector to reflect both the position of the design of a new development approach is needed. In this study examines the current game industry development policies, as well as activities at corporate level and industry level, the activities of national at the same time that the service should consider using a model with an integrated perspective of the games industry development policy is proposed.

The purpose of this study is to Propose the time dependent K-least time path algorithm applicable to a real-time based operation strategy in multi-modal transportation network. For this purpose, we developed the extended method based on entire path deletion method which was used in the static K-least time path algorithm. This method was applied to time dependent K-least time path algorithm to find k least time paths in order based on both time dependant mode-link travel time and transfer cost In particular, this algorithm find the optimal solution, easily describing transfer behavior, such as walking and waiting for transfer by applying a link-based time dependent label. Finally, we examined the verification and application of the Proposed algorithm through case study.

Using variable speed limits (VSL) is a key strategy for preventing traffic accidents and alleviating traffic congestion. This study proposes an algorithm to operate VSLs on freeways for traffic safety. The proposed algorithm consists of two components based on accident likelihood estimation and analysis of safe stopping distance under various environmental conditions. A binary logistic regression technique is used for estimating accident likelihood. It is expected that the proposed algorithm would be successfully applied in practice in support of an integrated traffic and environmental condition monitoring system. Technical issues associated with the field implementation are also discussed.

This study was conducted to investigate the integrated control strategy against pear black leaf spot disease. Using indicator plant PS-95 we selected six virus-free trees (cv. Niitaka) from commercial orchards in the major pear production area. Disease symptom by pear black leaf spot in the shoot of pear (Niitaka) has been successfully inhibited by heat treatments for 3 weeks at temperature of $40^{\circ}C$ (day) and $32^{\circ}C$ (night) or 4 weeks at $37^{\circ}C$ and $30^{\circ}C$, respectively. However, survival rate of the shoot tips on stocks was low. Seven cultivars Niitaka, Imamura- aki, Waseaka, Nijisseiki, Wasenijisseiki, Shinsetsu and Whangkeumbae produced visible symptoms in the first year after inoculation with the virus. Other 11 selections remained symptomless. Two resistant cultivars Suwhangbae and Gamcheonbae were selected, which showed high fruit quality. It is recommended that these cultivars could be top-grafted onto the infected Niitaka trees to overcome the damage caused by the disease in the orchard.

This study set out to define a communication environment between an ITS center and field device required to be introduced in the nation in order to guarantee the interoperability, compatibility, and global competitiveness of communication between them in the nation. It also aimed to establish technical and policy plans for its introduction, develop an emulator for information exchange, and apply VMS by way of showing an example, thus testing its validity. First, a standard environment for information exchange between an ITS center and field device required to be introduced in the nation was defined as a dual protocol between DATEX and SNMP. The study also proposed a message definition system including meta-attribution definition and OID introduction. The study then suggested technical and policy plans for its introduction including securing enough feasibility with feedback through a model project of standard introduction, offering education and promotions for the standard in advance, providing methods to introduce and systematically manage OID, developing a hardware standard proper for the information exchange standard, and setting up an integrated management system to introduce a dual protocol.

세계 수자원 시장은 연평균 6.5%씩 증가하고 있으며, 2025년 기준 1,038조원까지 급성장할 것으로 전문가들은 예상하고 있으나, 기후변화의 가속화로 인해 가뭄 및 홍수피해가 증가하여 수자원 관리가 더욱 어려워져지고 있다. 급속도로 변화는 환경에 대비하기 위해 국내에서는 수자원 및 기후변화에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 해외사업 진출 시에는 수자원 기초자료 수집에 대한 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 글로벌 수문기상자료 제공과 함께 GIS정보, 댐 및 저수지 관련 자료, 인문사회 자료, 물관련 통계자료, 물관련 재해자료 등을 웹으로 제공하는 글로벌 수자원 정보 시스템(GWB, Global World Bank)을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 시스템의 통합 DB를 구축하고 관리방안을 도출하기 위해 수집된 메타데이터 속성 및 데이터구조를 파악하고, 세부항목별 자료 포맷을 분석 후 GIS기반 관측소 정보와 자료를 매칭하여 최종적으로 시스템 컨텐츠별로 DB를 맵핑하였다. 강수량과 기상자료는 33개국의 관측소 6,531개소의 일/월/연단위 관측자료와 10,977격자의 격자분석자료를 구축하였다. 수문자료는 33개국의 수문관측소 2,242개의 월/연단위 유량관측자료와 10,977격자의 월/연단위 직접유출, 기저유출, 잠재증발산의 격자분석자료를 구축하였다. 그리고, 수집된 강우와 기상자료는 기계 오작동, 자료 전송 오류 등으로 인한 결측치 및 이상치에 대해 자료품질분석을 통해 오자료에 대한 보정을 진행하였다. 해당자료는 MySQL를 활용하여 DB를 구축하였으며, GIS정보는 GeoServer를 활용하여 운영서버에 구축된 정보를 최종적으로 사용자에게 Web Browser로 표출하였다. 해당 시스템은 추후 전지구 수자원관련 정보를 제공하여 해외사업지역의 댐이나 보 등의 구조물 설계, 수자원산업의 해외 진출시 데이터 수집의 한계점 및 시간단축을 해결할 수 있어 수자원 분야에 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This paper proposes an analysis to image of Inchon port using fuzzy theory. After analysis, positive opinion is mean membership function 0.73 and positive membership function 0.27, negative opinion is mean membership function 0.69, negative membership function 0.31 about Inchon port development. therefore, for port development need to accomodation of each opinion positive opinion is maximum decrease from 20 age to 30 age. and negative opinion is maximum increase from 10 age to 20 age. According to the results, port development need to high positive image as leisure and development of waterfront and low negative image as integrated port management and strategy of considered environment port.

In this paper, we examine the problems of the current Internet due to the development of network services and the expansion of network bandwidth. The current Internet has been used for a long time because it is composed of TCP / IP, but fundamental problems such as bandwidth, transmission rate, and security have not been solved. Therefore, the future network must be prepared through continuous investment and maintenance. In order to overcome this problem, we will propose a way to overcome the above problems and upgrade by converting the current Internet Protocol into the next generation network. Currently, many researches on next-generation networks have been conducted, but there are not many studies in Korea, and research on next-generation networks will be a very important task for the future development of the Internet service industry at the national level. In this paper, we propose an advanced internet environment through the advantages of various next generation protocols.

Industrial convergence is manifested in various forms by various drivers, and understanding and categorizing the direction of convergence according to the factors in which the convergence occurs is an essential requirement for the establishment of a company's customized convergence strategy and the government's corporate support policy. In this study, the type of convergence is analyzed from the perspective of knowledge flow between heterogeneous technologies, and for this purpose, the result of topic modeling of the text information of the patent and the citation information of the corresponding patent allocated for each topic are used. The methodology presented through case studies in the medical device field is verified. Through the proposed methodology, companies can predict the flow of convergence and use it as decision-making data to create new business opportunities. It is expected that the government and research institutions will be usefully used as basic data for policy preparation.

Currently, despite having active movements related to port logistics security, there is lack of awareness, education, and security systems related to port technology. Before implementing port logistics security, a mutual authentication agreement should be reached through the establishment of an integrated network that can share port logistics security information in real time. In order to achieve port competitiveness and strengthen logistics service, establishment of national strategy for logistics security is necessary. However, there is an urgent need to raise the security consciousness among the port logistics organization members and enhance the information security ability which is a crucial feature of the port logistics organization. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the information security capacity of port logistics organization members. Even though the analysis rejected the hypothesis that security regulations affect security awareness, the security activities and security awareness were significantly correlated. It also has a positive impact on the relationship between security norms and security abilities, and security awareness and security abilities.
