Electronic journals and commercial web databases are major parts of scholarly contents. In this study we investigated the current situation for both of them and the ways of integrated operation. Also we studied the integration scheme with paper resources and usage when we establish future information contents and resources development action plan.

Recently, mainly in downtown, there have been frequent safety incidents in underground space like ground subsidence and land sinking. Out of diverse coping measures, the government is carrying forward the establishment of underground space integrated map. As a core element of the underground space integrated map, the 3D geotechnical information is used as major data of underground space impact assessment obliged in accordance with the "Special Act on the Safety Control of Underground Space Safety". The construction method of 3D geotechnical information is drawn when establishing the basic establishment plan of underground space integrated map, and the continuous construction is performed by the Integrated DB Center of National Geotechnical Information. However, it is necessary to draw concrete measures with accuracy, efficiency, and utilization. This study drew the construction plan considering the accuracy, utilization, and efficiency of 3D geotechnical information for the support of underground space safety. For this, accuracy between elevation and underground level is compared using MVS and MakeJiban which are software to construct boring information with geotechnical information in geotechnical information portal system. In the results of general analysis, the milepost-based construction of whole strata in a lump would be the most suitable in the aspect of accuracy, utilization, and efficiency. Based on the results of this study, Plan to construct 3D geotechnical information will be pursued.

This paper presents the system interface standard that are associated with additional devices like sensor nodes as well as fire monitoring panel, panic button and emergency call in city railroad environment. Existing fire monitoring panel, panic button and emergency call system is responsible for fire detection and alarm, emergency alarm and communication with the manager. Recently, researches that are associated with NVR-based intelligent integrated surveillance systems and existing alarm system are activated but most of the system is dedicated to it existing. In order to expand devices that is supported other monitoring function, separate device configuration or modification of integrated surveillance system are inevitable. In this study, interface standard between standard controller, integrated command center and each device that facilitate additional expansion of integrated surveillance system and avoid the extra cost is presented.

The purpose of this study is to offer the integrated model of the product safety management system, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 environmental management system and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and to present its management plan. In order to cope with effectuation of the Product Liability, studies were conducted to construct an integrated system and to find strategies of companies.

This study presents a plan to develop a integrated management system for data survey of cadastral surveying to efficiently manage and research cadastral survey data. As a result of analysis of the existing cadastral survey data used to evaluate efficiency of the developed integrated cadastral survey data management system, it was shown that data survey time can be reduced by approximately half.

In recent years, several problems occur due to irrational development in rural areas. The first, disorderly development and Encroachment of farmland, Small factory built in rural areas leads to a lack of infrastructure. it is the damage factors of good scenery in the rural areas. Water pollution and environmental pollution from the accommodations and restaurants in the good scenery area is serious. To solve this problems, we should establish the systematic land use plan and landscape plan, and integrated spatial and business plan in rural areas. In order to increase the effectiveness of land use planning in rural projects, We should establish the land use plan in rural areas of the city, state, and national levels of regional plan. We need to prescribe in "National Land Use Planning Law" the facilities, can install it according to the characteristics of rural land programming. we can prescribe the detail regulations by "Rural Maintenance Law". In order to solve the problems the lack of professionalism of the current agricultural policies of the Review Committee, We need to consider a new "rural planning committee" consisting.

Kangwon province has been suffering from the various types of disasters and these disasters stand in the way to sustainable development. The heavy rainfall by typhoon RUSA in 2002 and HAEMI in 2003 damaged to property and bodily injury, and gave us a lesson. Even if the refuge activities plan by local government plan for disaster were established with rainfall event, it could not its role in practice. Beside it, the potential disaster risk remains still in existence because the disaster restoration work aims to original state. Therefore, in this study we focused on the point at issue of disaster countermeasure plan by local government and its integrated plan considering local characteristics.

In this paper, the result of study on the effectiveness of anti-submarine defense plan according to the disposition of surface ships has been proposed. The surface ship carries a hull mounted sonar(HMS) as a underwater sensor and a torpedo acoustic counter measure(TACM) as a soft-kill weapon against torpedo attacks from the enemy. Nowadays these underwater systems have been combined into a integrated anti-submarine warfare combat system. And in the real anti-submarine operation environment, several surface ships cooperate for executing ASW plans. Considering these ASW systems and the ASW environment, the models of underwater systems mounted on an surface ship and the a general model of anti-submarine defense plan are proposed. And we designed a scenario for conducting simulations to evaluate the ASW plan according to the variation of the range and the relative angle between surface ships and a capital ship. The simulation results show the effectiveness of ASW plan depends on the formation of surface ships and a capital ship.

This paper aims to provide a basic framework to make a regional plan for the environment-friendly agriculture. To prepare the regional plan is mandated by the Environment-friendly Agriculture Promotion Act of 1998. Here is proposed the input/output analysis framework, which includes the shifts of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and livestock manures Basically, the discharged amount of polluted elements means the difference between the amount of the elements entered into the crop and livestock sectors and the amount of the elements absorbed or used by the crop and/or livestock. A few suggestions are offered for better regional environment-friendly agricultural plan. The foremost important thing is to establish a data collection system. The \"Green Accounting System\" is suggested. It is also crucial to create a standard guideline or manual which Provides detailed procedures to follow in making the plan by the local planners. More fundamentally, many experts on the regional planning will be demanded in the near future. Some compound model which links, for instance, the forestry, the livestock sector, and the crop sector, needs to be devised. Finally, it is argued here that more elaborated model will work as an integrated environmental improvement plan which embraces living environment as well as agricultural environment.vironment.

In this study, for the effective environmental investigation at the level of planning, environmental assessment model to be integrated with urban comprehensive plans was developed. This model was applied to the Suwon City urban comprehensive plan and was tested to derive the future application program and the adaptability to the current research issues. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, we defined basic items for environmental assessment as to be used in the developed SEA model. We also defined three ranges and twelve items for the environmental assessments, which can be used in the assessment of the urban comprehensive plan through the expert advices. Second, we performed the case study by applying the developed SEA model to the Suwon City urban comprehensive assessment, and investigated the environmental impacts through an expert inquiry at the "phase 5" of the model. The results of the case study showed that Suwon City urban comprehensive plan contained partially discrepancies at the goal of the planning. The spatial strategy for leisure, park and open space, and green belt was analysed not to be effective in energy use. The case study also indicated that the environments of Suwon City are expected to be much worse in each sectional plan, if the City was to implement the present five sectional plans for life boundary and distribution of population, land use plan, transportation plan, industrial development plan, and life environmental plan. Third, according to the result of the case study, an mitigation plan for urban comprehensive plan of Suwon City was proposed as the following four stages; modification of planning goal, modification of site alternatives, modification of planning contents, and proposal of mitigation measures.
