BSC(balanced scorecard) is expected of the effective integrated tool of the management problem such as links of the management vision, the strategy, and the business scheme. This study discusses the recent development and problems of hospital BSC practices in in several countries. First, the article discuss the recent development and problems of hospital BSC implementation. Second, we review the links of strategic alignment with hospital's strategy and BSC on weight design, organizational culture and hospital performance. Finally, we explore hospital BSC framework that clarified easy to understand integrative approach to hospital BSC research using contingency theory model.

Computers and internet have the potential to radically development. But, computer is a just tool by itself. This study is control implement in a way that exploits the capacity of network of processors to execute many tasks concurrently in architectural desigv. Collaboration design management system is composed of Project Management, Part Management, Process Management , and Appraisement system. They can provide frameworks for effective coordination and management of design work in accordance with the Collaboration Design Support System operating rule accommodatingly. architectural data can be collaboration design environment accessible through a web browser and located at a server. whenever their work investigated each others. Throughout process, the database acted as an individual design and it made them available in realtime. And they can have quick overview of the work. That way a continuous evaluation of best design was distinctly and highly. In the future, New architectural design methods are collaboration environment could result in productivity and quality.

Purpose: This study aims to conduct an integrated literature review of infection control studies conducted by nursing care workers in long-term care facilities in Korea. Methods: Through the domestic search engines RISS and KISS, seven articles were selected by searching for theses and academic journals published in Korea from 2008 to January 2020. Results: In total, six research studies and one intervention study out of seven studies were analyzed. Measurement tools for examining the knowledge and performance of infection-related care workers consisted of skin infection, aspiration pneumonia, urinary tract infection, and hand hygiene. Factors affecting nursing care workers' infection management performance were infection management knowledge, education level, health status, and importance awareness. Conclusion: This study showed it is necessary to develop a tool that can accurately measure nursing care workers' infection management knowledge and performance. In addition, it is necessary to develop an intervention program for nursing care workers' infection control.

This paper proposes a mathematical model for converting conveyor assembly line to cellular manufacturing in complex production environments. Complex production environments refer to the situations with multi-products, variant demand, different batch sizes and the worker abilities varying with work stations and products respectively. The model proposed in this paper aims to determine (1) how many cells should be formatted; (2) how many workers should be assigned in each cell; (3) and how many workers should be rested in shortened conveyor line when a conveyor assembly line should be converted, in order to optimize system performances which are defined as the total throughput time and total labor power. We refer the model to a new production system. Such model can be used as an evaluation tool in the cases of (i) when a company wants to change its production system (usually a belt conveyor line) to a new one (including cell manufacturing); (ii) when a company wants to evaluate the performance of its converted system. Simulation experiments based on the data collected from the previous documents are used to estimate the marginal impact that each factor change has had on the estimated performance improvement resulting from the conversion.

Social overhead capital (SOC) facilities are being threatened continuously by abnormal climate events that are increasing globally. For disaster response, rapid decision making on evacuation routes and other matters is critical. For this purpose, spatiotemporal information that combine data on disasters and SOC facilities needs to be utilized. This information is separately collected by government agencies and public organizations, and is not managed in an integrated manner. For rapid disaster response, an integrated management of separately collected disaster data and the creation of such information as the safety and damages on SOC facilities are required. To achieve this goal, it is essential to build inventories that integrate all the related information to support decision making indispensable for disaster response. In this study, a development plan for an integrated inventory management system based on the management and connection of inventories to support rapid decision making for disaster response is proposed. This system can collect and standardize data related to disasters and SOC facilities that are being managed separately and provide integrated information in line with the needs of users. The proposed system can be used as a decision making tool for proactive disaster response.

Enhancing energy efficiency of machine tools causes substantial impacts on the manufacturing industries, to cope with the competitive introduction of the total energy management strategies. Real-time energy monitoring is essential to identify energy consumption patterns of the machine tools and correlate them with the energy management strategy. Integrated analysis of machine tool's operation status and the corresponding energy usage is most important to accurately evaluate the energy efficiency under the various machining process environments. This paper proposes a system architecture to realize the online energy monitoring system and the embedded energy monitoring approach interconnected with the CNC kernel. The shop-floor operation management system is presented to integrate the proposed online energy monitoring approach.

This paper proposes an integrated SE process for the development of railway systems with safety assessment included. Although the safety assessment process must be performed with SE process properly with good coordination, the interfaces between the two processes have not been clear. Thus, in many of safety critical system developments in Korea, it is difficult to assess safety in proper development phase. The process model proposed in this paper is based on both the concept of system life cycle and the repetitive use of SE process. In each of development phases, appropriate safety assessment methods are described. Also the evaluation of the integrated system incorporating safety factors is described. The resultant process model is expressed by the Enhanced Functional Flow Block Diagram (EFFBD) using a CASE tool. The model also allows timeline analysis for identifying activity flow and data flow, resulting in the effective management of process. In conclusion, the integrated process enable both the SE process and safety assessment process to cooperate with each other from early development phase throughout the whole system life cycle.

최근 무선 인터넷 서비스에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 관련 기술 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 현재 가장 유력한 국제표준 중 하나로 인식되어 가고 있는 WAP(Wireless Application Protocol)의 규격에 따르면 이동 단말과 WAP 서버는 WAP Gateway를 통하여 통신하도록 되어 있다. 본 논문은 리눅스 기반으로 WAP Gateway와 Server가 통합적으로 지원되는 IWAP 플랫폼의 설계 및 구현에 것이다. 제안된 IWAP 플랫폼은 WAP Gateway JABA 기반의 Server 개발환경, WML Tool-Kit 및 MUI(Management User Interface)등 크게 4개의 모듈로 구성되고, 베어러(bearer) 망으로 SMSC(Short Message Service Center)나 CSD(Circuit Switched Data) 라우터를 고려하였다.

This study was intended to investigate wether a multiculturalism education program which is integrated with age the 5 Nuri curriculum has a significant influence on promoting children's multiculturalism acceptance. The effect of the integrated multiculturalism program was studied depending on married female immigrant assistant teacher and multicultural children within a group. Three experimental groups and one comparative group were formed from 80 children whose kindergarten centers are located in southern cities of Gyeong-gi province and the convenient sampling method was used. A measurement tool for multiculturalism acceptance was used in this study, and this measurement is an amended and supplemented version of criteria aimed at children (elementary school students) developed by Kim and Chung(2010). The measurement tool was modified to make it suitable for children and consists of 33 questionnaires. All the data collected for this study was analyzed by the SPSS 20 program, the average, standard deviation, frequency, percentage. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated and one-way ANOVA and ANCOVA were implemented. As for the result of the study regarding perception and relationship-building capability, the group which conducted an integrated multiculturalism education program and consisted of including a female married-immigrant assistant teacher and multicultural children (Experimental group1) showed a higher figure compared to the groups which conducted an integrated multiculturalism education program under the instruction of a female married-immigrant assistant teacher (Experimental group2), the group which conducted only the integrated multiculturalism education program (Experimental group3), and the last group which conducted only the age 5 Nuri curriculum (comparative group). As for sympathy and openness toward multiculturalism, the group which conducted integrated multiculturalism education program under the instruction of a female married-immigrant assistant teacher (Experimental group2) showed a higher figure compared to the groups which conducted an integrated multiculturalism education program including a female married-immigrant assistant teacher and multicultural children (Experimental group1), the group which conducted only an integrated multiculturalism education program (Experimental group3), and the last group which conducted only the age 5 Nuri curriculum (comparative group). As a result, the study showed that the instructor's multicultural guidance capability played a major role in the children's multiculturalism education program.
