차로 수준의 동적위치참조 방법 개발 (Development of Lane-level Dynamic Location Referencing Method)

  • 자율협력주행과 C-ITS의 핵심은 통신을 통한 정보의 교환이다. 이를 위해 반드시 요구되는 것이 위치 정보를 교환하는 기술인데, 현재까지 미래 교통수단에서 요구되는 차로 수준의 정확도를 갖는 위치정보 교환 방법에 대한 연구는 미진한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 차로 수준의 정확도를 가지면서 동시에 빠르게 도로 시설물 또는 이벤트의 위치 정보를 교환할 수 있는 방법인 동적위치참조방법을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 관련 용어를 정의하고 기술에 요구되는 전제조건을 제시하였다. 또한 기술에 필요한 데이터의 논리적 포맷과 물리적 포맷을 설계하고, 데이터의 효율적인 처리를 위한 인코딩과 디코딩 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 개발된 기술의 성능을 검증하기 위해 두 개의 서로 다른 정밀전자지도를 구축하고, 검증용 소프트웨어 프로그램을 이용하여 정확도, 소요시간, 데이터 크기 측면에서 성능을 검토하였다. 그 결과, 제안된 기술은 정확도 측면에서 매우 우수한 것으로 확인되었다. 소요시간과 데이터 크기 측면에서는 다소 성능이 저하되는 것으로 확인되었으나 이는 향후 하드웨어와 ICT 기술의 발전으로 보완 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

치과용 DICOM encoder와 viewer의 특성과 개발

  • Information Technology has extended its scope to the medical field as well as dental field. Like medical field, network ststem for dental field requires acquisition, storage, and display of images. However, unlike the medical field, the system to integrate several information including medical images has not been developed according to industrial standard for management of digital image for medical use, so called DICOM conformance. which makes the digital environment in dental field more and more difficult and expensive for this standardization and comfortable communication in LAN and WAN. To solve this problem, the DICOM encoder and server has to be developed because the DICOM file can be easily retrieved with patient's information from the DICOM server in the system as DICOM file has the standard specification to integrate the patient's information. The information including image and other discrete data can be easily integrated in DICOM file and can be used without any difficulty for precise diagnosis and for contribution to the decision making for each treatment protocol. Therefore, the system composed of DICOM encoder and server in dental practive for DICOM file must be developed with prudent consideration of the several strategic factors: I) Enhanced diagnostic capability through the integrated information of image and clinical data. ii) Clinician-friendly interface to simulate the systemic treatment procedure in clinical practice iii) Implementation of multidisciplinary treatment protocol The development of DICOM encoder and server based on these strategic considerations will provide paperless and filmless hospital environments by the seamless integration and management of patient's history, several clinical data and clinical images through image processing for quantitative analysis. The system also allows clinicians to provide more predictable dental care for the patients.

GCM 공간상세화 방법별 기후변화에 따른 수문영향 평가 - 만경강 유역을 중심으로 - (Assessing Hydrologic Impacts of Climate Change in the Mankyung Watershed with Different GCM Spatial Downscaling Methods)

  • The objective of this study is to evaluate hydrologic impacts of climate change according to downscaling methods using the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) model at watershed scale. We used the APCC Integrated Modeling Solution (AIMS) for assessing various General Circulation Models (GCMs) and downscaling methods. AIMS provides three downscaling methods: 1) BCSA (Bias-Correction & Stochastic Analogue), 2) Simple Quantile Mapping (SQM), 3) SDQDM (Spatial Disaggregation and Quantile Delta Mapping). To assess future hydrologic responses of climate change, we adopted three GCMs: CESM1-BGC for flood, MIROC-ESM for drought, and HadGEM2-AO for Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) national standard scenario. Combined nine climate change scenarios were assessed by Expert Team on Climate Change Detection and Indices (ETCCDI). SWAT model was established at the Mankyung watershed and the applicability assessment was completed by performing calibration and validation from 2008 to 2017. Historical reproducibility results from BCSA, SQM, SDQDM of three GCMs show different patterns on annual precipitation, maximum temperature, and four selected ETCCDI. BCSA and SQM showed high historical reproducibility compared with the observed data, however SDQDM was underestimated, possibly due to the uncertainty of future climate data. Future hydrologic responses presented greater variability in SQM and relatively less variability in BCSA and SDQDM. This study implies that reasonable selection of GCMs and downscaling methods considering research objective is important and necessary to minimize uncertainty of climate change scenarios.

INTEGRATED CONSTRUCTION PROJECT PLANNING USING 3D INFORMATION MODELS

  • Although the evolution and deployment of information technologies will undoubtedly play an important role in the current construction industry, many engineers are still unsure of the economic value of using these technologies. Especially for the planning of a construction project, a collaboration system to utilize the whole resources is a essential tool for the successful outcome. A detailed, authoritative, and readily accessible information model is needed to enable engineers to make cost-effective decisions among established and innovative plan alternatives. Most engineers rely on limited private experiences when they create solutions or design alternatives. Initial planning is crucial for the success of the construction project. Most construction projects are done through collaboration of engineers who have different specialized knowledge. Information technologies can dramatically enhance the performance of the collaboration. For the information delivery, we need a mediator between engineers. Object-based 3-D models are useful for the communication and decision assistance for the intelligent project design. In this paper, basic guidelines for the 3-D design according to different construction processes are suggested. Adequate interoperability of 3-D objects from any CAD system is essential for the collaboration. Basic architectures of geometry models and their information layer were established to enable interoperability for design checks, estimation and simulation. A typical international project for roadway was chosen for the pilot project. 3-D GIS model was created and bridge information models were created considering several requirements for planning and decision making of the project. From the pilot test, the integrated construction project planning using 3-D information models was discussed and several guidelines were suggested.

임신성 당뇨병을 가진 임산부를 위한 간호중재 프로그램의 효과: 무작위 대조군 실험연구의 체계적 문헌고찰 (Effects of nursing intervention programs for women with gestational diabetes: a systematic review of randomized controlled trials)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effects of nursing intervention programs for women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) through a critical review of recent studies. Methods: Studies related to effects of nursing intervention programs for women with GDM published in English or Korean between 2000 and 2019 were extracted from 10 electronic databases. The quality of the studies was evaluated and double-checked for accuracy by two reviewers using the Revised Cochrane Risk-of-Bias tool for randomized controlled trials. Results: Twenty studies were selected, of which 19 had a low risk of bias and one had a high risk of bias. Interventions fell into six main groups: (1) integrated interventions, (2) self-monitoring of blood glucose levels, (3) dietary interventions, (4) exercise, (5) psychotherapy, and (6) complementary therapy. This review found that nursing interventions for GDM were of many types, and integrated interventions were the most common. However, low-carbohydrate diets and blood glucose monitoring interventions did not show statistically significant results. Evidence shows that various nursing intervention programs applied to GDM improved diverse aspects of maternal, fetal, and neonatal health, including both physical and psychological aspects. Conclusion: The composition and delivery of integrated interventions continue to evolve, and these interventions affect physical and psychological indicators. Although interventions affecting physical health indicators (e.g., blood glucose levels, diet, and exercise) are important, many studies have shown that programs including psycho-emotional nursing interventions related to anxiety, depression, stress, self- efficacy, and self-management are also highly useful.

시간관리 모바일 앱 사용성 평가도구 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Mobile APP Usability Evaluation Tool for Time Management)

  • 수차례의 산업혁명과 기술의 발달로 현대인들에게 시간적 여유로움이 생겼지만 이에 반해 현대인들 중 75% 이상이 '시간부족 현상' 문제를 겪고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현대인들의 효율적인 시간 관리를 위한 모바일 앱(APP) 서비스 개선의 여지가 있다고 판단되어 사용성 평가도구 개발 연구를 진행하였다. 먼저 각 목적이 상이한 시간관리 앱 6개의 사례조사를 통해 현황 및 구조를 분석하였으며, 사용편의성에 관한 선행연구를 진행하여 조작성, 인지성, 사용자적합성, 작업오류의 최소화, 공유성으로 총 5가지의 평가원칙을 정립하였다. 이를 기반으로 시간관리 모바일 앱 사용성 평가항목 초안을 작성하였으며, 이것을 5년 이상, 10년 이하의 디자인 전문가 집단을 대상으로 3차례의 델파이조사를 통해 총 44개의 사용성 평가도구 항목을 도출하였다. 그 결과 직관적인 화면 및 메뉴구성과 사용자의 콘텐츠 인지가 가장 중요한 요소로 평가되었으며, 기능적 측면에서의 사용자의 오류 방지 및 사용성을 위한 메인 콘텐츠 화면의 구조, 기능 개선의 필요성 등의 결론이 도출되었다. 본 연구는 기존 시간관리 모바일 앱 사용성 개선에 기여할 뿐만 아니라 향후 효율적인 시간관리 및 목적 증진을 위한 통합적 시간관리 플랫폼 설계 연구의 자료로 활용될 것이며, 나아가 앱 개발 또는 사용성에 관한 학술적 참고자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

온라인 쇼핑을 이용하는 소비자 특성이 옴니채널 전략에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Consumer Characteristics Using Online Shopping on Omni-Channel Strategy)

  • Omni-channel strategy is an innovative paradigm for integrated information distribution of inventory, sales, operations, marketing, delivery, pickups and returns in supply chain management. Recently the distribution strategy faces new challenges with the advent of mobile distribution channels. Social media with countless apps imposes additional stress on supply chain operations. Due to these changes, distribution network in supply chain is changing naturally and rapidly from multi-channel to omnni-channel platform. Recently numerous domestic distributors establish and adapt this new supply chain optimization tool as a part of seamless flow of movements of goods from one channel to other channels. The objective of this paper is to present a preliminary findings on how omnni-channel affects the supply chain management. A survey is used to ascertain in the degree of omnni-channel implementation and statistical evidence is provided to test sets of hypothesis. The results of the questionnaire showed that consumers' purchasing styles differed by gender, age, purchase purpose, and product type. In particular, women consider purchasing experience in omni-channel to be important. As food and household goods can be conveniently shipped, consumers prefer online purchasing it. Conversely, consumers tend to favor omni-channel strategy in connection with offline experience in IT products.

  • In this study we develop core technology of Multi-Charmel Voice Guidance System based on active 2.45GHz RFID that can be used in the field of advertising. Through this, we can service more familiar with voice information to foreigners by own language in large scale international event. As an alternative to the current high-expensive voice guidance system in exhibition hall and provide more value added services to user. As the result, we present the configuration of integrated software platform which include media server, media client and receiver. It can be as a basis infra equipment for a signtseeing in RFID/USN environment. Additionally through tag information analysis about exposure of advertisement that is collected late, supposed system may achieve role as a new marketing tool.

  • 최근 무선 인터넷 서비스에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 관련 기술 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 현재 가장 유력한 국제표준 중 하나로 인식되어 가고 있는 WAP(Wireless Application Protocol)의 규격에 따르면 이동 단말과 WAP 서버는 WAP 게이트웨이를 통하여 통신하도록 되어있다. 본 논문은 리눅스 기반에서 WAP 게이트웨이와 서버가 통합적으로 지원되는 I(Intelligent) WAP 게이트웨이/서버 플랫폼의 설계 및 구현에 관한 것이다. 제안된 WAP 플랫폼은 WAP 게이트웨이, JAVA기반의 서버 개발 환경, WML 툴킷 및 MUI(Management User Interface) 등 크게 4개의 모듈로 구성되고, 베어러(bearer)망으로 SMSC(Short Message Service Center)와 CSD(Circuit Switched Data) 라우터를 고려하였다.

e-Learning 표준에 기반한 주문형 교육 시스템 (Education On Demand System Based on e-Learning Standards)

  • 본 논문은 VOD(Video On Demand) 기반 온라인 교육 시스템의 한계점들을 분석하고 이에 대한 대안으로 e- Learning 표준에 기초한 EOD(Education On Demand) 시스템의 디자인과 구현에 대해 기술한다. EOD 시스템은 XML로 표현되는 메타 정보와 컴포넌트 기술을 사용하여 학습 컨텐츠 라이프사이클 전반에 적용되는 저작 도구, 컨텐츠 서버, 학습 정책 시스템 그리고 뷰어로 구성된다. 구성요소간의 모든 정보 교환은 SCORM 표준에 기반한 메타 정보로 표현되어 효과적인 컨텐츠 관리와 자동화를 가능하게 한다. 또한 학습자의 상호작용 및 피드백 정보를 통합 관리하여 학습 정책 시스템을 통해 개별 학습자에게 맞추어진 학습 지도를 제공 할 수 있다. 이러한 EOD 시스템을 통해 단순한 컨텐츠 제공을 넘어선 발전된 형태의 온라인 교육 시스템에 대해 고찰해 본다.
