최근 정보의 활용환경이 특정기관에서 생산된 정보차원에서 벗어나 기관간 혹은 국가간의 정보를 통합하여 활용하고자하는 인식으로 바뀌고 있다. 특히 자연재해는 다양한 분야와 복합적으로 연계되어 있기 때문에 재해예방 및 피해저감을 위해서 관련분야와의 연계된 정보 활용이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 정보의 통합적 활용에 대한 필요성을 바탕으로 자연재해분야의 통합정보활용방안을 마련하였다. 이를 위해 정보통합에 요구되는 관련 기술, 동향 및 사례에 대한 검토를 통해, 국내의 정보활용환경과 관련된 정보의 접근방법, 이용현황, 정보수요현황 등에 대하여 각 자연재해관련 분야별 자연재해정보의 실 사용자 및 일반인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 설문 결과와 국외 분석 결과를 토대로 국내 자연재해정보의 통합적 활용방안을 제시한다.

This research proposes an Integrated Product Information Model (IPIM) using STEP (Standard for the Exchange of product model data) for Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) of Concurrent Engineering (CE). IPIM is based on Geometry and Topology (STEP Part 42), Form Feature (STEP Part 48), and Tolerance (STEP Part 48) for representing the integrated information of mechanical parts. For the IPIM, 1) new entities are developed for integration of existing entities, and 2) the existing entities are restructured and modified for a special application protocol. In CIM or CE, the advantages of using IPIM having integrated form of geometry, feature and tolerance are 1) integration of product design, process design and manufacturing sequentially or concurrently. 2) keep the product data consistency, modified by different domain, and 3) automatic data exchange between different application software and different hardware. The prototype system is composed of CAD, Data Probe, DBMS and SDAI (Standard Data Access Interface), and the generated STEP data is stored in a step file of DBMS for other applications.

온라인 기술이전시장은 단순한 기술 수요자와 공급자가 만나는 자리일 뿐만 아니라 기술이전 관련 정보를 제공함으로써 기술이전에 있어서 그 시간적, 물리적 비용을 줄이는 데 그 존재의 이유가 있다. 기술이전시 정보제공에는 시의성이 중요한 요인으로 작용하므로 이를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 콘텐츠 통합관리 시스템이 요구된다. 종래의 온라인 기술이전정보 제공 사이트는 단순한 기술정보의 제공과 수시로 발생하는 기술판 매자나 수요자의 갱신상황을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기술수요자나 기술공급자에게 보다 시의적절한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 제시하기 위하여 온라인 기술이전정보 통합 시스템에 대한 구현의 예를 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 3차원 지적을 정의하고, 객체선별, 표준화를 통하여 UFID체계 기반의 측량분야 통합 ID 체계를 구축하고자 하였으며, 구축된 통합 ID 체계를 서울시에서 제시하고 있는 객체 ID 체계와 비교검토를 통하여 향후 3차원 지적정보시스템에서의 활용 가능성을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 총 41자리로 구성한 UFID기반의 지적공간정보 통합 ID 체계를 개발하였으며, 개발한 통합 ID를 서울시에서 구축한 3차원 지적정보시스템의 객체 ID와 비교 검토한 결과 객체 ID의 경우 위치정보가 제한적이며 타 기관과의 연계가 불가능하였으나, 본 연구에서 제시한 통합 ID는 정확한 위치정보와 정보연계의 유연성 및 활용성을 파악할 수 있었다.

지하매설배관의 실시간 통합 유지관리를 위하여 최상위의 관제 및 유지관리 서버 소프트웨어와 정보전달 체계를 만들기 위해서는 호환성을 유지하기 위한 인터페이스가 필요하다. 이를 위하여 스마트 시티를 끌어가는 국내의 다양한 플랫폼 운영 소프트웨어를 조사하고. 시장 지배력이 가장 큰 플랫폼을 선정하여 이들이 가지고 있는 정보전달 인터페이스에 맞도록 소프트웨어 모듈 개발을 수행하였다. 또한, 기존 하위 지하매설배관 운영프로그램에 개발된 인터페이스 모듈을 이식하고, 상위 도시통합관제 플랫폼 시스템과 연동하였다. 이 과정에서 예방, 파손, 누수와 같은 하위의 정보가 상위 도시통합 플랫폼 시스템에 전달되어 정상적으로 동작이 되는지를 확인하였다.

The National Institute of Environmental Research(NIER) launched a research about Framework of Environmental Health Information System for Industrial Complex in 2001, with the goal of finding out measures to establish an integrated management system(IMS) for environmental health information. Based on the research results, NIER started to build integrated information system. The process will continue from 2006 to 2008. As the first step, in 2006, NIER outsourced the job of setting up the specific plan. In 2007, based on the plan created in the previous year, computerization work began. During 2008, the $3^{rd}$ year of the process, the integrated system will be compatible to conventional GIS system and statistics analysis system to deliver funker efficient and useful services. In this vein, the objective of the study is to identify data collection procedure, data utilization, and overall goal of the system. In addition, It will illustrate digitalization process and recommendation about how to utilize the system.

본 연구의 목적은 R&D 활동에 도움이 되는 다양한 과학기술 지식인프라를 통합적으로 서비스하기 위한 통합서비스 구축 방법을 정의하고 실제 구축 사례를 보이는데 있다. 아이디어 생성/개발, 펀딩파악, 과제수행, 성과창출 확산 등 R&D 전주기별로 산재되어 있는 지식인프라들을 서비스·기능·정보·데이터 측면에서 세분화하여 연계, 융합함으로써 한 곳에서 이용자가 원하는 지식인프라를 적시에 제공할 수 있는 통합시스템 구축 방법을 제시하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 통합서비스가 개별 지식인프라 서비스의 물리적 통합이 아닌 논리적 연계·통합을 고려하여 통합서비스 분류체계, 통합수준모델, 통합아키텍처, 이용자 통합인증체계를 정의하여 통합서비스 구축의 효율성과 유사 통합서비스 구축시 참조모델로의 확장성을 고려하였다.

Recent technological advances provide the opportunity to use large amounts of multimedia data from a multitude of sensors with different modalities (e.g., video, text) for the detection and characterization of criminal activity. Their integration can compensate for sensor and modality deficiencies by using data from other available sensors and modalities. However, building such an integrated system at the scale of neighborhood and cities is challenging due to the large amount of data to be considered and the need to ensure a short response time to potential criminal activity. In this paper, we present a system that enables multi-modal data collection at scale and automates the detection of events of interest for the surveillance and reconnaissance of criminal activity. The proposed system showcases novel analytical tools that fuse multimedia data streams to automatically detect and identify specific criminal events and activities. More specifically, the system detects and analyzes series of incidents (an incident is an occurrence or artifact relevant to a criminal activity extracted from a single media stream) in the spatiotemporal domain to extract events (actual instances of criminal events) while cross-referencing multimodal media streams and incidents in time and space to provide a comprehensive view to a human operator while avoiding information overload. We present several case studies that demonstrate how the proposed system can provide law enforcement personnel with forensic and real time tools to identify and track potential criminal activity.

본 논문에서는 최초 제품의 생산에서부터 최종 소비자에 이르기까지의 전 과정에서 RFID 시스템을 이용하여 조달, 설계, 제조, 보수, 폐기의 각각의 단계별 u-Logistics 설계 및 DB통합을 통한 Integrated u-logistics 설계 방안을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 단계별 수집된 정보를 기초로 하여 제품 생산과정부터 소비자에게 전달되기까지의 전체 제품의 life cycle을 한곳에서 관리할 수 있기 때문에 능동적이며, 효과적인 재고 관리, 인력 관리, 수요 예측, 판매 성향 분석 등이 이루어 질수 있다. 이는 단순한 유통과정만을 관리하던 기존의 물류시스템과는 확연한 차이를 보여준다.

In this paper, we purpose the integrated TMS to solve the problem of current systems. Current system resulted in the inconvenience because customer and user must contact to each systems when they want to know the information about the order. In this time, we make the system customer and user can confirm all of order information from one system to solve this problem by integrating the information brought from two systems on constructing integrated DataBase.
