This paper aims to develop a new paradigm for groundwater management which is compatible with integrated water management policies in Korea. Three key roles of groundwater are defined for addressing water cycle distortion, high water stress, water quality degradation, aquatic ecosystems deterioration, and water-related hazards. Firstly, groundwater plays an important role in contributing soundness of water cycle as a component of water cycle. Secondly, it is a local water resource to ensure water supply sustainability. Thirdly, groundwater is an essential water resource for drought and emergencies. In order to support the groundwater roles, we propose a paradigm shift for groundwater management and policy directions towards integrated water management. The new paradigm consists of managements for sound water cycle on a watershed scale and groundwater environment(quantity, quality, and groundwater dependent ecosystems) managements for both human and nature. A prospective management also constitutes the new paradigm. In addition, this paper proposes four policy directions in groundwater management. The policies emphasize the integrated management of groundwater and surface water, management of groundwater environment(quantity, quality, and groundwater dependent ecosystems), management of groundwater uses for water sustainability and security, and enhancement of groundwater publicity.

This study presents the design of integrated safety, quality, and environmental information system based on the internet environment. Quality management system, environmental management system, and safety management system are adapted in many manufacturing and service organization respectively but those system does not work effectively. Especially safety management system and environmental management system are very similar with format and contents. Therefore, Those system must be integrated to increase effiency.

This paper describes the design and implementation of a prototype modeling environment, Hypertext-based Integrated Modeling Environment(HIME). It implements a modeling framework, call Integrated Modeling Framework(IMF), which has been developed to increase model-related productivity and to integrate modeling knowledge and various information resources.

최근 이상기후로 인해 발생하고 있는 지구 환경 문제를 해결하기 위하여 기후변화와 지구환경시스템간의 상관관계를 규명하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 기후변화 자료와 지구환경시스템 자료를 비교 분석하기 위한 기후 환경 통합DB가 구축되어야 한다. 선행 연구에서는 XML 기반의 기후 환경 통합DB를 구축하고 이를 관리하기 위한 시스템을 개발하였다. 그러나 선행 연구에서 개발된 시스템은 개별 PC에 자료를 독립적으로 저장 및 구축되도록 설계되어 여러 사용자의 동시접근이 불가능하였다. 또한 지속적으로 생산되는 자료의 양이 증가함에 따라 체계적인 관리가 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 독립적으로 구축된 기후 환경 통합DB를 개선하고 이를 손쉽게 활용하기 위한 GIS기반 통합DB 관리시스템 개발을 목표로 하였다. 우선 기후 환경 자료의 수집 및 분석을 통해 DBMS기반의 통합DB를 설계 구축하였다. 아울러 다양한 분야의 연구자가 통합DB에 쉽게 접근하여 활용이 가능하도록 복수의 PC와의 연결이 용이한 클라이언트/서버 모델 방식의 GIS기반 통합DB 관리시스템을 설계하고 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 GIS기반 통합DB 관리시스템은 산재되어 있는 기후 환경 자료를 통합하여 효율적인 관리 및 소재 파악이 용이하게 하여 기후 환경 통합 연구에서 자료의 중복 생산을 방지하여 시간적, 경제적 비용 절감효과를 가져올 것으로 기대된다.

When evaluating the extent of the impact of water pollutants on the surrounding area, we would like to present the target level (proposal) of the quality of the environment, which is the standard for evaluation. We propose the environmental quality target level for substances that need to be applied domestically by investigating overseas cases operating the integrated environmental management system and the implications of domestic environmental pollutant management. The appropriateness of the environmental quality target level reviewed in this study was determined using data from the water quality measuring network, and future improvement measures were proposed. We review the available methodologies for setting quality objectives for the environment. It proposed the environmental quality target level for 21 substances that have domestic water pollutant emission standards and do not have environmental standards, and proposed future improvement measures. If it is necessary to add quality target-level items of the environment in the future, it is believed that expansion will be possible based on the methodology presented in this study.

본 연구는 기존의 통합 가스안전관리 시스템에 힌트를 얻어 가스 및 에너지$\cdot$환경 공정에 있어서 웹을 기반으로 하여 안전, 보건, 환경 분야의 통합 시스템(WISHE; Web-based Integrated Safety, Health and Environment Management System)을 구축하는 것이다. 지금까지 산업현장에서 각종 규제와 법률에 따라 각각 관리되던 안전, 보건, 환경의 고유 업무 영역을 객체 위주의 정보 흐름도를 이용하여 면밀하게 분석하고, 통합 가능성을 파악한 후 및 장소에 구애를 받지 않는 웹의 장점을 이용하여 통합시스템을 만들었으며, 주위 모듈 및 각종 인증제도와 유기적으로 연계하여 관리인력 및 비용절감을 가능하게 하였다.

This paper is to develop an integrated environment software on MS-DOS for linear programming. For the purpose, First, the linear programming integrated environment software satisfying both the educational purpose and the professional purpose was designed and constructed on MS-DOS. Second, the text editor with big capacity was developed. The arithmetic form analyser was also developed and connected to the test editor so that users can input data in the arithmetic form. As a result, users can learn and perform linear programming in the linear programming integrated environment software.

As the amount of informatization investment is rapidly increasing in many organizations, it becomes more inevitable to manage computing resources (information systems, computing facilities and manpower etc.) effectively. Specially, in public sector It is thought to be very important to achieve the economy of scale by integrating computing resources which are managed individually in many agencies. Also, our government have been recently making much efforts to raise the effectiveness of operating the information systems by promoting joint information use among many public agencies, enhancing the operating systems and the expertise of IS staff and applying the optimal information security systems. This study focuses on presenting the framework to effectively integrate omputing resources and proposing the ways of constructing and operating the integrated computing environment for the institutions and the affiliated groups under the Ministry of Culture & Tourism which are in charge of implementing cultural informatization. The main implications of this study are 1) building the ideal model of the integrated computing environment architecture suitable to cultural informatization area, 2) showing the criteria of deciding whether the organizations use the Integrated computing environment or not and how extensively they commit their computing resources to it, and 3) suggesting the ways of the phased integration and the change management to minimize confusion in the process of adopting the integrated computing environment and behavioral problems such as conflict and resistance of IS-related Personnel Influenced by Implementing the integrated computing environment.

In this study, the concepts of soil degradation, soil pollution and soil damage are defined, and the domestic and foreign administrative systems related to soil pollution and soil damage management are analyzed. In case of foreign countries, laws and regulations on the soil conservation and soil damage management were analyzed. In case of Korea, the present state of the legal system governing soil pollution and damage management was analyzed in each aspect. Through this study, suggestions for amendments of relevant laws were proposed by establishing policy direction for integrated management of soil pollution and soil damage. The results of this study will provide a basis for integrated management of soil pollution and damage, and it can be utilized in establishing integrated management strategy of long term soil conservation and sustaninable soil development at national level.

본 논문에서는 무선센서네트워크 기술을 활용하여 각종 생장환경 정보들을 수집하고 모니터링 할 수 있는 무선센서네트워크 기반의 온실환경 모니터링 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한, 원격지에서 온실 시설내 내부 환경 및 시설제어시스템을 통합 제어 관리하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 넓은 온실 내부의 환경 데이터 수집 및 온실 시설 제어 서비스를 제공함은 물론 무선센서네트워크 기반 온실환경 모니터링 시스템 및 온실시설 제어를 통하여 실시간 원격 온실 통합 서비스 제공이 가능하다. 통합관리시스템을 위한 GUI 구현은 HMI기반의 시스템 모니터링부로 설계하였으며, 센서정보들은 실시간으로 통합관리시스템의 모니터링 화면을 통해 센서 결과값을 출력할 수 있음을 결과로 얻을 수 있었다.
