The purpose of this study is to explore the concept spirituality and to gain understanding of nursing intervention that may improve spiritual well-being. The concept analysis framework developed by Walker and Avant (1995) was used to clarify the concept. In the study, 'Harmonious interconnectedness', 'Transcendence', 'Integrative Energy' and 'Purpose and Meaning in Life' emerged as the critical attributes of spirituality. The first attribute, 'harmonious Inter- connectedness', has three categories including intrapersonal, (self), interpersonal (others/ nature) and transpersonal (the Supreme Being). The second attribute, 'Transcendence', is defined as the ability to extend one's own self beyond the limits of usual experiences and to achieve new perspectives. This attribute is demonstrated by 'coping with situations', to 'self-healing', and 'transformation'. The third attribute of spirituality is 'Integrative Energy', which integrates all dimensions and acts as a creative and dynamic force that keeps a person growing and changing. 'Integrative Energy is also defined as an inner resource that gives a sense of empowerment. Therefore the highly spiritual person demonstrate 'inner peace', 'growing', 'inner strength,' and 'well-being'. The fourth attribute 'Purpose and Meaning in Life' represents a sense of connectedness with one's inner values and with a greater purpose in life. It is demonstrated by 'hope' and 'a powerful life'. In this study, the antecedents of the spirituality represented as 'spirit' and its potential enablers were 'Introspection/reflection', 'Interconnectedness with all living things', and an 'Awareness of a Higher-Power'. The consequences of this concept may be described as 'physical, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being'. Empirical referents of this are 'purposeful life' 'self-worth' 'hope' 'love' 'service' 'forgiveness' 'trust/belief' 'inner peace' 'self-actualization' 'religious practices' 'transformation' 'inner strength' and 'coping'. In conclusion, spirituality can be defined based on these critical attributes. Spirituality is a dynamic, integrative energy based on a feeling of harmonious interconnection with self, others and a higher power. Through it, one is enabled to transcend and to live with meaning and purpose in life.

Purpose: This study was done to clarify attributes, antecedents, and consequences of spirituality. Methods: Rodgers's evolutionary concept analysis was used to analyze fifty seven studies from the literature related to spirituality as it appears in systematic literature reviews of theology, medicine, counseling & psychology, social welfare, and nursing. Results: Spirituality was found to consist of two dimensions and eight attributes: 1) vertical dimension: 'intimacy and connectedness with God' and 'holy life and belief', 2) horizontal dimension: 'self-transcendence', 'meaning and purpose in life', 'self-integration', and 'self-creativity' in relationship with self, 'connectedness' and 'trust' in relationship with others neighbors nature. Antecedents of spirituality were socio-demographic, religious, psychological, and health related characteristics. Consequences of spirituality were positive and negative. Being positive included 'life centered on God' in vertical dimension, and among horizontal dimension 'joy', 'hope', 'wellness', 'inner peace', and 'self-actualization' in relationship with self, 'doing in love' and 'extended life toward neighbors and the world' in relationship with others neighbors nature. Being negative was defined as having 'guilt', 'inner conflict', 'loneliness', and 'spiritual distress'. Facilitators of spirituality were stressful life events and experiences. Conclusion: Spirituality is a multidimensional concept. Unchangeable attributes of spirituality are 'connectedness with God', 'self-transcendence', 'meaning of life' and 'connectedness with others nature'. Unchangeable consequences of spirituality are 'joy' and 'hope'. The findings suggest that the dimensional framework of spirituality can be used to assess the current spiritual state of patients. Based on these results, the development of a Korean version of the scale measuring spirituality is recommended.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 영성이 영적 안녕에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 2개 대학의 간호대학생 1학년 148명을 대상으로 2014년 10월부터 12월까지 구조화된 설문지로 자료 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS 18 프로그램을 통하여 실수와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, 다중회귀 분석하였다. 영성과 영적 안녕의 하위 영역 간의 상관관계에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석을 한 결과 종교적 안녕에 영향을 미치는 관련 변수들에는 종교유무, 매일 기도하기와 영성의 내적자원으로 65.1%의 설명력을 보였으며, 실존적 안녕에 영향을 미치는 변수들에는 삶의 의미, 내적 자원으로 59.3%의 설명력을 보였다. 본 연구를 통하여 간호대학생의 특성을 고려한 영적 안녕 향상프로그램을 개발하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 것이라 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to classify and analyze the deconstruction phenomena expressed in contemporary knit fashion design, and to analyze the inner meaning of deconstruction based on certain characteristics. As a method of study, literature data for theoretical backgrounds, prior studies, and internet data were analyzed. The scope of this study was restricted to knitwear published in the world's four major collections (Milan, Paris, New York and London) from 2014 F/W to 2018 S/S. Based on prior studies, four concepts of deconstruction were derived: "$Diff{\acute{e}}reance$", "Intertextuality", "Intermeaning of Meaning", "Dis De Phenomenon". The results of the study were as follows: first, "$Diff{\acute{e}}reance$" refers to a transcendence of time and space. These expressions are discursive, unrealistic, and convey freedom through intent that deviates from rules and norms. Second, "Intertextuality" indicates a mixture of different texts, such as styles, materials, and items. These expressions deliver novelty with amusement, and can be entertaining depending on audience expectations. Third, "Intermeaning of Meaning" is accidental category - depending on how the wearer wears the clothing. -; accordingly, free and spontaneous creativity is an emerging trend in fashion. Fourth, the clothing was expressed in deformed and distorted form by the construction and destruction of the structure, a technique we describe as the "Dis De Phenomenon". In this concept, the sense of free design of young emotion appears along with the sense of purity and shock due to intentional inconsistency.

Purpose: This study is a qualitative study that investigated the nature of Koreans' spiritual health using a hybrid model, clarifying the definition and attributes of the concept. Methods: The nature and definition of Koreans' spiritual health were identified through a review of the extensive literature at the theoretical stage and then compared with an analysis of the in-depth interview data conducted by the researcher in the fieldwork stage. Results: Koreans' spiritual health comprised nine attributes: awareness of the meaning and purpose of life, self-awareness, self-acceptance and recognition, self-transcendence, self-integration, harmony of relationships, self-actualization and development, the inner affective attributes of hope, happiness, fulfillment and thankful mind, and the interpersonal affective attributes of one connected mind, compassion, generosity and humility. The scope of the Absolute is expanded to 'heaven' and 'ancestors', and harmony with the community is emphasized. Conclusion: We have found that Koreans' spiritual health is important for total nursing care and that mental, social and physical health can be improved if spiritual health is promoted. Considering this point, personal and organizational efforts are needed to ensure that spiritual nursing is positively applied in community and clinical settings.

칸트, 왕양명, 불교의 핵심 취지는 모든 인간에게 내재한 가능성을 스스로 실천할 때 인간은 비로소 진정한 자유인이 될 수 있다는 것이다. 칸트, 왕양명과 불교는 자유를 통해서, 자신에 대한 반성과 관조를 통해서 자신의 존재의 본질을 올바로 인식할 때 자신을 넘어설 수 있는 능력이 있다고 주장한다. 이것이 바로 내재적 초월이다. 외면적 지식이나 차이, 이해관계, 집착을 버리고 내면으로 되돌아갈 때 진정한 자신의 모습을 볼 수 있는 것이다. 선천적으로 존재하는 이러한 내면적 본성을 되돌이키는 것, 내재적 도덕법칙을 존경하는 것이 자신을 스스로 넘어서는 것이며 그렇게 될 때 성인이 되고 부처가 되는 것이다. 이러한 방법 이외에 따로 성인이나 부처가 있는 것이 아니다. 그럼에도 자신에게 불성, 양지, 도덕심이 있음을 알지 못하는 것은 집착에, 인욕에, 경향성에 가려져 있기 때문이다. 자신에게 불성이 있음을 아는 순간 범부는 부처가 되는 것이다. 허망하게 집착하고 있는 경험적 자아의 분별의식을 제거하게 되면 심층의 마음이 저절로 드러나게 된다. 따라서 자신을 보고 있는 자신을 되돌이키는 것, 자신 속에 있는 자신을 반성하는 것이 바로 불성이며, 양지이며, 도덕심인 것이다. 부처가 되고 성인이 되고 도덕군자가 된다는 것은 자신의 모습을 올바로 보는 것이다. 이처럼 심층에 갖추어져 있는 도덕법칙, 양지, 불성을 오롯이 파악하는 순간 우리는 깨달음에 이르게 된다. 따로 부처가 있는 것이 아니라, 자신의 본 마음을 자각하는 것이 부처라는 것을 알게 된다. 이것이 바로 즉견여래(卽見如來)이다. 여래란 따로 있는 것이 아니라 자신의 본모습을 보는 것이 바로 여래인 것이다. 이처럼 외부적인 것에 집착하거나 현혹되지 말고 자신의 근원적 본성을 아는 것이 바로 깨달음의 길이다. 이런 측면에서 칸트, 왕양명, 불교는 스스로 자신의 한계를 극복하고 자유를 획득할 수 있으며, 이것이 바로 내재적 초월인 것이다.

본 연구는 무극과 태극 상관연동의 대순우주론에 관한 연구를 목적으로 한다. 대순우주론은 구천상제께서 세상에 펼친 대순에 근거하여 이루어진 우주론이다. 이 글에서는 대순우주론이 구천상제의 무극초월, 도주정산의 태극내재, 무극과 태극 상관연동의 후천개벽의 삼단계로 전개되고 있음을 밝히고자 한다. 먼저 구천상제의 무극초월은 생장염장과 무위이화로 드러난다. '생장염장(生長斂藏)'의 사의(四義)는 우주순환 원리를 표상하며, 무위이화는 그 성품을 바르게 하고 기운을 올곧게 함은 꾸밈이 없이 성취함을 일컫는다. 이는 상생진법의 정음정양에 근거하여 이루어진다고 말할 수 있다. 또한 도주정산의 태극내재는 만물생장과 생성변화로 이루어진다. 만물생장은 세상의 모든 것들이 저마다 생명을 틔워 생장하면서 각각 생애 절정을 향해 빛내려고 하는 특징을 드러낸다고 할 것이다. 아울러 뇌성보화의 지배자양에 의해 선천의 상극기운과 습관을 버리고, 음양이기(陰陽二氣)를 결합하여 동정진퇴(動靜進退)의 내재변화(內在變化)로 천기(天氣)와 지기(地氣)를 승강(昇降)하게 한다. 그리고 무극과 태극 상관연동의 후천개벽은 무극초월과 태극내재 상관연동의 대순일원으로 일상에서 도를 체화하는 단계로서 켄 윌버의 통합모델과 상통한다. '도통진경(道通眞境)'은 참된 도를 체화하는 경지이고, '도지통명(道之通明)'은 도를 밝혀 후천개벽의 새 세상을 전개함을 의미한다. 선녀들이 음악을 연주하고, 불로초가 피어나고, 학들이 노니는 안온하고 평화로운 모습이다. 인간은 지상신선이 되고, 후천개벽의 실화기제가 되어 마침내 시공(時空)을 넘나드는 대자유인으로서 행복결실을 맺는 형상이다. 대순사상은 대순진리의 사상으로 도주께서 50년간 각고의 고초를 겪으시며 '태극내재'를 새 밝힘으로 함으로 진법(眞法)을 완성시킨 것에 근거한다. 도주께서 1958년, 도전께 종통을 물려주시면서 도의 전반을 맡아가도록 하명함으로 대순사상은 도전에 의해 대순사상으로 계승되었다. 또한 도전께서 '대순(大巡)'을 크게 순찰하는 의미로 새겨서, 구천상제의 삼계대순(三界大巡) 개벽공사(開闢公事) 뜻을 담보했다. 아울러 '대순(大巡)이 원(圓)으로, 무극과 태극의 상관연동 우주론을 나타내고 있다고 새 밝힘 하였다. 결국 대순사상 우주론은 대순사상의 심층차원을 이해할 수 있게 하면서, 무극초월과 태극내재 상관연동으로 대순일원의 정체성을 드러내고 있음을 새 밝힘 할 수 있다. 대순우주론은 대순일원으로서 생활실천으로 원융회통 성격을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 문헌학의 진정성과 해석학의 합당성을 활용하여, 대순우주론의 무극과 태극 상관연동의 공공작용을 규명하게 된다. 다양·다중·다층 해석학으로 후천개벽의 생활실화에 접근함으로, 후천개벽의 실천담론을 실화기제로 밝히고자 한다. 대순사상 미래전망은 무극초월과 태극내재 상관연동으로 대순의 '일원회통(一圓會通)' 원만구족으로 생명살림에 관건이 있다고 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 예술심리치료사의 일터영성이 비행청소년에 대한 인식 및 태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 서울시 예술심리치료사 115명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예술심리치료사의 일터영성 하위요인인 소명의식, 초월의식 요인은 비행청소년에 대한 인식에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 내면의식, 공감의식, 공동체의식은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예술심리치료사의 일터영성 하위요인인 내면의식, 공동체의식, 초월의식 요인은 비행청소년에 대한 태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 소명의식, 공감의식 요인은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 예술심리치료사의 소명의식, 초월의식 요인이 높을수록 비행청소년에 대한 인식이 높아지며, 내면의식, 공동체의식, 초월의식 요인이 높을수록 비행청소년에 대한 태도가 높아진다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구의 시사점은 예술심리치료사의 비행청소년에 대한 인식 및 태도 개선을 위한 방안 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구의 목적은 예술심리치료사의 일터영성, 사회적지지, 대인관계의 관계를 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 U시 예술심리치료사 114명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예술심리치료사의 일터영성이 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 일터영성의 하위요인인 소명의식, 내면의식, 공감의식은 대인관계에 긍정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 일터영성의 하위요인인 공동체의식, 초월의식은 대인관계에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예술심리치료사의 사회적지지가 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 사회적지지의 하위요인인 평가적지지, 물질적지지는 대인관계에 긍정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 사회적지지의 하위요인인 정서적지지, 정보적지지는 대인관계에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 예술심리치료사의 소명의식, 내면의식, 공감의식, 평가적지지, 물질적지지 요인이 높을수록 대인관계가 높아진다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구의 시사점은 예술심리치료사들의 긍정적인 대인관계 증진을 위한 방안 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

목적: 본 연구는 암환자를 돌보는 간호사들을 대상으로 간호사의 영성, 죽음불안 및 소진 정도를 확인하고, 세 변수들간의 관계를 파악하고자 한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 방법: 대상자는 서울에 소재하는 일개 암 전문 종합병원에서 근무하는 간호사 210명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 2012년 4월부터 6월까지 수집하였으며, 수집한자료는 SPSS 19.0 program을 사용하여 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheff'e test, Pearson's correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 결과: 영성은 6점 만점에 평균 3.51점이었으며, 하위영역별로는 삶의 의미와 목적, 관계성, 내적 자원, 초월성 순으로 높았다. 죽음불안은 5점 만점에 평균 3.22점이었으며, 하위영역별로는 죽음의 부인, 짧은 시간 지각, 죽음에 대한 두려움, 죽음 연관 문제에 대한 두려움 순으로 높았다. 소진 정도는 7점 만점에 평균 4.10점이었으며, 하위영역별로는 정서적 소모, 비 인간화, 개인적 성취감 감소 순으로 높았다. 영성은 죽음불안(r=-0.327, P=0.01)과 소진 정도(r=-0.690, P=0.01)에 역상관관계가 있었으며, 소진은 죽음불안(r=0.550, P=0.01)과 정상관 관계가 있었다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호사들의 영성을 높이고, 그들의 죽음불안과 소진 정도를 낮출 수 있는 영적 중재를 제공하는 것을 제안한다.
