비정형 초고층건물의 코어 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Core Characteristics of Irregular-Shaped High-rise Buildings)

  • The history of tall buildings begins in 1853with the development of elevators. After the Industrial Revolution of the 18th century, the development of high-rise buildings will be carried out in earnest as a means to efficiently use the limited land of cities. The development, which began around Chicago, extended over a long period of time to Asia, maximizing the high competition. However, in the 2000s, not only was it high due to the development of construction and digital technology, but it also became competitive in eco-friendly elements and unstructured forms. High-rise building plans that have gained elemental and morphological diversity are completed by the interrelationships of various plans. Among them, it is important that the core plan has a reasonable approach from the initial planning stage as the basis for the vertical copper plan linking vertically-intensive functions. The cores should be designed to be clear and adequately responsive to changes in the shape of the building. This study aims to provide designers with a reasonable understanding of core planning by identifying core characteristics of irregular high-rise. In particular, we want to analyze the shape of the ground layer core and the relationship between the area and components of the ground layer core. The analysis results are as follows, classified according to the type or use of the building. Of the atypical forms composed of double bending, the TAPER-Curve and TWIST forms are the most distributed, and the plane and core shapes of the ground floor are the most commonly used. Based on the analysis of the validity of the ground floor cores by shape of the cores, the most commonly used forms for core shapes in the planning of the atypical high-rise are square, circular and Oval, and the most efficient oval cores and relatively inefficient ones when planned.

치과용 초음파 수술기의 이송속도 및 시편형상이 절삭반력과 표면거칠기에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Feedrate and Specimen Shape on Cutting Force and Surface Roughness of Ultrasonic Dental Surgical Instrument)

  • In this study, the effect of the shape of the specimen and the feedrate of the dental ultrasonic surgical instrument on the cutting force and surface roughness of the specimen is analyzed. Experimental specimens were made of SAWBONES artificial bone materials in square and spherical specimens. In addition, the cutting feedrate of the surgical instrument was controlled through the developed moving system. The cutting force generated when cutting the specimen was measured through a force sensor. After the experiment, the cutting surface of the specimen was observed through a three-dimensional optical microscope and the surface roughness was measured. Through one-way ANOVA, the effect of each specimen shape and feed rate on surface roughness was analyzed. As a result of the experiment, the cutting force increased proportionally in the initial feed rate increase stage, but the increase in cutting force decreased as the feed rate continued to increase. Also, the cutting force showed a difference according to the shape of the specimen. The spherical specimen with a relatively small cutting surface area had less cutting force than the square specimen. However, as a result of one-way ANOVA, it was found that the specimen shape and feed rate did not affect the surface roughness. In future studies, it is expected to be used for comparative analysis of ultrasonic surgical instruments and correlation analysis between cutting factors.

저속충돌조건에서 효과적인 충돌에너지흡수를 위한 알루미늄 크래쉬 박스의 비드형상 효과 (Effect of Bead Shape in Aluminum Crash Box for Effective Impact Energy Absorption Under Low- Velocity Impact Condition)

  • 알루미늄 크래쉬 박스는 저속충돌조건에서 프론트 사이드 멤버를 변형을 방지하기 위한 부품이다. 본 연구에서는 저속충돌조건에서 비드형상이 알루미늄 크래쉬 박스의 충돌성능에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. Edge concave, surface convex 와 surface concave 타입의 비드형상들에 대한 충돌해석 및 실험을 수행하여 비드가 없는 normal 타입의 알루미늄 크래쉬 박스의 충돌성능과 비교분석하였다. 충돌성능은 저속충돌조건에서 크래쉬 박스의 초기 최대하중 및 충돌에너지 흡수능으로 평가하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 알루미늄 크래쉬 박스와 결합된 프론트 사이드 멤버에 대해 저속충돌실험 수행하고, 이를 분석하였다. Surface concave 타입의 비드가 삽입된 알루미늄 크래쉬 박스 경우, 프론트 사이드 멤버의 변형을 방지할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

패치안테나 성능 향상을 위한 페이즈필드 설계법 기반의 형상 설계 (Structural Design based on the Phase Field Design Method to Enhance the Patch Antenna Performance)

  • 본 연구에서는 페이즈필드 설계법에 기반한 형상최적설계를 통해 개선된 패치안테나 금속 패치 부분의 형상 설계를 진행하였다. 설계 목적은 패치 안테나의 목적 주파수에서의 방사 효율을 최대화 하는 것으로 설정하였고, 이에 따라 목적 함수는 반사손실을 나타내는 S-파라미터 값의 최소화로 정의하였다. 패치형상의 최적화 결과는 페이즈필드 설계법을 이용하여 도출하였고, 최적화 결과의 회색영역을 제거하기 위해서 컷오프 방법을 적용하였다. 더불어 쿼터 정합기의 길이 변화를 통해 성능 개선 과정을 진행하였다. 이를 통해 도출해낸 최종 형상에 대한 해석 결과, 목표 주파수에서의 S-파라미터 값이 -1.14dB에서 -12.73dB로 개선됨을 확인하였다.

코튼볼 여재의 여과 특성 실험 연구 (An experimental study on the filtration test of cotton ball filters)

  • In order to measure the filtration characteristics of a cotton ball shape filter, the experiments of suspended solids(SS) surrogate material selection and filtration performance have been carried out in this study. Between the two materials of powdered activated carbon(PAC) and powdered red-clay, PAC is more suitable surrogate material in terms of experimental criteria and particle size distribution in the non-point source pollutants removal system. As a result of the filtration experiments with the cotton ball shape filter, the initial headloss was about 8 cm, and the headloss slightly increased over filtration time. The Kozeny-Carman equation was used to analyze the changes of pressure and porosity during the filtration. The initial porosity was calculated as 0.945 and it decreased to 0.936 at the end of design filtration time. As the filtration continued, the SS concentration of the filtered water gradually increased and the SS removal rate gradually decreased. When the SS target removal efficiency is assumed to be 80%, the cumulative SS removal capacity is expected as $28.8kg/m^2$. This means the volume loading rate of the cotton ball shape filter can be $115m^3/m^2$ when the typical SS concentration of non-point source water pollution is assumed as 250 mg/L.

  • Extradosed PSC Box bridges, newly emerging type of structures in construction market, have a characteristic in that external tendons are used for strengthening PSC Box girder like stay cables in cable stayed bridges. In this study, a series of constructions stage analysis procedure, including initial shape analysis, backward analysis and forward analysis, have been performed in order to investigate long-term behavior of extradosed PSC box bridges, using PCCAP-a computer program for time-dependent stage analysis of PSC cable stayed bridges. CEB-FIP 1978 model was used for the consideration of time-dependent effect of concrete material. Showing the validity of the analysis results with RM SPACE FRAME, it has been confirmd that time-dependent effects become less consequential as the stiffness of girder becomes larger.

  • This paper considers the design and performance evaluation of interior permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSMs). The initial design such as the sizing and shape design of the stator and rotor is performed for a given load condition. In particular, the equivalent magnetic circuit (EMC) is employed both to design the mechanical parameters of the rotor while considering nonlinear magnetic saturation effect and to analyze the magnetic characteristics of the air-gap of the motor. The designed motor is manufactured and tested to confirm the validity of the design processes and simulated results.

상계요소법을 이용한 평면변형 단조에 관한 연구 (A study on plane-strain forging using UBET)

  • An upper bound elemental technique(UBET) program has been developed to analyze forging load, die-cavity filling and effective strain distribution for flash and flashless forgings. The program consists of forward and backward tracing processes. In the forward program, flash, die filling and forging load are predicted. In backward tracing process, the optimum dimensions of initial billet in conventional forging are determined from the final-shape data based on flash design. And the analysis is described for merit of flashless precision forging. Experiments are carried out with pure plasticine billets at room temperature. The theoretical predictions of forging load and flow pattern are in good agreement with the experimental results.

방호울타리의 충돌해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Crash Analysis of Guard Rail)

  • In guard rail crashes, the development of guard rail structure to ensure the maintenance of safety for passengers is very important. So, this paper focuses on understanding the possibility of efficient structural development considering crash strength of guard rail through computer simulation using the commercial code, LS-DYNA3D at the initial stage of guard rail development. For this study, guard rail structure was modeled using shell elements to represent major structural members and passenger car was modeled using plate elements of simple shape to do not have the drawing, and impact boundary conditions required by regulation was applied. In order to confirm the validity of the computational results, they were compared with the test results.

개선된 TCUD법을 이용한 3차원 현수교의 초기형상해석 (Initial Shape Analysis of 3 Dimensional Suspension Bridges using Improved TCUD Methods)

  • 본 논문에서는 개선된 TCUD(Improved TCUD, I.TCUD)법 및 개선된 초기부재력법(Improved Initial Force Methods, I.IFM)을 이용하여 3차원 현수교의 초기형상해석을 수행하였다. 절점평형법에 의하여 초기 평형상태를 결정하고, 이때 계산된 무응력장을 초기값으로 입력하여 비선형 해석을 수행하여 나온 값을 초기값으로 하여 해석을 반복한다. 이를 통하여 간단한 수치 해석 기법인 I.IFM이 정밀한 I.TCUD법과 비교하여 근접한 결과를 나타내는 것을 수치예제를 통하여 확인하였다.
