Elementary education is the most fundamental education phase to cultivate a minimum natural quality for basic people life. Because elementary school is a very important step to be a base of lifelong education, it has to lead students to develop a capability of information utilization and rear the ability of self-leading study. Accordingly the elementary school library must be made and managed to cope with a new environment of education and information, as well as it must be a appropriate facilities for the contents of the 7th course of study : The aim of the 7th course of study is to rear the autonomous and creative Korean who lead the age of globalization and information-oriented. It is an ideal that the school library has a separate building for itself as the general information center but it is not easy to do in our conditions. Accordingly when it Is located in a school house, it has to be at the center within easy access of other related rooms such as a classroom and school house. Therefor making a plan and designing a school building, the school library has to be considered preferentially as a main facilities in order to make a school to accept the future.

본 연구에서는 어업, 양식업, 수산물 유통, 수산 관계 기관을 대상으로 통영 지역에서 많이 생산되고 취급되어지는 수산물 분포 및 유통을 통한 주요 수산업의 동향을 파악하여, 생산자들과 수요자들에게 필요한 정보를 신속하고 실용성 있게 제공할 수 있는 방법으로 인터넷 환경하에서의 수산물 직거래 유통 시스템의 구성 모델을 제시하였다 데이터 베이스 시스템은 분산처리 형태로 구성하였으며, 지역 정보 센타의 서버는 각각의 서버들이 감당하기 곤란한 기능들을 상호 보완하여 운용 가능한 방안을 제시하였다.

If the exporter contracts to provide a certificate of origin in trade agreements, it shall issue a certificate of origin of goods originating management is performed. When considering the future trend of spreading wide FTA, it should be extended to one year to take advantage of the FTA Certificate of Origin environments utilizing a comprehensive environment for regional countries that require proof of origin between certain countries, such as current. FTA utilization of the future is to utilize the GVC(Global Value Chain) efficiently. In other words, the expansion of the consumer market and take advantage of an efficient production base across borders. These environmental changes are needed development of the FTA utilization promotion and FTA experts. The experts studying how to procure raw materials or intermediate goods exports in a variety of regional foreign countries, to meet the rules of origin is required for a successful FTA utilization. One of the objectives of Origin managers are qualified experts in the country of origin can take advantage of the FTA plan. Therefore, managers of origin shall collect their ability to expand the understanding and information about the industry as an international business perspective beyond the Certificate of Origin. In addition, it should be in their best learning expertise for the introduction and development of country of origin control system in an effort to effectively perform its international FTA utilization. Once the FTA is more widespread in the future and build a common origin information it must not be disconnected until the export enterprises from terminal manufacturers systematically. Therefore origin management is preferred by expanding the knowledge base of teaching and learning in the common sense to the universal subject of specialization from professional schools to promote the relevant departments so that they can be opened in a college or university. An FTA hub linking East and West, also need the confidence that in order to become a center of Glabal Supply Chain Using an FTA Certificate of Origin and stable environment for importers to import products from the country offers. Certificate of Origin and all of them thoroughly exporters and companies related to the administration of origin and should create an atmosphere that can effectively respond to the origin verification. Korea shall endeavor to elicit a geopolitical value (FTA Hub), as well as securing a competitive advantage in the global industry leverage, trading at a reasonable price competitive products thereby enhancing production and economic growth through the FTA.

본 연구의 목적은 정보화에 대한 적응 및 확산 정도가 상대적으로 느린 고령층의 인터넷 이용 실태를 사회경제적 특성에 따라 분석하는 것이다. 조사대상은 대구경북지역에 거주하고 있는 60세 이상의 고령층으로 한정하여 주로 1:1 설문조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 고령층의 성별, 최종학력, 경제상태, 건강상태, 종교유무, 그리고 생활만족이라는 사회경제적 특성으로 구분하여 이들의 인터넷 이용빈도, 이용동기, 활용능력 그리고 인터넷의 유용성 여부를 각각 분석하였다. 분석결과 다양한 사회경제적 특성에 따라 고령층의 인터넷 이용에 통계적 유의수준에서 차이가 발견되었다. 이 연구결과는 향후 정보화 사회로의 구현에서 소외될 수 있는 고령층의 정보격차 해소 혹은 노인복지 정책개발의 기초적인 자료로 사용되어 질 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

현재까지의 컴퓨터교육은 주로 초 중등 학생의 정보소양 함양에 치중해 왔다. 이에 반해, 학교교육에서 핵심적 변수가 교원임에도 불구하고 교원의 정보통신기술함양 교육에는 소홀한 경향이 짙다. 또한 교원 양성대학에서 예비 교사들의 정보통신기술 활용 능력을 신장시키려는 노력도 상대적으로 미약했던 것이 현실이다. 이와 같은 인식을 바탕으로, 본 연구에서는 국내 교원양성대학의 교육과정 현황 분석을 통해 문제점을 진단하고, 초 중등 컴퓨터교육에서 ICT 활용 교육의 위치를 탐색하였다. 또한, 국가수준에서 교원에게 요구되는 ICT, 교사 업무 영역별 예비교사에게 필요한 lCT 활용 능력 및 교원양성대학 컴퓨터교육의 방향을 토대로 교육 목표 및 교육 내용을 제시하였다.

딥러닝 분산 학습에 사용되는 많은 도구 중 하나는 컨테이너 오케스트레이션 도구인 쿠버네티스에서 실행되는 큐브플로우이다. 그리고 큐브플로우에서 기본적으로 제공하는 오퍼레이터를 사용하여 텐서플로우 학습 작업을 관리할 수 있다. 하지만 파라미터 서버 아키텍처 기반의 딥러닝 분산 학습 작업을 고려할 때 기존의 오퍼레이터가 사용하는 스케줄링 정책은 분산학습 작업의 태스크 친화도를 고려하지 않으며 자원을 동적으로 할당하거나 해제하는 기능을 제공하지 않는다. 이는 작업의 완료 시간이 오래 걸리거나 낮은 자원 활용률로 이어질 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 작업의 완료 시간을 단축시키고 자원 활용률을 높이기 위해 딥러닝 분산 학습 작업을 효율적으로 스케줄링하는 새로운 오퍼레이터를 제안한다. 기존 오퍼레이터를 수정하여 새로운 오퍼레이터를 구현하고 성능 평가를 위한 실험을 수행한 결과, 제안한 스케줄링 정책은 평균 작업 완료 시간 감소율을 최대 84%, 평균 CPU 활용 증가율을 최대 92%까지 향상시킬 수 있음을 보여준다.

Performance curve of the desiccant rotor is an important information when developing and selecting the desiccant dehumidifier. The effective utilization of the energy is major capacity for the system and the desiccant performance curve is a design ability for a designer. By the rotor supply contract with DRI, ECO-DRY programs would be offered. Moreover, it could make remarkable progress in the desiccant system and energy saving. It is good to introduce the programs with the amicable help of DRI.

프랜차이징 산업에 있어 고객관리는 특히 중요한 이슈이며, 프랜차이즈 기업들은 CRM시스템을 적극적으로 도입하고 있다. 기업은 이러한 프랜차이즈 사업의 관리를 위한 정보시스템을 프랜차이징정보시스템(Franchising Information Systems, FIS)으로 정의하고, FIS의 기술수준, 교육수준, 활용전략이 FIS의 활용 능력에 영향을 미치는 것과 FIS의 활용능력은 CRM구축의도에 영향을 미치는 것에 대해 연구하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호사가 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스케어서비스 제공이 당뇨병 환자의 자가관리 능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 당뇨병 진단을 받은 311명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 23으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스케어서비스 제공에 의한 혈당계 활용도는 남녀의 차이가 있었고 이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이(${\chi}^2=6.059$, p= .048*)가 있었다. 둘째, 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스케어서비스 제공에 의한 혈당계와 활동밴드 활용도는 정적 상관관계가 있었고 통계적으로 유의하였다(r=.660, p<.01). 셋째, 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스케어서비스 제공에 의한 혈당계 활용률 추이를 확인한 결과 1주차부터 49주차까지 79%에서 41% 이상으로 유지되었다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스 서비스가 참여자들에게 자기건강관리 능력을 향상에 접근성이 쉽고 비용 효과적인 것으로 일부 확인되었다.

글로벌 사회로 발전함에 따라 외국어를 능숙하게 말하고 싶어하는 사람들이 많아지고 있다. 능숙하게 말하기 위해서는 말하는 훈련을 충분히 가져야 하는데 이때 대화 상대방을 필요로 한다. 최근에는 음성 인식 정보 기술의 발달로 인하여 대화 상대방의 인간이 없어도 외국어 말하기 훈련을 수행하는 시스템 개발이 가능할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 외국어 말하기 훈련 교육을 위한 테스트베드 시스템을 개발하고 초등학교 수업에 적용하였다. 초등학생에게 영어 대화 상황을 제시하고 말하기 훈련을 실시하도록 하였다. 그 후, 시스템에 대한 만족도와 지속적인 활용 가능성을 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템을 이용하면 외국어 말하기 학습 훈련에 도움이 된다는 점을 확인하였다.
