Virtual Reality (VR) is one of the core components of the fourth industrial revolution as a technology that makes the virtual world feel as if it is real. VR is being used in various fields such as entertainment, advertisement, education, medical care, training, sports, and tourism, as well as providing contents for such things as games and videos. Libraries are already looking for ways to utilize VR from various angles, such as operating experiential programs. The purpose of this thesis is to develop and propose a VR-based library user education program. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, we analyzed previous studies from a theoretical perspective to find a way to construct a user education program, and also to derive possible implications based on examples of countries such as the United States and Korea that are already introducing and applying VR technology to library services. Therefore, the user education program proposed in this study can be used as a basic building block when many libraries want to develop VR-based programs in the future.

기록정보서비스는 이용자들의 행태를 관찰하고 그들의 정보요구를 파악하여 그에 맞는 기록정보에 연결하고 안내해주는 적극적인 행위이다. 그러나 국내 기록정보서비스에 대한 연구는 이용자를 세분화하여 개인화된 서비스를 제공해야 한다는 당위성을 인정하지만 구체적인 사례나 방안에 대해서는 논의되지 않고 있다. 웹의 대중화와 알 권리의 확산으로 웹기록정보서비스의 중요성이 대두되고 있지만, 현재 우리나라 대부분의 기록관리기관에서는 실무 현장에서의 인식이 부족하고 인력과 예산의 불충분으로 웹로그분석을 실시하지 못하고 있다. 그래서 기관의 기록정보서비스 담당자의 업무 효율성을 높여주면서 예산이 부족한 기관에서 활용될 수 있는 분석 도구의 도입이 필요하다. 웹애널리틱스는 사이트에 방문한 웹이용자가 남긴 웹로그를 분석하여 행태를 분석하는 것이다. 그 종류에는 여러 가지가 있는데 그 중에서도 구글애널리틱스는 무료로 다양한 분석 항목을 제공하고 있어 전 세계 많은 인구가 이미 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 구글애널리틱스를 중심으로 웹애널리틱스를 소개하고 이를 실제 기관에 도입한 민주화운동기념사업회 사료관의 사례를 분석하여 구체적인 웹이용자 세분화와 서비스 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the determinants of actual demand for wireless broadband (WiBro) services in Korea. To this end, this study identifies conceptual definitions of diverse latent variables and determines the significance of the causal relationship between independent and dependent variables. It then presents the nomadic user concept by testing the moderator effect. This study also proposes a revised Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model, which is an appropriate model for wireless communication services and users' attributes. Prior research has concentrated exclusively on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) based on future potential users. Compared to previous studies, the current research model and analysis results are useful in not only academic but also industry contexts.

본 연구에서는 정책정보 이용자의 수요 및 요구조사와 맞춤형서비스 사례분석을 기반으로 이용자맞춤형정책정보서비스 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 이용자맞춤형서비스 관련 문헌분석, 사례조사, 그리고 정책정보 수요자들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 이를 기반으로 본 연구에서는 이용자맞춤형정책정보서비스가 제공해야 할 세부적인 서비스를 정보검색 및 자료제공서비스, 참고정보서비스, 정책정보 네트워크 서비스, 도서관 마케팅서비스, 개인화서비스 등으로 제안하였다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the variables affecting user satisfaction through previous studies and to examine the differences between apps. Differences are based on factors that determine the quality of real estate service apps and derived by the topic modeling results. Design/methodology/approach This study conducts topic modeling to find factors affecting user satisfaction of real estate service apps using user reviews. Sentiment analysis is additionally conduct on the derived topics to examine the user responses. Findings Users give high sentiment scores for services that can manage factors such as usefulness of information, false sales, and hype. In addition, managing the basic services of app is an important factor influencing user satisfaction.

We are living it what is referred to as the Digital Era; a time in which communication through the computer medium has deeply infiltrated our everyday lives and is now equivalent to face-to-face communication. In other words, e-communication is the core factor of knowledge sharing, for not only individuals but also for corporations, and its efficiency has increased gradually. At this time, studies on the factors affecting the outsourcing performance of e-communication channel services are gaining importance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effects of the system, information, and service quality on the user satisfaction and user trust of e-communication channel outsourcing, as well as the effects of user satisfaction and user trust on the outsourcing performance of both individuals and organizations. In the results of the empirical study, the system, Information, and service quality appear to have a significant effect on both user satisfaction and user trust. In addition, user satisfaction and user trust appear to also have a significant effect on the outsourcing performance of both Individuals and organizations.

Factors influencing the success or failure of information systems(IS) have been discussed in many literature. However, little theoretical development or empirical research has examined effectiveness of hospital information systems(HIS) This study set the research model of influencing factors and consequences of HIS through theoretical studies based on Management Information Systems, and then empirically tested several hypotheses related to this model. Based on a sample of 274 respondents who participated in dealing with the HIS, this research used a multiple regression analysis to test the research model. The results of this study are as follows: system quality, information quality and support of top management are statistically significant influence on user satisfaction. Service quality is a partially significant influence on user satisfaction. Hypothesis 5, proposing that computer self-efficacy would relate positively to user satisfaction, was not supported by the questionnaire results. Based on these results, system quality, information quality and support of top management are very important variables for IS success. And the study's findings indicate DeLone and McLean's model is correct in proposing that the indirect relationship between influencing factors and organizational effectiveness, mediated by user satisfaction, is an important one.

스마트 미디어 시대에 온라인 환경에 서비스에 대한 중요성이 날로 커지고 있으며, 사용자 경험에 대한 인식이 높아지고 있다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰, 포탈 웹 사이트, 기업 웹 사이트 등 인터넷에 연결된 정보시스템의 이용이 활발하게 이루어지면서 발생하고 있는 문제 중 하나는 정보프라이버시 염려 관련 되어 있다. 따라서 국내외 정보시스템, 마케팅, 기타 분야의 주요저널을 중심으로 프라이버시 관련 연구를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보프라이버시 염려 관련 국내외 연구의 리뷰를 통하여 연구경향과 앞으로 연구방향을 제공하는 것이다. 이러한 환경을 고려하여, 온라인 환경에서 정보프라이버시 염려가 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 관한 문헌분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 논의하였다.

본 연구는 대학도서관에서 전자저널을 효과적으로 관리하고 서비스하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여, 문헌조사 및 사례조사를 바탕으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 선행연구 분석에서는 전자저널과 관련된 다양한 이슈를 중심으로 이론적 배경을 조사하였으며, 사례조사로서 국내외 6개 대학도서관의 웹사이트를 접근, 목록, 이용자서비스 측면에서 분석하였다. 그리고 대학도서관에서 전자저널을 담당하고 있는 사서들을 대상으로 전자저널의 선정 및 구독 현황을 비롯하여 크게 8개 항목으로 47개의 문항으로 구성된 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대학도서관에서 전자저널의 효과적 관리 및 서비스를 제공하기 위한 8가지 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

본고는 1980년대와 90년대를 거쳐 미국과 캐나다에서 활발히 이루어졌던 기록정보 서비스에 대한 논쟁을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 기록정보 서비스의 본질과 의미를 고찰하고자 한다. 당시 학자들은 논쟁을 통해 기록관리가 기록 중심에서 이용자 중심으로 바뀌어야 하는가에 대해 다양한 의견을 피력했고, 기록관리의 의미와 원칙에 대해 재확인했다. 이러한 이용자 중심의 기록정보 서비스 논쟁을 바탕으로 본고의 후반부에서는 한국의 정보공개 청구 중심으로 이루어지는 기록정보 서비스를 살펴보고 문제를 제기하였다.
