China's mobile communication market has been growing quantitatively and qualitatively since 2000. Currently, it has secured 1.27 billion mobile subscribers and many of the Korean companies try to enter the Chinese market and cooperation with companies in China is being held. Thus understanding of the Chinese markets is the key to better prepare for future international competition. This study is to identify factors affecting switching intentions and behaviors for Chinese mobile subscribers to other mobile service providers by the PPM and it is to derive correlations between strategies of mobile service providers and users' switching intention by the groups classified by ARPU. We conducted a survey targeting 270 Chinese mobile users and analyze it by using Smart PLS 2.0. In conclusion, push effects have positive influence on intention to switching and relational switching cost among mooring effect have significantly negative influence on intention to switching In particular, intention to switching depending on the groups classified by a level of their ARPU have been shown as significantly different. This study will extend theoretical range of PPM theory in explaining users' switching behaviors and contribute to establish strategies to enter the chinese market.
Customer participation behavior(CPB) and customer citizenship behavior(CCB) which are customers' active functions and roles implemented in service encounter contribute to the service quality. Thanks to these ideas, many researches focus on the influences of these two customers' behaviors on relational outcomes, additionally. However, when examining the characteristics of CPB and CCB, it is notable that CPB and CCB are positively influenced by relationships between customers and firms, adversely. In other words, it is necessary to find that commercial friendship representing a deep relationship can address these two customers' behaviors, as well as may influence relational outcomes. As results, intimate friendship between a customer and an encounter provider has a positive influence on CPB and CCB, expectedly. These findings show that customers having prior contacts can play active roles in a service encounter. Additionally, it is identified that CPB and CCB have positive influences on the relational outcomes such as customer cooperations. Consequently, CPB and CCB are likely to be on the loop of a relational circulation.
NCW(Network Centric- Warfare) encompasses the concept to use computer data processing and network linkage communications techniques, share information and furthermore, enhance the effectiveness of computer-operating systems. As IT(Information & Technology) have become developed in the recent years, the existing warfare system-centered conventional protocol is not use any longer. Instead, network-based NCW is being widely-available, today. Under this changing computer environment, it becomes important to establish algorithm and build the stable communication systems. Tools to identify malign node factors through Wireless Ad-hoc network cause a tremendous error to analyze and use paths of even benign node factors misreported to prove false without testing or indentifying such factors to an adequate level. These things can become an obstacle in the process of creating the optimum network distribution environment. In this regard, this thesis is designed to test and identify paths of benign node factors and then, present techniques to transmit data through the most significant open short path, with the tool of MP-SAR Protocol, security path search provider, in Ad-hoc NCW environment. Such techniques functions to identify and test unnecessary paths of node factors, and thus, such technique users can give an easy access to benign paths of node factors.

In this paper, we propose to explore ways to create internal motivation to enhance the job disposition of Korean and Chinese employees. In order to achieve this goal, we would like to select parameters that may trigger an increasing number of internal motivations for interest in recent years: perceived organisational support, perceived provider support, and perceived peer support, and to explore the impact on job embeddedness. I would like to find out the effect of job embodiedness on involved beauty. The process also seeks to verify that China and South Korea are different. To verify the research theory of this research, we will use a questionnaire to researchers of automotive companies using VR technology in Gyeonggi-do, Korea and Hadong-seong, China, and conducted a survey. A total of 200 pairs of questionnaires were distributed to the study subjects, 195 of which were retrieved, 191 of which eliminated unfaithful responses were used for the final analysis. The collected data were used for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation analysis. The results of this study, identified through empirical analysis, can be summarized as follows: First, Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support will have a positive impact on Job Embeddedness. Second, Job Embeddedness will have a positive influence on the Innovative Beehivior. Third, Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support will have a partial positive effect on Innovative Behavior. Fourth, the formation process and influence of Job Embeddedness of corporate employees in Korea and China are partly different, the report showed.
O2O services, a form of mobile commerce, are increasing due to the widespread use of smartphones and the rational consumption trend of young consumers. In addition, the introduction of Social Commerce's O2O service has transformed customer experience into innovation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of O2O service characteristics and social commerce provider characteristics on the social commerce 's O2O service as a social psychological image that consumers have at the point of purchase and use time, as a smart shopper feeling and a cheapness shopper feeling. And the relationship between consumer satisfaction and intention to use through Structure Equation Modeling, and to suggest the implications for O2O service management that can provide greater satisfaction to consumers by identifying the process of creating satisfaction of O2O service. The results of the study show that price discounts and scarcity of social commerce's O2O service characteristics have shown that it increases smart shopper feeling. Also, it was confirmed that brand awareness and ease of purchase, which are characteristics of social commerce, confirms the increase of cheapness shopper feeling. We also confirmed the effect of smart shopper feeling and cheapness shopper feeling on satisfaction. This satisfaction has a positive effect on the intention to use. The result of this study is that it is necessary to reduce the cheapness shopper feeling of consumers and to emphasize the price discount and scarcity so that the smart shopper feeling occurs in order to satisfy the consumers who purchase O2O service products.

In this paper, we introduce a computing resource standard metadata schema design plan for registering, retrieving, and managing computing resources used for research data analysis and utilization in the Korea Research Data Commons(KRDC). KRDC is a joint utilization system of research data and computing resources to maximize the sharing and utilization of research data. Computing resources refer to all resources in the computing environment, such as analysis infrastructure and analysis software, necessary to analyze and utilize research data used in the entire research process. The standard metadata schema for KRDC computing resource management is designed by considering common attributes for computing resource management and other attributes according to each computing resource feature. The standard metadata schema for computing resource management consists of a computing resource metadata schema and a computing resource provider metadata schema. In addition, the metadata schema of computing resources and providers was designed as a service schema and a system schema group according to their characteristics. The standard metadata schema designed in this paper is used for computing resource registration, retrieval, management, and workflow services for computing resource providers and computing resource users through the KRDC web service, and is designed in a scalable form for various computing resource links.

Pharmacokinetic (PK) data provide pivotal information in drug development, and they are usually first studied in the preclinical stage using various animals. However, quite often, animal PK data may not match with human PK, especially in metabolites. Thus, most regulatory agencies in the world make it mandatory to obtain metabolite information using 14C radiolabeled drug in human for small molecule drug candidates. However, such studies are expensive and time consuming and they are usually done at the end of Phase II trials using ~3.7 MBq of 14C labeled drug in a limited number of human subjects. Introduction of accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) in this kind of study has revolutionized it. Since AMS can measure 14C level as close as natural abundance, it can quantify the amounts of 14C labeled drugs and their metabolites produced in human body that consumes less than the amount of 0.0037 MBq of 14C labeled drug, a very safe level of radioactive dose in human. Therefore, it is now possible to conduct human 14C studies safely in early clinical trials without spending hefty amount of money and time. Korea Radioisotope Center for Pharmaceuticals(KRICP) at Korea Institute of Biological and Medical Sciences(KIRAMS) has established an AMS facility in 2018, housing a 0.5MV AMS manufactured at the US National Electrostatics Corps (NEC). The AMS instrument has been validated using various standard samples that have been prepared at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the US, a worldly reputable provider of AMS standards. In this paper, we present a mass balance study for acetaminophen in rats using AMS and prove that the study results are equivalent with those of literature, which shows the AMS facilities at KRICP has successfully installed and be ready to be used in the various PK studies using 14C labelled compounds for new drug development.

Introducing the Process used in this study after the establishment of a general mixed integer Programming(MIP) model based upon the result of existing studies to decide the location and size simultaneously, a fuzzy mixed integer Programming(FMIP) model has been developed in the use of fuzzy theory. And the general linear Programming software, LINDO 6.01 has been used to simulate, to evaluate the developed model with the examples and to judge of the appropriateness and adaptability of the model(FMIP) in the real world.
User authentication based on ID and PW has been widely used. As the Internet has become a growing part of people' lives, input times of ID/PW have been increased for a variety of services. People have already learned enough to perform the authentication procedure and have entered ID/PW while ones are unconscious. This is referred to as the adaptive unconscious, a set of mental processes incoming information and producing judgements and behaviors without our conscious awareness and within a second. Most people have joined up for various websites with a small number of IDs/PWs, because they relied on their memory for managing IDs/PWs. Human memory decays with the passing of time and knowledges in human memory tend to interfere with each other. For that reason, there is the potential for people to enter an invalid ID/PW. Therefore, these characteristics above mentioned regarding of user authentication with ID/PW can lead to human vulnerabilities: people use a few PWs for various websites, manage IDs/PWs depending on their memory, and enter ID/PW unconsciously. Based on the vulnerability of human factors, a variety of information leakage attacks such as phishing and pharming attacks have been increasing exponentially. In the past, information leakage attacks exploited vulnerabilities of hardware, operating system, software and so on. However, most of current attacks tend to exploit the vulnerabilities of the human factors. These attacks based on the vulnerability of the human factor are called social-engineering attacks. Recently, malicious social-engineering technique such as phishing and pharming attacks is one of the biggest security problems. Phishing is an attack of attempting to obtain valuable information such as ID/PW and pharming is an attack intended to steal personal data by redirecting a website's traffic to a fraudulent copy of a legitimate website. Screens of fraudulent copies used for both phishing and pharming attacks are almost identical to those of legitimate websites, and even the pharming can include the deceptive URL address. Therefore, without the supports of prevention and detection techniques such as vaccines and reputation system, it is difficult for users to determine intuitively whether the site is the phishing and pharming sites or legitimate site. The previous researches in terms of phishing and pharming attacks have mainly studied on technical solutions. In this paper, we focus on human behaviour when users are confronted by phishing and pharming attacks without knowing them. We conducted an attack experiment in order to find out how many IDs/PWs are leaked from pharming and phishing attack. We firstly configured the experimental settings in the same condition of phishing and pharming attacks and build a phishing site for the experiment. We then recruited 64 voluntary participants and asked them to log in our experimental site. For each participant, we conducted a questionnaire survey with regard to the experiment. Through the attack experiment and survey, we observed whether their password are leaked out when logging in the experimental phishing site, and how many different passwords are leaked among the total number of passwords of each participant. Consequently, we found out that most participants unconsciously logged in the site and the ID/PW management dependent on human memory caused the leakage of multiple passwords. The user should actively utilize repudiation systems and the service provider with online site should support prevention techniques that the user can intuitively determined whether the site is phishing.
In this research, we propose a dynamic decision making using social context based on ontology. Dynamic adaptation is adopted for the high qualified decision making, which is defined as creation of proper information using contexts depending on decision maker's state of affairs in ubiquitous computing environment. Thereby, the context for the dynamic adaptation is classified as a static, dynamic and social context. Static context contains personal explicit information like demographic data. Dynamic context like weather or traffic information is provided by external information service provider. Finally, social context implies much more implicit knowledge such as social relationship than the other two-type context, but it is not easy to extract any implied tacit knowledge as well as generalized rules from the information. So, it was not easy for the social context to apply into dynamic adaptation. In this light, we tried the social context into the dynamic adaptation to generate context-appropriate personalized information. It is necessary to build modeling methodology to adopt dynamic adaptation using the context. The proposed context modeling used ontology and cases which are best to represent tacit and unstructured knowledge such as social context. Case-based reasoning and constraint satisfaction problem is applied into the dynamic decision making system for the dynamic adaption. Case-based reasoning is used case to represent the context including social, dynamic and static and to extract personalized knowledge from the personalized case-base. Constraint satisfaction problem is used when the selected case through the case-based reasoning needs dynamic adaptation, since it is usual to adapt the selected case because context can be changed timely according to environment status. The case-base reasoning adopts problem context for effective representation of static, dynamic and social context, which use a case structure with index and solution and problem ontology of decision maker. The case is stored in case-base as a repository of a decision maker's personal experience and knowledge. The constraint satisfaction problem use solution ontology which is extracted from collective intelligence which is generalized from solutions of decision makers. The solution ontology is retrieved to find proper solution depending on the decision maker's context when it is necessary. At the same time, dynamic adaptation is applied to adapt the selected case using solution ontology. The decision making process is comprised of following steps. First, whenever the system aware new context, the system converses the context into problem context ontology with case structure. Any context is defined by a case with a formal knowledge representation structure. Thereby, social context as implicit knowledge is also represented a formal form like a case. In addition, for the context modeling, ontology is also adopted. Second, we select a proper case as a decision making solution from decision maker's personal case-base. We convince that the selected case should be the best case depending on context related to decision maker's current status as well as decision maker's requirements. However, it is possible to change the environment and context around the decision maker and it is necessary to adapt the selected case. Third, if the selected case is not available or the decision maker doesn't satisfy according to the newly arrived context, then constraint satisfaction problem and solution ontology is applied to derive new solution for the decision maker. The constraint satisfaction problem uses to the previously selected case to adopt and solution ontology. The verification of the proposed methodology is processed by searching a meeting place according to the decision maker's requirements and context, the extracted solution shows the satisfaction depending on meeting purpose.
