The purpose of this study is to propose an effective direction of data linkage for building the humanities assets one-stop portal service. For this purpose, We collected and analyzed the actual status of the domestic institution with humanities assets, and presented the linkage direction through analysis of the data held by the target organization. The results of this study are as follows: First, we proposed a classification system of humanities assets based on the reviewing the existing classification system on the subject of humanities assets. Second, we set up the categories of potential data that can be incorporated into humanities assets through a detailed analysis of the subject and type of data held by the subject institutions. Third, we analyzed the platforms of similar case organizations providing one-stop portal services for humanities assets and proposed the applicable meta fields when constructing one-stop system based on similarity.

This study deals with the role and responsibility of university library in multicultural society. For this purpose, centered the Chinese students in Pusan University, with internet questionnaire surveys on customer satisfaction to the current library portal service and set up a effective digital library evaluation model. In the meanwhile we borrowed evaluation methods and items from LibQUAL+ in part, a world wide famous model, and use Tsinghua University Library's evaluation statistic norms. To summarize the results of this survey, Chinese student's service satisfaction about Pusan University library is still fairly low. Undergraduate and graduate students(including doctor courses) group follows, undergraduates student's satisfaction level is lower than graduate. By analyzing simple satisfaction we can know that library portal service maintained low importance or influence to the user, to internet space user's satisfaction is a relatively high level. And compared with other dimension, statistic data show out that internet space user's satisfaction still maintained a relative high level.

본 연구에서는 중소기업들이 중견기업으로 성장할 때까지 필요로 하는 경영, 자금, 기술, 마케팅, 물류 등 Total Solution 차원의 중소기업지원시스템 중 마케팅ㆍ유통과 관련 협력상거래(collaborative commerce)라는 개념을 도입하여 오프라인과 온라인이 결합되어 대전ㆍ충남 중소기업간의 협력, 제휴를 지원하고, 나아가 대기업, 학계, 벤처캐피탈들이 참여하여 교류할 수 있는 정보공유와 만남의 장을 제공함으로써, 협력상거래 포탈 사이트를 구축하기 위한 이론적 모형을 제시ㆍ구축하고자 한다. 협력상거래 포탈의 기술적 정의는 중소기업간에 인터넷을 통하여 마케팅ㆍ유통과 관련한 기업핵심정보와 비즈니스 프로세스를 공유함으로써 효율적인 협업 전자상거래를 가능하게 하는 모든 기술적 요소의 집합이라 할 수 있다. 협력상거래 포탈의 협업적 프레임워크 기능 요구사항은 \circled1Integration of product ＆ process information, \circled2Extensibility and flexibility of framework, \circled3Platform independence, \circled4Interdependence and modularity of services, \circled5Interoperability among services, \circled6Accessibility of legacy system(ERP, SCM, CRM) 등이다.

엔터프라이즈 포탈(Enterprise Portal : EP)이란 기업단위의 web 포탈로서 데이터베이스에 존재하는 기업내부의 정형화된 정보뿐만 아니라 파일형태로 존재하는 각종 문서와 서식, 사진 및 동영상등의 멀티미디어 데이터, 인터넷 컨텐츠 등과 같은 비정형화된 정보까지 기업과 관련된 모든 정보를 웹 기반의 단일 접점을 통해 사용자들에게 효과적으로 제공하는 것은 물론 이들을 가공한 지식정보들을 실시간으로 제공함으로써 업무생산성을 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 하지만 2000 년대 초부터 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 국내 기업들에 도입된 엔터프라이즈 포탈은 장기적 관점에서의 협업 중심이 아닌 단기적 관점에서의 시스템 기능 중심으로 무분별하게 도입되어 사용자 중심의 활용도 측면에서의 개선에 대한 요구들이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업의 엔터프라이즈 포탈 활용율 개선을 통한 업무생산성 및 만족도를 높이기 위해 UC(Unified Communication)기능 및 다양한 커뮤니케이션 수단(Wiki,Blog,Cop 등)을 활용한 업무프로세스 개선 방안을 도출하였으며 이를 동부건설사의 협업 기반 엔터프라이즈 포탈 구축에 적용함으로써 엔터프라이즈 포탈 활용률(사용율) 및 만족도를 각각 29%, 26%씩 향상 시키는데 성공하였다.

In this paper, a portal system compatible with MRV regulation was designed to monitoring, reporting and verifying $CO_2$ emission and fuel consumption data from an international ship. A portal system supports monitoring and reporting task of international shipping companies and calculates national greenhouse gas inventory. EU MRV law, MRV discussions of IMO, responses of international shipping companies to ship energy efficiency and greenhouse gas regulation, and greenhouse gas statistics on international shipping were analyzed to drive portal system requirements. For ship energy efficiency and $CO_2$ emitted monitoring, a data collection module was designed based on on-board equipment, energy efficiency measuring device and navigation report. Data transfer module with easy management and minimized usage to transfer ship data to shore was designed. A portal system was designed to convert the collected data into the standard reporting format, perform monitoring, statical analysis, verification and auto report generation, and support national greenhouse gas inventory.

This paper presents optimization of a long-span portal steel frame under dynamic wind loads using a surrogate-assisted evolutionary algorithm. Long-span portal steel frames are often used in low-rise industrial and commercial buildings. The structure needs be able to resist the wind loads, and at the same time it should be as light as possible in order to be cost-effective. In this work, numerical model of a portal steel frame is constructed using structural analysis program (SAP2000), with the web-heights at five locations of I-sections of the columns and rafters as the decision variables. In order to evaluate the performance of a given design under dynamic wind loading, the equivalent static wind load (ESWL) is obtained from a database of wind pressures measured in wind tunnel tests. A modified formulation of the problem compared to the one available in the literature is also presented, considering additional design constraints for practicality. Evolutionary algorithms (EA) are often used to solve such non-linear, black-box problems, but when each design evaluation is computationally expensive (e.g., in this case a SAP2000 simulation), the time taken for optimization using EAs becomes untenable. To overcome this challenge, we employ a surrogate-assisted evolutionary algorithm (SAEA) to expedite the convergence towards the optimum design. The presented SAEA uses multiple spatially distributed surrogate models to approximate the simulations more accurately in lieu of commonly used single global surrogate models. Through rigorous numerical experiments, improvements in results and time savings obtained using SAEA over EA are demonstrated.

Due to the development of high speed Internet, a number of Internet users connect online to access web sites. However, there are several procedures required, before you actually find what you were looking for. These procedures are necessary to access Internet services you need, but it is somewhat inconvenient to users. The virtual portal system suggested in this paper is designed to solve such inconvenience. The virtual portal system described in this paper perceives personal computers as web service providing sites, so that it enables users to define customized services by themselves. Also, it makes an exclusive browser as a multiple browser window and provides features to navigate web sites. Therefore, this paper suggests methods for building a pesonalized virtual portal system, where users are able to access web services more conveniently.

This study suggests the configuration of network game portal site supporting multi-platform that indicates different types of games so called Game Omphalos or simply Gamphalos. In general, the existing game Portal site only put the different games together and operates each game separately. But, not only the Gamphalos system can play the various games in a portal site but also integrates the data of different games for inter-working among them. To do this, the Gamphalos System consists of two main parts. The one is Global Game Control Center (GGCC) for integrated management of n and game data. And the other part it Local Game Control Center (LGCC) that serves as a game server for each game. The game user who becomes a member of the Gamphalos System can get more Points and grow rapidly than others because all the game data can be integrated and accumulated in a Gamphalos system.

The purpose of this study is to develop portal web contents for nursing student's career search. The portal web contents named 'Nurse Dream' was designed and developed by using 134 nursing students' survey data and referring to expert consultation. 97.0% of respondents expressed intention of using website or application for career search if it is completed. What they want to know was 'income(19.0%)', 'qualifications for job(18.0%)', 'path to job(18.0%)'. With survey analysis and expert consultation, 'Nurse Dream' was designed to have various categories including 'Nurse Career Guidance', 'Nurse Recruitment'. Developing portal web contents suggests that it is possible for nursing students to get enough information for career search and enhance career satisfaction, which is likely to give them positive impact.
