This paper presents a DEA-AHP hybrid model to evaluate and select R&D projects. AHP collects and processes information on the weights of evaluation criteria. The processed information is used as an input for DEA/AR model. Only desirable number of projects are selected by the hybrid model. The model is examined by an example generated from a real data set.

In this paper, we identify the factors of supplier service quality, and explore the relationships between these factors and customer satisfaction, and between these factors and customer loyalty. Through empirical analysis, the five factors, such as technical ability, information service, service flexibility, delivery reliability, and after service, are identified. The analysis also shows that information service and service flexibility influence customer satisfaction, and service flexibility and after service influence customer loyalty.

The objective of this study is to suggest modified Covariance Structure Analysis that combine with existing Multivariate Statistical Method which is used Casual Analysis Method in Management Information. For this purpose, we'll consider special feature and limitation about Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, Path Analysis and connect Covariance Structure Analysis with Statistical Factor Analysis so that theoretical casual model compare with variables structure in collecting data. A example is also presented to show the practical applicability of this approach.

To provide an appropriate knowledge representation technique dependent on a particular domain, we consider the combine analytic hierachy process(CAHP). This is an extended method of the conventional AHP which is useful when two different expert groups are involved. Our problem domain is confined to human resource management including such major activities as planning, selection, placement, compensations, performance evaluation, training, and labor-management relations. We prioritize rules, frames, semantic nets, and predicate logic representation techniques best suited to each and all domains through an exploratory study.

New electronic commercial paradign is now diffusing based on the rapid growth of computer network infrastructure and, therefore, online shopping malls are aggressively expanding all over the world. In this paper, we identify facilitating factors that affect active utilization of online shopping mall considering customers' needs and convenience such as service availability, information relevance to customers' needs. and system convinience. Empirical data analysis was performed for nine Korean online shopping malls. Results suggest that current shopping malls should concentrate on delivering relevant information to the customers needs and developing convenient shopping mall systems.

Recently, local governments have started projects of implementing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) as an infrastructure for the collection, storage, and analysis of the spatial information. So far, these projects have been approached from the areas such as the civil engineering and the computer science perspectives. Nonetheless, in order for a GIS project to be successful, it should be approached from the management perspectives as well. In this paper, the authors discusses about the management issues such as the determination of priority of the sub-projects, the organizational structure that takes charge of the project and the evaluation of the performance of the project.

Classification and Coding(C&C) systems as a core of design information management have been accomplished by many studies in terms of design and manufacturing attribute based on Group Technology. Those are very difficult to apply in make-to-order(MTO) manufacturing because the environment of MTO has various characteristics of product, many licensors, engineering change, insufficiency of integrated management system for codes and so on. This paper presents a suitable C&C system to MTO manufacturing which consider management level and drawing.

Vote validity proof and verification is an efficiency bottleneck and privacy drawback in homomorphic e-voting. The existing vote validity proof technique is inefficient and only achieves honest-verifier zero knowledge. In this paper, an efficient proof and verification technique is proposed to guarantee vote validity in homomorphic e-voting. The new proof technique is mainly based on hash function operations that only need a very small number of costly public key cryptographic operations. It can handle untrusted verifiers and achieve stronger zero knowledge privacy. As a result, the efficiency and privacy of homomorphic e-voting applications will be significantly improved.

In sequential capital allocation processes, the information on the future availability (flexibility) of invested funds provides a decision maker with additional insight into the characteristics of alternatives. The investment decision with consideration of flexibility and profitability results in more wealth accumulation than the decision without considering flexibility does in sequential investment processes. To utilize the information on the flexibility under certainty, the PV/FI decision model is developed.
