Digital Video Source Identification Using Sensor Pattern Noise with Morphology Filtering (모폴로지 필터링 기반 센서 패턴 노이즈를 이용한 디지털 동영상 획득 장치 판별 기술)

  • With the advance of Internet Technology, various social network services are created and used by users. Especially, the use of smart devices makes that multimedia contents can be used and distributed on social network services. However, since the crime rate also is increased by users with illegal purposes, there are needs to protect contents and block illegal usage of contents with multimedia forensics. In this paper, we propose a multimedia forensic technique which is identifying the video source. First, the scheme to acquire the sensor pattern noise (SPN) using morphology filtering is presented, which comes from the imperfection of photon detector. Using this scheme, the SPN of reference videos from the reference device is estimated and the SPN of an unknown video is estimated. Then, the similarity between two SPNs is measured to identify whether the unknown video is acquired using the reference device. For the performance analysis of the proposed technique, 30 devices including DSLR camera, compact camera, camcorder, action cam and smart phone are tested and quantitatively analyzed. Based on the results, the proposed technique can achieve the 96% accuracy in identification.

VR Contents Strategy for Advertising and PR Industries: Focused on In-depth Interviews (광고, PR 산업 분야의 VR 콘텐츠 활용 가능성에 대한 탐색 : 심층인터뷰를 중심으로)

  • Advertising and PR industries recently face a new challenge due to the growth of new digital content market and the change of paradigm. In the market of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and digital contents, a stereographic content related to the technology such as VR (Virtual Reality) is one of the fast-growing fields. However, it is hard to find the clear answer for AD/PR strategies in the rapidly changing VR contents market. Therefore, this study analyzed VR industry at the macro level using in-depth interviews with eleven VR experts leading Korean VR contents industry by looking at P(Political), E(Economic), S(social), and T(Technological) of VR advertisement and PR industries. Moreover, the feasibility of VR contents in Advertising and PR industries was examined through S(Strengths), W(Weakness), O(Opportunities), and T(Threats) analysis in VR industry. Research result showed that it is necessary for vitalizing VR in AD/PR industries to promote killer contents, to solve problems of inconvenience according to users' needs, to improve awareness of customers and industries. Moreover, constant VR vitalizing policies in AD/PR should be processed as well as constructing medium-and long-term VR road-map. Thus, this study provides the direction of VR content strategy in Advertising and PR industries and the research foundation for further researches regarding future VR activation.

The Change of the Oral Health Status after Applying the Dental Health Education Program for International Marriage Migrant Women (결혼이주여성의 구강보건교육 프로그램 적용 후 구강상태의 변화)

  • This study aims at finding which change there is of oral health promotion as investigating the oral health status in quality, diagnosing which effects knowledge and attitude of oral health has before and after the oral health education as developing and conducting the oral health education program for international marriage migrant women to form their oral health belief for improving oral health. This study consisted of each 51 of the experimental group and the controlled group at the multi-cultural family support center from $26^{th}$ of March, 2012 to $30^{th}$ of June, 2012 as the subjects, and pre-to-post investigated knowledge of oral and cognition. Also as it took follow-up examination of the clients who visited to the dentist with changing of their cognition, conducted matched-pair sample t-test and analysis of repeated measure variance. As the result, there were always the changes at the field of knowledge about oral, periodontal disease and toothbrush in awareness of oral health, and at the field of periodontal disease, dental caries, toothbrush, fluorine and bad breath in knowledge of oral health. The change of DMFT index, DT index has been reduced and FT index has been increased. As the result above, the oral health education program for international marriage migrant women has led to change awareness of oral health and knowledge, and the change of knowledge has influenced to a behavior, so there were the changes of periodontal status and DMFT index as well. This has been showing the importance of the program for oral health of international marriage migrant women. Moreover, while the oral health education program is developed in various aspects by offering the information for developing the oral health education program in future, it needs to run parallel prevention with treatment.

Conflict Structure Analysis on the Construction of stork Eco-Village in Yesangun Using Q methodology (Q 방법론을 이용한 예산 황새마을 조성사업의 갈등구조 분석)

  • Ecotourism has the potential to boost the energy of a village as it pays keen attention to the ecosystem and the residents of the village. It is empowered by participation of and cooperation among stakeholders who are closely involved in ecotourism. However, many of them express difficulty in striking a right balance between development and conservation with regard to promoting ecotourism. Against this backdrop, this research paper investigates the structure of conflict that the stakeholders, especially those in Stork Village in Yesan County, South Chungcheong Province of Korea, experience during the process of establishment of government-led ecotourism. In addition, this study examines the problems of government-led ecotourism model and how they can be addressed. To analyze conflict structure, this paper used Q methods and found out that the budget-related stakeholders are largely divided into four groups as who; a) complain about how business profits are distributed; b) secure profits by expanding programs; c) consider human settlement, and; d) broaden people's participation. The biggest contributor to the conflicts is found that compensation was given discriminately to different jurisdictions. The second finding is that residents became less cooperative when the financial compensation did not live up to their expectation. For instance, they would demand the tourism facility physically expanded, repeatedly complain about the process of the work, and even accuse the government of degrading ecosystem. In other words, unless the compromise is reached with the residents regarding financial compensation, it could be difficult to encourage their participation and develop as a program-oriented tour. Lastly, the tour program needs to induce voluntary participation of the residents and deliver proper information on ecosystem and natural resources so as to last as sustainable ecotourism. The success of ecotourism will be subject to the cooperation of stakeholders in a region, conservation of our fragile ecosystem, and realization of sustainable growth through sharing economic benefits. This study looks into the cause of the conflicts of ecotourism sites and their structure. If this paper can bring about cooperation of stakeholders, the management and operation of ecotourism sites would be more sustainable.

A Study on the U.S Emergency Communications Operating System and Standard Operating Procedures Analysis (미국 재난통신 운영체계 및 표준운영절차 분석 연구)

  • Disasters in South Korea are taking on more diverse and intricate aspects than before, while being affected by the industrial development and deterioration of the cities. Therefore, it is urgently needed for success in disaster countermeasures to secure emergency communications operating system which would make it possible to share various information between the control tower and field personnel quickly and accurately. This study proposes a method of improving the national emergency communications operating system based on the Federal disaster management system, emergency communications system, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) employed in the US, which is the leading country in the field of disaster management. First, the organization of the emergency communications needs to be more systematized than in the past. The organization of the emergency communications of the central and local governments have to be administered according to their different roles and objectives. Furthermore, they must cooperate with each other based on interoperability. Second, emergency communications councils need to be established, composed of representatives related to disasters, and national and regional units need to be formed and operated separately. Third, the SOPs should not only cover both the operational and technical elements, but also assign the roles and responsibilities to the members of the disaster communications system. These improvements will assure the correct functioning of the disaster communications system in the field, which is expected to increase the probability of success in disaster countermeasures.

  • 컴퓨터의 사용이 일반화됨에 따라 데이타를 생성하고 수집하는 것이 용이해졌다. 이에 따라 데이타로부터 자동적으로 유용한 지식을 얻는 기술이 필요하게 되었다. 데이타 마이닝에서 얻어진 지식은 정확성과 이해성을 충족해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 데이타 마이닝을 위하여 퍼지 결정트리에 기반한 효율적인 퍼지 규칙을 생성하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 퍼지 결정트리는 ID3와 C4.5의 이해성과 퍼지이론의 추론과 표현력을 결합한 방법이다. 특히, 퍼지 규칙은 속성 축에 평행하게 판단 경계선을 결정하는 방법으로는 어려운 속성 축에 평행하지 않는 경계선을 갖는 패턴을 효율적으로 분류한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 첫째, 각 속성 데이타의 히스토그램 분석을 통해 적절한 소속함수를 생성한다. 둘째, 주어진 소속함수를 바탕으로 ID3와 C4.5와 유사한 방법으로 퍼지 결정트리를 생성한다. 또한, 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 소속함수를 조율한다. IRIS 데이타, Wisconsin breast cancer 데이타, credit screening 데이타 등 벤치마크 데이타들에 대한 실험 결과 제안된 방법이 C4.5 방법을 포함한 다른 방법보다 성능과 규칙의 이해성에서 보다 효율적임을 보인다.Abstract With an extended use of computers, we can easily generate and collect data. There is a need to acquire useful knowledge from data automatically. In data mining the acquired knowledge needs to be both accurate and comprehensible. In this paper, we propose an efficient fuzzy rule generation algorithm based on fuzzy decision tree for data mining. We combine the comprehensibility of rules generated based on decision tree such as ID3 and C4.5 and the expressive power of fuzzy sets. Particularly, fuzzy rules allow us to effectively classify patterns of non-axis-parallel decision boundaries, which are difficult to do using attribute-based classification methods.In our algorithm we first determine an appropriate set of membership functions for each attribute of data using histogram analysis. Given a set of membership functions then we construct a fuzzy decision tree in a similar way to that of ID3 and C4.5. We also apply genetic algorithm to tune the initial set of membership functions. We have experimented our algorithm with several benchmark data sets including the IRIS data, the Wisconsin breast cancer data, and the credit screening data. The experiment results show that our method is more efficient in performance and comprehensibility of rules compared with other methods including C4.5.

Changes in Parenting Support Policy and Opening Day Nurseries to Local Communities in Japan (일본 자녀양육지원정책의 변화와 보육소의 지역사회 개방(開放))

  • This study reviews recent changes in parenting support policy in Japan, and examines the roles and functions of day-nursery as the base for parenting support in the local community. The purpose of this study is to provide implications for the direction of the parenting support policy and child-care facilities for the local communities in South Korea. The analysis concentrates on the official national reports such as the Declining Birthrate White Paper and Japan's National Guidelines for Care and Education at Day Nursery by the Japanese Cabinet Office. The study finds that the Japanese government has introduced comprehensive medium and long-term policies for all the members of the community with recognizing the changes in the domestic and foreign child-rearing environments and social needs. These policies have also helped to improve the social awareness of parenting. The role of the day-care center has been raised as a significant part of the support for child-rearing in the local community due to the revision of the Child Welfare Act for nursery school teachers in 2001 and the official announcement of Japan's National Guidelines for Care and Education at Day Nursery in 2008. The study also concludes that the social responsibility of the nursery center has been strengthened by being utilized as a public resource for the community. From the findings, we can elicit the conclusions and implications that the roles and functions of child care centers as a significant base for parenting support in the local communities need to be considered. We also listen to the voices of stakeholders such as parents and staff of child care centers. Last but not least, we would understand the social role and importance of bringing up children by cooperation of the community members, and promote the role of child care centers as a central place providing and communicating information on child-rearing in the local communities.

Effects of Shop Selection Attributes, Lifestyle on Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Orientation of Franchise Beauty Shop Users

  • Purpose: The hotel industry needs a leader who can actively demonstrate leadership to respond to and accept changes in the organization in a highly competitive and fast-changing environment. Therefore, the role of leaders who instill clear vision and goals of the organization in their members, listen to their opinions, and empathize is paramount. Leaders should encourage successful organizational activities based on active participation by employees and create the best environment for working with a sense of mission and responsibility. This study aims to identify the relationship between empathy leadership and job engagement as a result variable of team cohesion in the hotel culinary department and conduct empirical studies on the role of empathy leadership and job engagement. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from employees who work in culinary department at a five-star franchise hotel located in the Seoul metropolitan area. Because it is difficult to conduct a survey through face-to-face contact with employees due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the online survey was conducted from February 1 to February 28, 2020. A total of 330 questionnaires through online were distributed and 268 employees completed the survey, yielding a response rate of 81%. Of the 268 returned responses, 27 responses were not usable due to missing information. Thus, a total of 241 responses were used for analysis. Results: The study results are as follows. First, it has been shown that the empathy leadership of culinary department in hotel companies has a significant positive impact on the job engagement. Second, it has been shown that job engagement has a significant positive effect on members' team cohesiveness. Third, empathy leadership of hotel companies' culinary department has a significant positive impact on members' team cohesiveness. Fourth, job engagement has a significant positive (+) mediating effect in the relationship between empathy leadership and team cohesiveness in culinary department. Conclusion: This study supports the theory that an emotional and empathic leader's behavior or ability can change the effectiveness or atmosphere of a rapidly changing hotel culinary team organization by presenting a research model on the effect of empathic leadership on job engagement and team cohesiveness. And hotel chefs should be more aware of the importance of empathic leadership and make them a human resource of the organization through formal and informal communication with culinary employees.

An Analysis of Delivery and Take-out Food Consumption According to Household Type (1인가구와 다인가구의 배달·테이크아웃 식품소비행태 비교 분석)

  • In this study, using the raw data of the 7th Food Consumption Behavior Survey(2019), compare and analyze what factors affect the food delivery service and take-out food expenditure of single-person and multi-person households. It was found that women(especially women in single-person households), have a high tendency to pursue safety preference versus price. In the future, Korea's population structure is expected to steadily increase single-person household and elderly households, and women's participation in economic activities is expected to continue to increase. In addition, the food delivery market has more than doubled compared to the previous year in 12 cities and provinces out of 17 cities and provinces nationwide with Covid-19, especially in the non-capital area, making it has become a universal service nationwide. Therefore, the growing home meal replacement market needs marketing strategies to secure and emphasize food safety.
