This study aimed to analyze the quality concepts and requirements of digital records as evidence and to find an implication to develop requirements for trusted digital records with securing authoritative qualities. To this end, this study compared requirements of records domain linking records process, records metadata and records systems with judicial domain on digital evidence, and identified the records requirements to secure the legal admissibility linking records and judicial domain. This study analyzed the relationship of quality concepts between digital records and digital evidence, found the legal admissibility is highly related to the reliability, and derived that it needs the measure to secure the reliability at the stage of records creation and capture. To prove authenticity of digital evidence, this study identified importance of records process, records metadata and records system, and proposed the necessity of measurement to secure records' evidence.

Smarthome is one of the remarkable fields of the industrial revolution 4.0, which are popular in many countries such USA, EURO, Japan and Korea. However, how Vietnamese people are considering and having intension to use smarthome devices is still a question for marketers and researchers. This study develops a comprehensive research model that can explain potential customers' behavioral intentions to adopt and use Smarthome services in Viet Nam and figure which key factors affect the intention. This study proposes and validates a new theoretical model that extends the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). The model consists of eight factors that affect one element (Behavioral Intention), specifically: Habits, Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Trust, Innovativeness Personal, Perceived value, Hedonic motivations and Social influences. Data were collected from 304 Vietnamese citizens by sending the email to survey questionnaire, direct contact with the experienced smarthome users. Through regression analysis, data from samples were analysed with SPSS 20 software and verification of hypotheses, the results show the key determinants affecting the intention to use smarthome appliances in Vietnam: Perceived Value, Social Influence, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Trust. From this result, several recommendations have been suggested to to smarthome devices vendors and marketer to improve products as well as marketing approaches to meet customer needs.

As areas of ICT devices expand due to development of fourth industry, Smart Jewelry is being released. Jewelry is not only a fashion tool to dress up the human body as it merges with the functional aspects of smart devices, but it also delivers the information needed to improve users' living conditions and the interaction of the information needed is likely to be expanded. Although wearable Jewelry is not widely popular with consumers due to its recognition that it is a Smartphone aid and technical limitations, it needs to be ultra-smallized and improved in design. By analyzing emotional types according to design, materials, and colors, focusing on the current wearable jewelry products, the company aims to contribute to enhancing the value of creative smart jewelry by thinking about how smart jewelry will stimulate people's emotions.

With the advent of the ICT-based 4th industrial revolution, the convergence of the manufacturing industry and ICT seems to be the new breakthrough for achieving the company's competitiveness and play a role on the key element for accelerating the revival of the manufacturing industry. When the smart factory is implemented, each plant can analyze the quantity of data collected, build the data-driven operation systems which can make decisions, and ultimately discover the correlation among many events in the manufacturing sites. As the customers' needs become diversified more and more, it is required for the company to change its operating method from large quantity batch production systems to customizable and flexible manufacturing systems. For performing this requirements, it is essential for the company to adopt the smart factory. Based on technology acceptance model (TAM), this study investigates the factors influencing continuous use intention and switching intention of the smart factory. To do so, a questionnaire survey is conducted both online and offline. 122 samples are used for the study analysis. The results of this study will provide many implications with many researchers and practitioners relevant smart factories.

The purpose of this study is identify the awareness and opinion of school librarians and teacher-librarians on the school library maker space. To do this, we used a semi-structured questionnaire to interview and analyzed in-depth telephone interviews of 7 school library professionals qualitatively. The recognition of makerspaces, the necessity of transforming school libraries into makerspaces and maker education, preparations and difficulties of implementation were investigated through the interview. As the result of interview analysis, school library professionals recognized that school library makerspace is essential to fulfill the users needs and important to enhance the library services. Also, school library professionals felt that it is desirable for the school library to function as a center for the in-school maker education program. Other important issues of the makerspace in school library were also identified. The key findings of this study are expected to be used as a momentum to activate the maker education centering on the school library.

Prior to the concrete and practical use of closed schools, this study was designed to identify trends in the use of closed schools, and the possibility and direction of the library's use of closed schools based on the status of closed schools and use cases. As a result of the case analysis, the building of libraries using closed schools can be reborn as libraries with different characteristics from general public libraries, such as providing complex cultural spaces, eco-friendly spaces, and local community places. In addition, based on the results of the study, future direction of library closure is suggested as follows: Provide local economic contribution and local revitalization opportunities, life-friendly and friendly space for local residents, recycling space linked with elderly welfare, care service, urban to rural Immigrants, creation of added value and creation of local business using closed schools, environment-friendly space, recycling as a complex community center, recycled into a space that meets and complements local needs.

Conventional Web crawlers are reducing overhead burden on the server to ensure the integrity of data optimization measures have been continuously developed. The amount of data growing exponentially faster among those data, then the data needs to be collected should be used to the modern web crawler is the indispensable presence. In this paper, suggested that the existing Web crawler and Web crawler approach efficiency comparison and analysis. In addition, based on the results, compared to suggest an optimized technique, Web crawlers, data collection cycle dynamically reduces the overhead of the server system was designed for. This is a Web crawler approach will be utilized in the field of the search system.

In the Fourth Industrial Revolution, students are required to develop in areas such as communication, logic, and creative thinking. Therefore, the university libraries need to develop new services so that students can grow up to be suitable for the new social situations. Havruta is an educational approach that can meet these needs and is one of the measures the university libraries want to apply. Thus, through 1) the investigation of the concept of Havruta, 2) the case study of domestic and foreign university libraries, and 3) interview of the Havtura-based service, this study 4) proposed the Havruta service applicable to the university libraries and 5) conducted a survey of operators and users on the awareness of the Havruta service, space, and contents of the Havruta service, and the willingness of the Havruta service. Results of the survey analysis revealed implications for the areas of the Havruta service - Havruta theme, group organization, textbook rental, simplication of space reservation, data sharing and motivation system.

It is true that Blockchain has been known as a core technology for cryptocurrency like bitcoin (BTC). It is caused by its rapid value rises. Now, one BTC is trading around 10,000 US dollars while it bought just less than one dollar at its first trading in May, 2010. Blockchain makes on-line transactions possible by the safe cryptocurrency swiftly based on P2P network and distributed public ledger while its on-line traffic is rapidly increasing. However, this technology has bigger potential in the fourth industrial revolution era and its application areas will be varied. The evolving intelligent information society needs to make new added value through utilizing, sharing and processing of useful digital information. Obstacles such as hacking and fraud often exist when transactions of digital properties, right transfers, etc. are done through digital network specialized with anonymity. It is expected that blockchain will be a definite solution in this regard. This paper addresses useful development directions and countermeasures for blokchain in the digital economy by analysis of its current status and issues.

The speed of technological development is increasing, and high-performance digital devices are spreading. Wired digital devices such as PCs have been optimized for existing wired environments, but needs are shifting away from the constraints of space and space to smart work that enables efficient work anywhere and anytime. The Smart Work System security design is needed to secure integrity and availability in the face of various security threats including physical threats (lost, stolen, and damaged terminals), technical threats (data theft, DoS: denial of service), and unauthorized access outside the wired environment. In this study, we analyzed smart work network systems, wired / wireless link systems, and digital smart devices. We also studied cyber-attack analysis and cybersecurity design methods for a Smart Work wired system and a future wireless system. This study will be used as basic data for building a secure Smart Work system.
