The inductor needs to have the desire of super miniaturization, substance of high density and no electronic obstacle. In this study, it analyzes electromagnetic field properties of the core due to inserted high current to develop union type inductor. As the results, it appears high electromagnetic field in inductor insides, but magnetic is very small in inductor surfaces. Also, magnetic distribution are almost 0[T] in circumferences get out of the inductor surfaces. It is an evidence that magnetic distribution as the electronic magnetic obstacle does not appear at other electronic parts. These above results affect to develop the union type inductor, especially it can be expect to help analysis of electromagnetic field properties of inductor core and reliability improvement.

As the 21st century signifies an information-oriented society, the computer integration takes place in all walks of human presence. Needs for computer and network-integrated automation present new challenges in military as well as commercial facility systems engineering. Since the first intelligent building appeared in USA in 1984, it gradually became an essential capability for the building industry requirement these days. Intelligent Building System(IBS) is evolving to be very complex because there are many subsystems such as telecommunication(TC), office automation(OA), building automation(BA), security, construction environments, etc. During the planing phase of IBS development, therefore, a disciplined systems engineering must be performed to analyze stake- holder's requirements to build an optimized system while minimizing trial-and-error expenses and risks. This paper presents a conceptual design of BAS applying systems engineering methods. The contribution of this study includes the development of IBS subsystem specification for building automation subsystem, which is a part of IBS, using the methodology of requirement analysis, functional analysis, synthesis, and verification. A computer-aided systems engineering s/w, RDD-100, was used to improve the system design efficiency and to promote the product design knowledge management for reuse in later design programs.

The trend of globalization and the development of the communication-Information technology not only complexified the supply chain, but also, led to the needs of the high quality of logistics service for customers. I t defines risks that can occur in truck transport under unexpected situation with Fault Tree Analysis(FTA) and calculates failure rate concerning relationship between each risks. Based on the 4 kinds of middle failure events that defined in FTA, Reliability function which is regarded about risks sequentiality and time flow is resulted in. I t is meaningful that it calculates reliability of logistics and transportation system with engineering methodology.

This research intends to observe the effects of social capital regarding fashion social enterprises on the community sense of participating consumers, and verify the relationship of the effects that such social capital and community sense have on sustainability formation variable(shared values, suitability of values, behavioral flow, cognitive belief and long-term relationship orientation) of social enterprises. For such analysis, a sample of 400 consumers with experience of purchasing products of fashion social enterprises more than once was utilized, and path analysis was conducted utilizing AMOS 20.0. As a result of this research, first, information sharing, social participation among the characteristic factors of social enterprises' social capital had a meaningful impact on shared values, and self-pursuit and significance meaningfully affected the suitability of values. Second, mutual influence, sense of belonging, satisfaction of needs and emotional bond among the characteristic factors of community sense between social enterprises and consumers meaningfully affected shared values, whereas mutual influence, sense of belonging and emotional bond substantially influenced suitability of values. Third, shared values and suitability of values affected the relationship between behavioral flow and cognitive trust, and behavioral flow and cognitive trust both had meaningful impact on long-term relationship orientation.

The OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diodes) display recently used for the information indicating device has many advantages over the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), and its demand will be increased highly. The linear cell should be designed carefully considering the uniformity of thin film on the substrate. Its design needs to compute the temperature field analytically because the uniformity for the thin film thickness depends on the temperature distribution of the source (organic material). In the present study, the design of the linear cell will be modified or improved on the basis of the temperature profiles obtained for the simplified linear cell. The temperature distributions are numerically calculated through the STAR-CD program, and the grids are generated by means of the ICEM CFD program. As the results of the simplified linear cell, the temperature deviation was shown in the parabolic form among the both ends and the center of the source. In order to reduce the temperature deviation, the configuration of the rectangular ends of the crucible was modified to the circular type. In consequence, the uniform temperature is maintained in the range of about 90 percent length of the source. It is expected that the present methods and results on the temperature analysis can be very useful to manufacture the vapor deposition device.

The purpose of this study was to develop a software system for supporting nutritioal counseling. This study provides basic information on the assessment of nutritional status for individual. Software programs developed for this study were as follows: 1) Program for calculating the nutritional recommended daily allowance based on individual needs and for assessing obesity by Broca index. 2) Program for the analysis of nutritional daily intake(comparison between the amounts intake and the recommended dietary daily allowance) 3) Program for the analysis of nutrient intakes from each food group and their composition rates for the nutrients. A super-16T /XT (16bit personal computer) campatible with IBM-PC / XT was used and all the files and programs were created by using COBOL.

This paper explored the digital application of intangible cultural heritage from the perspective of cultural ecology. Through field investigations, combined with cultural ecology theory, an ontology-based semantic web technology was proposed, and Nanjing "Yunjin" brocade weaving technique was selected as the research object. The specific steps were as follows: First, based on the field surveys and cultural ecology theory, the intangible cultural ecological environment was divided into natural and social environments. Next, constructing the intangible cultural heritage ontology was constructed, including the collection and collation of Nanjing Yunjin weaving technique knowledge corpus, based on user needs analysis and corpus analysis, CIDOC CRM was used to create rules to build the ontology. Finally, based on the MediaWiki platform and Semantic MediaWiki, the semantic web model of the intangible cultural heritage was designed, and its semantic retrieval function was realized, thereby achieving the practical application of intangible cultural heritage digitization. Based on the perspective of cultural ecology, a set of intangible digital application models was proposed, which expanded the digital application of the cultural ecology theory, verified the application of this model in the sustainable development of cultural tourism, and provided reference for the sustainable development of cultural tourism.

Job crafting refers to changes that individuals make in their work to achieve their preferences and needs. Contingent on the social exchange theory, the aim of this study is to explore the relationship between job crafting and job performance. In addition, the study examines the mediating effect of social capital in the relationship between job crafting and job performance. The data was collected from 387 employees in Vietnamese industrial enterprises through a questionnaire survey using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The information was then analyzed by explanatory factor analysis (EFA) confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) as well as structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that all three dimensions of job crating positively affect job performance and that social capital plays a mediating role in that relationship. This study contributes to the field of human resources management, particularly job crafting, by examining different dimensions of job crafting that impacts job performance. Moreover, this is the first study to test the mediating role of social capital on the relationship between job crafting and job performance. These insights may help the organizational managers to encourage beneficial job crafting.

Recently, the importance of entrepreneurship based on innovative ideas is being emphasized. Most startup companies misunderstand that a good solution is a good idea, so they try to start a business by choosing an idea that prioritizes solutions, products, and technology rather than problem-first. However, to be a successful startup, it is essential to focus on the quality of the problems your customers are trying to solve. The online community is a place where many people exchange their thoughts and communicate with each other through a network, and communities about consumption, a concern of modern people, are developing. Against this background, this study proposed an integrated methodology that combines big data and netnography analysis so that entrepreneurs can use online community data to derive customer-centered startup ideas. The integrated methodology was verified based on the actual start-up case, who derived a startup idea based on the data of domestic cloth diapers online cafe. The case company found customer problems based on online community data and used it to develop startup items and new products. The integrated methodology for deriving entrepreneurial ideas in this study is expected to be an important guideline that explains in detail the consumer-centered idea derivation process.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to propose strategies of improving efficiency of 20 listed port companies in China based on analysis of their input-output indexes from 2014 to 2018. Research design, data, and methodology - In this paper, the relevant input-output indicators of 20 listed port companies in China from 2014 to 2018 were adopted. Data derived from the company annual reports announced by Shanghai stock exchange and Shenzhen stock exchange. Comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency were measured from output perspective by DEA and Malmquist index, and efficiency changes and regional efficiency were analyzed. Result - The results showed that the efficiency value of 20 listed port companies in China fluctuated and increased during 2014-2018, regional efficiency was unbalanced, and change of MPI was influenced by internal factors and external factors. Listed port companies affected by internal and external factors needed to make appropriate response to internal and external factors. Conclusion - The research conclusion can provide important reference information about management and planning for port companies in China and related areas. However, this paper is limited to the availability of data. So the improvement scheme for listed companies in inefficient regional ports needs further study, such as using AHP method.
