The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is the international conventions to acknowledge that persons with disabilities have dignity as human being and to give us duty to make an effort for protection of persons with disabilities' rights. This study deducts several tasks in spatial information field to fulfill the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities effectively. First of all, For the deduction, this study starts by considering accessability, personal movement, freedom of expression and accessability to information. Second, this study defines persons with disabilities as the spatial information what ensure for prior considerations. Third, this study deducts some requirements on spatial information of persons with disabilities on the basis of the survey targeting persons with disabilities and the expert opinion, and suggests objectives, strategies, tasks, systems for effective implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Especially, this study sets up a goal on spatial information establishing strategy of persons with disabilities as 'Disadvantaged groups like persons with disabilities can obtain requirable information without distinction of person, thereby pursuing the convenience of life and improving the quality of life.

This study aimed to identify the impact of human rights violations on elderly discrimination, focusing on the mediating effect of elderly-related experiences. After conducting a two-month survey of 143 dental students in some parts of Busan from September 4, 2020, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to find out the mediating effects of elderly-related experiences using the SPSS 26.0 program. Dental hygiene students' perception of infringement on elderly human rights was shown to be significant in elderly discrimination(r=-.310) and elderly-related experiences(.185), indicating that elderly-related experiences were partially mediated in elderly human rights infringement and elderly discrimination. Therefore, this study intends to provide basic data on the development of dental hygiene curriculum in a super-aging society by reconsidering the need for senior-related experiences in dental hygiene and education.

The information drive of the businesses requires new alternatives in that the promotion of business efficiency through information process technologies ends up conflicting with the protection of information human rights on laborers’side. Nevertheless, apathy on information protection has a tendency to be distorted by the efficiency of the businesses. Should the capital and mass media warn economic red lights, political circles with uneasiness would ignore the significance of information protection on the behalf of business efficiency. Therefore, the importance of information protection is considered a smaller interest than that of business efficiency with the infringements of human rights on laborers’side arising. Informatization of the businesses along with the developments of information process technologies has enabled the management to monitor and control the behaviors of laborers. This new problem needs to establish both information protection mechanism and institutional devices to regulate those labor controls. The security of business activity without human rights infringement warrants both basic rights of the public and spirit of the Constitution. The study suggests the establishment and revision of laws suitable to the period of information human rights. On top of that, the establishment of the basic law for information protection of individuals’with the common principle that integrates the related laws and rules on-off line is needed. This will warrant the active participation of labor unions and create specific alternatives for information protection.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the justification for social recognition of childcare staff through a review of Axel Honneth's recognition theory of childcare staff's caring work, the Constitution, the Infant Care Act, and the National Human Rights Commission Act. As a result of the study, first, the poor working environment of childcare staff was confirmed. Despite the continuous intervention of childcare policies to improve the working environment of childcare teachers, poor working conditions such as annual/monthly vacation and rest time guarantee were confirmed. Second, the human rights violations of childcare staff were confirmed. The installation of CCTV installed to prevent child abuse in childcare institutions confirmed not only the human rights violations of childcare staff but also the psychological pressure of childcare staff who are monitored 24 hours a day. Third, this study has significance in that it suggests the justification for social recognition of childcare staff through revision and supplementation of the current law for appropriate performance evaluation of childcare.

North Korean defectors had left North Korea often to escape from food shortages in the mid-1990s. Since the 2000s, the reasons of their flee from North Korea have more resulted from their exposure to external information, and a desire for democracy and freedom. However, North Korean defectors living in China are not recognized as refugees and thus subject to various human rights violations including forced repatriation. It needs to be thought that wether North Korean defectors who escape from North Korea are political refugees under international law. If they are not recognized as refugees in their new countries, it is imperative to consider a possible way to protect their human rights under international law. The problem of recognition of the refugee status of a person is a matter of involving the sovereignty of individual countries, however, the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees should provide protection of their unique rights, as recognizes by the UNHCR, and their status should be treated as a refugees issue in a broad sense. In the future, it is a necessary to establish international solidarity among individual countries, the UN General Assembly, the decisions of the Human Rights Council and support of UNHCR, to anticipate the need for the refugee recognition and the protection of International Human Rights in preparation for possible mass defections and refugees from North Korea.

This thesis analyzes the Apple Inc.'s case from the viewpoint of the necessity for the protection of information privacy related to location data as for information society and ubiquitous community. Meanwhile, the regulatory conformity to equilibrium of contradictional value between personal data protection and utilization of information is debated from the fundamental right as for constitutional law concept to the commercial and technological structure in terms of economic and business point. Therefore, this paper reaches the conclusion that the legislative system should form a harmonious relationship between legal protection and lawful utilization to reappraise the present condition of legalization on personal data protection from guaranteeing rights and interests of information subject in the perspective of human rights to information guarantee consequently. As a result, it is required to revaluate the lawfulness of the fine on the violation of administrative duty levied by KCC(Korea Communications Commission).

This study purports to investigate potential factors in various levels that affect respondents' use of youth facilities. Those levels include individual, family, and school. The data from 「2021 Youth Survey on Human Right Conditions」 will be analyzed. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows several results. First of all, respondents' age and level of human rights related information strongly influence respondents' use of youth facilities. Secondly, the analysis also shows that subjective well -being, abusive language and physical punishment from school faculty, and experience of human rights violation in schools affect the level of respondents' use of youth facilities. The order of effect sizes among significant variables are as follows; respondents' age, level of human rights related information, subjective well -being, abusive language and physical punishment from school faculty, and experience of human rights violation in schools. The independent variables in the model explain roughly 20 percent of whole variation of dependents variable.
