This paper analyzed the change of subthreshold current for channel dimension of double gate(DG) MOSFET. The nano-structured DGMOSFET to reduce the short channel effect had to be preciously analyze. Poisson's equation had been used to analyze the potential distribution in channel, and Gaussian function had been used as carrier distribution. The subthreshold current had been analyzed for device parameters such as channel dimension, and projected range and standard projected deviation of Gaussian function. Since this potential model was verified in the previous papers, we used this model to analyze the subthreshold current. Resultly, we know the subthreshold current was influenced on parameters of Gaussian function and channel dimension for DGMOSFET.

Currently we have 11 climatological stations registered in World Meteorological Organization. Geographically, these stations are unevenly distributed in Korea and are mainly located on seaside. Therefore station's density analysis should be performed to produce the high-quality climatological data. Using the correlation integral method, the density of climatological stations can be measured by the estimation of fractal dimension. In this study, new climatological stations having the higher fractal dimension were selected. Sequential or simultaneous selection method were carried out until 3 new stations were selected based on the fractal dimension.

The next generation wireless communication systems are required high BER performance better than present performance. Double binary Turbo code have error floor at high SNR, so it cannot be used in next generation wireless communication system. Therefore, many methods are proposed for overcome error floor at DVB-RCS NG(next generation). In this paper, we analysis structure of third-dimension Turbo code(3D-turbo code). 3D-Turbo code overcomes error flow by additive post-encoder in conventional DVB-RCS Turbo code. Performance of 3D-Turbo code is changed by post-encoder form, interleaving method, value of ${\lambda}$. So we are simulated by those parameter and proposed optimal form. By a result, performance of 3D-Turbo is better than conventional DVB-RCS Turbo code and it overcome error floor of conventional DVB-RCS Turbo code.

This research developed a strategy for mobile banking services based on the important factors deduced from quality assessment of mobile banking service that is experiencing rapid growth of user. SERVQUAL model and importance-performance tool were used. First, SERVQUAL model uses the important factors of mobile banking service selected from literature reviews. As a result, four dimensions that affect user satisfaction are found; assurance, customer orientation, tangibility, and reliability. Second, importance-performance analysis is to develop the strategy using the four factors. The final results revealed that assurance dimension had the strongest influence on user satisfaction. Assurance dimension of high expectation and yet low real performance needs immediate improvement. Customer orientation dimension of low expectation and performance should be reconsidered definition of satisfaction. On the other hand, tangibility dimension of higher performance than expectation is simply to maintain current level. Reliability dimension of high expectation and performance is recommended consistent management.

In this paper, I propose the effects of food therapy on subjects' health and happiness. The result has come out that food therapy enhances subjects' multi-dimensional health(medical, functional, self-evaluative) and their happiness. The participants were 230 adults over 30 years old living in Seoul and Gyeonggi district. To examine the effect of food therapy, the study sampled 220 questionnaire out of 230. By the non-equivalent control group design, the health levels were measured in three concepts: medical dimension, functional dimension and self-evaluative dimension. The results are as follows: First, participants who had taken food therapy for 3 months have been enhanced in their subjective and functional health level. Their subjective health enhanced from $2.80{\pm}.44$ to $4.07{\pm}.27$ (p=.000). And their functional health enhanced from $.92{\pm}.07$ to $.94{\pm}.07$(p=.035). Second, participants' happiness has enhanced significantly. Cognitive happiness enhanced from $3.39{\pm}.50$ to $3.84{\pm}.44$(p=.000). And emotional happiness enhanced from $2.76{\pm}.44$ to $3.07{\pm}.34$(p=.000). With this results, in case that people apply food therapy based on Yaksun, they are able to expect their enhancement of health level and happiness. Therefore study shows that Food therapy helps people to pursue their health and happiness improvement and suggest valuable information of a way to enhance quality of life.

ASP (Application service provider) as a new type of information systems service has been popular recently and has taken a much attention of information systems professionals and researchers. One stream of the research on ASP performed by IS community dealt with utilization and benefits of ASP systems use. The other researchers argue the importance of ASP vendors' capability to provide users with appropriate services. Kern, Lacity and Willcock (2002) summarized the components of core competency of service providers based on their extensive case studies on application service providers. Also, Levina and Ross (2003) developed a value delivery process of application service Providers in their case study This study is developing Prepositions and an empirical model based on the theory of core competency from strategic management study. The dimension of core competency is composed of management competency, technical service competency and customer service competency. Each dimension is made up of competency items derived from previous studies and adapted by professionals in ASP industry. The validity of the dimensions and items in each dimension has been checked with factor analytic method for empirical test. The core competency dimensions are correlated with performance factors of application service providers including growth of revenue, asset and customer base.

In this paper, we propose a content-based audio genre classification algorithm that automatically classifies the query audio into five genres such as Classic, Hiphop, Jazz, Rock, Speech using digital signal processing approach. From the 20 second query audio file, 54 dimensional feature vectors, including Spectral Centroid, Rolloff, Flux, LPC, MFCC, is extracted from each query audio. For the classification algorithm, k-NN, Gaussian, GMM classifier is used. In order to choose optimum features from the 54 dimension feature vectors, SFS (Sequential Forward Selection) method is applied to draw 10 dimension optimum features and these are used for the genre classification algorithm. From the experimental result, we verify the superior performance of the SFS method that provides near $90{\%}$ success rate for the genre classification which means $10{\%}$-$20{\%}$ improvements over the previous methods

This study is composed of a convergence research design plan as the necessity of information security field dealing with human factors are raised. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the aspect of information security on the cognitive process related to security policy. The research method consisted of the cross-design of the availability dimension and the culture dimension, and the information security process was measured with information security awareness, response efficacy, compliance behavioral intention, and information security behavior. As a result of the study, the dimension of availability had a significant effect on response efficacy, and it was found that the influence of the case-based condition was greater than that of the statistics-based condition. The cultural dimension had a significant effect on information security awareness, response efficacy, compliance behavioral intention, and information security behavior, and the influence of the homogeneity condition was found to be greater than that of the diversity condition. The proposed research model was verified as a multiple mediation model reconstructed with measurement variables. In addition, the discussion describes the necessity of an information security strategy in consideration of individual factors and organizational characteristics.

This paper proposes method to get exquisite third dimension data removing included noise by error that occur in third dimension reconstruction through camera auto-calibration. Though reconstructing third dimension data by previous noise removing method, mesh that area is wide is happened problem by noise. Because mesh's area is important, the proposed algorithm need preprocessing that remove unnecessary triangle meshes of acquired third dimension data. The research analyzes the characteristics of noise using the area information of 3-dimensional meshes, separates a peek noise and a Gauss noise by its characteristics and removes the noise effectively. We give a quantitative evaluation of the proposed preprocessing filter and compare with the mesh smoothing procedures. We demonstrate that our effective preprocessing filter outperform the mesh smoothing procedures in terms of accuracy and resistance to over-smoothing.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the user satisfaction, royalty and compliant of a children's library Website. To achieve the aim of this study a modified Kim and Park's model of the user satisfaction index which consists of information quality, service quality, and system quality dimension is adopted. A total of 130 valid responses to the questionnaire were analysed using SPSS 18. It is found that the higher the user satisfaction gives the higher the royalty and the lower the compliant. For the contents quality dimension, the items of Usability, Accuracy, Easy of understand, Reliability and Up-to-date; for the service quality dimension, the items of Interface design, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy; for the system quality dimension, the items of Response time, Interactive, Easy to access, and Easy to use show a significant relationships to the users' satisfaction.
