To Manage Use-Data of Nation-wide Transportation Card, Interoperable Traffic Information Collection System Development (전국호환 교통카드 이용정보의 유통관리를 위한 호환 교통정보집계시스템 구축)

  • The existing survey of the actual use relevant transportation, implemented in order to reflect transportation policy, has been performed for users by researcher directly, or thereby analysing the data of particular date-oriented of transportation card business's content so that such method have many problems. To solve such problem, we developed a new system, Interoperable Traffic Information Collection System which include several functions of effective collecting of transportation use-data created from the Nation-wide Interoperable Transportation System, accurate counting and easy inquiry. This system consists of Link-server to collect and count for transportation use-data, DB-server to store for this data and Inquiry terminal to search for the information needed. To verify for developed this system, we run test-bed by connection between this system and the Nation-wide Interoperable Transportation System developed by the KOREA Financial Telecommunications & Clearings, the KORAIL NETWORKS and the HiPlusCard. And through result of test-bed, we proved that Interoperable Traffic Information Collection System practically works well. Thus we can look for systematic reflect of reliable information.

  • In recent years, with the rapid development of machine learning technology, research utilizing machine learning has been actively conducted in fields such as cognition, reasoning and judgment, and action among various technologies constituting intelligent systems. In order to utilize this machine learning, it is indispensable to collect data for learning. However, the types of data generated vary according to the environment in which the data is generated, and the types and forms of data required are different depending on the learning model to be used for machine learning. Due to this, there is a problem that the existing data collection method cannot be reused in a new environment, and a specialized data collection module must be developed each time. In this paper, we propose a specification-based methology for data collection in artificial intelligence system to solve the above problems, ensure the reusability of the data collection method according to the data collection environment, and automate the implementation of the data collection function.

  • In this paper, we design a facial facial image data collection system for heart rate measurement using a web camera. The design content of this paper is a function of collecting user face image information using a web camera and measuring heart rate using the user's face image information. There is a possibility that an error may occur due to non-contact heart rate measurement using a web camera. Therefore, in this paper, it is to be used for correcting heart rate program errors through classification of data in cases of error and normal. The data in case of error can be used for the purpose of reducing the error. Experiments were conducted on the proposed ideas and designed in this paper. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that it operates normally.

  • Building the Public Appraisal Information System(PAIS) has been a critical issue because real estate valuation process depends on the various information and analysis. However, there has been little research in this area. As a result, there is not any comprehensive plan for the PAIS constructed by the MOCT(Ministry of Construction and Transportation), and its database quality has various Problems. Therefore, this paper investigated the database of the public appraisal information system and suggested development strategies as follow: preparing a comprehensive plan for data collection, establishment of data management standards, additional collection of the attribute and spatial data, linkage PAIS and other information system.

Automatic Payload Signature Update System for the Classification of Dynamically Changing Internet Applications

  • The network environment is presently becoming very increased. Accordingly, the study of traffic classification for network management is becoming difficult. Automatic signature extraction system is a hot topic in the field of traffic classification research. However, existing automatic payload signature generation systems suffer problems such as semi-automatic system, generating of disposable signatures, generating of false-positive signatures and signatures are not kept up to date. Therefore, we provide a fully automatic signature update system that automatically performs all the processes, such as traffic collection, signature generation, signature management and signature verification. The step of traffic collection automatically collects ground-truth traffic through the traffic measurement agent (TMA) and traffic management server (TMS). The step of signature management removes unnecessary signatures. The step of signature generation generates new signatures. Finally, the step of signature verification removes the false-positive signatures. The proposed system can solve the problems of existing systems. The result of this system to a campus network showed that, in the case of four applications, high recall values and low false-positive rates can be maintained.

  • Logs play an important role in mastering the health of the system, experienced operation and maintenance engineer can judge which part of the system has a problem by checking the logs. In recent years, many system architectures have changed from single application to distributed application, which leads to a very huge number of logs in the system and manually check the logs to find system errors impractically. To solve the above problems, we propose a method based on Message Middleware and ATT-GRU (Attention Gate Recurrent Unit) to detect the logs anomaly of distributed systems. The works of this paper mainly include two aspects: (1) We design a high-performance distributed logs collection architecture to complete the logs collection of the distributed system. (2)We improve the existing GRU by introducing the attention mechanism to weight the key parts of the logs sequence, which can improve the training efficiency and recognition accuracy of the model to a certain extent. The results of experiments show that our method has better superiority and reliability.

Datalog Information System을 이용한 도로선형설계 및 안전분석기법

  • The Wisconsin Department of Transportation currently has a Datalog Information System which facilitates the collection of geometric characteristics at every 0.01 mile high way section. The objectives of this study are to develop the plan and profile drawing of a highway section utilizing the Datalog Information system and to develop a methodology of investigating the safety aspects associated with the highway section being considered. For this purpose, two of the highway design elements, the minimum stoping sight distance as well as passing sight distance based on the AASHTO requirements, were applied in this study. A computer program was also developed to facilitate the data processing activity. The results from the computer program and from a manual analysis which adopted the identical methodology used in the computer program were in a good agreement. a few discrepancies between the two results were due to the data collection error and they were believed to be negligible. Using the computerized methodology developed in this study one does not need the plan and profile drawing to investigate the safety of a highway section, which appears to be an essential progress to the Computer Aided design and Draft in highway engineering field.

  • Recently, as interest in health increases, the wearable market that can collect various biometric information is expanding. In addition, telemedicine and healthcare services through these bio-signals are expected to become common. In this paper, we introduce a service that can store bio-signals collected through IoT equipment in a database and monitor them in real time through the web. By implementing a system for collecting and storing biometric data and real-time monitoring, it can be utilized for various health management diagnosis.

  • The study designs and implements a metadata management system for archival and manuscripts control. It has two purposes. First purpose is to organize the collection that the Institution of Korean Church History holds by using the proposed metadata format. Second purpose is to suggest the model and framework for managing the collection. The proposed metadata is designed based on ISAD(G), USMARC AMC, EAD and Ebind, By using the proposed metadata, the collection management system, which allows an integrated retrieval, is implemented. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed system as well as to gain the basic data for the improvement of the proposed system, a questionnaire survey through e-mail is conducted. The evaluation results will be utilized for improving and upgrading the proposed system, and the phrased implementation of applying the system to digital libraries is suggested.

  • Statistical process control (SPC) is a powerful technique for monitoring, managing, analysing and improving the process performance. However, its has limitations such as lack of engineering, statistical skill and training, and lesser importance of activity. To solve the problems, this study proposes an intelligent SPC system using specified agents which are derived through analysis and evaluation of the SPC activities. The activities investigated by the relevant researches are categorized as collection, process analysis, diagnosis, detection, cause analysis and rule generation. Also, the evaluation criteria are established as feasibility of automation, frequency, level and time. The requirements of the agent functions are derived by the evaluation, and the types of customized agents are as data collection, store, analysis, diagnosis, monitoring, alarm and reporting. A prototype SPC system represents that the functions of the proposed agents are successfully validated.
