계층분석과정을 이용한 공공분야 PMO 제도 활성화요인 우선순위 분석 (A Priority Analysis on Influential Factors for Invigorating Project Management Office (PMO) in Public Sectors based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP))

  • This study identifies influential factors for invigorating the public management office (PMO) system for system integration (SI) projects in public sectors and analyzes the priority of each factor from the point of different stakeholders, i.e., owners, SI company, and PMO. Based on the literature review, four first-level influential factors are identified: legal system maintenance, owner's capability, SI company's capability, and PMO's capability. Among them, the PMO's capability is determined as the most critical factor by all the stakeholders. Among the second-level influential factors, the capabilities of professional engineers and project managers are considered as important among the PMO's capability, whereas the reasonable consulting fee is considered as the most critical factor among the legal system maintenance. With respect to each stakeholder, project management capability is considered as the most important factor for owners, while the reasonable consulting fee is considered as the most important factor for PMO.

역정규 손실함수를 이용한 다변량 공정능력지수 (Multivariate Process Capability Index Using Inverted Normal Loss Function)

  • In the industrial fields, the process capability index has been using to evaluate the variation of quality in the process. The traditional process capability indices such as $C_p$, $C_{pk}$, $C_{pm}$ and $C^+_{pm}$ have been applied in the industrial fields. These traditional process capability indices are mainly applied in the univariate analysis. However, the main streams in the recent industry are the multivariate manufacturing process and the multiple quality characteristics are corrected each other. Therefore, the multivariate statistical method should be used in the process capability analysis. The multivariate process indices need to be enhanced with more useful information and extensive application in the recent industrial fields. Hence, the purpose of the study is to develop a more effective multivariate process index ($MC_{pI}$) using the multivariate inverted normal loss function. The multivariate inverted normal loss function has the flexibility for the any type of the symmetrical and asymmetrical loss functions as well as the economic information. Especially, the proposed modeling method for the multivariate inverted normal loss function (MINLF) and the expected loss from MINLF in this paper can be applied to the any type of the symmetrical and asymmetrical loss functions. And this modeling method can be easily expanded from a bivariate case to a multivariate case.

의료기관의 소셜 미디어 마케팅 역량이 인지된 위험 및 의료관광 환자 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Social Media Marketing Capability on International Patient Satisfaction through Perceived Risk in the Medical Tourism Context)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the research is to explore the role of social media in attracting international patients for cosmetic services in South Korea during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study aims to conceptualize social media as an effective marketing tool for minimizing perceived risks associated with cosmetic services and increasing patient satisfaction. Methods: The study validated proposed hypotheses using the PROCESS macro for SPSS with overseas patients who received cosmetic treatment in private Korean plastic surgery clinics in Busan. Results: This study found that information delivery capability reduced perceived risk and contributed to patient satisfaction, while communication capability did not show any significant relationship with perceived risk and satisfaction. In addition, information delivery capability had a significant direct effect on patient satisfaction, but communication capability did not. Conclusion: It is expected that the outcomes of this study will broaden our understanding of the use of social media in reducing perceived risk and increasing satisfaction.

  • 사물인터넷은 모든 고유 식별 가능한 임베디드 컴퓨팅 장치가 기존의 인터넷 환경에 연결된 초연결 사회를 지향한다. 따라서 사물인터넷 서비스는 단순한 사물간의 통신(M2M)을 넘어 많은 프로토콜들, 도메인들, 애플리케이션들 위에서 유연한 통신 능력을 가지고 사용자에게 권한을 부여할 수 있어야한다. 또한, 사물인터넷의 접근제어는 보안과 신뢰성을 증가하기 위하여 전통적인 접근제어와 차별화된 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 환경에서 안전한 접근제어를 위하여 capability 토큰 기반의 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안한 시스템에서 capability 토큰은 인가권한을 의미하며, 토큰은 위임, 재위임, 폐기 가능하다. 제안된 시스템은 capability 토큰을 사용함으로써 접근 제어 처리 시간을 감소할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

중소벤처기업의 R&D 역량이 기업성과에 미치는영향: 제조역량, 비즈니스모델 이해도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship between R&D Capability & Performance: Focusing the Moderating Role of Manufacturing Capability &Employee's Understanding the Biz-model)

  • 본 연구는 자원기반론 관점에서 중소벤처기업의 R&D 역량, 제조역량, 비즈니스모델 이해도가 기업 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 특히, 제조역량과 비즈니스모델 이해도가 R&D 역량과 기업성과의 관계를 조절한다는 연구모형을 제시하고 이를 실증분석하였다. 2019년 벤처기업 정밀실태조사 데이테를 활용하여 1103개의 중소벤처기업을 분석대상으로 하였으며, 횡단분석을 통해 연구모형을 검증하였다. 연구결과 벤처기업의 R&D 역량이 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것이라는 가설은 지지되지 못했고, 제조역량과, 비즈니스 모델에 대한 이해도는 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. R&D 역량과 제조역량의 상호작용은 성과에 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 비즈니스모델 이해도는 R&D 역량이 성과에 미치는 영향을 양의 방향으로 조절하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 통해, 한국 벤처기업의 R&D 역량은 조직원들의 비즈니스 모델에 대한 이해를 기반으로 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 확인하였다.

  • 정보보호 기업은 1990년도 후반에서 2000년도 초반에 설립되었는데 다른 주요한 기반 산업에 비하면 그 역사가 휠씬 짧다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정보보호 산업은 급속하게 발전하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명과 관련한 첨단 기술의 발전에 힘입어 정보보호 산업의 비중은 점점 크질 것으로 예상된다. 2019년에 발생한 COVID-19가 2020년 전세계로 확산되면서 비대면 서비스와 디지털 전환 가속되었다. 이용자에 대한 사이버 위협도 증가되고 있어 분야별 차별화된 보안이 필요한 상황이다. 하지만 정보보호 인력의 부족, 국내 기업의 보안 역량의 미흡, 국내 정보보호 시장 협소 등으로 인하여 새로운 사이버보안 위협을 대응하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 정보보호 기업의 외부 환경 요인인 정부의 정보보호 제도의 운영, 정부의 영향력, 정부의 지원, 정보보호 기업간 파트너십 등과, 내부 환경 요인인 최고경영층의 지원, 재무상태, 인적자원 등이 조직 역량, 혁신 역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 조직 역량, 혁신 역량이 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는지를 실증 데이터를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 정보보호 정책과 시사점을 제시하고 정보보호산업의 경쟁력을 강화하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

ERP 도입이후 변화관리의 중요도에 대한 연구: 정보역량 관점에서 (The Importance of Change Management after ERP Implementation: An Information Capability Perspective)

  • This research proposes a conceptual framework to highlight the importance of change management after firms implement ERP systems. With ERP, firms need to rework their business processes to make information flow smoothly within organizations. Firms cannot realize expected returns from ERP investments unless changes are effectively managed after ERP systems are put into operation. The research model is empirically tested using data collected from over 170 firms that had used ERP systems at least for more than one year. Our analysis reveals that the eventual success of ERP systems depends on effective change management after ERP implementation, supporting the existence of the 'valley of despair.

  • IT 기술의 결정체로 불리는 스마트폰은 보급이 확대됨에 따라 진정한 유비쿼터스 환경 구현을 위한 필수품으로 자리 잡아가고 있다. 이로 인해 시간과 장소에 대한 구애 없이 네트워크에 접속할 수 있는 환경이 조성되어 편의성이 극대화 되었지만, 보안 위험성 증가로 인한 문제점도 가지고 있다. 스마트폰을 통해 제공되는 유비쿼터스 협업(Collaboration)은 프라이버시 침해 문제를 야기할 수 있으며, 이를 완화하기 위한 방법으로 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Capability 기반의 Access Control 을 제안한다.

  • This paper is a brief review of the different procedures that are available for fitting theoretical distributions to data. The use of each technique Is illustrated by reference to a distribution system which including the Pearson, Johnson and Burr functions. These functions can be used to calculate percent out of specification. Therefore, in this paper a new method for estimating a measure of process capability for Gamma distributed variable data proposed using the percentage nonconforming. Process capability indices combines with the percentage nonconforming Information can be used to evaluate more accurately process capability.

지식서비스기업의 서비스 혁신에 영향을 미치는 조직의 역량에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Investigation Into the Effect of Organizational Capabilities on Service Innovation in Knowledge Intensive Business Firms)

  • In the service-oriented economy, knowledge and skills are considered core resources to secure competitive advantages and service innovation. Knowledge management capability, which facilitates to produce, share, accumulate and reuse knowledge, becomes as important as knowledge itself to create service value. Along with knowledge management capability, dynamic capability and operational capability are the key capabilities related to managing service delivery processes. Previous studies indicated that these three capabilities are related to service innovation. Although separately investigate the relationship between the three capabilities. The purpose of this study is 1) to define variables that have effects on service innovation including knowledge management capability, dynamic capability and operational capability, and 2) to empirically test to identify relationship among variables. In this study, knowledge management capability is defined as the capability to manage knowledge process. Dynamic capability is regarded as the firm's ability to integrate, build, and reconfigure internal and external competences to address rapidly changing environments. Operational capability refers to a high-level routine that, together with its implementing input flows, confers upon an organization's management a set of decision options for producing significant outputs of a particular type. The proposed research model was tested against the data collected through the survey method. The survey questionnaire was distributed to the managers who participated in an educational program for management consulting. Each individual who answered the questionnaire represented a knowledge based service firm. About 212 surveys questionnaires were sent via e-mail or directly delivered to respondents. The number of useable responses was 93. Measurement items were adapted from previous studies to reflect the characteristics of the industry each informant worked in. All measurement items were in, 5 point Likert scale with anchors ranging from strongly disagree (1) to strongly agree (5). Out of 93 respondents, about 81% were male, 82% of respondents were in their 30s. In terms of jobs, managers were 39.78%, professions/technicians were 24.73%, researchers were 12.90%, and sales people were 10.75%. Most of respondents worked for medium size enterprises (47,31%) in their, less than 30 employees (46.24%) in their number of employees, and less than 10 million USD (65.59%) in terms of sales volume. To test the proposed research model, structural equation modeling (SEM) technique (SPSS 16.0 and AMOS version 5) was used. We found that the three organizational capabilities have influence on service innovation directly or indirectly. Knowledge management capability directly affects dynamic capability and service innovation but indirectly affect operational capability through dynamic capability. Dynamic capability has no direct impact on service innovation, but influence service innovation indirectly through operational capability. Operational capability was found to positively affect service innovation. In sum, three organizational capabilities (knowledge management capability, dynamic capability and operational capability) need to be strategically managed at firm level, because organizational capabilities are significantly related to service innovation. An interesting result is that dynamic capability has a positive effect on service innovation only indirectly through operational capability. This result indicates that service innovation might have a characteristics similar to process innovation rather than product orientation. The results also show that organizational capabilities are inter-correlated to influence each other. Dynamic capability enables effective resource management, arrangement, and integration. Through these dynamic capability affected activities, strategic agility and responsibility get strength. Knowledge management capability intensify dynamic capability and service innovation. Knowledge management capability is the basis of dynamic capability as well. The theoretical and practical implications are discussed further in the conclusion section.
