해외 영향력 확산을 위한 국내 학술지의 국제화에 관한 연구 - KoreaScience 학술지를 중심으로 - (Internationalization of Domestic Journals for Enhancing the Global Influence: An Analysis on KoreaScience Journals)

  • 요즈음 국내외를 막론하고 국제 학술지 출판에 대한 관심이 매우 높다. 특히 비영어권 국가를 중심으로 국제 학술지 출판에 관한 연구가 속속 발표되고 있어 주목을 끈다. 한국은 학술지의 국제화를 추진한 몇몇 사례를 보고하는 정도에 머무를 뿐 경험적인 연구가 활발하지 않다. 이에 이 연구는 KoreaScience를 통해 DOI를 제공하고 있는 국내 학술지 143종의 국제성 데이터를 수집해 상세히 분석함으로써 국내 학술지의 국제화 현황을 파악하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 이들 학술지의 영향력지수는 증가세이지만 아직 우수한 수준은 아니었고, 편집위원회의 외국인 비중이 낮은 학술지도 적지 않았으며, 일부 학술지는 온라인 투고 시스템이 없었고, 영문 웹사이트를 운영하지 않는 곳도 있었다. 향후 국내 학술지가 국제 학술지로 거듭 나기 위해서는 이와 같은 국제성 요소를 적극 보완하고, 글로벌 유통을 포함한 가시성 향상에 보다 매진하여야 할 것으로 보인다.

익명성을 제공하는 RSSI기반 V2V 메시지 인증기법 (A Message Authentication Scheme for V2V message based on RSSI with anonymity)

  • 지능형 차량 네트워크(VANET)는 차량 간 (V2V, Vehicle to Vehicle) 또는 차량과 노변장치간 (V2I, Vehicle to Infrastructure)의 통신을 통해 서비스를 제공하는 기술이다. 지능형 차량 네트워크는 통신을 통해 유통되는 정보의 중요성을 고려해 볼 때 메시지의 인증 및 보안은 필수적인 요건이다. 현재 VANET의 보안성을 향상시키기 위해 다양한 인증기법이 연구되고 있다. 그중에서도 RAISE scheme은 차량 밀집환경에서의 인증을 익명으로 수행한다. 하지만 스킴에 사용된 기법인 k-anonymity는 익명성을 제공하는 대신 차량의 ID를 얻기 위해 불필요한 전수조사 연산을 수행해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 차량 간의 통신에 사용되는 무선 신호세기의 특성을 이용하여 위치기반 인증 및 암호화 기법을 제시하며 알고리즘의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 3차원 상에서의 위치 선정 기법을 적용한다.

모바일 환경에서 XML 전자서명 시스템 (XML Signature System on Mobile Environment)

  • 이동통신기술의 발달로 모바일 환경에서 대량의 데이터 전송이 가능해졌고, 이를 기반으로 다양한 모바일서비스가 제공되고 있다. 특히 모바일 환경에서 전자상거래 서비스가 활발히 이루어지고 있으며 이는 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)을 기반으로 데이터를 처리하여 결제자의 서명인증 및 서명부인방지를 통해 서비스되고 있다. 또한 국내 모바일 단말장치 플랫폼을 통일하고자 무선 인터넷 통합 플랫폼인 WIPI(Wireless Internet Protocol for Interoperability)가 제안되었다. 하지만 WIPI는 XML 기반의 텍스트로 메시지를 전송, 교환하기 때문에 보안에 취약한 단점 때문에 XML문서의 암호화 및 전자서명의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 WIPI 플랫폼 기반에서 표준 요구사항을 만족하는 XML 문서의 암호화 및 전자서명 모듈을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 표준 암호화 및 전자서명 알고리즘을 사용하였고 모바일 환경의 XML 문서에 대한 다양한 알고리즘을 적용을 통하여 보안성을 시뮬레이션 할 수 있도록 하여 보다 안전한 암호화 및 전자서명을 지원하도록 하였다.

제3자물류의 실태분석 및 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A study on the current status and ways of activating 3PL)

  • Despite the importance and necessity, the 3PL has not been activated to date. Among many views, customers claim that logistics service provider(LSP) are not prepared or capable of offering satisfactory 3PL services, while LSP emphasize the lack of mutual trust, closed corporate culture of the customer and excessive demand for reducing the costs. With this keeping in mind, it surveyed difference of perception between users and providers of 3PL services in terms of the actual status of using 3PL services, the degree of satisfaction and key factors for selecting 3PL provider through the questionnaire. As shown in this study, 43.3% of the respondents outsourced logistics services. However, Most company outsourced only inland transportation (49.5%) which is a simple and limited scope of 3PL services, but it also indicated that the percentage of users have ranged was less then 10% in outsourcing their whole logistics sector to 3PL provider and employing other logistics functions. Among respondents, a majority of the service provider stated that they offered satisfactory cost-saving to the customers, while users felt that the degree of satisfaction for using 3PL services was evaluated as at an average level and they more highly regarded the strong partnership of their 3PL provider rather than the saving of cost and improvement of customer's services. Moreover, in contrast to the 3PL providers which regard the most important factor for selecting 3PL service provider is the logistics cost quoted, users of 3PL services felt that the quality of services was more significant than the reduction of cost, and this tendency for selecting 3PL providers was shown in more advanced countries. While users of 3PL services indicated that the main reason for not using 3PL services was to avoid disclosing information of their business and it costs much for employing 3PL providers than doing themselves, 3PL providers thought it was due to reluctancy of opening information and resistance from the logistics division engaged in logistics activities concerned. Accordingly, providers and users of 3PL services should trust each other and prepare plan to activate 3PL services under the collaborative relationships as soon as possible.

E-학습 중심의 TOEIC 집중교육에 대하여 (On Intensive E-learning TOEIC Course)

  • 본 논문은 한 대학에서 3년에 걸쳐 실시한 토익 모의고사를 바탕으로 4주간의 집중코스와 한 학기에 걸쳐 진행되는 상시적 토익코스의 점수 분포를 비교하고, 두 프로그램에 참여한 학생 그룹의 능력 뿐만 아니라 사용된 교수용 교재 및 장비를 살펴본다. 해당 대학은 여름방학과 겨울방학을 이용하여 4주간의 토익 집중코스를 개설하고 있으며, 참여 학생들은 오전 9시부터 오후 4시까지 수업에 참가한다. 또한 해당 대학은 매 학기동안 15주간의 상시적인 토익코스를 개설해서 월요일부터 금요일까지 매일 한 시간의 수업을 진행한다. 본 논문은 EFL/ESL 교육에서 교사가 교수 자료, 교수법 및 e-학습을 효과적으로 운용하는 것이 얼마나 중요한지를 보여준다. 상시적으로 개설되는 토익코스는 한 학기동안 75시간 수업이 진행되며, 4주간의 집중코스는 120시간 수업이 진행된다. 이 두 코스의 제한된 시간들은 학생들이 일상생활에서 의사소통을 가능하게 하는데 필요한 충분한 시간이라고 볼 수는 없다. 미래에 학생들이 영어 학습에서 성공적인 향상을 보이기 위해서는 효과적이고 질적으로 우수한 EFL/ESL 집중코스의 개발이 필수적이다.

워라밸 이슈 비교 분석: 한국과 미국 (Comparative Analysis of Work-Life Balance Issues between Korea and the United States)

  • Purpose This study collects the issues about work-life balance in Korea and United States and suggests the specific plans for work-life balance by the comparison and analysis. The objective of this study is to contribute to the improvement of people's life quality by understanding the concept of work-life balance that has become the issue recently and offering the detailed plans to be considered in respect of individual, corporate and governmental level for society of work-life balance. Design/methodology/approach This study collects work-life balance related issues through recruit sites in Korea and United States, compares and analyzes the collected data from the results of three text mining techniques such as LDA topic modeling, term frequency analysis and keyword extraction analysis. Findings According to the text mining results, this study shows that it is important to build corporate culture that support work-life balance in free organizational atmosphere especially in Korea. It also appears that there are the differences against whether work-life balance can be achieved and recognition and satisfaction about work-life balance along type of company or sort of working. In case of United States, it shows that it is important for them to work more efficiently by raising teamwork level among team members who work together as well as the role of the leaders who lead the teams in the organization. It is also significant for the company to provide their employees with the opportunity of education and training that enables them to improve their individual capability or skill. Furthermore, it suggests the roles of individuals, company and government and specific plans based on the analysis of text mining results in both countries.

Life stress, dietary attitudes, and frequency of snack intake for college students in Seoul and Gyeonggi area: the difference between male and female students

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: This study examines life stress, dietary attitudes, and snacking frequency for college students living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The purpose of this study is to assist college students feeling stressed by offering desirable dietary attitudes and choices of the appropriate snacks by providing educational materials that offer appropriate nutrition education and nutritional information. SUBJECTS/METHODS: A survey was conducted on a total of 600 college students aged 19-29-year-olds living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province (234 male students and 366 female students). Collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 28.0 program. RESULTS: Life stress among college students did not differ significantly between the genders. Male students were more stressed about lover (P < 0.01), while female students were more stressed about value problems (P < 0.01) and future problems (P < 0.05). Dietary attitude ratings were 3.1 for both male and female students with no significant difference. The overall snacking frequency was 4.1 times/day-4.2 times/day for male students and 4.0 times/day for female students-thus, there was no significant difference. Male students consumed 'beverage' (P < 0.01) more frequently than female students. Life stress and snacking were positively correlated for 'biscuit/cookie,' 'chip,' 'cereal,' 'juice/smoothie,' 'café americano,' 'café latte,' 'tea,' 'jelly,' 'chocolate,' 'rice cake,' 'milk,' 'flavored milk,' and 'ice cream' among male students. Among female students, life stress and snacking were positively correlated with 'cereal,' 'caramel,' and 'soymilk,' and negatively correlated for 'biscuit/cookie' and 'carbonated drink.' CONCLUSIONS: College students should manage their stress by identifying its causes and learning how to deal with stressful situations. Additionally, providing them with proper nutrition education based on the correct nutritional information is essential for promoting good food attitudes and snacking behaviors.

Enhancing the Quality of Service by GBSO Splay Tree Routing Framework in Wireless Sensor Network

  • Quality of Service (QoS) is a critical feature of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) with routing algorithms. Data packets are moved between cluster heads with QoS using a number of energy-efficient routing techniques. However, sustaining high scalability while increasing the life of a WSN's networks scenario remains a challenging task. Thus, this research aims to develop an energy-balancing component that ensures equal energy consumption for all network sensors while offering flexible routing without congestion, even at peak hours. This research work proposes a Gravitational Blackhole Search Optimised splay tree routing framework. Based on the splay tree topology, the routing procedure is carried out by the suggested method using three distinct steps. Initially, the proposed GBSO decides the optimal route at initiation phases by choosing the root node with optimum energy in the splay tree. In the selection stage, the steps for energy update and trust update are completed by evaluating a novel reliance function utilising the Parent Reliance (PR) and Grand Parent Reliance (GPR). Finally, in the routing phase, using the fitness measure and the minimal distance, the GBSO algorithm determines the best route for data broadcast. The model results demonstrated the efficacy of the suggested technique with 99.52% packet delivery ratio, a minimum delay of 0.19 s, and a network lifetime of 1750 rounds with 200 nodes. Also, the comparative analysis ensured that the suggested algorithm surpasses the effectiveness of the existing algorithm in all aspects and guaranteed end-to-end delivery of packets.

  • Latest technological innovation in the development of compact lower power radios has led to the explosion of Internet of Things. With Wi-Fi, Zigbee and other physical layer protocols offering short coverage area there was a need for a RF protocol that had a larger coverage area with low power consumption. LoRa offers Long Range with lower power consumption. LoRa offers point to point and point to multipoint connections. with Single hop communication in place the need for routing protocols are eliminated. LoRa Wide Area Network stack can accommodate thousands of nodes under a single LoRa gateway with a single hop communication between the end nodes and LoRaWAN gateway. This paper takes an experimental approach to analyze the basic physical layer parameters of LoRa and the practical coverage offered by a LoRaWAN under highly dense urban conditions with variable topography. The insights gained from the practical deployment of the LoRaWAN network, and the subsequent performance analysis is used to design a novel public utility monitoring platform. The second half of the papers is designing a robust platform to integrate both existing wired sensor water meters, current and future generation wireless water meters. The Common Automated Metering Platform is designed to integrate both wired sensors and wireless (LoRaWAN and Wi-Fi) supported water meters. This integrated platform reduces the number of nodes under each LoRaWAN gateway and thus improves the scalability of the network. This architecture is currently designed to accommodate one utility application but can be modified to integrate multi-utility applications.

  • 본 연구는 보행장애를 가진 고령의 전동이동 보조기기 이용자들의 이동 편의 향상을 위해 교통약자를 위한 무장애 코스 길 안내 서비스 '테마길'을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 동행 관찰 및 심층 인터뷰를 활용하여 이용자가 이동과정에서 겪는 불편사항들을 수집하였다. 공동 창의 워크숍을 통해 해결방안을 모색한 결과 코스설계 시 고려해야 하는 사항과 앱서비스로 구현할 기능을 도출할 수 있었다. 페르소나와 서비스 시나리오를 활용하여 무장애 코스 '테마길' 서비스를 설계하여 최종적으로 전용 내비게이션 애플리케이션 환경에서 사용할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 본 연구는 단순히 경로안내 및 주변 지도정보를 제공하는 것을 넘어서, 이용자들의 경험분석을 통해 추천장소와 안전한 경로를 코스로 엮어 제공하는 무장애 코스 길 안내 서비스를 방안으로 제시함으로써 차별성을 가진다.
