The purpose of this study is to provide instructive theoretical models for art (music) education institutions especially when unpredictable risks, such as pandemics, occur again. Based on the customer behavior theory of the business-to-business-to-customer (B2B2C) platform, and in combination with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and expectation confirmation model (ECM), this study proposes an online education model from the perspective of art education. The framework is based on the three decision-making processes of the customer, and includes the product owner, content owner, and customer area. This paper highlights the factors that influence customers in making decisions when art education institutions are product owners. Regression analysis was introduced to study the factors influencing the expectation confirmation, and the overall fitting testing and six hypotheses testing of 385 effective samples were performed using the structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the course-design and after-service positively influenced the expectation confirmation, and the domain image positively influenced the continuance behavior. Negative emotions skipped the mediator (expectation confirmation) and directly exerted a significant negative impact on customers' willingness to continue system usage (continuance behavior). In addition, expectation confirmation positively influenced continuance behavior. The paths of detailed items comprising course-design, after-service, and negative emotion were also analyzed and discussed. In this path analysis, ordinary art learners did not believe that AI partners can play a very good auxiliary role. The findings contribute to the scope of information systems acting as an art education platform academically, and provide effective and theoretical support for the actual operation of art education institutions.
The main objective of this research work is to investigate the free vibration behavior of annular sandwich plates resting on the Kerr foundation at thermal conditions. This sandwich configuration is composed of two FGM face sheets as coating layer and a porous GPLRC (GPL reinforced composite) core. It is supposed that the GPL nanofillers and the porosity coefficient vary continuously along the core thickness direction. To model closed-cell FG porous material reinforced with GPLs, Halpin-Tsai micromechanical modeling in conjunction with Gaussian-Random field scheme is used, while the Poisson's ratio and density are computed by the rule of mixtures. Besides, the material properties of two FGM face sheets change continuously through the thickness according to the power-law distribution. To capture fundamental frequencies of the annular sandwich plate resting on the Kerr foundation in a thermal environment, the analysis procedure is with the aid of Reddy's shear-deformation plate theory based high-order shear deformation plate theory (HSDT) to derive and solve the equations of motion and boundary conditions. The governing equations together with related boundary conditions are discretized using the generalized differential quadrature (GDQ) method in the spatial domain. Numerical results are compared with those published in the literature to examine the accuracy and validity of the present approach. A parametric solution for temperature variation across the thickness of the sandwich plate is employed taking into account the thermal conductivity, the inhomogeneity parameter, and the sandwich schemes. The numerical results indicate the influence of volume fraction index, GPLs volume fraction, porosity coefficient, three independent coefficients of Kerr elastic foundation, and temperature difference on the free vibration behavior of annular sandwich plate. This study provides essential information to engineers seeking innovative ways to promote composite structures in a practical way.
A reliability-groundwater flow analysis is performed and the influence of flow parameters on the probability of exceeding the threshold value is examined. For this study, the 3-D numerical groundwater flow program, DGU-FLOW, is developed by extending the 2-D flow program and is coupled to the first and second order reliability program. The 3-D flow program is verified by solving the examples of groundwater flow through the underground excavation and comparing the results from commercial MODFLOW program. Reliability routine of the program is also verified by comparing the probability of failure with that of Monte-Carlo Simulation. The reliability analysis of the groundwater flow showed that the probability of failure from the first and second order reliability method are quite close to that of Monte-Carlo Simulation. from the parametric study of hydraulic conductivity of soil layers, the increase of both mean and variance of hydraulic conductivity results in the increase of probability of exceeding the threshold flow quantity. The probability of failure was more sensitive to constant head located at the end of the flow domain than the other parameters.

The bending, buckling and free vibration responses of functionally graded material (FGM) beams are investigated semi-analytically by the scaled boundary finite element method (SBFEM) in this paper. In the concepts of the SBFEM, the dimension of computational domain can be reduced by one, therefore only the axial dimension of the beam is discretized using the higher order spectral element, which reduces the amount of calculation and greatly improves the calculation efficiency. The governing equation of FGM beams is derived in detail by the means of the principle of virtual work. Compared with the higher-order beam theory, fewer parameters and simpler control equations are used. And the governing equation is transformed into a first-order ordinary differential equation by introducing intermediate variables. Analytical solutions of the governing equation can be obtained by pade series expansion in the direction of thickness. Numerical example are compared with the numerical solutions provided by the previous researchers to verify the accuracy and applicability of the proposed method. The results show that the proposed formulations can quickly converge to the reference solutions by increasing the order of higher order spectral elements, and high accuracy can be achieved by using a small number of the elements. In addition, the influence of the structural sizes, material properties and boundary conditions on the mechanical behaviors of FG beams subjected to different load types is discussed.
To construct a coronal force-free magnetic field, we must impose the boundary normal current density (or three components of magnetic field) as well as the boundary normal field at the photosphere as boundary conditions. The only method that is known to implement these boundary conditions exactly is the method devised by Grad and Rubin (1958). However, the Grad-Rubin method and all its variations (including the fluxon method) suffer from convergence problems. The magnetofrictional method and its variations are more robust than the Grad-Rubin method in that they at least produce a certain solution irrespective of whether the global solution is compatible with the imposed boundary conditions. More than often, the influence of the boundary conditions does not reach beyond one or two grid planes next to the boundary. We have found that the 2D solenoidal gauge condition for vector potentials allows us to implement the required boundary conditions easily and effectively. The 2D solenoidal condition is translated into one scalar function. Thus, we need two scalar functions to describe the magnetic field. This description is quite similar to the Chandrasekhar-Kendall representation, but there is a significant difference between them. In the latter, the toroidal field has both Laplacian and divergence terms while in ours, it has only a 2D Laplacian term. The toroidal current density is also expressed by a 2D Laplacian. Thus, the implementation of boundary normal field and current are straightforward and their effect can permeate through the whole computational domain. In this paper, we will give detailed math involved in this formulation and discuss possible lateral and top boundary conditions and their meanings.

An effective educational program warrants the inclusion of an innovative construction which enhances the higher education efficacy in such a way that accelerates the achievement of desired results and reduces the risk of failures. Educational Decision Support System (EDSS) has currently been a hot topic in educational systems, facilitating the pupil result monitoring and evaluation to be performed during their development. Insufficient information systems encounter trouble and hurdles in making the sufficient advantage from EDSS owing to the deficit of accuracy, incorrect analysis study of the characteristic, and inadequate database. DMTs (Data Mining Techniques) provide helpful tools in finding the models or forms of data and are extremely useful in the decision-making process. Several researchers have participated in the research involving distributed data mining with multi-agent technology. The rapid growth of network technology and IT use has led to the widespread use of distributed databases. This article explains the available data mining technology and the distributed data mining system framework. Distributed Data Mining approach is utilized for this work so that a classifier capable of predicting the success of students in the economic domain can be constructed. This research also discusses the Intelligent Knowledge Base Distributed Data Mining framework to assess the performance of the students through a mid-term exam and final-term exam employing Multi-agent system-based educational mining techniques. Using single and ensemble-based classifiers, this study intends to investigate the factors that influence student performance in higher education and construct a classification model that can predict academic achievement. We also discussed the importance of multi-agent systems and comparative machine learning approaches in EDSS development.

This paper presents two-dimensional boundary value problems of the stress-based gradient elasticity within the smoothed finite element method (S-FEM) framework. Gradient elasticity is introduced to address the limitations of classical elasticity, particularly its struggle to capture size-dependent mechanical behavior at the micro/nano scale. The Ru-Aifantis theorem is employed to overcome the challenges of high-order differential equations in gradient elasticity. This theorem effectively splits the original equation into two solvable second-order differential equations, enabling its incorporation into the S-FEM framework. The present method utilizes a staggered scheme to solve the boundary value problems. This approach efficiently separates the calculation of the local displacement field (obtained over each smoothing domain) from the non-local stress field (computed element-wise). A series of numerical tests are conducted to investigate the influence of the internal length scale, a key parameter in gradient elasticity. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach in smoothing stress concentrations typically observed at crack tips and dislocation lines.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose useful suggestions by analyzing the causal effect relationship between the failure rate of quality and the process variables in the C5ISR domain of the defense industry. Methods: The collected data through the in house Systems were analyzed using Big data analysis. Data analysis between quality data and A/S history data was conducted using the CRISP-DM(Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) analysis process. Results: The results of this study are as follows: After evaluating the performance of candidate models for the influence of inspection data and A/S history data, logistic regression was selected as the final model because it performed relatively well compared to the decision tree with an accuracy of 82%/67% and an AUC of 0.66/0.57. Based on this model, we estimated the coefficients using 'R', a data analysis tool, and found that a specific variable(continuous maximum discharge current time) had a statistically significant effect on the A/S quality failure rate and it was analysed that 82% of the failure rate could be predicted. Conclusion: As the first case of applying big data analysis to quality issues in the defense industry, this study confirms that it is possible to improve the market failure rates of defense products by focusing on the measured values of the main causes of failures derived through the big data analysis process, and identifies improvements, such as the number of data samples and data collection limitations, to be addressed in subsequent studies for a more reliable analysis model.

Under the influence of pervasive digital revolution, the world is overwhelmed with data with an increasing speed of data generation. The accessibility and analysis of 'big data' can provide useful insight and help various industry sectors revolute. Although the concept of 'big data' has gained popularity in the construction industry in recent years, the construction industry remains at a nascent stage in the adoption of big data technologies and lags behind other sectors. To the best of our knowledge, few empirical studies have been done to examine the status quo of big data adoption in the construction sector and its influencing factors. This paper fills the gaps and examines the current status of big data adoption in companies with different sizes and roles and projects with different types, and the drivers and challenges in adopting big data technologies. After an extensive literature review, a questionnaire survey and post-interviews were conducted. The results of the analysis show that the big data adoption in the construction sector is affected by the size of companies and the work experience of employees. Technology advancement, competitiveness, government plan, and policy initiatives are the main drivers of the big data adoption, while design appropriate system, difficulty in data collection and the lack of knowledge and experience were found to be the major challenges for the big data adoption in the construction sector. Finally, the identified top three strategies to overcome challenges and promote big data adoption are 'clear organization structure', 'government incentives' and 'the training of IT personnel'. The findings of this study guide construction practitioners in different companies and projects put domain specific strategies in place to enhance the big data adoption.
The purpose of this study is to compare the differences of the career development and the occupational view between giftedness in computer science and normal students in elementary school, so the results of this study provide assistance to the teacher for the direction and guidance on the career education of the giftedness in computer science in elementary school. This survey is based on 82 giftedness in computer science and 167 normal elementary school students. The questionnaires used in the study contain questions asking regarding the career development and the occupational view. The results of this study were as follows : First, according to the consciousness analysis result about career, the giftedness in computer science choose to be scientific technicians, the normal students choose to be artists. The both groups get career information from their parents, but they usually don't get career counseling from teachers. The education of giftedness in computer science does not contribute to changing their dreams, while normal students have no interest in computer science. Second, according to the career development analysis result, in comparison with non-gifted students, the gifted in information science had more success in all domains of career development. Third, according to the occupational view analysis result, the information science gifted students had higher meaningful rate than the normal students. Intrinsic domain' had higher meaningful rate among the subordinate domains, there is no difference in 'extrinsic domain' and 'incidental domain' between the information science gifted students and the normal students. Fourth, according to the correlation analysis result of the career development and the occupational view, there is a positive correlation in all domains of them. The high they are in the career development, the more they have the certain occupational view. Likewise, if they have the certain occupational view, they will be more successful in career development. Based on the findings of this research, the directing and guidance on the career education of giftedness in computer science in elementary school is same as the followings. We should educate parents regarding information about career for students who are under the influence of parents greatly and indicate them to apply to their children appropriately. In addition, for making them to have the positive image of the computer science, teacher should provide more information about the area of information and form various curriculums to induce more interests about computer science. We need to strengthen the career education for guiding the gifted to assist them to establish their own goal and realize them how to study and choose their career in the future. In school education field, it must develop and manage the definite and empirical program, not the career development program which is focused on only entrance into advanced school, to boost self-realization ability and the suitable career education program based on the correct understanding on giftedness in computer science. For this, through steady trying and research, teachers should be eater to develop the career education for students. Also, we have to implement the internal stability career education program, so it will help students to be aware of their job and career; therefore, students will be able to plan and prepare for their career in this rapid changing world.
