This paper grasped the labor productivity actual condition by the standard of per unit working hour and production about the main products of our country's industrial the main materials and could understand the average of our country's labor productivity as compared this with the labor productivity actual condition of Japan. As the point at issue of analitical result. 1. Low a matter of thinking about productivity. 2. Have a lot of difficult problem in an industrial part. 3. Have the point at issue on technical development and accumulation. 4. Have the point at issue on management. As a countermeasure about these. 1. must convert the way of use of industrial policy. 2. must make a housing development and special serialization of a small and medium enterprise. 3. must establish an organic technical development system. 4. must grope the policy of management rationalization.

Smart city has effect toward its sustainability. Citizens should be viewed as co-creators of cities, not consumers. From this point of view, citizen responsibility and ethics should be emphasized. Now, Smart cities are becoming more important than ever. From now on, urban development is divided into two major categories. One side is the development based on smart city, and the other is urban development that revives the old city. As the city grows bigger and bigger, many problems arise and there are many problems. This tendency must become stronger in the future. But, Stones shall be dressed to exact size and shapes before being laid. Until now, No attempt has been made to declare about Citizen Spirit in Fourth Industrial Revolution. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, in order to become a leading country of Smart City, we must first complete the spiritual revolution. From this aspect, this study proposes the "Declaration of the Fourth Industrial Spirit Revolution".

In recent years, ultrasonic technics has been widely applied to industrial fields and its application range has been expanded as a result of continuous research and development. This paper is concerned with development of post-processor program for ultrasonic test and two-axis automatic ultrasonic system for application of industrial fields. Test results of ultrasonic test post-processor program and two-axis auto- matic ultrasonic system have a good agreement with results of ultrasonic evaluation for defect detection in industrial fields. Therefore we think that the developed ultrasonic test post-processor program and two- axis automatic ultrasonic system in this work is very useful for application of industrial fields.

This paper presents a prototype of visualization MMI of the Power System Phenomenon, specially synchronous machine dynamics and frequency deviations of power system for KEPCO's Enhanced Power System Simulator(KEPS)[1]. And some visualization designs of the Power System Phenomenons such as voltage stability, transient stability, SSR, Line overflow, and voltage deviations are presented. The prototype MMI has included the animations & 3D graphics presentations for synchronous machine rotor deviations and frequency deviations. So, a user can intuitively acquire the basic concepts of the power system oscillations. Finally, it will be scheduled to development of the various visualization MMI of the power system phenomenons for development and installation of KEPS.

Insects are gaining recognition as an alternative source of protein. As a result, more and more domestic farms have begun mass rearing of edible insects. In order to produce high quality insects, studies on the development of safe and nutritious feed sources are needed. Given the cost of rearing insects, agricultural and industrial by-products are good sources for feed. The efficient utilization of these by-products can help in reducing the cost of production and preventing environmental pollution. In the current study, Citrus unshiu peel (CP), soybean curd cake (SCC), soybean oil meal (SOM), and brewers dried grain (BDG) were investigated for their effects on larval growth and development of Protaetia brevitarsis. Interestingly, the feed with 10% SCC increased larval weight by 3.5 times. For the larval period, the group of 10% SCC was significantly shorter than the control. Furthermore, minerals such as Zn, Ca, K, Mg, Na, and P were recorded to be high in 10% SCC. A total of 17 amino acids were present in 10% SCC, of which tyrosine and arginine were predominant. The heavy metal contents were very small amounts or not detected in any of the investigated groups. These findings provided a scientific basis for the utilization of soybean curd cake as a nutritional feed source to promote larval growth and produce quality insects.

This study was carried out to set up the effective development strategy for resources industry of Chungnam Province. Data were gathered from relevant organizations and several times of brain storming was conducted by specialists in the field of animal science. The results obtained were as follows; 1) It was found by SWOT analysis that pig, cow, poultry, pets and selected fishes were desirable items as promising animal resources(Table 9). 2) According to the road map of animal resources industry for Chungnam Province, the principles and strategies were needed for the implementation of the industry(Fig. 3). 3) It was recommended that each city and county should develop their major animal resources industry(Fig. 4). 4) For synergy effect of development strategy as animal resources industry, networking among universities, industries, and government organizations, etc. is needed.

Nigeria like many other developing countries' eagerness to accelerate socio-economic development has prompted her to adopt several approaches over the years since independence. These have ranged from the import substitution scheme, the indigenisation policy, and structural adjustment programme to the national economic empowerment development strategy. Nigeria has sought to widen her economic base by engaging in increased cross-border trade and investment activities. This is with a view to spurring the process of industrialization and ultimately lowering the level of poverty in the country. This has led to the formulation of various industrial policies and processes, all geared towards integration into the world economy. Using secondary sources, this paper seeks to analyze Nigeria's journey towards industrial development especially within the context of globalization. It concludes by explaining the impact of the new economic paradigm on the country's quest to industrialize and recommends alternative path towards development and growth.

Singapore, a city state with less than 6 million population, has continued successful cooperative development and become one of the most successful Asian countries in exporting expertise in urban and real estate development. This research aims to analyze Singapore's cooperative development with socialist countries including China and Vietnam from Singapore's perspective as an investor. For cooperative development projects in China, Singapore adopted Singapore-style physical urban planning concepts as well as its own institutional and administrative systems. Singapore-Vietnam cooperative development managed to acquire profitable land and diversify its portfolio in terms of industry types and rents. This made Singapore's industrial parks more competitive than other parks in Vietnam. By showcasing successful project implementation in China and Vietnam, Singapore has proved that its model for industrial park and urban development is transferable. Singapore's success in cooperative development with socialist countries provides important implications for future cooperative development between South and North Korea. For example, phased development approaches starting from individual industrial parks expanding to mixed-use townships will be very useful to realize sustainable urban planning in North Korea and reduce financial risks. Singapore dominated development opportunities in advance when socialist countries opened their economy. To pattern ourselves after Singapore, we should not only improve our relationship with North Korea but also prepare with practical components such as financing and organizational structure.

This study attempts to developing an organizational model for industrial information service a n.0, pplicable to industrial su n.0, pporting organization in every industrial sectors. An emphasis is placed on the discussion of the a n.0, ppreciation of industrial climate. Raw data is easily accessible, but industry requires judged, evaluated and assessed information. The case of Korea Federation of Textile Industries is used. The proposed industrial information service model consists of the following elements. Managerial information is frequently published, assessing information from a variety of sources and its implications on products development. Technical information is less frequently published, assessing from serials subscribing for industrial su n.0, pporting organization. Online information system could be adopted. Database such as statistics, personnel, industrial premises, exhibition, bibliographic are desirable.
