  • 개체명 인식에 있어서 반드시 선행되어야 할 작업이 문서의 내용을 대표하는 용어의 추출이다. 높은 신뢰도의 개체명 인식은 정보추출 시스템구축을 한 차원 높일 수 있을 것이다. 지금까지 일반적인 개체명 인식이나 인명의 개체명 인식에 대한 많은 연구가 활발하게 진행되어 왔지만 세분화된 지명 인식의 연구는 다루어지지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 수작업으로 작성된 규칙을 적용하여 세분화한 사전기반의 한국어 지명인식 시스템 개발 방법을 제안한다.

The Relationship between Learner and Interest in Teachable Characteristic Agent

  • The traditional intelligent teachable system has mainly focused on knowledge and cognition. It has overlooked motivational aspects of learners. Motivation is an important factor in learning making learners to have interests in a given task and persist it. Although the systems include cognitive as well as motivational factors, the effects of ITS on interest are not equivalent depending on individual characteristics. This study is to investigate how influence learners' response patterns to their interests and also examined effects of individual characteristics on interest in teachable agent (TA). In this experiment, we used KORI which is a new type of ITS that learner teach computer agent based on the instructional method of learning by teaching'. In the beginning of experiments, metacognition, achievement goal orientation and self-efficacy were measured as individual characteristics. Then, participants were asked to use KORI at home during 10 days. After using KORI the level of interest were measured. The result showed that metacognition was positively related with interest, whereas performance goal orientation and mastery goal orientation were negatively related to interest. It suggests t hat different individual characteristics should be considered to promote learners' intrinsic motivation in TA.

바퀴, Blattella germanica 개체군 증가의 예측을 위한 온도의존 Simulation Model 의 구성 (Construction of a Temperature-dependent Simulation Model to Predict Population Growth of the German)

  • By using temperatures as a key variable, a simulation model was constructed to predict the size and developmental speed for the German cockroach population. The following three research steps were conducted to implement the individual simulation technique to represent the basic life system of the cockroach. First, informations on developmental periods and survival rates in each life stage were obtained through rearing experiments at five different temperatures. Secondly, biological parameters needed for modeling were obtained based on these rearing results. The logistic equation was applied to calculating the developmental speed, while the averages of survival rates were utilized as parameters determining population size. And thirdly, a basic life model was constratued in a stimulative framework in FORTRAN for predicting the populating development on the individual basis. For this purpose the biological characteristics, such as life stage, age in days, developmental speed, fecundity, etc., were assigned as an inherent attribute of the transactiion so that they could accompany each individual automatically all through the simulation. This gave the model flexibility and applicability in representing the isnect life system. The save memory space in computer programing, two files were utilized in translocating the individual informations each other as time proceeded. The developed model could be effectively used as a strategic tool in interpreting and managing the cockroach population. It was also suggested in this study that the individual simulation could efficiently serve as a basis to formulate a fundamental framework on which the advanced and complex life process could be built.

주거용 건물의 개별 환기시스템 필요성에 관한 연구 (The Individual Heat-recovery ventilation system of Residential Buildings)

  • Recently supply of low energy house is increasing which can enhance energy efficiency and indoor environment comfort. Low energy house have to secure air tightness as well as thermal performance so house become high airtightness and inevitably need heat recovery ventilator to enhance indoor air quality. However, most of current ventilation systems are one-click, controlling the entire space so it causes increasing of heating load and fan power which makes it hard to save energy. Thus, Individual Control system is required which can achieve both enhancing indoor air quality and decreasing heating load and electric fan power. Thereby, in this study, we analyzed the correlation between ventilation and fan power through mock-up experiment and measured ventilation load under individual control system. As a result, under the condition of $24^{\circ}C$ of indoor temperature for 6 month(November to April) in Daejeon, ventilation load by fan speed was $10.9{\sim}19.6kWh/m^2{\cdot}a$ when operated 24 hours and $7.6{\sim}13.7kWh/m^2{\cdot}a$ when operated 12 hours in night time. In addition, it is possible to reduce at most 60% of ventilation load under the individual control system; measured ventilation load was $7.4kWh/m^2{\cdot}a$ when operated 24 hours, and $5.5kWh/m^2{\cdot}$ when operated 12 hours in night time.

개선된 내일배움카드제훈련에 대한 평가 (Evaluation on the Improved Individual Training Account System of Korea)

  • 본 논문은 정부가 2011년 9월 15일부터 시행하고 있는 내일배움카드제훈련의 제도개선내용을 직업훈련위탁사업의 성공조건의 이론적 틀을 토대로 평가한 후 추가적인 발전방안을 모색하고자 한다. 정부가 개선한 내일배움카드제는 기존의 직업훈련계좌제가 가지고 있었던 내일배움카드제훈련시장의 불안정성을 부분적으로 해소하고, 계좌 발급과 고용서비스 간의 연계를 강화하여 계좌의 남발을 억제하며, 내일배움카드제훈련의 운용과정에서 발생해온 경직성을 부분적으로 해소하는 등 그동안 지적되어온 여러 가지 문제점을 해소하는데 상당히 기여할 것으로 평가되었다. 그러나 아직도 훈련시장의 불안정성을 해소하면서 경쟁에 의한 더 나은 훈련 서비스를 유도하기에는 크게 미흡하고, 계좌 발급과 고용서비스와의 긴밀한 연계를 통해 필요한 사람에게 필요한 훈련서비스를 맞춤형을 제공하는데도 한계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 적합훈련과정의 심사, 훈련의 품질 평가 및 모니터링, 훈련비의 적정성 검증 등을 강화하기 위한 인프라도 크게 확충하여야 내일배움카드제훈련이 정착될 수 있을 것으로 평가되었다.

  • Total Pollution Load Control (TPLC) is a system for managing the discharge load assigned by satisfying the Target Water Quality (TWQ) in Standard Flow Conditions (SFC). TWQ for a between Metropolitan Cities/Dos Specified (Cites/Dos TWQ) is very important to be the basis of each Unit Watershed TWQ. The purpose of this study was to establish a rational and scientific 'Calculation Metohd of Cites/Dos TWQ'. A methodology for the 3rd phase 'Cites/Dos TWQ' was proposed in this study based on review of the past phase (1rd and 2rd) 'Cites/Dos TWQ' in nakdong river. And utilized water quality model to estimate 3rd phase 'Cites/Dos TWQ' The allocation method of individual discharge sources are important for estimating 'Cites/Dos TWQ' In this case, the key point of the method of calculating the total allowable individual sources is the balance of the equity and the efficiency between individual sources of reduced pollutants. Thus, water quality shall be determined with regard to the current emission levels, the reduction capacity and the technical possibilities of individual sources. We estimate 3rd phase 'Cites/Dos TWQ' according to the 'Calculation Method of Cites/Dos TWQ'.

개인주의-집합주의 성향과 성과급 형태가 임금만족에 미치는 효과 (Effects of the types of incentive system and individualism-collectivism on pay satisfaction)

  • 국내 많은 기업들의 성과급 제도 도입 비율이 증가하였다. 성과급 제도의 효율적인 적용을 위하여, 본 연구는 조직 구성원의 개인주의-집합주의 성향과, 성과급 형태가 임금만족에 미치는 효과에 대해 검증하였다. 국내의 다양한 직종에 종사하는 243명의 직원들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 회귀분석 결과, 성과급 형태(개인 vs. 집단 성과급)와 집합주의 성향의 상호작용이 임금만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 성과급 형태와 개인의 문화 성향이 임금만족에 미치는 효과에 대한 다변량 분석 결과 두 변인의 상호작용 역시 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 집단 성과급에서는 개인 문화 성향에 따라 점수 차이가 크지 않았지만, 개인성과급에서는 집합주의 성향자 보다 개인주의 성향자의 임금만족 수준이 더 높았다. 이러한 결과는 한국사회가 일반적으로 집합주의적 경향의 문화인 것을 고려했을 때, 개인 성과급 제도의 사용과 그 효과성을 고려하는 데 있어서 신중한 판단이 요구된다는 것을 시사해주고 있다.

로그 데이터를 이용한 통합모니터링 시스템 (Integrated Monitoring System using Log Data)

  • 본 논문에서는 정보보안 담당자의 분석 업무 부하를 줄이고, 신속한 정보유출 감지를 위해 로그 데이터를 이용한 통합모니터링 관리시스템을 구현을 제안한다. 이를 위해 개별 보안시스템(MSSQL)에서 발생하는 대용량의 로그 데이터를 통합모니터링 관리시스템(ORACLE)으로 전송하는 이(異)기종 DBMS간의 전송 모듈을 개발하고, 전송된 로그 데이터를 일자별, 개인별로 수치화하는 방법에 대해 연구하고, 수치화된 데이터를 이용해 정보유출 징후감지 시 악의적인 사용자에 대한 검사와 조치 방법에 대해 연구했다.

공동주택에서 바닥복사 난방시스템의 실별 제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Individual Room Control of Radiant Floor Heating System in Apartment Buildings)

  • In Korea, the radiant heating system has been widely used as a residential heating method, which has been modernized to use hot water running into the tubes embedded in the floor structure. According to the recent improvement of living standard of residential buildings, the requirement of the thermal comfort and energy saving in heating system has been raised. Until now, the radiant floor heating system has been controlled by room thermostat installed in the living room, but for better thermal comfort, an individual room control method is adopted as an alternative. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the control performance between the current control method and the individual room control method. In this study, the control performance between the two systems is evaluated through the field experiment. And the control performances of room air temperature and energy performances are analyzed through the simulation using TRNSYS. Firstly, the simulations are performed in the various outdoor conditions and the flow rates and the simulation results are analyzed for the control performances. Also, to evaluate the energy performance, the simulations are performed under the operating conditions in which the set-point of the room air temperature is fixed or changed according to the schedule of occupancy, and the simulation results are analyzed between the two methods.

Recovery Support System and Operation for Individual Household in Recent Earthquake Disasters in Japan

  • Efficient recovery assistance for individual households is one of the inevitable issues in management after a disaster. Discussion on how the assistance should be provided to them, however, has been put aside whereas amount or contents of it have been disputed every time a disaster happens. Public support system in a time of disaster in Japan is very complicated because many laws are related to recovery support and each law covers just a part of total recovery needs of affected household. It is difficult to see whole picture of the system for affected households. Therefore, households must have many interactions with various sections in charge of particular assistance service to know the contents of each assistance and requirements to receive it to decide combination of supports they use. It is crucial for efficient recovery assistance operation to manage those customer relations since considerable part of troubles in individual recovery came from failure in each interactions caused by lack of common understanding on each recovery process between them. In this paper, I want to introduce how support system in Japan is fragmented, a case of Anamizu town which adopted a customer-oriented framework of information management system for their assistance operation after Mar. 2007 Noto peninsula earthquake and what was learned from the case.
