한국의 기초연구능력 구축과정 : 우수연구센터(ERC/SRC) 제도를 중심으로 (The Accumulation Process of Basic Research Capability in Korea : Case Study on ERC/SRC)

  • The mechanism of knowledge production in the basic science has been changed throughout the development process in Korea. During the 1970s, the focus resides in the support of individual scientists while it concentrated on the support of research organization, centered on center of excellence from the 1980s. The change in the sup-porting mechanism to basic science result in the transformation of knowledge production system in the university and impact on the behavior of individual scientists. This paper focuses on the co-evolution process between newly adopted supporting program for basic science and the knowledge production system via the case study of representative program of center of excellence supporting program in Korea.

  • Knowledge management system(KMS) was introduced into the company in order to apply knowledge management. But according to KMS is changed into information management system, the company is considered Community in Practice(CoP) instead of KMS. Because within CoP, individuals can interact with one another to solve problems, test new ideas, learn about new developments in their field and build a sense of affiliation with others in similar circumstances. In spite of it's importance there is few empirical study about CoP. So the purpose of this study is to examine which personal characteristics influence knowledge sharing and which context factors(including structural and relational characteristics) moderate relationship between individual characteristics and knowledge sharing within CoP through empirical study.

소비자 만족$\cdot$불만족의 개념에 관한 이론적 연구 (Conceptual perspectives on consumer satisfaction/dissatisfaction)

  • Consumer satisfaction/dissatisfaction is a concept which is receiving increased attention from consumers, public policy makers, and marketers alike. The literature in this field is still meager, has been growing rapidly byt with diversity of direction. The purpose of this study is to review the conceptualization and taxonomy of CS/D in consumer research. Three types of the basic process in a general theory of CS/D are suggested; system CS/D, enterprise CS/D and product-service CS/D. It is also classified into macro marketing system CS/D, micro marketing system CS/D and consuming mix CS/D. The conceptualization of CS/D begins with a basic model of how CS/D results from the individual product purchase experience of individual consumer. Basic CS/D models are classified into process model which contains experience, information search, prepurchase evaluation and comparison process variables and psychological model which is derived from cognitive dissonance theory. Theoretical and empirical foundations about expectation model are asimilatin, contrast, generalized negativity and assimilation contrast theories.

  • In this paper, adaptive home power peak-cut control system is developed using PLC. The developed scheme provides monitoring of power usage, power peak-cut control and additional function. In test bed, zone is presented by bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. And individual load is presented by lighting, heater and fan in zone. In developed scheme, zone control is implemented by single PLC modem. And individual load control is implemented by key-map table. In addition, power peak-cut control system S/W, which can perform setting of power peak, power peak-cut control and monitoring of power usage.

웹의 상호작용 특성을 반영한 정보기술수용모형 (Technology Acceptance Model with Web Interactivity)

  • The purposes of this study are in threefold; to explain the interactivity in web site, to extend the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) in the WWW context, and to examine its relationship with the existing TAM components. We proposed that the WWW is not just web systems but interactive spaces for virtual community. Web interactivity is represented by the two constructs: system interactivity and social interactivity. We extended and empirically examined the TAM for the web context. An individual's attitude toward the use of the web site is significantly affected by the individual's perception about ease of use, usefulness, and system interactivity. At the same time, behavioral intentions to use the web site is highly related to the social interactivity. The results showed that the system interactivity and social interactivity of a web site are important factors in affecting the user's beliefs and behavior intention of such a web site, So web page providers not only have to make the web site useful and easy to use, but also need to design an interactive web page by putting both systemic aspects and social aspects.

  • 본 연구는 Visual Identity에 있어서의 디자인 기본요소에 대하여 고찰하고 그의 개발과정을 정립 하므로써, 국내의 디자인 연구팀에게 보다 효율성이 높은 VI 디자인 시스템을 개발할 수 있도록 하는 Basic Element 들의 개별적 기능과 특성을 고찰하고, 이들 상호간의 유기적인 관계에 대하여 연구함으로써, 각 기본요소들이 차지하는 시각적 전달과정에서의 전략적 위치를 분명히 하고자 하였다. 또한 디자인 개발과정에 대하여 체계적이고 합리적인 접근 방법을 제시함으로써 효율성이 높은 디자인을 개발할 수 있도록 하였다.

가상폴더 접근방식의 디지털콘텐츠 관리방안 (Virtual Folder Based Approach to Digital Contents Control)

  • EDMS systems have been a main alternative for enterprise content management (ECM), which provide valuable functions for the effective control and management of organization-level digital contents. However, it has not been effective frequently for the purpose of integrative control of overall contents in an organization. One of reasons for this problem is that individuals usually create and store files with their own personal computers and do not move them to the central storage and control device, EDMS. Many occasions show that this situation can cause undesirable results for better management of enterprise contents. This paper introduced an approach of virtual folder which can directly connect individual computers and EDMS storage device without users' inconvenience. Adding the capacity of restricting usage of individual computer, users unavoidably and conveniently store and retrieve digital contents using EDMS server system. Several modules and implementing architecture for the virtual folder system are shown and the results of utilizing the system are explained with a case of application.

마스크 데이터를 이용한 컴포넌트의 고장발생확률 추정 (Estimating Outbreak Probabilities of Systems and Components with Masked Data)

  • This paper estimates defect and outbreak probabilities of each individual component from some subset of masked data where the exact component causing system failure might be unknown. A system consists of k components that fails whenever there is a defect in at least one of the components. Due to cost and time constraints it is not feasible to learn exactly which components are defective. Because, test procedures ascertain that the defective components belong to some subset of the k components. This phenomenon is termed masking. We describe a, b, c type in which a sample of masked subsets is subjected to intensive failure analysis. This recorded data of a, b, c type enables maximum likelihood estimation of defect probability of each individual component and leads to outbreak of the defective components in future masked failures.

선배열 예인음탐기 표적신호 시뮬레이터 개발 (Development of Target Signal Simulator for Towed Line Array Sonar)

  • Multi-target away signal simulator which can simulate the radiated noises of maneuvering targets in a specified ocean range is an essential equipment for the validation of developed towed array sonar system. This simulator should provide realistic multi-channel signals those are required for beamforming on the signal processing unit of towed away system. This paper describes the overall system configuration and signal synthesis techniques for the target radiated noise. And this paper considers why the time delays between target and individual sensors are caused and how to compensate these time delays to individual sensors output. This multi-purpose target simulator could be used for the training of TASS operators.

Exploring Control in Bottom-Up Information System Development Projects to Improve Software Development Performance

  • Recently, bottom-up information systems (BUIS), developed according to the requirements of individual user departments, have become popular. However, effective management of BUIS projects is not enough, with many organizations having experienced integration challenges with such individual projects. BUIS projects are relatively small and limited in scope, as opposed to the large, complex systems developed through traditional top-down information system development projects. Due to these differences in characteristics, the control modes as well as the aspects to improve development performance in each type of project are also different. Therefore, it is difficult to apply the results of prior research on control in system development projects to improve BUIS project performance. The purpose of this study is to derive a new theory of control to improve BUIS project performance. The results contribute to the improvement of firm performance through effective control of BUIS projects in modern enterprises.
