Decentralized Identifier (DID) technology is a technology that uses blockchain technology to prove an individual's identity through information owned by the individual rather than through a central system. In this paper, we would like to present an access control system using decentralized identifier technology. The access control system using decentralized identifier technology (DID access control system) is a system that allows users to verify their identity from the DID blockchain server through their smartphone (mobile employee ID) and access when they are confirmed to be registered in the access control system. Through this, access control can be managed only by verifying identification with smartphones (mobile employee ID) and DID blockchain servers without having to store information to prove an individual's identity in the access control system.
Recently our government intended to change the present fisheries management system into the allocated catch quota system, which is to increase the income of fishermen and to recover the depleted resources up to a desirable level. This paper is to find out the difficulties of introducing the allocated catch quota system into our fisheries mangement system and to reduce the possible errors for the enforcement of this system. The allocated catch quota system can be devided by two kinds, the one is to allocate among industries or fisheries with total allowable catch(TAC) and the other is to allocate among fishermen or individual vessels with individual fish quota(ITQ). The latter is a much advanced control system compared with the former and is what this study treats. This paper reviewed the case of Newzealand and Canada where the ITQ system is introduced earlier and classified the problems by two parts for successful introduction into Korea as follows : (1) allocation method problems, (2) enforcement problems. For the first part the problems to be considered are 1) a scientific oath qouta calculation system is necessary, 2) the quota must be opened, 3) by-catch problems. 4) interactions with adjoining countries. For the second part the problems to be considered are 1) monitoring system, 2) quota transferability, 3) quota flexibility, 4) the enforcement of the system must be connected with the reduction of fishing power, 5) a mass communication and decision making system between government and fishermen is essential.
The purpose of this research is to identify a mediating effect of change management activity(CMA) on the relationships between the role of participants of ERP implementation and system performance. In this paper the role of participants are composed of top's management, user's participation, project manager's skill. Also this research organized ERP system performance into the three dimensions(adaptation to the end-user's ERP system, system usage, individual's performance). The major results of this research can be summarized as follow; project manager's role, top management's involvement, and users' participation in ERP project directly affect CMA of system implementation process and have influence system performance through CMA too. CMA also has a positive effect on a series of system performance, that is, adaptation to the end-user's ERP system, system usage, and individual's performance. In conclusion, the role of participants have an considerable influence upon system performance through CMA. This research makes certain that a mediating effect of CMA between the role of participants and system performance exists. Therefore, the companies implementing ERP must consider CMA.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing individual job satisfaction and organizational commitment for maximizing organizational performance. And it aims not only for analyzing direct effects of organizational human resource management system on organizational achievement, but also for ones of high commitment system with empowerment, organizational justice, organizational culture, turnover intention and so on. Also, instead of measuring the achievement of organizational and individual level respectively, this study shows the integrated model of correlation between organizational human resource management and individual achievement.
This study aims to contribute to the debate over the age-productivity relationships in scientific and technological research. For this purpose, we conducted an empirical experiment employing a time-series cross-section dataset derived from the KRI of the NRF containing data on individual researchers of fifty major universities in Korea covering the period of 2008-2013. This study has found that: (1) there exists an inverse U-shaped age-productivity relationship at the level of individual researchers; (2) the impact of the average age of a research group on the productivity of individual researchers varies across fields; (3) male and female researchers move along different age-productivity curves; and (4) the inverse U-shaped age-productivity relationship also holds at the level of organizations. The results suggest that the aging of researchers in Korea will soon reach the stage where serious losses in research productivity become a reality. Yet, it is not so clear whether the observed decline in the performance of older researchers is due to declining cognitive capability, which is an unavoidable result of aging, or to declining motivation, which results from an institutional system that discourages older researchers' research activities (such as reduced access to research opportunities or mandatory retirement). What is clear is that it is inevitable for the Korean science system to change the current seniority- and age-based organizational system into one of higher adaptability.

In existing the learner testing system, it has a weak point to determine differently the difficulty of each question which has been estimated by teacher's view and the subjective stand point. In this paper, we develops the learner testing system which supports the estimation of the individual ability of learner, provides the questions for suitable to the individual learner level, and able to estimate the question of individual that used by three parameters such as the difficulty parameter, discrimination parameter, and guessing parameter. Also, it is applied to three-parameters logistic model of IRT(Item Response Theory) for using CAT(Computer Adaptive Testing) technique.
PURPOSES : This study aims to analyze how the installation of advanced warning devices affects individual drivers' driving behaviors with operating record data collected from 100 vehicles. METHODS : With collected data, the changes in individual drivers' driving behaviors, such as Forward Collision Warning (FCW) and Lane Departure Warning (LDW), were investigated with respect to the cumulative distance traveled and driving time. For the analysis, operating record data collected from 100 vehicles for seven months were used. RESULTS : The results showed that individual drivers' driving behaviors could be categorized into six different types. In addition, most of the drivers showed unstable warning patterns in the initial stage after installation of an advanced warning device. Approximately 40% of vehicles equipped with advanced warning systems were found to have positive effects, indicating that the frequencies of both FCW and LDW had been continuously decreasing after installation of the system. CONCLUSIONS : The warning device might be helpful for making drivers' driving behaviors safer. Driving behaviors during the initial stage of the system installation, which might be regarded as an adaptation phase, were found to be very unstable compared with normal situations, indicating that adequate education and training should be provided to all the drivers to prevent operator disruption at the initial installation of the system.

The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationships among knowledge management system(KMS) quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and continuance use of KMS. The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that KMS quality significantly influences individual's perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use affects individual's perceived usefulness on KMS. Individual's perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness affect on the creation of a positive attitude, and attitude affects continuance use of KMS. Based on the results, theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.

The recent paradigm of web-based teaching-learning is changing into a direction that analyzes the learning patterns of learners on the basis of learners' ability, aptitude, request, interest, learning history, activity profile, etc. and provides adaptive environment with individual learners The present study analyzed learners' learning patterns using data on learning activities and developed a personalization system that provides learning environment adapted to individual learners. This study customized in three aspects, which are recommendation of learning path, recommendation of interface and recommendation of interaction, through Web mining. The personalization system developed in this study was proved to be effective in improving individual learners' satisfaction with learning in Web-based teaching-learning environment.
In this paper, we have designed and implemented a personalized health training system which provides health training methods using 3D animation based on the data from a professional trainer, after a trainee inputs individual physical characteristics. Many trainers at fitness centers provide only sketchy training method and usage of fitness machines not appropriate training method for trainee's physical characteristics. Individual characteristics. Individual characteristics prepared tabular input which consists of exercise goals, exercise areas, whether or not the normal movement, and RM. The system provides the training methods, the effects of exercise, and the health training motions through searching the database more accurately.
