노동시장 유연성 제고 모형 (A Model on Enhancing Labor Market Flexibility)

  • 이 글은 일반적으로 받아들여질 수 있는 노동시장 유연성 모형이 아직 정립되어 있지 않다는 점을 감안하여 노동시장 유연성 제고 모형을 제시하고, 이를 바탕으로 미국, 일본, 독일, 한국 노동시장 유연성을 비교하기 위해 쓴 것이다. 필자는 경제정책이론을 바탕으로 노동시장 유연성 제고를 정책목표로 보고 간접적 조정, 직접적 조정, 정책적 조정으로 나누어 정책수단을 11가지, 정책방안을 40여 가지로 분류했는데 이는 노동시장 유연성 내용을 포괄적으로 포함하고 있다는 점에서 기존 연구와의 차이를 나타낸다. 필자는 이 모형을 바탕으로 미국, 일본, 독일, 한국 노동시장 유연성을 평가했는데 평가 결과를 노동시장 유연성이 높은 나라부터 쓰면 미국, 일본, 한국, 독일이다.

다문화가정 아동의 스트레스가 학교적응에 미치는 영향: 스트레스 대처행동과 사회적 능력의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Stress Coping Behavior and Mediation Effect of Social Competence within the Influence Relation where the Effect of Stress of the Children from Multicultural Families on their School Adjustment)

  • 본 연구는 다문화가정 아동의 스트레스가 학교적응에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보고자 스트레스 대처행동과 사회적 능력의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과, 다문화가정 아동의 스트레스가 학교적응에 미치는 전체효과는 부적영향, 스트레스가 스트레스 대처행동과 사회적 능력에도 부적영향으로 나타났다. 간접효과를 확인한 결과 스트레스 대처행동이 학교적응에 정적영향을, 사회적 능력도 학교적응에 정적영향으로 확인하였다. 그러나 스트레스는 학교적응에 미치는 직접효과는 유의미하지 않은 것으로 확인되었는데, 학교적응에 미치는 영향에서 스트레스 대처행동과 사회적 능력이 완전매개하고 있음을 보여준다. 이를 통해 다문화가정 아동의 스트레스 대처 및 사회적응능력 향상을 위한 학교 교육 방향과 다양한 프로그램 개입의 밑바탕이 되어 학교적응력 향상을 위한 실천적인 함의를 가진다.

가철성 의치의 유지관리 (Maintenance care for removable denture)

  • There are many kinds of maintenance care services for removable denture patient. Adjustment of the denture base and occlusion should be performed regularly not only for pain relief but also for maintaining the denture function. Direct and indirect relining are needed frequently in specific cases including mandibular distal extension case or non-symmetric residual teeth situation. Surface treatments for metal and resin are essential in the relining procedure. Clinical process for the denture repair is similar to indirect relining which needs inter-occlusal registration. Especially, the peridontal maintenance care and caries prevention are most important way to preserve the abutment teeth in partial edentulism. Moreover, the caring method for the denture and the tissue should be instructed to the denture patient.

호주 Listed Property Trusts의 성과와 자산관리 특성 분석: 우리나라 부동산간접투자에의 시사점 (Performance and Asset Management System of Listed Property Trusts in Australia: Implications for Korean Real Estate Indirect Investment Market)

  • 본 연구는 호주의 LPT(Listed Property Trusts)의 성과 분석을 통해 펀드형 부동산 간접투자상품으로서 LPT의 성과와 특성을 분석하고, LPT 성과에 영향을 미치는 LPT의 자산관리 특성을 분석하여, 우리나라 부동산 간접투자제도의 발전을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. LPT는 1971년 최초로 설립된 이후 빠른 성장을 통해 호주의 대표적인 부동산간접투자제도의 지위를 차지하고 있다. LPT 성과 특성을 보면, LPT는 명목수익률 및 위험조정수익률의 관점에서 여타 금융상품에 비해 우월한 성과를 보이고 있으며, LPT를 영입함으로 복합자산 포트폴리오 다변화 효과를 누릴 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, LPT는 자산관리 방안으로 결합주식 구조를 활용하고 있는데, 결합주식 구조를 활용하는 LPT가 비결합 LPT보다 우수한 성과를 보이고 있으며, 결합주식 LPT의 포트폴리오 다변화 효과도 더 뛰어나, 결합주식 구조는 LPT가 고도 성장을 하는데 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 이러한 연구결과를 통해 LPT의 결합주식 구조를 우리나라 부동산투자회사 제도에 활용하는 방안, 개발사업의 활성화를 위한 LPT의 사례를 적용하는 방안 등을 모색하였다.

아동이 지각하는 어머니의 양육태도가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 : 진로성숙도의 매개효과 (The Influence of Mother's Child-rearing Attitudes on Children's School Adjustment : The Mediating Effects of Child's Career Maturity)

  • This study aimed to identify the mediating effects of the child's career maturity on the relationship between mother's child-rearing attitudes and children's school adjustment. In order to achieve our goals, the present study 1) analysed the differences in the mother's child-rearing attitude perceived by child, child's career maturity, and school adjustment according to child's sex, and 2) examined the direct and indirect effects of mother's child-rearing attitude and child's career maturity on school adjustment. A total of 430 $6^{th}$ grade elementary school students living in Gwangju participated in this study. The summary of this study is as follows. First, there were some differences in achievement child-rearing attitude according to child's sex. Boys perceived their mother's child-rearing attitude as more achievement-oriented than girls. Second, child's career maturity mediated the relations between mother's child-rearing attitude perceived by child and their school adjustment. Specifically, the partial mediating effects of career maturity were found in all of the relations between sub-factors of child-rearing attitude(affection, autonomy, achievement, and rationality), and child's career maturity fully mediated the relation between autonomy and peer relationship. The results of this study mean that mother's child-rearing attitudes have both direct and indirect impacts on child's school adjustment and child's career maturity are all very important factors on their school adjustment. The present study suggests that it is necessary to provide diverse career programs to improve child's career maturity.

부모, 또래, 지역아동센터 교사와의 관계가 지역아동센터 이용 저소득층 청소년의 학교적응에 미치는 영향: 자아탄력성의 매개효과 (The Effects of Relationships with Parents, Peers, and Community Child Center Teachers on School Adjustment of Low-Income Adolescents Attending Community Child Centers: The Mediating Effect of Resilience)

  • This study aimed to examine the direct effects of relationships with parents, peers, and community child center teachers on the school adjustment of low-income adolescents attending community child centers and the indirect effects mediated through adolescents' resilience. The second-term panel data from the fourth-year Community Child Center Survey was used to analyze 198 adolescents (103 boys, 95 girls) who were first graders at middle schools. SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were used to analyze the data through structural equation modeling. The results of the study were as follows: Parental monitoring and peer trust had direct effects on the adolescents' school adjustment, while satisfaction with community child center teachers did not. Parental monitoring, peer trust, and satisfaction with community child center teachers had indirect effects on adolescents' school adjustment mediated through resilience. The school adjustment of low-income adolescents has received attention from both researchers and politicians. The results of this study are notable in that both the important relationships and resilience of low-income adolescents can significantly contribute to their school adjustment in their first year at middle school. Given the developmental needs of low-income adolescents, interventions for school adjustment that consider adolescents' important social contexts and psychological characteristics should be developed.

대학생의 내면화 및 외현화된 행동문제 부모와의 의사소통과 대학생활적응을 중심으로 (College Students′ Internalizing and Externalizing Problems : Parent-Child Communication and Adjustment to College Life)

  • This study investigated the relationships among college students' internalizing/externalizing problems, parent-child communication, and college adjustment. The participants were 281 freshmen and sophomores (103 males and 178 females) from a university in Gyeongbuk Province. A self-report survey questionnaire was used to measure parent-child communication, adjustment to college life, and the student's internalizing/externalizing problems. Data were analyzed by t-test, and single and multiple regressions. The results were as follows: (1) The college students' communication with parents was negatively associated with their internalizing/externalizing problems. (2) The college students' communication with parents was positively associated with adjustment to college life. (3) The students' adjustment to college life was negatively associated with their internalizing/externalizing problems. (4) The college students' communication with parents partly or fully exerted indirect effects on the students' internalizing/externalizing problems, mediated by their adjustment to college life.

전환기 청소년의 개인특성, 또래애착 및 부모양육행동이 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향: 휴대전화 의존도의 매개효과 검증 (The Effects of Parenting Behaviors, a Youth's Personal Characteristics during a Transition Period, and Peer Attachment, on School Life: Assessing the Mediating Effect of Cell Phone Dependence)

  • This study explores how the main variables of youth going through a transition period (parents' nurturing behavior, the youth's self-esteem and ego resilience, the peer group relationships) affect the youth's school adjustment. It also analyzes the effects of theses variables on the youth's dependence on cell phones, which are considered a necessity in modern society. This research is verified by using a structure model verification method based on data from the Korean Children Youth Panel Study. According to the research, first, 1st-year students in middle school show better adjustment to their school life and less dependence on cell phones when they have a stronger sense of self-esteem and ego resilience; further, it is revealed that cell phone dependence has an indirect influence on the school life of these children. Second, they tend to show better adjustment to their school life and less dependence on cell phones when their parents' nurturing behaviors are more positive. Third, these children tend to depend more on cell phones when they have a positive peer group relationship, Moreover, cell phone dependence has an indirect influence on their school life. When considering the impact of cell phone to youth in modern society, need to prepare proper training program for correct uses and preventing from addiction.

시설보호 아동이 지각한 보육사의 사회적 지지와 내적 통제 성항 및 학교 적응 (The Relationship among Perceived Social Support from Care Teacher, Internal Locus of Control, and School Adjustment of Institutionalized Children)

  • This study focused on the relationship among perceived social support from care teacher(institution staff), internal locus of control, and school adjustment of institutionalized children. This also examined the differences of perceived social support, internal thou of control, and school adjustment by gender and the duration in the institution. Participant were 119 fifth-and sixth-grade elementary school studens(58 boys, 61 girts). Perceived social support from care teacher, internal locus of control, and school adjustment were measured by self-reports of institutionalized children. The data were analyzed, in SPSS Win program, by Cronbach's α, T-test, Pearson Correlations, Simple Regression, Hierarchical Multiple Regression. As expected, results confirm that perceived social support was associated positively with internal locus of control and school adjustment. further, perceived social support also exerts indirect effects on school adjustment, mediated by internal locus of control. However, none of these variables differed by gender and the duration in the institution.

조절력과 부정적 정서 및 문제행동이 아동의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Regulation, Negative Emotionality and Problem Behaviors on Children′s School Adjustment)

  • Relations of regulation, negative emotionality and problem behaviors to school adjustment were examined for 1,105 elementary school children from 558 2nd grade and 547 5th grade. Children reported their regulation and negative emotionality and teachers rated children's problem behaviors such as hyperactive and withdrawal behaviors and school adjustment including school life, grades, social competence with peers and teacher. Measures of problem behaviors were highly contributed to the prediction of children's school adjustment, especially hyperactive to school life and grades and withdrawal to social competence with peers and teacher. Behavioral regulation was associated with school adjustment including school life and social functioning with teacher and was able to modulate the influence of hyperactive. It was found that depression had both direct and indirect effects via withdrawal behavior on school adjustment.
