Standard and regulations for functional food evaluation cases form overseas (1) Japan For food function indication, Food Nutrition Improvement Act was amended in September 1991 and they managed functional food after setting specific health food in one of classification of special functional foods. For manification of raw material usage, the classification of health functional foods was performed by their application on: the control of internal organ status, cholesterol, blood pressure, mineral absorption, and prevention of dental caries. We managed a 30 years old female pulmonary aspergillosis patient concomitant with staged pneumothorax bilaterally whose lung function decreased severely. Operative indication was fetal hemoptysis. She discharged at four weeks after left upper lobectomy in good general condition. And we .concluded that early resection should be considered in patients with pulmonary aspergilloma and coexistent pulmonary tuberculosis because those are at greater risk of fetal hemorrhage, particularly once severe hemoptysis has occurred although poor lung function in our country.

Identification and observations of leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) and multiple molecular forms of the enzyme, isozymes, were made with a technique of starch-gel electrophoresis for various legume pollen. Plants tested other than Leguminosae demonstrated either no indication of the presence or at least tract of enzymes and the isozymes, although all legume pollen tested showed strong LAP patterns. The electrophoretic patterns of LAP failed to be shown if the extracts were heated or otherwise denatured. Extent of zymogrammatic appearance of LAP and the isozymes were characteristic of a species.

I present an analysis of the linear polarization of six active galactic nuclei (AGN). We monitored our targets from 2007 to 2011 in the observatory-frame frequency range 80-253 GHz with the Plateau de Bure Interferometer (PdBI). We find average degrees of polarization in the range 2-7%; this indicates that the polarization signals are effectively averaged out by the emitter geometries. We see indication for the presence of strong shocks and/or variability of the emitter geometries. We attempt to derive rotation measures for all sources, leading to actual measurements for two targets which find the highest rotation measures reported to date for AGN.

The global morphology and geometric parameters of 39 barred galaxies are investigated, by using isophote map and isodensity tracings obtained from detailed surface photometry with the Kiso V-band plates. The observed results are as follows: i) There is no strong indication that the ratio of bar length to disk size is correlated with Hubble type, except that the largest bars appear in the SBb galaxies. ii) The mean value of axial ratios of bars is $2.0{\pm}0.4$ and there is a trend that early type galaxies have smaller axial ratios than late type galaxies. iii) About 15% of early type barred galaxies(Sb0-SBb) have triaxial bulges.

Bisphosphonates are widely used in the management of osteoporosis patients. Many reports and clinical studies have published a relationship between necrotic bone lesions localized to the jaw and the use of chronic bisphosphonate therapy. This osteonecrosis named bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw(BRONJ). This article described the mechanism, chemical structure, indication, risk factor of the bisphosphonate.

Thin labial plate will be resorbed after extraction. Immediate implantation cannot prevent soft and hard tissue loss. Bone graft can be necessary in the immediate implantation after anterior tooth extraction. Slowly-resorbed or non-resorbable bone graft material have many advantages in esthetic area because of maintenance of volume. The clinicians should select the adequate cases of immediate implantation according to the indication and contraindication.
