다문화가족지원센터 종사자의 직무만족도 및 관련변인에 관한 연구: 방문교육지도사를 중심으로 (A Study on Job Satisfaction and Relevant Variables in Employees of Multi-Cultural Family Support Center: Focused Home-Visiting Educator)

  • This study examined job satisfaction and relevant variables for multi-cultural family home-visiting educators. The selected study subjects were 192 home-visiting educators who work at Multi-Cultural Family Support Centers in the Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheongnam-do areas. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS ver. 18.0. The main results were as follows. First, the job satisfaction level in multi-cultural family visiting educators stood at 3.29 points, subjects' age, averagely monthly income, marital status, and activity career were shown to influence generally upon job satisfaction, self-efficacy, job stress, and cultural competency. Job satisfaction was high in groups with: a high age, small career, low averagely monthly income, and married. Second, self-efficacy and job stress were big in the job satisfaction of multi-cultural family visiting educators. The same outcome as the existing prior research was indicated. Cultural competency was not significant. Third, an examination of relative influence upon job satisfaction in home visiting educators indicated that the explanation power was 29.0%. Significant influential variables included academic background, marital status, self-regulation, and role ambiguity. Self-regulation was greater for those with lower academic backgrounds and unmarried. Job satisfaction was higher in the lower role ambiguity. Thus, the same outcome as the existing prior research was indicated. Cultural competency wasn't indicated to be significant. This has significance in having shown characteristics of job satisfaction in multi-cultural family visiting educators.

가정 내 변혁적 리더십 수준과 직업만족도 - 서울시 직장기혼남녀를 대상으로 - (The Level of Transformational Leadership in Family and the Job Satisfaction: - Focusing on the Workers in Seoul -)

  • The main purpose of the current research was to induce the importance of manners through the relationship between the level of transformational leadership in the family and the degree of job satisfaction in workers. It also examined positive variants that can enhance the degree of job satisfaction. The data from 250 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The main results of the present study are as follows: First, the level of transformational leadership in the family tended to be relatively low, although it was good at the intellectual stimulus leadership among the sub-dimension of the "Family Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire." Moreover, communication, status, and education level turned out to be most influential background variables. Secondly, the score for job satisfaction that is recognized by the workers appeared to be less than average. It seemed that relative comparison in the level of life, communication and education level were the most influential variables. Indeed, the result of stepwise regression analysis showed that transformational leadership made a comparatively high contribution to job satisfaction. Therefore, it is important to keep in mind that a worker's leadership development is a main source of maintaining job satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this article was to be offered data for the efficient management of healthy family support center as the deduction of the standard job of healthy family supporter. The process of this study take the major steps as subject selection based on career, investigation about range and contens of healthy family support work and deduction and examination job areas, duty and task. Consequently, the job areas of healthy family supporter are generalization, counseling, education, culture, administrative affairs, taking care of children and taking care of children for family living with a handicapped child. The standards of job analysis are frequency, importance and number of human power. The result and procedure of this article provides the main data and idea for the development of a tool of measurement, ajob analysis and information of the specialty and role of healthy family supporter.

가장의 실직에 따른 가정생활 변화 (Family Life Style Changes According to the Householder's Job Status)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of householder's job status m the family life style. Data was collected from 475 parents in Chonbuk province by using a self administered questionnaire from June 10 to 30, 1998. Frequencies, percentages, and averages were calculated T-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were followed. The results were as follows; 1. The families who suffered householders' job loss were 1/4 of the respondents and over 4/5 of the families felt economic stresses. 1/3 of the respondents had debts and 1/5 had not any savings. Most of the families were in good or normal marriage relationships, experienced economic crises, and had sparing habit. 2. In out-of-job families, couple cohension, couple satisfaction, and total marriage relationships were lower than in-job families. Also, out-of-job families spared more in buying and using clothes and foods, total clothes living and total food living. 3. In out-of-job families, the economic pressures on marriage relationships, clothes living, and food living were stronger than in-job families. 4. Family resources such as savings, ordinary marriage relationships, and sparing habit effected on the marriage relationships, clothes living, and food living in out-of-job families and in-job families.   • The purposes of this study were to verify the longitudinal mediating effects of work-family balance on the relationship of role recognition in the family, marital intimacy and job satisfaction of married women, and to introduce longitudinal mediating effects by using latent growth curve modeling and autoregressive cross-lagged modeling. The subjects were married women from the third year data of the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Family. Structural equational models were conducted with Amos ver. 21.0. The major findings are as follows. First, the result of the longitudinal mediating effects of latent growth modeling is the rate of change of work-family balance mediated between the rate of change of role recognition in the family and the rate of change of job satisfaction, and the rate of change of work-family balance mediated between the rate of change of marital intimacy and the rate of change of job satisfaction. Second, when using the autoregressive cross-lagged modeling, the more role recognition and marital intimacy of third year were the more work-family balance of fourth year, job satisfaction of fifth year. In both models, work-family balance mediated between role recognition in the family, marital intimacy and job satisfaction. Therefore, through this study, mediating effects of work-family balance can be found that there was a longitudinal effects.

  • 패밀리 레스토랑은 서비스 산업이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 서비스 운영자 혹은 서비스 제공자의 역할은 고객과의 접촉순간(MOT : Moment Of Truth)에 고객의 요구 및 욕구를 충족시켜 고객에게 제공하는 가치를 극대화하여 서비스 상품의 판매 향상을 도모하고자 하는 것이다. 향후 패밀리 레스토랑은 하드웨어(hard ware)측면보다 내적으로 어떤 서비스를 질적으로 나타낼 수 있느냐 하는 소프트웨어(soft ware)가 더욱 강조될 추세이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 패밀리레스토랑 종사원들의 직무만족이 서비스품질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 대구전역에 위치하고 있는 패밀리 레스토랑에 근무하는 종사원을 연구대상으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2004년 4월 1일부터 5월 20일까지 50일간에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 본 연구에서 제시한 7개의 가설 가운데 4개가 유의한 것으로 검증되었다.

취업 주부의 직업 및 가족 스트레스에 대한 인구학적 변인과 심리적 변인의 상대적 영향력 분석 (Analysis on Relative Effectiveness of Demographic and Psychological Variables on Employed Wives' Job-and Family-Related Stress)

  • This study investigated the relationship of demographic and psychological variables with job and family-related stress among 293 employed wives. We found that age, job types, working in weekend, and family cohesion significantly contributed to the explanation of job-related stress. We also found that job types, working in weekend, family adaptation, family cohesion, and employment motivation significantly contributed to explaining the variation of family-related stress. Job-related stress was more explained by demographic variables than psychological ones, whereas family-related stress was more explained by psychological variables than demographic ones. Practical implications of the current findings were discussed.

유연근무제도가 기혼여성의 일-가정 갈등 및 촉진, 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 패널분석 방법을 이용하여 (The effects of flexible work arrangements on work-family conflict and facilitation, and job satisfaction for married working women: A longitudinal analysis)

  • This study analyzes the effects of the three types of flexible work arrangements (part-time, flexitime, and reduced working hours for childcare) available in Korea on work-family conflict, facilitation, and job satisfaction for married working women ages 15-49. The study employs a panel analysis based on the first to the fourth data from the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women & Families (KLoWF). The major results are as follows. First, the availability of part-time jobs and reduced working hours to facilitate childcare is significantly related to work-family conflict for married women. If a married woman is employed in a part-time position or if reduced working hours for childcare are available, the conflict within the family caused by the job is reduced. Second, none of the three types of flexible work arrangements have a statistically significant influence on work-family facilitation for married women. Third, the availability of reduced working hours for childcare has a positive effect on the job satisfaction of married women. In conclusion, flexible working hours for women who are raising children are the main factor in reducing the negative effect of a job on a woman's family life as they contribute to work and family compatibility.

The Influence of Women Dental Hygienists' Work - Family Balance on Happiness Level in Dental Clinics

  • Background: To identify work-family balance and level of happiness among married women dental hygienists in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The goal of this study is to use the outcome as basic data to determine the compatibility of dental hygienists with work and family, systems, and improvement of happiness levels. Methods: From July 3 to August 10, 2020, 250 dental hygienists in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were targeted. The questionnaire comprised 65 questions, including general characteristics (perception of work-family balance, perception of work-family balance system, job satisfaction, parenting type, happiness level) whether or not they were implemented. The results were obtained through a self-control questionnaire. Results: The perception of work-family balance was significantly different in job rank and average income, while that of the work-family balance system had significant differences in workplace type, total work experience, current job work experience, childcare system status, and parental leave period. Happiness level and job satisfaction were significantly different in job rank, average income, and childcare system status. Additionally, the perception of work-family balance and that of the work-family balance system showed a positive correlation with job satisfaction and happiness level. Finally, the perception of married women dental hygienists toward work-family compatibility was determined, where the higher the satisfaction with the job, the higher the level of happiness. Conclusion: To improve the work-family balance and job satisfaction of dental hygienists and their levels of happiness, changes in social perception and improvement of the working environment such as proper staffing, flexible work systems, and incentive systems should be considered.

기혼 직장여성의 코로나 19로 인한 가족생활 변화와 일상스트레스, 일-가정양립갈등 그리고 직무만족도 간의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Changes in Family Life due to COVID-19, Daily Stress, Work-Family Balance Conflict and Job Satisfaction of Married Working Women)

  • 본 연구는 기혼 직장여성의 코로나 19로 인한 가족생활 변화, 일상스트레스, 일-가정양립갈등 그리고 직무만족도 간의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 코로나 19로 인한 스트레스 상황 속에서 이들의 일-가정양립 갈등 감소와 직무만족도 향상을 위한 대안을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 2020년에 조사된 여성 가족 패널조사 8차 년도 데이터에서 기혼여성 임금노동자를 추출한 1,934명이 분석되었다. 가설검증을 위해 Amos 20.0으로 경로 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 코로나 19로 인한 가족생활 변화가 기혼 직장여성의 일-가정양립 갈등에 직접적 영향을 미치지 않았고 직무만족도를 증가시키는 결과를 나타내었으나, 일상스트레스를 통해서 일-가정양립갈등 증가와 직무만족도 감소에 간접적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 일상스트레스가 일-가정양립갈등 증가와 직무만족도 감소에 영향을 미치고, 일-가정양립갈등이 직무만족도의 감소에 영향을 미쳤다. 연구 결과에 따라 실천적·정책적 제언을 제시하였다.
